Good afternoon, just got back. Liked the large territory, nice water park, food is a 5+. The room is not great, but only for sleeping, the main thing is cleanliness. We couldn't catch the internet on the beach. The sea is gorgeous, warm. Not much entertainment for adults. The hotel is more geared towards children aged 3 to 9, they even have their own dining room 😊. Overall, the impression is good, I recommend going with children.

We were there from 09.04 to 19.04. The weather was wonderful, we swam in the sea, the water was warm for us. A video for those who claim there is no beach. We really liked the hotel. My husband and son want to go there again next year. We stayed in a 5-star, not a 4-star, but the territory is the same, 4-star guests came to eat at our place, I saw it by the bracelets. Excellent water park, opened earlier than expected, food was a 5+, there was always some variety like mashed potatoes - very tasty, buckwheat, two types of fish always available. Standard rooms are very good, not small. Closets are said to be small, but I would say they are big compared to others. There is also an Olympic-sized pool. If anyone is curious about the internet, I even watched online movies on the beach 👍

avatar

In October, there were 6 rows on the beach and there was no place at all from 8 in the morning. Right now it's off-season, the hotel occupancy is not full. There were lines everywhere. We are also now in Turkey by the sea, with occupancy at a maximum of around 10%.

avatar

I am talking about our visit from 09.04 to 19.04. It is understandable that there will be a lot of people during the season and holidays.

Right now we are in the hotel. Beach with soft sand. Not deep at first. Convenient for kids. If you go further, you can swim. I have never seen such a convenient entrance anywhere! I can't evaluate the animation for kids, we traveled without children. A bit boring for adults, just some contests. Maybe someone will find it interesting. Food is a 5, they serve fish twice a day, sometimes three kinds, meat - beef, chicken, turkey, lamb every day. There is food for vegans. Fruits - pears, apples, oranges. By the way, the alcohol is not bad. Those who went to the neighboring places say it's better here. The room is not super, of course, but we only come to sleep. The linen is clean, they change towels, give shampoos upon request. But there is a fully filled dispenser with gel, it seems. We washed our heads with it. Hair is in place 😄. There is not much space in the closet. My husband and I took one suitcase for the two of us. And it's difficult to fit all the things. There is one pull-out drawer under the bench and one small one in the bedside table, many hangers. We went on an excursion to Toros. Keep in mind that it's a very long drive, two hours, then on jeeps through the mountains, they feed with one (strictly) portion of chicken kebab, bulgur, pasta, vegetables. Kids under 5 are not supposed to have kebab.🤷🏻‍♀️ By the way, people also went rafting with us, in the same mountains. There is a market, a pharmacy near the hotel. They sell strawberries, corn on the beach. Overall, we enjoyed the vacation, we didn't get to swim much, the sea is cool, there was rain for two days.

avatar

A lot, a lot of people! The beach is too small for such a number! In my opinion, this is the main drawback!

avatar

I was in Loniser in May 2018. The sea was there, but there were over 6000 rooms, an anthill! Only kids and grandmothers. After 21 hours, the hotel was dying out. The fun was only in the German-Italian sector. Now there are probably even more rooms. Paradise for kids👍👍👍 The bay is a bay, a great bay, I got a bit less tanned in Okurdzhalar, rested in all the hotels, this year I started to tour there for the second time. I would go to Loni with kids and a big group. It's a nice hotel, but it's very boring for one person there. Of course, I found a group of grandmothers with grandchildren, but it's just for spending the day.

avatar

The entrance to the water is shallow, you need to walk to reach the depth. The hotel is family-friendly, very good with children. And the sea is just perfect for kids (and parents feel more at ease). There is a small market near the hotel, pharmacies, Migros, BIM, and Waikiki. The only downside is the narrow beach strip. The sun loungers are placed very close together. And people rush to occupy the front rows very early. The buildings are old, the rooms are small, and the furniture/plumbing is not new. But in terms of location, most of them are advantageous. There is the G building, which is kind of beyond the hotel's territory, but it's the quietest and all rooms are two-bedroom, yet priced as standard.

avatar

I stayed at this hotel in April, I don't remember which year. What can I say... There is no sea here. There are plenty of activities for children. But what we come to the seaside for, namely the sea itself, is not available at this hotel. I took a bus to Alanya every day and walked along the beach there. There are lots of activities for children. The only thing missing is the sea. If you prioritize water parks and pools, then this is the place for you. If you want to build sandcastles and swim in the sea, then this hotel is not suitable.

avatar

How is it there is no sea? Almost all hotel buildings except for the F blocks are on the first line.

avatar

I won't argue. On the map, this is the first line. The sun loungers are placed close to each other. The entrance to the water is uncomfortable. You won't enjoy swimming like this.

avatar

How is this uncomfortable entry? Not a single stone, only sand, gradual entry, very clean water.

avatar

That's what I'm talking about. Not the best beach. I was very disappointed. Came to the sea, the sea for us means primarily a comfortable beach, but here you can't even squeeze through the sun loungers, the beach is narrow, there's not much space. And this is in April, I can't imagine how people fit there during the season.

We were there last year. From May 10th for 10 days. The water in the shallow was 25-26, we measured it. At a depth of 22-23. Overall, it wasn't cold. There was an Olympic pool with lanes that wasn't cold either. There was also a smaller one, which appeared warmer, across from building D. Where the road leads directly to the water park. The beach was perfect, without a single pebble, and the entrance to the water was the same. The weather was perfect, there was a storm once, and it was on that day that we took a boat ride 🙈everyone was praying to get home faster))

avatar

Good day! We were here in mid-May. The water was cool everywhere. But that year there was a cold spring in Turkey (in 2022). In another year, the water in the sea nearby was warm enough. Overall, the hotel is very good! I have stayed at various 5-star hotels, so I have something to compare it to. We were met very well, the service is at a good level. The food is diverse - each day had a different theme, with various dishes on display for dinner according to the theme of the day. The tables in the restaurant were cleared instantaneously, no waiting was required. Delicious ayran in sealed cups in the refrigerators, which is very convenient, plenty of meat dishes and desserts. The room safe is free, daily cleaning, the furniture is not old - we stayed mainly in the main building. The beach is clean, the entry into the sea is gentle, which is great for little children.

avatar

We were in World in autumn 2023. The concept was that it was not allowed to visit the main restaurant of the resort, and accordingly, those staying in those hotels could not visit the main restaurant of World. It was different in 2022. I don't see the point of overpaying just for newer rooms in 5-star hotels. As for the food, the menus were practically the same everywhere with some exceptions. In spring 2023, we stayed in Premium. Everything there was perfect: the food, the rooms (the hotel was fresh), the tranquility and lack of hustle and bustle, few children, and available beach loungers at any time.

avatar

There are ant hills everywhere) I have only stayed in 5-star hotels, and I will stay in a 5-star hotel next time as well. The rooms are excellent, even though they are a bit further away, it's not far at all. On the contrary, it's pleasant and keeps you updated on what's happening as you walk. But of course, I wouldn't overpay. When I made the reservation, 5-star hotels were inexplicably cheaper. I liked everything. Usually, we don't repeat our stays, but my children and I were very comfortable in this hotel. There is an aqua park with a food court, and in general, there is food, bars, entertainment everywhere. The foam disco was fantastic, the staff was friendly, and it was clean. People write that all the sunbeds are occupied, but we removed towels and laid down. If someone came, we would move to the next one. Most of the time, no one even showed up. I don't understand why people do that. It took us about two hours to get from the airport.

avatar

In some Turkish hotels, management takes the issue of occupied sunbeds with tourists' clothes very seriously, as it is part of the hotel's service. Beach boys are assigned to carefully monitor the clothes on the sunbeds for a limited time, for example, 30 minutes. After this time, the clothes are removed by the beach boys and taken to their shack on the beach, in a common pile. I suggest that tourists themselves address this issue on-site in hotels.

We stayed at World in October. I don't see the point in overpaying for the Resort just because the rooms are new. The restaurants in both World and Resort are practically the same. The territory is shared by both. And yes, the common problem with these two hotels is the terribly crowded beach, it's a narrow strip and about 5k people. My husband and I "fortunately" got sick with rotavirus. He got it at the beginning of our vacation, and I got it after him, towards the end.

Currently at the hotel, in Vorda. No complaints. Everything is clean, working, and the staff is attentive. The food is diverse, yes, without red caviar and salmon, but the hotel price is not half a million. The entertainment is good, both during the day and in the evening. I go to the beach no later than 8 in the morning, there is always space. But if you go out at 10, it's hard to find a spot, only at the very end. The sea is warm and clean. There is a large water park, several pools. Plenty of places to eat, 2 restaurants for Vorda, 3 fast food options, a juice bar, pancakes, plenty of bars, ice cream, ayran available 24/7, disco bar until 2 in the morning. Located in the corner to not bother the guests. This is my 5th time at the hotel, and I can say that it has gotten better. They clearly read the reviews and are developing their business. And about cleaning - it's a human factor. They clean my room well, regularly replenish toiletries in small bottles. Towels are changed regularly, bedding is fresh, no dust anywhere.

avatar

How do you like the beach itself and the density of sun loungers?

avatar

The beach is just a beach. It's narrow, what can you do) Initially designed for fewer people. Next to Alaya, they're practically standing cheek by jowl, here there are passages between the sun loungers and decking. I'm fine with it.

Two years ago we stayed at this hotel. We were really pleased. It was great for children! Food was rated at 4 out of 5, housekeeping at 3 out of 5. Overall, we liked the hotel and would come back again.

In the photo, it's morning, a view from the window of a small part of a huge hotel, not everyone passed yet yesterday. The staff is friendly, there is plenty of different food always, you barely finish breakfast as you eat again! In less than a day of staying, there are no minuses so far, but I'm not looking for them. I swam, the sea turned out to be warm, the sunset is magnificent because there are almost no waves on the beach in the bay. The World block with a view of the water park.

avatar

How do I find out about the building? I'm offered a tour with a world standard room number. I understand that there are both old and new buildings there 😂

avatar

Only upon check-in. We wrote to the hotel, asking to be accommodated in building D upon arrival. As I understood from the reviews, it's quieter there. They said they will accommodate us if there are available rooms. We also have a World Standard Room booked for the end of July. The hotel is a 4-star property. The Resort buildings are 5-star, with orange balconies and an elevator, but they are more expensive.

Buildings with world numbers are located all over the territory, we have 6 buildings, when we received the voucher, we immediately wrote to the manager with a request for a certain type, and this request was taken into account upon check-in, there was a note.

Tell me about the internet connection at the hotel?

Throughout the area, but it occasionally drops in some places, overall it's fine. I'm writing from the room now.

The staff doesn't say anything? I wouldn't mind taking a swim in the evening or even at night 😃

avatar

The staff is global and doesn't say much. They swim in the large sports pool until late. We go to dinner, and they swim there.

avatar

I still see some vending machines, trampolines in the photos.

avatar

There is everything here. Children have a blast here.

avatar

And how do people entertain themselves in the evenings?

avatar

Near the beach, there is a nightclub and shows, but we didn't go there. After dinner, we take a stroll and head back to the room. In the morning, we get up early and go to the sea))) We'll find our way to some fun eventually; it's only been a day since we arrived.

Is this a 5-star hotel? I guess it's a family hotel format? I hope the photo was taken very early in the morning, it's scary when there's no one around)))

avatar

Yes 5*, consists of economy (world), new, and premium buildings. Economy is the cheapest, but the renovation is fresh, at least in our building, new is really new and premium is expensive. I am quite happy with our place, don't see the point in overpaying. In the photo, it's 6 in the morning))) during the day, it's very lively there. At Lonicera World Resort & Spa, there's a beer party with bottled beer, nuts, and nachos. The hotel is really cool, we decided to explore all the grounds and stumbled upon the party, turns out it happens often!

avatar

And what about the fruits there? I'm reading reviews for many hotels for May, and all are complaining about the food.

avatar

Apples, oranges, watermelons, grapefruits - that's what's included, strawberries available for purchase.

The reviewer did not provide a detailed description of their stay at the hotel. I would like to share my impressions of my stay at the hotel in more detail.

avatar

Friends, honestly, from the bottom of my heart, I want to express my gratitude to this hotel for a wonderful vacation. The food was simply superb. Seafood, various meats, a variety of side dishes. The grounds are huge. You can have a diverse range of leisure activities. The staff is polite and responsive. Special thanks to Victoria Akışoğlu for her responsiveness and assistance. I kindly ask the hotel management to reward Victoria in any way they see fit. Now, about the hotel. It's never boring, there are plenty of entertainment options and a great water park. We had a blast riding the slides with my son. Food courts, bars, ice cream, gözleme. The sea is amazing, the bottom – firm sand, very comfortable. I suspect that this review sounds like a newbie's impression, but we have been going to Turkey for 25 years, so these impressions are well-thought-out and can be compared to others. I was very disappointed with Azure Air. The flight was delayed and the seats were very cramped with no legroom. The flight was very uncomfortable. We will try not to book it again. However, Turkish Airlines pleasantly surprised us. Their standards are much higher. Well, that's the short version.

avatar

We stayed at this hotel with our family, including a year-old child. Check-in: the reception is located in the Resort building, friendly staff and well-wishes create a positive impression. Our check-in requests were taken into account, which was very pleasant. Room: Building B, third floor. It may not be fancy or luxurious, but it is clean and comfortable enough for a family of four. The toiletries are average, so it's better to bring your own. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided if that's important to you. Food: good selection of dishes, with meat, fish, chicken, fruits, and vegetables. There were not many problems with milk and yogurt, and the porridge was also satisfactory. However, there was nothing specifically provided for children except for a blender, but we didn't need it. The variety of dishes in the main dining area became boring by the second week. There is weak control from the staff regarding people wearing beach clothes in the dining hall. It's not pleasant to sit on a wet chair, even if it is beachwear. They even managed to let people in with wet clothes! You cannot take your plates outside the dining area for some reason. If your child falls asleep during lunch or dinner, or if you can't come down, be prepared to look for food in another place. The geleme didn't taste particularly good, and none of the fillings were appealing. The ice cream at the water park was okay, but nothing extraordinary. There are no complaints about the fast food. We liked the vitamin bar and the pastry shop. We cannot rate the bars and alcohol as we didn't use their services. Pools: it's great that there are many pools, but they are cold, so we didn't swim. Beach: the shoreline is small for such a huge hotel, but we always managed to find a couple of sunbeds and almost always went swimming. We often saw sunbeds occupied all day by people who never showed up... The beach entrance has sand, which is great for kids, and the water depth gradually increases. There were many fish near the pier, so we went to watch them every day. Grounds: flat and green. There are places to sit and take photos. You can also use the grounds and services of the Lonisera Premium, except for the main restaurant. They have nice sunbeds by the pool and on the beach, but we found the sea entrance "a masochist's paradise" in our opinion. There is a mini-zoo on the grounds, and they try to maintain cleanliness, but animals will be animals. Entertainment: average. The foam disco lasts for only 3 minutes during lunch when everyone is gathering, so it ends quickly. The evening entertainment is also nothing special. We haven't reached the age for the mini club yet, so we can't evaluate it. Staff attitude: everyone is friendly and helpful. Overall impression of the hotel is pleasant. It offers good value for money, and for the past 24 years, we haven't found an alternative that meets our criteria and budget, so we will come back to Lonisera.

We were on vacation as a couple in September. We arrived early and checked in immediately. I had written to the hotel requesting Block B, but unfortunately, we were assigned to Block F. However, it turned out to be wonderful. It was a short walk from the block to the sea, where we could take a stroll and have a snack. The room was a bit old, and cleaning was done every three days, but it wasn't that important to us since we only used it to shower and change. The food was excellent, beyond any praise. I would like to express my gratitude to the chef who prepared the cabbage rolls. There was a variety of meat options for everyone. Breakfast smoothly transitioned into a mid-morning snack with watermelon, melons, other fruits, and freshly squeezed juice. There was plenty of fast food, and people enjoyed it. A huge thank you for the pancakes as well. Drinks were flowing abundantly. Lunch was magnificent, and there was ice cream for dessert, and dinner was also delightful. There was enough variety. The beach had sand and was excellent for children. Everything was fantastic. However, if someone is seeking tranquility, they might not be able to find it. Each block had a pool and many water slides for children. I do not recommend Blocks A, B, or G as they are far away. I wish everyone an enjoyable vacation. I definitely recommend this hotel.

avatar

I will start with the negatives about the hotel. On the first evening, our child had their sneakers stolen near the kids' club. We went into the club, searched around, but couldn't find them. We immediately reported it to the animators. We then went to guest services, they promised to help, but nothing came of it. We went back again and they told us they are not responsible for personal belongings, even though they had established a rule to remove footwear before entering. They should have provided trays or numbered slots. They should have installed cameras. They promised to buy a replacement from a local store but didn't follow through. The rooms, especially the one we stayed in, are quite small. The bed is not a queen size, but more like a one and a half. It's just slightly larger than a regular single bed. The mattresses are worn out and the springs can be felt. We requested a change, but they just added something soft on top. It improved slightly, but my back still hurts in the morning. The toilet flush is malfunctioning and needs fixing. The TV doesn't turn on. The number of towels varies, sometimes they provide four, sometimes three. They might exchange them or leave the old ones. But if needed, we have to request it. The hotel itself is large and there are areas to walk around. There are many orange trees on the premises. There are pomegranates, lemons, and banana palm trees. It's clean, although some guests like to bury corn on the beach and leave cups and other trash around. The staff quickly cleans it up. Our child spends the whole day at the kids' club. It's difficult to pull them away from there. The beach is great, clean, and the entrance is shallow. The sand is cleaner near the central entrance. The water temperature was 22 degrees Celsius on May 14th, and 23 degrees on the 13th. The juice at the bar is disappointing. They mix it with powder directly in the machine. When the powder runs out, they just pour water. The sausage is terrible, like everywhere else. The meat quality varies. I try to avoid it, as it's hit or miss in terms of taste. But if they grill it fresh at the serving station, it's great. The ones with sauce taste like they were cooked last Tuesday. They have ice cream during the day, fruits, and you can squeeze orange juice. The burgers and french fries are quite good. There is volleyball every day. I really like the pancakes with sugar at the Turkish gazebo. Our child enjoyed the local zoo. I recommend visiting the hotel, but be careful with your belongings. Theft is present! I hope it's an isolated case.

avatar

The hotel was chosen based on the recommendations of the travel agent, and we flew with the anticipation of something wonderful. We arrived late, so we were quickly checked in, and that was the end of the good news. They gave us a room in a building near the zoo, I don't remember which letter it was under (room 6152) on the ground floor. The balcony overlooked a building, or rather the wall of that building and some bushes. I didn't even take any pictures from the balcony in fear of accidentally coming across them on my phone and getting disappointed again. We woke up to the sound of roosters crowing (around 6 am 😓), and the smell on the way to the room was like being at my grandma's village. Leaving the room didn't give me the feeling that I was in a hotel, it felt more like being in a village (by the way, it's much cheaper to relax in a village, and we could have saved some money). Going up to the room with a stroller was quite a challenge, and we had to do it multiple times a day since everything was far from that building. We went to the reception twice to try and solve the issue and change rooms, but we were denied. This room and its location ruined our vacation to the point that I don't even want to mention the positives (which, by the way, weren't that many), so I don't understand where the high rating comes from. Our vacation was spoiled.

avatar

We went at the end of September and the weather was nice, with comfortable water temperature. We had to wait for check-in, but that never stopped us. We changed in the sauna or in the room where we left our luggage, went for breakfast, and only after 2 o'clock were we checked in (we asked for a room with a sea view). The territory is nice, large, and well-maintained. The food is plentiful, and you won't go hungry if you don't come late. There were delicacies that disappeared quickly and were not replenished. Overall, the food is diverse (though not all of it delicious) with several types of meat, fish, numerous salads and vegetables, side dishes (including dumplings and beans), soups, baked goods, and sweets, some of which resembled colored semolina. The hotel has several restaurants where you can eat without much waiting in line. The rooms were a bit worn, but let's not forget that it's a 4-star hotel, and it didn't bother us. The TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, and bathroom facilities all worked, even the hairdryer. It's great for children. There is a garden where you can leave your children even overnight (or at least that's what we were told), a kids' club where they play games, draw, and so on. There is a water park for various ages, slides in other pools, and even a "zoo" that resembles a grandmother's backyard in the village, but you can feed the rabbits and goats. And the most disappointing part for us was the beach, which was not designed for such a large number of vacationers. You have to occupy a sunbed before 8 o'clock in the morning, otherwise, you will be sunbathing on the sand. There are entertainers who try to do their job, there are water slides, some of which require a token and you will have to wait in line for it. There is also evening entertainment, but it was mostly awful. And after this program, there's a "disco," which is not the best entertainment, the music is not great overall. This was my opinion about this hotel. If none of this bothers you, then go ahead and visit. At least once – the hotel is worth a visit.

I rested with my wife from October 15th to 28th. We arrived in the morning, and the bus ride to the hotel took almost 3 hours. We were one of the last to be dropped off, with 5 hotels in front of us. However, we were among the first to be picked up for the return trip to the airport, about 6 hours before departure. The hotel, on the other hand, checked us into our room right away, without waiting until 2 PM. By 11 AM, we were already in our room. We were assigned to Building C, Room 3241. We requested a different building, but we still liked staying in Building C. The view from our window overlooked the grounds, the pool, and the trees along the beach. If we were on a higher floor than the 2nd, we would have been able to see the sea as well. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony during sunset with a glass of pomegranate wine, observing the sky display its vibrant colors. Our room had three single beds and a free safe. The mini-bar only had water. The condition of the room was average, with signs of cosmetic repairs, but it was expected considering it was the end of the season. We had no complaints, considering it was a 4-star hotel. The cleaning was thorough, the linens were changed, and if there was anything missing like shampoo, the cleaning staff would always help. The grounds were large and well-maintained. There were palm trees, a citrus garden, various tropical trees, and more. Several pools were located throughout the area, and there was a large waterpark for both adults and children. Beyond the waterpark, in the farthest part from the sea, there was a mini-zoo. There wasn't much to see there, but the smell was like being on a farm. Those staying in Building F, facing the zoo, were unlucky! Between Building E and the snack bar, there were two volleyball courts. We played well, but we had to share the court with people playing boules occasionally. There was plenty of space around the volleyball courts with grass. The hotel could have taken a 3-meter wide strip of grass and covered it with sand, perhaps along the fruit bar. Then, guests could play boules in the shade without disturbing the volleyball players. Additionally, the volleyball courts were worn down to clay and would benefit from adding more sand. There were table tennis tables in various locations, but only the snack restaurant had sufficient space around the table. There were also several tennis courts located behind the grounds, near Building G. Three hotels were located on the same grounds (in addition to World, there was also Resort and Premium), with 6 sets of holidaymakers, but there was enough space for everyone except on the beach. The beach was very narrow, with sun loungers placed closely together. After breakfast, it was nearly impossible to find an empty sun lounger. However, in addition to the beach, there were also sun loungers on the grass under the palm trees, where it was easier to find a spot. The big advantage of the beach was the sandy sloping entrance to the water, which was great for children and non-swimmers. The beach was in a bay, so even during storms, people could enter the water calmly, while other hotels outside the bay had red flags, and entering the water there was risky. Guests could use all facilities within the grounds of the 3 hotels, except for the main restaurant. However, we were satisfied with our own restaurant, everything was delicious! There was always beef, lamb, turkey, chicken, fish (sea bass, dorado, trout steaks), various fresh vegetables and prepared salads, various desserts, pastries, cakes, and Eastern sweets. The only thing we wanted more variety of was fruits. They only had pears, apples, plums, tangerines, pomegranates, melons, and sometimes grapefruit. It would have been nice to have grapes, watermelon, kiwi, and strawberries occasionally. For lunch, we went to the restaurant on the beach in Building E, the selection was almost the same as in the main restaurant, but unfortunately, they closed it on the second week of our stay. Sometimes it was difficult to find an available table for dinner, even when we arrived an hour after opening. Before dinner, there was sometimes live music playing in the lobby. In addition to these restaurants, there were several snack bars where you could have fast food throughout the day, as well as a fruit bar. Until October 15th, there was a section in the fruit bar where you could squeeze pomegranate or orange juice yourself. Ice cream was available from around 12 PM to 3 PM, I can't remember exactly, but there were usually no long queues, and there was enough for everyone. DETAILED REVIEW THANKS I STAYED WITH MY FAMILY IN OCTOBER 223 - REFRAINED 4.7 5 ACCOMMODATION 4 SERVICE 5 FOOD Natalya K Tyumen, Russia Tourist DID NOT GET A FULL-FLEDGED BEACH VACATION. Road: We flew from Sheremetyevo with Turkish airlines, no delays, no food, seats very close to each other - cramped. We went to the hotel without a guide (a new innovation by Pegas) for about 2 hours. Room: We arrived at 8 am and checked into a room in Building B after 1.5 hours. We were immediately offered a family room in Building F (near the building next to the zoo, you can smell an odor). We declined because the website showed the most unimpressive building in this complex. In reality, there are interesting Italian-style buildings closer to the zoo in the same building. The advantage of Buildings A, B; close proximity to the sea. So, we got a room with a great location: sea view, pool view, and amphitheater view. The room itself is ordinary, showing signs of use - it's not frightening. We were surprised by the gray-colored towels with holes (the first time we've seen this). Anyway, it's not critical. The mattresses are good and comfortable. In the central Resort 5* building, the lobby, corridors, and other areas are in great condition, beautiful and clean. We haven't seen the rooms. In our World 4* building, the lobby is nice, but the tracks on the steps when going up to the second floor are very dirty - unpleasant to see. By the way, both in the 5* and 4* rooms, the fridge only has water. Food: Here everything is EXCELLENT! The restaurant is large and spacious, better than in the 5*. The food is the same. A lot of dishes. All kinds of meat prepared in any way. Fish, crabs, shrimp, squid, mussels. There is a diet option and a children's menu. We give it 5 stars - we really liked it. Huge thanks to the chef and all the restaurant staff. They are working at 100%. When the waiters can't keep up, the managers (in white shirts) join in and help clean the tables - huge respect to them for that. A la carte restaurant (fish). We wanted to make a reservation. But while passing by in search of a place to sunbathe, we saw that this place is outside with wooden railings with peeling paint. The tables are also wooden and the chairs. Gives a feeling of negligence. We decided not to make a reservation. Especially since the dishes are the same as in the main restaurant, and here you pay only $5 for service. Pools and beach: This is where the real pain starts. The pools are beautiful and clean. The sunbeds are new and good. Soft mattresses on the beach. The sea is warm, the entrance is gradual, sandy. BUT... there is no space!!! Waking up at 7 am on vacation just to get a sunbed is not enjoyable. And by 9 am, there is nowhere to lie down. So you walk for an hour from one pool to another, then to the beach, then to the garden to find a place to relax. It ruins the mood. The shoreline is small, fits only 3-4 sunbeds. It's long in width. The sunbeds are placed very close to each other, everyone lies shoulder to shoulder (like in Anapa in Soviet times). This is the first significant disadvantage for us. There is no beach bar due to lack of space. You have to climb the stairs to the territory and go to the pool, which is also inconvenient. Internet: The second major downside. It works in the buildings, partially near the pools. Beyond that, it's sad. Two meters away from the building and nothing... This was critical for us because we needed to have a connection with a local MTS SIM card parallel to our vacation. If you buy a local SIM card, there won't be any problems, they say. Entertainment: Entertainment is common for 5* and 4*. There is one amphitheater. Perhaps because the season is ending and some animators have already left, it feels like cost-cutting. The girls at the children's disco are amateurs. They dance to what they have come up with for the children. out of 7 professional groups that came to perform, only 3 were professionals on 3 days, the rest were amateurs. Singers who change from Olivia-bar and the bar in the 5* have good voices but are off-key. It's better not to listen to songs in Russian, it's funny... all, of course, in comparison with other hotels where we stayed before. This is our eighth time in Turkey. At the Olivia-bar, the disco starts at 11 pm. It's an open establishment, like a street village cafe with peeled wooden tables and counters. The alcohol will probably still get you drunk.) Liked the dark-skinned young man who teaches Zumba dance by the pool. He's perfect at his job, deserves a 5. Conclusion: if you are traveling in a group, you will definitely find ways to have fun. For an individual or a couple, it may be boring in the evenings. Excursions: We took a tour on a four-deck pirate ship. $35. We liked it. A whole day in the open sea with stops for swimming. The water is clean and warmer than on the shore. Strange, but true. And we also went on the 4-in-1 excursion "Canyon Tuzi": jeep safari + Canyon Tuzi + zip line + rafting on a mountain river. $53. It was simply amazing! Adrenaline, emotions, impressions, and memories for a lifetime. Highly recommended. At the end of the day, we bought photos and videos of this adventure from the organizers. We've watched it a hundred times already, we show it to our friends and relive those emotions again. Big thanks! (It's better to go with a wetsuit because two hours with your legs and... in icy water. There is a risk of catching a cold.) Outcome: We rested, but not 100%. We won't return to this hotel, but we will definitely come back to Turkey.

We were on vacation with friends and children aged 5 and 6 from October 13th to October 22nd, 223. We arrived at the hotels at 2:15. While still in Russia, we wrote to Victotii with questions about the hotel and asked for a building. Thank you very much for her assistance! During check-in, we were kindly offered 2 rooms next to each other in the building on the third floor with a sea view at no additional cost. It was very convenient that the electronic key to the room was built into the bracelets. We left our things and went to have dinner, and then walked around the area. The hotel territory is huge, green and well-maintained. There is a fruit garden and a small zoo, or rather, more birds, rabbits, and a couple of little goats. There are 2 hotels on the common territory: Resort 5* and World 4*. When buying the tour, we decided to save on the room fund and bought a tour to the 4* hotel. Everything else can be used by all guests of these hotels, except for the main restaurants. The 5* hotel has its own and the 4* hotel has its own. Everything else is common. The building is close to the sea, the aqua park, and the beach restaurant. The hotel's terrain is flat. You can easily walk thousands of steps in a day. For some it's a plus, for others it's a minus. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars, places, and ways to snack. It's easy to gain extra weight. The food quality in the restaurants is excellent. There is a great variety of dishes. If you choose different dishes for lunch and dinner, you won't get tired of them. You will find fish (trout, mackerel, sea bream, and bass) on the menu every day. Seafood was not available every day. There were also meats (beef, lamb, mutton, turkey, and poultry), tongues in cold and hot form, and liver. It's better to try everything in sequence. There is a children's buffet, lots of greens, a separate counter for dietary dishes, and food for vegetarians. The confectionery also takes up a large space in the showcases. Alcohol was poured into wine glasses in the bars. The quality of cocktails in other bars depends on the bartender. You can get a delicious drink, or you may end up with an unpleasant one. Imported alcohol is only available in the lobby bar. Smirnoff vodka, two types of Bell's whiskey, and Johnny Walker Black. We drank coffee made from whole grains for breakfast. There were also such coffee machines in the Resort building. As I mentioned before, there are two hotels on the common territory: Resort 5* and World 4*. Across the road, there is a third hotel in the Lonicera hotel chain, the Premium 5*. You can also take a walk there, go to the bar and the beach. Join the children's party and the evening show. There were up to 6 guests in the hotel at the same time. There were really a lot of people. The Resort and World hotels are always bustling with life! If you are tired of the hustle and bustle, then choose the neighboring Premium. It's really quiet there. According to reviews, the food is delicious and the hospitality is great. We didn't really like their beach, but it is the newest building. There are a lot of children in the hotel. If their presence doesn't bother you, then you can go to Premium or another place. It's better to go to the restaurants at their opening: at 8 am for breakfast, no later than 1 pm for lunch, and not to be late for dinner at 6:30 pm. Otherwise, there will be an active movement of guests searching for a table, but the waiters work very quickly. It's not critical, but if you want tranquility in the anthill, either come earlier or later during peak hours. The sunbeds are simply a pain in the hotel. The density of sunbeds on the beach is so high that you lie close to your neighbor. There is more space on the grass in the hotel area. But there are not enough sunbeds for everyone, neither there nor there. If you want a specific sunbed, occupy it at 7 am. It's difficult to find a free sunbed on the beach or on the grass by 9 am. Only by the pools. It's freer there. If you don't go to the sea, then you don't need to get up early. The entrance to the sea is wonderful. It's perfect for children. The sand is fine and shallow, about waist-deep 2 meters from the shore. There are no waves at all, as the hotel is located in a bay, but if you walk further to the right, there is the open sea and waves, you can jump on them for variety. The beach is long, the buoys are quite far from the shore, there is a place to swim. If you walk to the left towards the Gold Island hotel, there is a breakwater and every day you can feed the fish there, it's an interesting activity for children. Thanks to their artificial cape, the bay of our hotel is well protected from the waves. There is a disco in the Olivia bar after 11 pm. Live music is played in the bar of the main building from 9 pm to 11 pm. Evening shows on the main stage are performed by invited groups. There is a kids' club, the children visited it several times and they liked it. Next to the hotel, there is a Vaiquiki shop and a small bazaar. In Vaiquiki, you can pay in foreign currency, change in Turkish liras. The exchange rate is good. My advice is not to go to the pharmacy next to the hotel. It's a passage. The sellers there are very unpleasant. There are two men at the cash register and a woman who lures with discounts, but in reality, it's a deception. If you ask questions and consult, but don't buy anything, they immediately respond with unpleasant expressions and show with their appearance that they are no longer happy to see you! It's better to walk further to the right and there is another pharmacy and a pavilion with vitamins between the rows at the market. The sellers and consultants there are very helpful. The rooms in the World hotel are old, while in the Resort

I was staying at a hotel with my sister, her husband, and my niece for a total of 5 days, which felt a bit short considering the immense size of the property. We were allocated to building G, which was the farthest from the sea, but it offered a peaceful atmosphere, its own bar, pool, and tranquility. Our room was on the 6th floor, 693, and came with a convenient bracelet that served as both an adult band and a key, eliminating the need to carry around a card. The cleanliness and upkeep of the vast and well-maintained grounds were commendable. The Wi-Fi reception was not great closer to the sea but worked well in both the common areas and the room. The food was quite decent, featuring grilled trout, mackerel, local fish, turkey, liver, and even two types of soup for breakfast. There were also desserts and a variety of fruits such as watermelons, melons, pomegranates, nectarines, apples, and pears. Freshly squeezed orange juice was served for breakfast. The alcohol options were diverse, including cocktails, Baileys, whiskey, beer, and a delicious pomegranate wine. The hotel accepted various currencies, including dollars, rubles (only within the hotel premises), euros, and Mir cards. Although our guide suggested exchanging for Turkish lira, the locals preferred dollars. There were markets nearby the hotel, such as Migros and Wakkii, but the prices were even cheaper on the hotel's premises. We are eager to return to this hotel again, as we didn't have enough time to explore the entire property.

The hotel is located a 2-hour drive away from Antalya Airport via group transfer. We arrived at the hotel at 9 pm. We were immediately checked into Block B, taking into account all the preferences mentioned in the voucher (double bed, sea view). The furniture, appliances, and plumbing were all in good working condition. Cleaning was done every day, the floor was always clean, trash was taken out, and there was always paper in the room. Upon check-in, the following items were provided in duplicate: slippers, disposable shower caps, cotton pads, cotton swabs, liquid soap and shower gel in a dispenser, shampoo, hair conditioner, and shower gel in small jars. There were 4 towels (2 large, 2 small) and one for the feet. Towels and bedding were changed regularly. The mini bar had 2 bottles of sparkling water and 2 plain water bottles. It was restocked daily, and there were also refrigerators with this water and ayran throughout the entire hotel. We didn't have time to eat at the main restaurant Aspera, so we were advised to have a late dinner at the Panorama restaurant, where we went. During the evening of our arrival and the first day of our vacation, we explored the entire territory and familiarized ourselves with all the places. The hotel grounds were very large, green, and well-maintained. There were numerous bars throughout the area offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. In the morning, before receiving beach towels, we went to the sea and swam. By the time we received the beach towels, all the sun loungers on the beach were already occupied. We made it a habit to go to the beach right after breakfast at 7:30 am, reserve sun loungers, and stay on the beach until 5 pm, occasionally leaving for meals. Many people would reserve sun loungers with towels even earlier and never show up. We witnessed someone's beach towel being stolen... The meeting with the guide was informative, but we went for a leisurely beach vacation, so we weren't interested in excursions. We visited all three main meals at the Aspera restaurant and there was always plenty to eat. There were at least two types of soup, many pasta dishes, various types of boiled and stewed meats, or grilled meats. There were plenty of vegetables and different salads. Fruits included mandarins, small bananas, apples and pears, pomegranates, and nectarines. There were melons, but they weren't tasty. There were also many types of cheese. For breakfast, there were omelets, fried eggs, boiled eggs, rice and oats with milk, and pancakes every other day. French fries were very delicious. The beef was amazing, it melted in your mouth. There were many desserts, but the most delicious ones were at the Udi's Café, traditional Turkish sweets. During our 6-day stay, there was always grilled mackerel, a few times there was a mix of stewed seafood, and other grilled fish. The staff in the restaurant promptly cleared the dishes. We ate every day overlooking the sea. From March 1st to 16th, the fast food zones, gezmeme, and ice cream with desserts were available. We consistently visited the fast food area twice a day and ate burgers, bread with minced meat, french fries, and various greens. The bars operated from 1 pm to 1 am. The mojito cocktail was delicious, and Effes beer (only one type on tap – light filtered) was good. Other cocktails were not as good, but the soft drinks and apple juice were tasty. We didn't swim in the pools due to the fear of rotavirus. Besides, why swim in a pool when there is such a beautiful sea nearby – gradual entry, sandy beach. The sun loungers were placed quite close to each other, but we occupied spots in the shade right under the hotel's territory, where neighbors were only on the sides and nobody passed through to get to the sea. We didn't experience rotavirus, but there was food poisoning. We suspect it was from the bread with minced meat as only one person from our group ate it, and two hours later, they suffered from vomiting, stomach pain, and diarrhea. The other person didn't get infected, so it was definitely food poisoning. Prior to that, we had eaten bread with cheese and everything was fine. We followed all hygiene rules, thanks to the availability of hand sanitizers everywhere. Delicious portioned ice cream was served in cones near the water park. In the evenings, we strolled around the hotel grounds and witnessed various shows, such as Turkish night and live music at the Olive Bar. During the day, we saw dance workouts, darts, and some competitions by the pool. However, the information about entertainment activities was lacking, and we hardly ever knew in advance what and where it took place. We highly recommend this hotel for accommodation. It was our first all-inclusive vacation in Turkey, and we read many reviews about this and other hotels. Here, in our opinion, the price justifies the quality. We stayed in a room for four, and we don't know what should be different in a room for five to make it significantly better. We enjoyed everything. The entire staff tried to help us with any questions. The reception and guest relations were very friendly, and everyone understood Russian. Despite traveling after October 15th, the weather was wonderful, cool in the evenings but always sunny with a minimum of 25 degrees during the day, and the sea was warm. Sometimes, it was a bit cloudy after lunch due to people, but it was clean because there were many fish swimming in it. All the facilities were functioning (water park). In conclusion, it's a wonderful hotel, almost like paradise on Earth, everything around is pleasing to the eye, and you can truly disconnect from worries and finally relax because everything here is tailored for guests. We salute the owners and hotel managers – maintaining such a large territory requires a lot of hard work for everything to run so smoothly.

Excursions: We took a tour on a four-deck pirate ship. $35. We enjoyed it. A whole day in the open sea with stops for swimming. The water is clean and warmer than near the shore. Strange, but true. We have already watched it a hundred times, showing it to friends and reliving those emotions. A huge thank you! (It's better to wear a wetsuit because spending two hours with your legs and... in icy water. There's a risk of catching a cold.) In conclusion: We had a rest, but not to the fullest. We will not return to this hotel, but we will definitely come back to Turkey.

Since this is my first trip to Turkey, the review will be somewhat subjective, but nevertheless. Let's start with the flight. We are from Moldova. We flew with FlyOne airline. There is nothing good to say about it. Constant flight delays. The flights were the worst part of the vacation. We arrived there at 4:, but we were only able to check in at the hotel at 11:3. As for the return flight... Personally, it was terrible for me: a whole day at the beach, then at the reception until midnight, as the departure was scheduled for 22:3, but ended up being at 6:3. We were all exhausted. Reception. Upon arrival, they immediately give you bracelets that allow you to use the hotel facilities. You can go have coffee, for example, as they have a bar that operates 24/7. But here comes the problem... They told us to wait until 9:. Okay, we came at the appointed time. There are two room types in the buildings, A and B. BUT! We came with two families, and we needed two rooms with 2+1 beds. In other words, one double bed and one single bed. They offered us ONE double bed and THREE single beds for two families. How is that possible??? They said they were close to each other. In building A, the rooms are connecting, but there are two bathrooms, while in building B, there is only one bathroom... Long story short, after negotiations and treating them with a bottle of our brandy and some extra cash, we were able to find some very interesting rooms, but it was already 11:3, as I mentioned before. Other than that, there are Russian-speaking receptionists who are friendly (as they should be). Territory. The territory is large. There are many swimming pools. Many bars where you can get drinks. BIG PLUS - cleanliness. Guys, remember, cleanliness is not where people don't poop, but where they organize cleanliness! Trash cans and dish tables are everywhere. Smoking areas are also available everywhere. You simply won't have to litter! It's pleasant to take a stroll. Beach. But the shoreline is narrow, literally 3-5 sunbeds wide, which are occupied until 7:. And for European "friends," there is a special guy who will take a spot for a couple of bucks. Not very pleasant, but I understand that it's like that everywhere. The water entry is excellent. Sandy and shallow. Perfect for children. And here comes another big plus - there are trash bins on the beach as well. And it's clean! The security doesn't let anyone bring glass bottles to the beach. Room. Good, considering what I mentioned above. They clean, provide water, and change towels. They create some abstract decoration on the bed depending on their mood. Once they made a heart, another time a butterfly. Tips don't influence this. The cleaning staff is polite and not intrusive. Hello, Rabia Zorcan :) About the sad part. Food... This is the saddest part. The menu is designed for 3 days. In other words, it repeats every 3 days. All the food is bland. No spices, no salt. You can find something for yourself, but don't expect anything amazing. Salads are a separate topic. It feels like you have to make them yourself - add this and that, season with salt, then it's okay. Pay attention to the grill, that's where the delicious things are. And overall, in the dining area, I advise you to first walk around and look at the dishes, and then choose. Otherwise, you might not reach the delicious ones :) They have sushi rolls once a week. They serve them in a "cheeky" manner ;) But the girls didn't like the rolls with smoked fish (not surprising). Dessert is not bad, quite good actually. I don't like overly sweet treats, and here I found some delicious options. Light and not overly sweet. And more about the food... This was about the restaurants where you will have breakfast/lunch/dinner. BUT! There is also fast food and snacks ;) So, if you can't find anything for yourself in the restaurants, you are welcome here. Burgers are good. And all the fast food options are generally decent. They have a lot of things, I won't list them all. No favorite shawarma, instead they have flatbread and something like minced meat that you can add vegetables to yourself. Fruits/vegetables are near the water slides. Watermelons/melons/grapes/peaches/mandarins... In short, a lot. But I didn't like the watermelons and melons. One more thing about the restaurants... You have access to two in Wordl, and I recommend Beach - there are fewer people. And there is also a grill around the corner, don't miss it. Moving on to the "sad" part again. They will try to persuade you to go on a shopping trip at the beach. The trip is free, they say. And supposedly there are wild discounts :))) Well, I don't know. Behind the hotel, there is a pretty decent bazaar? Anyway, you can find everything you want there. The prices are reasonable, you can haggle, but they don't annoy you by luring you to buy things. In fact, when I disappointed the person who was trying to lure me, she gave me the same price for a jacket that I got here ;) Conclusions... Drinks. There are a lot of them. For every taste and color. And it's not just cheap beer, for example. Good and tasty Efes, Baileys slightly diluted with ice, or you can order rum and coke. And the girls asked for something... They made a cocktail inside a watermelon, and... Well, it's interesting to try. By the way, once a week they serve bottled beer at the olive bar. I don't know what's the deal with that, since draught beer tastes good. Internet. Free. But! Strictly limited to the shoreline. There is no internet on the beach. Let's wrap it up. I'm not good at writing reviews because this is my first one. I hope it will be useful to someone. The hotel is good. Everything is very beautiful. Everything is done in a way that you won't encounter any service-related questions. Pleasant and neat. BUT! It's too crowded. If you have kids, it's fine. But for a couple, I wouldn't go.

We were advertised this hotel as super cool. We arrived with a positive mood, but things didn't quite work out. Room: We arrived with a group of 7 people (2 families) at 11 o'clock. Two of us were immediately checked into a room, while the others were told to walk around for an hour. Okay, the room is not ready, we'll wait. We came back after an hour, and they said the room is still not ready, come back in another hour. We came back after another hour and once again, the room was not ready. When we asked what was going on, they rudely told us that check-in is supposed to be at 2 o'clock, which was quite unpleasant. Excuse me, but I wasn't the one who told us to come back in an hour, and then another hour. In the end, we were checked in at 1:55 into a tiny room with a tiny shower cabin and a tiny balcony (for 5 people). The only thing that was good about this room was the daily cleaning and change of bedding. Otherwise, it was a complete disaster. Food: I can't say it was exquisite, but it was pretty good and sometimes even delicious. But! If you arrive at the main restaurant later during dinner, for example, you can forget about lamb meat on the grill. It's the same with everything else. If you approach the desserts counter, it looks like a vulture is watching over you, god forbid you take too much. Beach: The beach, I think, is the main pain point of Lonisera. The entrance is gorgeous. But! If you like to sleep until 1 o'clock, you'll have to sunbathe on the sand, since most of the sun loungers are occupied by towels from 7 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon. The beach is quite dirty. Sure, they clean up the cups, but cigarette butts are everywhere. Waterpark: What can I say, it looks beautiful in the pictures, but in reality, it's a disappointment. Children are not allowed on the big slides, and as an adult, there's nothing to do on the small ones. So, how do you deal with a parent with a 7-year-old child? You can't leave the child alone, and you can't bring them with you. This is the first hotel where they don't allow a child with a parent. Slides. There are plenty of slides, but not all of them are suitable for sliding with your butt. You need inner tubes! And there are only 3 inner tubes for the whole water park, really?! You have to spend half a day waiting in line just to slide down once. Animation: I can't say much. We only participated once, and it was okay. Conclusion: The hotel is not bad. The territory is big, beautiful, although not entirely well-maintained in some places, but still beautiful. Will we come back to this hotel? Considering that the kids also caught a virus (vomiting + diarrhea + fever), it's more likely a no than a yes.

We are staying at this hotel for the second time. We were here in 2022. Actually, nothing has changed. This time we were in building F, which is just before the zoo. Do not stay there or above unless you enjoy walking, especially up stairs or uphill. It's like doing fitness exercises all day, which can be a plus for some people, but it definitely ruined my vacation. The food is alright, not restaurant level, but the canteens are decent and the dishes are prepared at an average level. There is everything - beef, lamb, fish, chicken, turkey - every day. Vegetables and fruits, sweets and pastries are available in a wide variety. For my "little" alcohol connoisseurs, there is alcohol and of decent quality. In general, everyone will find their own drinks. They only serve draft "Efes Light" beer, except for three days a week when the "Olivya" bar offers bottled "Efes" from 4 to 6 pm - quite a treat, but I never made it there, too lazy to walk. The wine was decent, my wife and I preferred the pomegranate one. However, if you prefer high-quality and relatively expensive alcohol (starting from Red Label and up to 12-year-old Chivas Regal, or polishing it off with a Courvoisier, for example), then this is definitely not the place for you, and not for this price. Moving on to entertainment - if our child was between 4 and 13 years old, she would have been thrilled. I have never seen so many services and entertainment options for kids anywhere else. Water park, various studios where they play with them, pools, ice cream, sweets, snacks, freshly squeezed juice, animators, evening shows - everything that children need. Of course, there are also activities for adults, but it is more focused on our growing generation. In conclusion, I can recommend this hotel for families with children up to 13 years old. And for those who enjoy daily fitness activities, if they are lucky with the hotel's location. I don't want to go there anymore.

Hello, my dear companions! First of all, I would like to express my immense gratitude to the hotel staff - to everyone, but especially to those who brought me to my room on a wheelchair twice, dead drunk. I apologize for my terrible behavior and bow down to you lowly. I rarely drink, but very accurately - once again I ask everyone for forgiveness - afedersiniz! But it's time to move on to the main point. We were vacationing with my wife from October 9th to October 17th - building B, 4th floor or our 5th floor, room 2428, voucher number 3811425, tour operator SUNMAR - very stingy, cut out a whole day for us - very late arrival and very early departure. The flights were all good, we flew Turkish Airlines there and back on Azur Air. We reached the hotel on a shared transfer for a very long time - from getting on the bus with all the waiting and stops, it took 3 hours. We were greeted very politely at the reception (of course, they gave us half a day, and we will give them another half a day) and we were immediately checked into building B, room 2428, and even taken to the building by an electric car. The room is on the second-to-last floor, a bit small for a family with a child, but my wife and I had enough space. It's dark outside, at first there's a view of the city, but when I went out to the balcony, I saw a side view of the sea through the palm trees. Magnificent, but don't be stingy at the reception - if not a tip, then at least give them a box of chocolates - they won't put you in a bad room. The room is very clean, all the plumbing is in order, there are toiletries, a full set of towels, clean and good, as well as bedding. They change it constantly, if you make a mess, they will definitely replace it. There is a tea and coffee set and a kettle, cups, spoons. There's only water in the fridge, a bit insufficient, but there is water in the bars and in the refrigerators on the premises around the clock, as well as ayran - don't forget to take it to your room, we didn't have enough of the local water. Next - the territory is huge, very beautiful and well-maintained - the gardeners are great, we personally saw how they loosen the soil around the orange trees. Everything is very conveniently planned - no matter which building you live in, everything is nearby - not one restaurant, but another, not one bar, but another. The sea is not very far everywhere, except in building G - there you need to cross the road in the city, go onto the main territory near building A and further towards the sea - past building B (where we live, right under our window), and walk to the pool near the end of our building, and from there you can see the sea. In total, it's about 4 meters along a straight clean road. Don't read bad reviews about this building - we went there to see, it's quiet and peaceful, there is a bar and a restaurant, a small pool. But for entertainment, please go to the main territory. As for entertainment, everything is good - the animators work, but more for children, although everyone gets involved. This place is simply a paradise for kids - everything is for them, it's like a children's garden. There is a children's water park and an adult one - both are good, although we have seen better ones for adults. Ice cream is served every day from 11am to 4pm (if I'm not mistaken) and it's very delicious - you'll lick your lips. As for food - there is a lot of it everywhere, at every step - when there is no breakfast, lunch or dinner, there are different snacks, gözleme (delicious), then shawarma, hamburgers, pizza and much more. And after all this, please have dinner!!! We wash it all down with an unimaginable amount of alcohol, like beer, vodka, rakia, tequila, whiskey, gin, pomegranate wine - red, pink, white. If you want elite alcohol, please go to the reception - they will pour you champagne, cognac and other elite liquors for a high price, although it's not any better than the old good Turkish alcohol, the excessive consumption of which I mentioned earlier. As for the beach - it's a matter of taste, it reminds me of Anapa from Soviet times, big and long, but not wide. There are a lot of people, you won't find empty sunbeds during the day, but my wife and I applied an old trick - we reserve sunbeds by the pool at around 9am and calmly go to the sea, walk through the crowd and swim, then we return to the pool and relax on the sunbeds, occasionally wandering around the territory to places like the water park, restaurants, bars, entertainment, and in between, we sunbathe on the sunbeds until evening, grab our towels, go home to wash, change and get ready for dinner and evening entertainment. The territory is huge, but there are a lot of people everywhere. The entry into the sea is very shallow, to go in up to your neck, you need to walk about 5-10 meters in the water (depending on your height), and then you can swim as far as you want, everyone swam past the buoys and nobody whistled, you can swim all the way to Cyprus if you want. But I always told my wife not to swim past the buoys. There are a lot of people in the restaurants, just be careful not to bump into anyone, children run around in packs, in a disorderly and non-stop manner. You can always find a place in the restaurants - it's simply amazing how the staff works, they manage to clean and set the table, broken dishes are immediately swept up and the

We stayed at the hotel as a family from September 18th. Let's start with the positive moments, but there will also be a slight downside. We arrived at the hotel at 7 am and were warmly greeted. They gave us bracelets which served as keys to our room, provided us a map of the territory, and explained where to have breakfast, as the main restaurant has two different ratings (5* and 4*). They told us to come back in an hour or two and we would be checked in. We stayed in a 4* hotel, which only differed in terms of the main restaurant, main building, and bracelet color. Everything else, including the territory and other amenities such as restaurants, bars, water park, and beach, were shared. The hotel is not bad, it has a huge territory with lots of greenery, well-maintained and neatly trimmed trees. The hotel grounds are clean, for which we would like to express our gratitude. There are many pools on the territory, a large water park with slides suitable for all ages, and the staff ensures safety and provides warnings if any rules are broken. There are fast-food points, beach restaurants and bars, a fresh juice bar, ice cream and dessert cafes located throughout the hotel. The staff is polite, and most of them understand and speak Russian. All information is provided in four languages: Russian, Turkish, German, and English. The sea is simply magical: a gentle entry, sandy beach, and the sea was calm and transparent throughout our stay. The beach is clean. They do not allow food and drinks onto the beach, which prevents the accumulation of dishes and leftovers, which is very pleasing. There is a mini zoo on the territory, but I would say it's more of an aviary since it consists of various breeds of chickens, quails, ducks, and peacocks. There is also a cage with rabbits, goats, and, of course, houses for cats. We were taken from the main building to our building on transportation, and the staff helped us carry our suitcases to the room. Our building was in block G, which is situated away from the main territory. The building is not bad, and our room was 928. It was a two-room suite equipped with slippers, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, a nail file, cotton swabs and pads, a shoe sponge, shower caps, a beach bag, and a sewing kit, which pleasantly surprised us as not every 5* hotel offers such amenities. The room had a free safe, and they replenished the refrigerator with water and soft drinks daily. The food was diverse, and we never went hungry. Now for the slight downside: the lighting in the main room of our room 928 in building G was very poor. It was almost dark, but the room with the bed was tolerable thanks to the wall sconce and main lighting. There was only one air conditioner in the two-room suite. We were not hot, but I imagine it would be unbearably hot and stuffy in the room with the bed during the summer with higher temperatures. Artificial flowers are placed in vases in the corridors between floors, which looks terrible considering the beautiful and well-kept greenery all around the territory. There is a shortage of sunbeds on the beach, and the umbrellas are old. It would be great if they were replaced with a common canopy. Overall, despite some minor flaws, the vacation was great. We would like to thank the staff for a wonderfully spent vacation. Would we go back? I think the answer is definitely yes!

I want to leave an objective review about this hotel and vacation! I stayed alone from July 29th to August 12th. I have stayed in this hotel 4 times before, although we used to stay at RIXOS, ELPHIN, CRYSTAL hotels before. We arrived at the hotel around 5 PM. On the way, we stopped at 3 other hotels. We filled out forms at the reception desk. Then we put on bracelets/keys, which was very convenient, and went straight to our room. Check-in at the hotel was very fast, which was pleasing! ROOM I stayed in building B on the 5th floor. I like that there is no noise from above. The internet connection is good. Building B seemed lucky to me because everything was nearby. The main restaurant was also located here, so we didn't have to go anywhere. The balcony had a magnificent view of the sea and mountains. In the evenings, we enjoyed ourselves with a glass of pomegranate wine or Campari. The room was standard and cozy. The television was built into a shelf with illumination, which could be used as a nightlight. The refrigerator had carbonated and non-carbonated water. The bathroom had shower gel, conditioner, sponges, cotton swabs, nail files, shower caps. There was also a shoe sponge and sewing kit. There was a kettle and various tea/coffee/sugar and cream. The air conditioner worked perfectly. Housekeeping was done daily and of very good quality! They changed the bedding and added water every day, even if there were still bottles left. The Wi-Fi in the room had good reception! Our neighbors were very decent, and there was silence in our corner after 10 PM throughout the whole 15 days. We were satisfied with the room. The elevators worked perfectly. Thanks to the hotel, I only came to the room to freshen up, change clothes, and sleep. I woke up at 6 AM because I love watching the sunrise, and I enjoyed swimming in peace. It was an indescribable pleasure. I went for breakfast at 7:30 AM when there were very few people. The staff recognized me and warmly said, "Your omelet is ready!" The food was excellent! The selection of pastries was fantastic. FOOD The food was not just good, but excellent. Those who claim that it's monotonous, I'm sure they have the same dishes at home for a week. It's impossible to always cook something different for a long period. There was always stewed and grilled meat: beef, veal, lamb, chicken, turkey, tongue. Fish always had two options: grilled, oven-baked, or fried. As usual for Turkey, there were many vegetables and salads. The side dishes included french fries, mashed potatoes, stewed vegetables with meat, baked potatoes. I especially liked the potatoes in cream sauce. The rice was fantastic. There were macaroni, spaghetti with sauce and cheese. Turkish-style dumplings called mantı were also served. There were many kids' favorites like nuggets, french fries, potato balls/sticks, patties, meatballs. The soups were very tasty. Usually, there was a spicier one and a more classic one. There were many desserts, delicious pastries with nuts, amazing halva, which was only served at breakfast, desserts in cups with berries, beautifully presented puddings. There were grapes, cherries, melons, watermelons, apples, pears, plums, oranges, nectarines, peaches, and all of this was available at the fruit bar all day without queues. For breakfast, there were always many eggs: omelets of various kinds, fried eggs, boiled eggs. Pancakes or crepes, bilgur kofta, and all of this was available every day. Stewed vegetables, cheese, cereals, fruits, sweets (cookies, waffles, halva, Turkish delight

I want to briefly describe the hotel, everything was very nice 😊. We were greeted and given our room right away. The room wasn't big, even small, but everything was in order and all the necessities were provided in the bathroom and the room. The safe was free, water was replenished every day and there was a tea set. Overall, everything was fine. We stayed in building B, with a view of the neighboring hotel and a bit of the sea, but it was quiet and peaceful, without music noise. There were no language problems, the staff was excellent everywhere. The food was great, the area was fantastic, the sea was good, and after lunch, everything was well-groomed by the beach. There were many people, but there were no problems with anything. The vacationers were from all over Europe, and there were no issues. There was animation and shows every evening, many bars and restaurants, and you could use the pools throughout the entire area except for the restaurant in the five-star area. The alcohol was not bad, even good, despite being local. Overall, everything was enjoyable 😊 I recommend it because I have been to Turkey before and can compare! Go ahead and go!

Just returned from the hotel, after reading numerous excellent reviews, I didn't bother to look at the photos, but I was wrong. The complex itself, consisting of 3 hotels, was very nice. Huge well-kept territory, delicious food, perfect sea, easy access. The rooms themselves were disappointing: old, not renovated for a long time, some buildings were in better condition, some worse, but overall, if you are used to 5-star accommodations, you will be surprised. Of course, for some people it doesn't matter, but I wanted not only sea and sun, but also a comfortable room. In terms of importance to me, it's the first thing I look for after the sea. Of course, many people will disagree with me, and like in the previous review, they might write about the "princess," but everyone has their own priorities. Everything else deserves only praise. Along with the Lonisera Resort, which I really liked and was satisfied with in every aspect. I will write a separate review about it. In general, if you can afford to pay a little extra for the resort, don't even hesitate. It deserves it and the vacation will be great.

First time we stayed at this hotel in 2021 and had a positive impression. And in 2023, we decided to visit the hotel again, this time with a large family and friends. We traveled to the hotel from Germany, friends with a child from Perm, and my sister with her children and mother from Tomsk. Check-in was not smooth, we had to change rooms three times, but the staff was accommodating and we were satisfied. They didn't ask for extra money, they simply accommodated our requests. By the way, building G used to be called Magnolia, and I do not recommend it to anyone, especially families with children, even though the rooms are spacious. The room cleaning was superficial, and there were issues with the towels. There were four of us, and they provided us with small towels, two at a time every two or three days. We even left tips, but the situation did not improve. Only after calling reception did they bring us a full set of towels for four people. The staff was responsive, the waiters were quick in clearing and setting the tableware. The food was mostly the same, except for seafood and variety on Turkish night. Sometimes the food had a strange smell. Desserts were monotonous, different colors but not tasty at all. Only the baklava was delicious, and it was gone quickly, while all the other sweet treats were mostly left uneaten. Fresh guests would take them at first, but quickly realized they were not good. There were three types of wine, and you could drink sweet pomegranate wine. In the mornings, there was orange juice in the restaurant, which was popular. Pancakes and eggs were served every other day. The food in the snack bars was also the same. There was a diet buffet and a separate kitchen for children. The vitamin bar had watermelons, melons, and fruits. The bar where you could extract orange juice was often dirty, and the oranges often had mold. Now about the pools. They were all deep, there were no gradual entries for older children who couldn't use the children's pools but were still below the minimum depth of 16 cm. The water park was slippery. It was closed for one hour during the day, but they didn't clean it at all. Unpleasant slime hung from various pipes in the water park. The drain grates inside the pools were attached with bolts that were dangerous in some places. Children below 120 cm were not allowed on the big slides. The slides on the ship were not suitable for the depth of that pool. Even a lightweight child hitting the tiles in the pool after coming off the slide would hurt, but kids are kids and they still went there. Many things were simply broken and dangerously protruded. There were a lot of people. Lounge chairs were being occupied as early as 4-5 am. Towards the end of the vacation, the administration issued a notice that towels would be removed from lounge chairs occupied before 8 am, but in practice, this didn't always happen. There weren't enough lounge chairs for everyone. You could take nice pictures at the Lonicera Premium beach. It was impossible to take pictures at the main beach without capturing other people's bodies in the frame. During our stay at the hotel, we got some unknown illness. We, our friends, and my relatives were all sick. It affected both the staff and the guests. We were sick for five days, then felt fine for two or three days, and then felt bad again. Whether I would go there again, I can't say. Just read the reviews and form your own opinion about the hotel.

We went to Lonisera World at the end of June, beginning of July. We traveled in a group of 6 people, 4 adults and 2 children (13 years old, 9 years old). We booked two rooms for 2+1, which turned out to be cheaper than two separate rooms. We flew with Turkish Airlines, luckily our flight was not delayed and everything was on schedule. We arrived at 17:00 and waited for 1.5-2 hours for our luggage, it seemed like they were manually bringing them from the plane. It took us 3 hours to get to the hotel and we made stops at 4 other hotels on the way. We were tired and a little irritated at the end, but the girl at the reception solved everything. We received the keys to our rooms within 1-15 minutes. We asked for two rooms next to each other and that's what we got. Our block was F, room 632 on the third floor, next to the water park. The windows faced a path between the buildings and we could see the main building a little bit. The room was small, clean, and everything was working. The TV was flat with a USB port where we could connect an external hard drive with movies. The safe was free of charge, there was a kettle and a couple of glasses, plus tea bags. There was also water in the fridge. For breakfast, we went to Aspera restaurant through block B. The breakfast had a variety of options like most good 4-star and budget 5-star hotels, plus a machine with freshly squeezed orange juice. For lunch, we ate at a cafe near the sea (if you look at the sea from the main building, it's in the left part of the beach) or in the water park. There were always 2-3 lifeguards in the water park to keep children away from the slides. When the water park was closed, we went to the large round pool next to the main building. After lunch, the water in the pool was very warm. There was a shortage of sunbeds, but we always managed to find one or two. There were many bars and cafes in the hotel, we usually went to the bar near block E when we were at the beach. Most of the bartenders understood Russian and poured as much as you wanted. The beer was like everywhere in Turkey, Tequila was good, and there was imported whiskey called "Grand." There was also pomegranate wine, tomato juice, and the usual drinks. The juices from the powder dispensers were different and we liked them, as did the children. When we were at the round pool, we went to the bar on the first floor of the main building and went up to the balcony on the second floor. There was a TV bar in the building, we took everything we needed from there and sat on the balcony, watching the children swimming in the pool. Sometimes after dinner, we stayed in the hall of the building where the restaurant was, there was also a bar there, and every other day a girl played the piano. There is a cafe in the hotel that opens every other day with a bar serving Turkish bottled beer (Efes, Tuborg, and one more kind) and they also give out peanuts. The sea was clean and clear, the depth increases very gradually, making it comfortable for both children and adults. There were no real waves, it was very calm and comfortable for swimming. There were no rocks, only sand everywhere. We always found sunbeds, if not by the water, then on the third row. In the water park area, there is a room with ice cream where they give it out at certain hours. Sometimes there were lines. There is a fast-food place next to it where many people ate, it has its own bar with only beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks. Next is a room where you can squeeze orange juice yourself, there are 4-5 manual juicers. After that, there is a fruit room. Opposite all of this, there are two volleyball courts with proper sand, people play with or without an animator. There is also a place with paid gaming machines, billiards, trampolines, etc. near the beach. In the main building, near the spa, there is a bowling alley and billiards, everything is chargeable. In the evening, live music is played on the balcony of the main building. There were few Russians, I would say 15-20% of the total guests. The main guests were Europeans, mostly Polish as it seemed to me. Near the hotel, there is a clothing store called Waikiki. In the summer, you could also pay with Tinkoff UnionPay. The Migros supermarket is about a minute's walk away, and you can also pay by card there. There is also a market right behind the hotel with many stalls. Overall, the impression of the hotel was very positive. It was a very lively hotel for both children and adults, everything was within reach - pools, bars, snacks, and toilets everywhere. We couldn't experience everything in just 10 nights. We didn't even visit the mini zoo or sit in the hookah lounge, and we didn't swim in at least two of the pools. We will return to this hotel in October! On the day of departure, they pick you up around 6 hours before the flight because the airport is quite far away. We also flew with Turkish Airlines and were delayed for about 4 minutes, but they made up for it during the flight. Turkish Airlines currently allows 2kg of luggage per person and they also served food, beer in cans, wine in bottles, juice, and water on the flight.

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening due to a delay in baggage at the airport. We were quickly assigned a room in Block G. As it turned out, it used to be the Magnolia Hotel, which has now been incorporated into the Lonisera Hotel chain. It is located a bit further away from the main buildings, but it takes about 5-6 minutes to walk to the restaurant, as well as to the main pools and about 8-10 minutes to walk to the sea. There is an electric car available for those who prefer not to walk. Someone wrote here not to stay in this block under any circumstances, but it's unclear why. Although this block is a bit secluded, it's not that... Everything is nearby! There is a bar at the exit, with decent drinks, just like in other bars. They even make better cocktails than, for example, at the Olympic pool bar. There is ice cream, a small pool, available sunbeds, and music. The interior is clean and decorated with flowers. Our room was on the 4th floor, consisting of two rooms - one for my husband and me, and the other for our 13-year-old son. There was a refrigerator, a safe, and even a glimpse of the sea from the balcony. The wardrobe was spacious with plenty of hangers and shelves still left empty, while others in blocks A and B, for example, complained that they didn't have enough shelves and hangers. The renovation appeared to be new, and the furniture was also fresh. The bathroom was small, but all the plumbing worked. Therefore, I have nothing negative to say about the room in this block. By the way, near Block D, I think, near the sea, there was always a sewage smell. We walked past it to get to the beach. Speaking about the beach, we chose the hotel based on its excellent entrance and sandy beach. The sea itself was clean for the first couple of days. One day, there was a storm and rain, which the locals said was unusual for this time of year, and after that, it became a bit murky. However, if you swim further away from the shore, everything is fine. I agree about the sunbeds, there were a lot of people, and not enough sunbeds. But we managed to find spots on the lawn where sunbeds were also available. Near the pools, you can only find spots in the morning, it becomes problematic later on, but we found spots after lunchtime. Generally, you can move around the hotel from one pool to another and swim everywhere. If, of course, you come only to lie down and sunbathe, then you can only find sunbeds early in the morning, and not at 5 a.m., but closer to 8 a.m., just before breakfast. The hotel is quite busy with people, but if you look, you will find a spot for yourself. The food is good and decent, with plenty of choices. I'm talking about all the main restaurants, including the hotel resort. We went there for a couple of days, even though we were told not to. No one stopped us, but later we started going only to the restaurants in our own hotel. The food was almost the same. We wandered around and ate everywhere. I liked the TV bar, they made a great cocktail with strawberries and melon. The coffee and desserts were excellent. It was definitely a good vacation. Therefore, I recommend it. Will I come back here again? I don't know, because I love discovering new countries and places for myself.

The hotel overall is not bad, with a huge territory and everything you need. Pros: spacious territory, many pools, good water park, plenty of food options. Cons: the beach, specifically the water, is very dirty and murky with garbage and algae, it's unpleasant to swim in. The umbrellas are like those in Sochi in the 90s, providing no protection at all. The towels are very small, covering only half of the lounge chair, so half of your body ends up on a rough mattress. The lounge chairs are also old and really ruin the view. There is no beach bar, you have to walk to the restaurant. The rooms are very small, it's impossible to fit your belongings in the wardrobe, there are no shelves, only one hanger. The hotel's animation is nonexistent. There is no animation on the beach or by the pool, and no music either. The kids' disco is a separate story - the animator yelled at my child and forcibly removed him from the stage. She scolded my husband, saying that if our child behaves like that, he will have problems in school, etc. She said a lot of nasty things and threatened that we would have problems if we reported our room number. We have never encountered such awful treatment anywhere before. We go on vacation five times a year to different countries and hotels. We reported this to the reception, but there was no response. They ruined our impression of the hotel. Now our child doesn't want to go to the disco, even though it used to be his favorite activity in other places. The food was excellent, with a good selection. The only issue was that the beer at the beach was clearly watered down. Hotel administration, please pay attention to your animators and how they treat the guests of the hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We never received any apologies for the nasty things and threats!!!!!!!!!!!! Apparently, this is considered normal. The rest of the staff is great, very polite, they solve issues quickly, and they all smile. The hotel is good, but we definitely won't be coming back.

We stayed at Lonicera World from August 17th to August 25th. Below, I will highlight the main aspects. 1. Check-in and room. We arrived at 11 am and were immediately accommodated in the main Wards building, where the main restaurant is located. Cons: The rooms were tired and worn out, and the neighbors' noise was very audible. In the room, you will find slippers, a beach bag, and toiletries, a hairdryer, and the minibar is only stocked with water. The safe is free of charge. However, we had requested a king-size bed, but they ended up pushing two single beds together, which was very inconvenient. Upon arrival in the room, we were greeted with swans made out of petals, wine, and a basket of fruit. The next morning, we were served breakfast in our room (we mentioned that it was our honeymoon). You can also say it's your anniversary, and they will do something special as well. 2. Food and alcohol. Since there are three hotels on the hotel grounds: Resort and Spa, World, and Premium, you can use all the facilities except the main restaurants. If you don't feel like changing from your beach clothes to go for lunch, you can eat at the fast food place. There is also a tent with delicious pancakes (gazleme). The food is tasty and varied, they even served lobster with shrimp. There is a lot of meat options, including chicken, turkey, veal, beef, lamb, and fish. There is also a dietary menu available. Desserts, on the other hand, were not that great. If you want a tasty treat, go to the patisserie (located in the resort), they have delicious desserts and make decent coffee, unlike the vending machines, which serve terrible coffee. In the evenings, there is a cocktail bar that opens at 22:00 on the veranda near the bakery. I highly recommend the cocktails there. They are very tasty and made with fresh fruit. They are much better than the cocktails in the regular bars. The wine in the hotel is terrible, and the alcohol is average. If you give the bartender a tip, they might pour you imported alcohol, just make sure you ask nicely. We mainly drank beer. At the Olive Bar (if you go to the left end of the beach), they serve beer in bottles from 5 pm to 7 pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. They also have discos there in the evenings after the main program. Ice cream, fruit, and freshly squeezed orange juice are all available in one place - between the water park and the volleyball courts. 3. Beach and availability of free space. On the main beach, which is straight from the resort, you won't find any available sunbeds unless you go at 7 am to reserve them. It gets crowded with people. But if you go to the second beach, which is the leftmost part of the beach where the Olive Bar is, there are many sunbeds available. We always went there. Alternatively, you can go to the Premium's beach, which is across the road. There are also available spots there. However, the entrance is rocky. It's also difficult to find a free sunbed in the pools, you have to try hard. There is also a water park with decent water slides. 4. Entertainment. In general, it is good, with something new every evening. There are activities during the day and evening. The children's entertainment is worth mentioning. They take care of the kids from morning until evening. It wasn't relevant to us, but it's worth mentioning. Sometimes they play the piano in the lobby or sing in the resort bar. 5. Other. The hotel is located 1.5 - 2 hours away from Antalya Airport. There is a market nearby, but we didn't visit it. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Alanya. Cleopatra Beach, the cable car, and Panorama are worth visiting. If you want to visit Lonicera, choose the World or Premium, as the resort is more crowded and more expensive. The food is the same in all the restaurants. The World and Premium are more peaceful and relaxed. The hotel attracts tourists from different countries, including Russians, Germans, Kazakhs, Romanians, Bulgarians, and Poles. The staff has no language barriers: they speak both Russian and English. In any case, they will understand you. They are all friendly, smiling, and pleasant. The cleanliness is also well-maintained, with constant cleaning and tidying. The territory is clean and well-groomed. By the way, there is a group called "Lonicera" on VKontakte, where you can find answers to your questions and share your impressions. It's a group for tourists, not official... Wi-Fi works well in the lobby, but sometimes it doesn't in the room and it doesn't work at all on the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we won't return due to the large number of people, including a lot of children. It is a hotel for a good family vacation!

We had a vacation in June of the year 223 - 2 adults and a 13-year-old child. We arrived at the hotel around 22-23 o'clock. We were quickly checked in to the building we requested. The room had a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. The location was very convenient, with everything nearby - the beach restaurant, water park, sea, and pool. The hotel staff was wonderful, everyone was responsive - from the employees at the reception to the cleaners. We didn't encounter any negativity during the two weeks. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and pleasing to the eye. The food was excellent, delicious and available everywhere. I confidently recommend it and would gladly come again.

Good day! Check-in was at night, around 2 am. We were quickly accommodated in room 6133, which was huge and clean, with a cozy atmosphere. There were two televisions, two air conditioners, three beds, a sofa, and a large bed in the additional room. The room had a large balcony with a partial view of the water park. The only downside was that it was located above a staff restaurant, so there was some noise from pots clanging and conversations. However, this did not affect our overall impression of the hotel. The hotel had a vast and beautifully green territory. The beach was magnificent, with soft sand and a gradual entry into the sea. As for beach and pool loungers, they were often occupied by guests from both premium and standard rooms, who would leave their towels there whether they were using the loungers or not. The food at the hotel was delicious and varied, with options for both adults and children at the kids' table. No one would go hungry. We are satisfied with the hotel and highly recommend it. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I will try my best to provide all the information.

First of all, I want to express my gratitude to the doctors of the clinic located on the hotel grounds. On the first day, my child got a cut on his eyebrow while on the slides - throughout the vacation, a cheerful girl from the clinic took care of us, dressing the wound and providing treatment. I want to note that we activated our insurance and got the wound stitched at the clinic, where they took us back and forth for free. The rest of the procedures were done on the hotel premises. So, let's start with the fact that Lonicera World and Lonicera Resort are two hotels on the same property. There is also Lonicera Premium (which is a third hotel, by the way), but it is located a bit further away, behind a fence. There are very few reviews for Lonicera World, as the hotels have been divided, so I am writing this for those who are interested in going there. If, after reading this review, you still decide to visit, you can confidently choose Lonicera World, as it is more affordable. The rooms are not new, but they are good enough, and the location is better than the main building of the resort. Now, let's talk about the downsides. And if you, like me, think that these are insignificant, trust me, you will probably regret not choosing a smaller hotel. 1. Lack of space. During the season, both hotels are overcrowded. If you are not a fan of waking up at 7am and rushing to reserve a sunbed, be prepared to wander around the beach and pool areas (to all of them) in search of a place to sit. The beach is small, there are few sunbeds, and the number of people... you can't even imagine. You may be able to find a spot on the beach, but don't even count on finding one at the pool. Maximum one sunbed, and you and your spouse will have to take turns using it. And we were a group of five people, can you imagine the challenge? Many sunbeds are occupied with towels, as people put their towels down and leave. There are signs stating that if a sunbed is unattended for a certain amount of time, the hotel staff can remove the towels, but no one actually monitors this. It's a very sad sight, and a huge drawback. After all, you want to wake up in the morning, have a cup of coffee, and lie by the sea or pool, but you simply can't do that. 2. Queues. Lonicera World has two main restaurants that guests can visit. One is located near the beach, on the left side of the property, and that's where we mostly ate. It has fewer food options, but also fewer people. In the second restaurant, which is next to the amphitheater (if we can call it that), it's always packed. No matter what time you go, there are very long queues for everything, and all tables are occupied. After searching for an available sunbed, you then search for an available table. It's not a hotel, it's a treasure hunt. In terms of food, there are no complaints. There is plenty of food, and besides the main restaurants, you can also have fast food near the slides or pastries near the amphitheater. 3. Amphitheater. Children's entertainment. Hosts on the stage, children near the stage, parents surrounding the children. Others sitting on chairs behind the parents, watching their backs. The children's disco ends. The show begins. Parents pick up their children and sit them on their shoulders, saying, "You can't see from down there," and stand right in front of the stage. Others sitting on chairs behind the parents are left watching their backs. And you may ask, what does this have to do with the hotel? It's about the people who have never seen a show by a Turkish Michael. But couldn't they limit the space, ask people to move away from the stage? We only went there once, and we didn't feel like going again. For those for whom this is important, please keep this in mind, and of course, make sure to grab some chairs. Because, as we have already realized, life is a constant search. That's probably all the downsides, but these three aspects really spoiled our vacation, and we definitely don't feel like returning to this hotel. It's better to have less but be more at peace, rather than the race for something that should already be provided in sufficient quantities. Now for the positives: Food Water slides The sea is quite nice, though not as clean as in places like Kemer due to the sand, but still very pleasant. The entrance to the sea is ideal, especially for children. There are many bars (alcohol, as everywhere). I want to note that twice a week, you can have bottled beer, eat nuts, and listen to music at the bar behind the outdoor restaurant. Beautiful, large grounds Friendly staff And there are also nighttime discos in the resort building. We will definitely not return to this hotel, as we got tired of the large crowds and the constant search for available spots during our 9-day stay. But overall, the vacation was not bad, just not the most fortunate choice of location. I have attached photos of the beach and the occupied sunbeds by the pool at 8am.

The reviewer did not provide a detailed description of the stay at the hotel. I want to share my impressions of the stay at the hotel in more detail.

We were checked in right away, and the staff everywhere was excellent, from the reception to the room cleaning. Although there was a leak under the sink, it didn't bother me much because we came here to relax, not to deal with household issues. There was entertainment, but because the hotel was huge, it seemed to dissipate and was hardly visible. There were no Russian speakers except for the host. The shops and the market were nearby. The entire territory was clean. The beach access was excellent. The food was top-notch, even the desserts had unique flavors. Usually, everything tastes the same, but here they surprised us, especially with the cheesecake. I missed having discos, there was live music a few times, but I would have preferred a DJ-led disco. There was a foam party, which was okay, but we have seen much better. I recommend this place for a quiet, family vacation.

Ten years have passed since I last visited Turkey. And now, it finally happened! The Lonisera Vord is a great hotel. However, our vacation didn't start off so pleasantly. We arrived at the hotel at 3 PM. It took us about 2 hours to get there from the airport. We were assigned a room in Building G. And there it was - the disappointment. The room consisted of 2 rooms. A small room with a sofa, wardrobe, TV, and table. This room also had a balcony and an air conditioner. The second room was a 2 by 2-meter bedroom without an air conditioner and a very narrow window. But the worst part was the view from the window. An abandoned court and a landfill with boxes and crates. We realized that if we stayed in this room, our vacation would be ruined. We immediately went to the reception. The girl, to whom we are immensely thankful, changed our room to Building A (13) without any additional charge. Once again, I express my immense gratitude to the hotel staff. There are 6,000 people staying at the hotel. Many guests are from Russia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Turkey, and Germany. The hotel has a huge territory. There are many pools, but they are always crowded. We don't like pools, we came here for the warm sea, so we didn't experience any discomfort. And the sea... it's just amazing. The beach is sandy, with a wonderful entrance into the sea, no slabs. We always found available sunbeds. Now, about the food and drinks. I liked the food. There was a lot of meat, fish, they even served crab and mussels. There was a mussel salad every day. Many types of cheese, olives, and as for desserts... there were about 3 kinds. Watermelons, apples, pears, peaches, apricots, bananas, and cherries were available every day. From 1 PM until midnight, there was a bar where we could get cherries, watermelons, orange juice, and ice cream (5 flavors). They also served ayran. In the TV bar, they made amazing Turkish coffee. And in the bar with desserts, you could have tea or coffee with delicious pastries. There was a wide choice of drinks: gin, tequila, rum, raki, martini, pomegranate wine, red, white and rosé dry wine, beer. Various cocktails such as mojito, piña colada, tequila sunrise, lonisera, sex on the beach, and some blue one (I don't remember the name). They also made cocktails upon request (tomato juice and vodka). Coca-cola, Sprite, and juices from the vending machine. Ayran and water were available in refrigerators in all bars. I really enjoyed the evening entertainment. Especially the Michael Jackson parody show. There was a disco and karaoke show. Everything was great. We played boules on the beach. There is also table tennis. During the day, they organize dart and volleyball tournaments. There are yoga, aqua aerobics, and dancing activities. There are outdoor fitness machines on the premises. There is a gym, but I cannot write about it as we didn't go. The sauna and Turkish bath cost extra, but the working hours were inconvenient for us. We usually go in the evening before bed in other hotels. Here it operates from 9 AM to 6 PM. During this time, we're at the beach. And the staff, to put it mildly, is not polite. They only smile at those who book massages for money. And the man at the entrance is just rude. Special greetings to him. I highly recommend the hotel. We might come again in the future.

Good day! The vacation is over. The memories are still alive. We have been to Turkey several times, always staying in 5-star hotels. However, we haven't been to Alanya. We took a night flight from Chelyabinsk at 2:15 am with Turkish Airlines. The flight was uneventful. We received our luggage within 2 minutes and the transfer took 1.5-2 hours. Finally, we arrived at our hotel, Lonisera Resort and World. The reception for World is on the right and Resort on the left. We arrived around 9 am and expected to wait until 2 pm for our room. However, the Russian-speaking girl at the reception gave us bracelets and sent us to have breakfast. (By the way, we booked a 4-star package in World). We left the counter and within a meter, we were called back and told that our room was ready and we could check in. The bracelets had chips, so we didn't have to carry cards with us. They also gave our child a red bracelet (no alcohol served with that). We received 3 cards for towels and an additional card for our child to access the room. Our suitcases were loaded onto an electric car and we were driven to our room while listening to a description and brief information about the hotel. The driver also provided an excursion, showing us where everything was located. We were assigned a room in Block F, on the first floor. Room number 6125. I will discuss the advantages of this block later. The room was clean with no odors of smoking or unpleasant things. It had a double bed and a 1.5-sized bed. We were traveling with our 13-year-old daughter, so we were happy that there was no sofa bed or pull-out couch. The room also had a safe, a beach bag, toiletries, and slippers (although they only gave us two pairs instead of three, but the housekeeper brought two more pairs immediately). There was a minibar with only water, which surprised us because we booked the Ultra All-Inclusive package. The air conditioning units were Daikin brand and were found throughout the hotel. The balcony had two chairs, a table, and a drying rack. Block F had a cozy Mediterranean-style courtyard with three-story houses. As it didn't require climbing stairs, it was very convenient. I will discuss our location in more detail later if anyone is interested. When exiting the block, the water park was on the left (there was no noise as the windows were facing inside, but I assume it might be noisy for those with rooms facing the water park). Straight ahead, there was a gazebo where gözleme was prepared (a Turkish pastry dish). To the right was the children's mini club, an Olympic-sized pool, and a hookah bar (which required an additional fee of 15 euros). This location became a meeting point for various activities. I highly recommend this block. By the way, never, under any circumstances, stay in Block G. It felt like a completely different hotel. The

Best family hotel!!! We have been to Turkey many times and this hotel turned out to be the best for our family! First and foremost, the staff is excellent! From instant check-in at 9 in the morning and daily room cleaning to the incredible help from the Guest Relations girls with my serious problem. It so happened that I got into a terrible situation, leaving my bag with passports and all the money on a bus that was going from who knows where to who knows where... The chances of finding the bag and that bus were one in a million. And the girls, Umit, Ayzhan, and Defne, sincerely tried to help me! They spent the whole night calling all the bus companies from their phones, trying to investigate and find even a clue! For two days, they were constantly searching and had the whole of Turkey on its toes)) Knowing that I was left without money for a taxi, they were even ready to take me to another region in their personal transport during non-working hours! I couldn't even expect such sincere help! And they did it! It's a miracle, but they found the bag!!! I am infinitely grateful to them, if it weren't for them, I would have had big problems... Thank you! Now about the hotel. Excellent food, diverse and delicious, there was always something to feed the child with. Good drinks, tasty ice cream, pancakes, freshly squeezed juice, grilled dishes, and other delights. A full-fledged water park with adult and children's slides, a petting zoo that the child happily visited every day. Lovely clean sandy beach with a gentle entry. Lots of pools for every taste! Arcade games, shooting range, toy cars, and other entertainment for the child! Huge kids' club with lots of animators and nannies. The rooms, in a quadruple, of course, are not luxurious and a bit tired, but very clean and cleaned daily! And our rooms were very close to the sea, unlike the territory of the five-star hotel. Free Wi-Fi worked throughout the entire territory. It was better in some places and worse in others, but given the immense size of the hotel territory, it's forgivable. The hotel is very green with beautiful palm trees, orange trees, and other plants. Animation took place every day, but I can't say anything about it, by the evening we were already tired and hardly ever went to it)) Perhaps I missed something, but summarizing I would say: an excellent hotel for a family vacation! I will happily recommend it and we will definitely come again!

This is my first review, but I really wanted to thank the staff, starting from the cleaners who did an excellent job every day, to the restaurant workers, and of course, the guys at the reception. Everything was very commendable. The lifeguards at the pool were amazing, they never took their eyes off the water. They especially watched over the kids attentively. The water park was fantastic, the children loved it. The food was so varied and delicious that we never got tired of it. We have been going to Turkey for 1 year and have something to compare it with. The territory is huge and very clean. The cleaning service takes care of everything every day, from shampoo to cotton swabs. Thank you for our vacation.

We arrived at the hotel at 7 am, and our room was already being prepared. We went to have breakfast and enjoy the sea while waiting. They told us to come back at 1 pm, but we arrived at around 11 am, and they immediately gave us the keys. By the way, I had requested a specific block through the chat, and they accommodated my request. The view from the room was amazing, with our own garden and sun loungers nearby, as well as a pool and direct access to the sea. There was a small dining area as well. In the morning, they served delicious omelettes and other breakfast dishes. They had a bar and an open-air disco nearby, which many people didn't know about. We found it on the 5th day and enjoyed the music and friendly atmosphere. We slept with the air conditioning on, so the music didn't bother us. The room cleaning service was excellent, and we left tips for them. They changed the towels and mopped the floors, even moving the beds to clean underneath. The plumbing was clean and without any mold. The food was fantastic, with a variety of fish dishes including trout, seabass, dorado, and mackerel. They also had seafood occasionally, sometimes served in salads but always tasty. The salads were delicious as well, and they had a variety of meat dishes except for pork. The lamb was particularly good. The desserts were top-notch, even though I don't eat sweets very often, I still appreciated them. Their Turkish sweets served during dinner were especially outstanding. They had themed tables at the entrance every day. The hotel had a huge territory, with alternating between our beach and the premium beach. We went to see crabs and crawled through little bays. The hotel was kid-friendly, with no concepts of 18+. The water park was excellent, but we had to keep an eye on the children. Sometimes, we even had to remind the adults to watch over the kids on the slides. The food in the water park was well thought out, and we were only a short walk away from the zoo. We took some cabbage from the restaurant and went to feed the rabbits. The territory was meticulously maintained, with orange and pomegranate trees, as well as beautiful pine trees. Every day, there was a different show program, including the Miss and Mr. Hotel pageant twice a week, but it was fast since people didn't really enjoy it. A DJ came to perform, and the foam party during the day was amazing. Their signature cocktails were superb. On the resort road, there were constantly author cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and they were fantastic. The alcoholic drinks were good, and I saw Grants whiskey among the imported ones, but since I don't drink strong alcohol, I didn't pay much attention. We didn't find any negatives, except for the fact that the kids' club was stuffy and lacked variety. Our child wasn't interested, so we didn't go there, but we were too busy anyway with the sea, water park, zoo, etc. There was a large market and pharmacy near the hotel's territory, so everything you need is there. We went to the market and bought less than what we gave our child as a gift. We were amazed! We don't even want to stay at other hotels in the same price range; we will come back here! A huge thanks to the entire staff, they were excellent, always smiling and helpful, starting from the reception to the housekeeping staff. Also, there was plenty of entertainment options, but we only went to the zumba class with our daughter; we couldn't manage to do much else. They had aqua aerobics, yoga, dancing, competitions, volleyball, and table tennis. We have been to Turkey 5 times before, but we have never stayed in a 4-star hotel. This one was much better than most 5-star hotels. The room had a free safe, but we didn't bother to use it. We left everything in our suitcases, and there were no issues. Our tablets and phones were left on the bedside tables, and no one touched them. They only moved them when dusting, but that was it. They provided slippers and bonus beach bags. There was a sewing kit and various toiletries, although the shower gel dispenser in the shower wasn't very good. It's better to bring your own. And our favorite part was the beach: if you go left instead of right, there was always plenty of space. It only took a minute to walk to the beach. Near the pool, it was a bit trickier to find space, but it was still possible. We never had to lie in the sand or on a sunbed. And on the premium beach, there was always plenty of free space everywhere. I think I've covered everything, but if you have any further questions, feel free to ask!

Hello everyone. We stayed at the Lonicera World 4* hotel from July 1st to 11th with two adults and a five-year-old child. Our early booking tour in early March cost 249 thousand rubles. We flew from Chelyabinsk on Turkish Airlines (a subsidiary of AnadoluJet) on an Airbus A32. The flight was scheduled for 2.3. We flew for about five hours, and our daughter slept for about four hours on the plane and about an hour on the bus. We arrived at 6.3 local time. We traveled to the hotel for two hours. We arrived at the hotel at around 9.3. The staff at the reception of the Lonicera Resort 5* hotel understood Russian well. I asked for a room in Building "B" on the quiet side. I had previously communicated with the hotel administrator on WhatsApp. The room was ready for our arrival in Building "B". The room had no sea view, it faced the non-sunny side on the second floor above the entrance to Building "B" with a view of the five-star Lonicera and neighboring buildings (room 2244). We were refused to change the room at the reception with a sea view further from the stage, as they said the hotel is unified and does not guarantee a specific view. We did not pay for the view from the room as we were very tired. ROOM: Small, cozy, furniture in good condition, free safe. There were two beds, and the housekeeper pulled out a third bed from one of them. The mattresses were firm orthopedic, pillows soft. There was a TV (three Russian channels), a refrigerator, a kettle, cups, and mugs. The air conditioner was above the bed closer to the window, and our child slept on an additional bed further from the air conditioner near the exit of the room. The air conditioner could be turned off using a remote control and a device on the wall. It didn't cool much, so we didn't always turn it on. The balcony was small with a clothesline, a small table, and two chairs. The bathroom had a shower cabin. The bathroom was very small and cramped. There was a small corridor, and upon leaving the room, there was a built-in open wardrobe without mirrors and doors. The maid changed the towels every day, and we took bottled water ourselves in the bars. The maid refilled the water three times. The bed linen was changed twice. We brushed our teeth and rinsed our mouths with bottled water only, as the tour guide on the bus said that the tap water was very bad. Food: There was a children's area with children's food where children ate with adults, and nearby was the dietary area. For breakfast, children always had three types of sugar-free, salt-free milk porridge. Buckwheat or semolina, bulgur, rice. Milk sausages, omelet, eggs, lots of cheeses, sliced sausage, fruits (apples, pears, nectarines, peaches, apricots, two days before leaving we tried sweet small bananas), very sweet watermelon, light, not very heavy sweets, airy. Lunch and dinner in the children's area included meatballs, patties, turkey, chicken, lamb neck shish kebab. All dishes were not spicy, in sauce or gravy, the patties were made of pure meat, only dried herbs were added. There were also spaghetti, macaroni, rice, boiled potatoes, sliced or whole cucumbers, sweet tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, herbs, corn, olives. Various flakes, balls that could be mixed with milk. For breakfast in the main restaurant: a lot of pastries, sweets, cheese, sliced sausage, pancakes, omelet, scrambled eggs, herbs, fried eggplant and zucchini, large airy pancakes similar to donuts with sugar and honey. Freshly squeezed orange juice. For lunch and dinner in the dietary area, there was always chicken or boiled beef broth with boiled potatoes, vegetable soup, tomato soup, onion soup. In the main area, there were also turkey shish kebab, chicken, fried liver, trout, mackerel and sea bass on the grill. Dishes with lamb, lamb, chicken, meatballs, patties, onion rings, french fries, potato nuggets. Once there were crayfish and mussels. Spaghetti, macaroni, rice in various variations. Various snacks, salads, pickles. There were also dishes in pots with spices and meat for dinner... The mashed potatoes were served three times and didn't really like them, they were watery, sticky, similar to powdered, not natural. Many salads and dishes were very peppery, so we had to choose. In general, there is too much to list... The food was very good, worthy. There is fast food closer to the sea with many snacks, salads, fruits, potato nuggets, french fries, patties for hamburgers, meat on the rotisserie. There is also a bar with free drinks. We had a snack there twice. The beach, sea, and sand are Paradise!! The sea was warm and calm. The sand was hot and soft. The entry into the sea was gentle. There were many people and vacationers, even more so after July 5th. Our child loved playing in the sand, running on the sand, and swimming in the sea for 3 minutes. Bars were open from 1 PM to 1 AM. They mostly served red wine, red pomegranate wine, and white wine. The pomegranate wine was very delicious and the white wine slightly sour. Cola and Sprite were also enjoyable to drink in the heat. The bars had various kinds of beer, which were good but not too bitter. The child drank tea, cocoa, apple juice from a vending machine (not powder-based juices), tasty milkshakes, but they were very sweet. However, the alcoholic cocktails were very strong. We enjoyed the excursion from the tour operator Odeon Tour (CORAL TRAVEL) on the pirate yacht Barbossa. We paid 145 euros for two adults and a five-year-old child. We went on the seventh day of our vacation. The yacht was only occupied by Russians. It was a four-deck yacht. There were not many people and children from the four buses from different resorts and hotels. It was very vibrant, colorful, and lively with Russian songs and foam parties. We swam in the open sea, and there was also free alcohol (beer and wine), non-alcoholic drinks, and lunch (sausages in tomato sauce, spaghetti, salads, snacks, grilled chicken, fish). Both children and adults were thrilled. There were many photographers who took pictures everywhere (with a parrot, with pirates), and they made albums, stands, and magnets from the photos for a lot of money. We bought two photos for two thousand lire. The excursion lasted for seven hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The buses were very comfortable, but the air conditioners were not too cold. The entertainment at the hotel: we went to the evening show once, where dancing actors performed very beautifully and energetically. During the day, around 3 PM, we saw aqua aerobics in the sea, and around 1 AM near the fish restaurant, we saw yoga. We were very tired with the child, so for the most part, we had the beach, sea, and sun. The hotel had many activities for children, both free and paid (from 5 dollars). Our daughter played in the free play area with slides and swings every evening. There were many photographers on the premises, constantly offering their services. We paid 68 lire for three photos. We also celebrated a birthday at the fish restaurant, and it was very enjoyable. They had a children's menu (meatballs, spaghetti, nuggets, fries), as well as appetizers, pickles, salads, grilled trout, Pakhlava, fruits, and a bottle of white wine. We paid 25 lire for the service. We were lucky with the weather. The first seven days, the temperature was 29-31 degrees in the shade, and the sea was 25 degrees. The last three days, it reached 38 degrees in the shade. When we left, it was 41 degrees in the shade. The staff at the bars and the personnel tried their best to clean everything immediately. They disinfected the tables, but you could see that it was difficult for them as there were a lot of people. The chambermaid cleaned well. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The territory was very large,

Great hotel. The grounds are well-maintained. The food is delicious. No stomach issues at all. My child loved the water park. We stayed in a two-room suite. The only thing I didn't like was that there was only one TV. The second room didn't have one. The location is convenient. The beach is beautiful but the shoreline is narrow. It was crowded and we had to get up early to reserve lounge chairs. I'm not a fan of that. Again, it's a personal preference. The evening shows were great. There are also nice shops nearby. Overall, everything was fantastic. I would definitely come back and I recommend it.

We were warned by the tour operator that the room inventory varies, and if there are available rooms, we can request a change of room within the World buildings. We were quickly checked into our room, but it was in a terrible condition (in the Aqua Park building). At the reception, we were offered a replacement at lonicera Premium, but it would be boring for our child there, and it would be tiring to walk across the road to the territory of that hotel. We waited for 1 day and were moved to the B building... everything was good. Honest 4 stars! The room cleaning is not the highest quality, but if you don't fuss about it, it's fine. The food is standard, plentiful, and there is a lot of it. The alcohol is only local. Animation was present. The water park is excellent! The sea is simply beautiful! It has a magnificent, large sandy beach with a gradual entry into the water! It's perfect for small children.

We stayed at the hotel in September of the year 222. We really liked the hotel. We stayed in building D, which was very convenient. It was much quieter than the main building. The food was delicious and there was a variety of options. We could eat all day and even at night (in the main restaurant). The drinks were satisfactory for my husband and me. We don't drink strong alcohol, so I can't say if it was imported or not. However, the pomegranate wine was tasty. The grounds were spacious and great for walks. There were many beautiful locations for photos. There was a market, Waikiki, and Migros near the hotel. We visited Premium, but we didn't like the grounds there, it felt bare somehow. However, the view of the sea was very beautiful. The hotel staff were very friendly, the bartenders and waiters were very cheerful. We really enjoyed everything. We have been flying to Turkey for many years now and every trip is to different hotels. This year, in September, we bought a tour to this hotel again. We are looking forward to the upcoming reunion!

Hello. We rested in October of the year 222. We had written a request about our accommodation preferences to the hotel in advance, but there was no response. However, they checked us in as we asked. We had a world and a femelle. During check-in, I inquired about changing the accommodation to the Femelle resort, but everything was fully booked and it was fine. The resort was very large, far from the sea, and our accommodation was fantastic. Many thanks to the hotel. There was a market and a pharmacy near the hotel. The dolphinarium and an outlet were within walking distance. There were a lot of people, and the beach looked like it came out of Soviet films about Sochi and Crimea. If you had preferences for finding a sunbed, you had to reserve it. The food was normal - vegetables, fruits, meat, side dishes, grills, etc. I heard someone say that there was nothing to eat - I wonder what people eat at home from morning till night!? In the evenings, there was live music during dinner. You could choose to sit outside or indoors, and there was always enough space. Soups were served starting from breakfast for those who are fond of them. We had a medical incident, but there was an excellent doctor in the hotel who spoke Russian fluently. He contacted the insurance company and coordinated everything with "Soglasie" insurance. He prescribed medicine, and we bought it at a pharmacy near the hotel. The water park was supposed to close on October 15th, but it continued to operate even after that date. We got caught in heavy rain and were told there was a storm at sea. It rained heavily, but our room on the top floor had no leaks, neither from the windows nor the walls. Room cleaning was excellent. Before the trip, we read reviews and didn't want to go, but there was nothing negative as described in the reviews. We flew with a Turkish company and there were no delays. During the peak season, the hotel is obviously crowded - this should be taken into account, and no matter how hard the staff tries, it's not easy for them.

We want to say a big thank you! Only the most positive reviews and emotions. We vacationed with our family in our beloved Lonisera in July - August. We have come here for the seventh time, it is a wonderful hotel that meets all the necessary requirements for a full vacation. The territory is very large and well-kept, where convenience and comfort of the guests are the main priorities. The restaurant - absolutely no complaints! The most wonderful pancakes and donuts for breakfast, various egg dishes, and many other delicious treats. Lunch offers a very tasty and diverse buffet. Tuna, sea bream, various meats: turkey, beef, lamb, tongue (almost daily). Watermelons, melons, peaches, plums, pears, and much more, always available. There were also themed dinners. The staff of the restaurant in block "E" is as always excellent, quick, and cheerful. The tables are always clean. The water park is amazing, with a huge number of slides for children and adults. There are many swimming pools, deep and shallow, but the favorite one is in block "D". We express our gratitude to the hotel staff. We especially want to mention the guest relations officer Venere - a wonderful, responsive person who happily welcomes guests and professionally and competently resolves all our "tourist whims". The hotel reception staff strives for high service standards, they are very attentive and polite - they always try to listen and, most importantly, help when you approach them with any request. The staff is excellently trained, they work hard all day long, cleaning and washing ("Boss" of the pool near block "D", Emina), and it is so pleasant to return to a clean room with beautiful swans on the beds (a low bow to the housekeepers of block "E"). The hotel is suitable for those who value a relaxing and high-quality vacation. We will definitely come back here and recommend Lonisera to our friends. I want to wish the hotel staff all the best, and may your wonderful hotel have many more guests. Thank you for the vacation!!!!

We were checked in according to the rules without any delays, but not earlier, the resort building (as it was bought by us). The room we were given was completely different from the one we requested during the reservation, well, it's not crucial. The cleaning was done well, every day, no complaints about the cleanliness in the resort, the cleaners are great! The room itself was the same as in the photos, no surprises, everything was fine. The beach. It's not a beach, it's a disaster. It's like in Anapa during the peak season in a pandemic. We read in the reviews that all the sunbeds are occupied by towels, but we also read other reviews saying that if you walk to the sides, you can still find a sunbed. Justly assuming that the total absence of available sunbeds is probably written by some whiners, we didn't pay attention to it. But we should have. In two weeks, we found a sunbed without towels ONLY ONCE and ONLY AFTER A SCANDAL WITH THE EMPLOYEES ON THE BEACH. It's complete trash. The towels are sunbathing, there are no sunbeds, neither to the right nor to the left, they simply don't exist without towels and the hotel does nothing about it. Again: it's not people sunbathing, it's towels sunbathing!!! In short, if you're not ready to run early in the morning competing with riff-raff and a towel in hand, then forget about beach vacation. Well, you can lay a sheet on the sand. For 3 dollars per day. Ultra all-inclusive ?????? Food: okay. Monotonous. But tasty. There's always a queue for fresh juice in the water park. From 4 PM to 6:30 PM there's nothing to eat. Although I lie, there is, of course, you can nibble on cookies in the resort building. I remind you: ultra all-inclusive ???? Couldn't they leave some snacks or something for this time... Entertainment. Well, there isn't any. If you want entertainment, go to the premium hotel across the road; guests from our resort were allowed there. They have great entertainment there. Children. It's advertised as a family hotel for vacations with children. Hm. But everything is chargeable for children. Absolutely everything. There are no free children's playgrounds. If you want to do something with your child, you have to pay. The territory. It's big, beautiful, well-maintained. Staff. Most of the staff are very pleasant, polite, and smiling guys. We only noticed one madam in the resort building in the dessert cafe with a dull face and rude behavior. She wears a headscarf and is a bit plump. She really dislikes tourists and her job. She treats everyone like crap without discrimination. We tried to avoid this person. But maybe she won't be there for long, who knows. Overall, the hotel is good, but the sea is important to me. I don't want to chase after sunbeds and fight with uncivilized people over towels. It's a bit too expensive for such entertainment.

Summer in Turkey this year was delayed by a couple of weeks. The weather was 28-30 degrees Celsius during the day and 2-22 degrees Celsius at night, with the sea temperature at 21-22 degrees Celsius. It was beautiful. We stayed at the World section of the hotel, knowing that it was simpler than the resort. In reality, the hotel was enormous with a shared area with the resort&spa. We could use any of the restaurants, but we felt more comfortable in the resort section as it seemed to have more options and more space on the open terrace, which I love. However, there were also more people there, especially during lunch. A couple of times, we had lunch in our own section for a quieter experience. The food was excellent, and it was hard to choose because I wanted to try everything. There were various types of meat, such as chicken, turkey, lamb, veal, and beef, prepared in different ways. There were also numerous vegetable and legume dishes. The fish options included seabass, dorado, and another type I can't remember. There were plenty of vegetables, prepared in different ways, and local cheeses with varying levels of saltiness. We tried one type that was mildly salty and similar to mozzarella. It was delicious. Also, olives were amazing. I thought I didn't drink much, but it turned out differently - I had a glass of wine for lunch and two glasses for dinner. I enjoyed pomegranate wine (we will forget about sins later). There were desserts that seemed to go on for three kilometers and beyond. Many people were just looking, but you could also find really tasty ones. There was pumpkin with honey and it was fantastic. Every day we received a set of fruits, including melons, apples, pears, grapes, plums, mandarins, and oranges. What more could you want? It's enough to trouble your digestive system, so don't be greedy. There was also a dietetic menu available. In the evenings, there was live music during dinner, which elevated the experience. The hotel had various pools - private ones, ones with slides, and even an Olympic-sized pool. The water park for children was excellent. Despite the relatively cold water, all the sunbeds were always occupied. However, we alternated between the pool and the sauna and ended the swimming session there. The beach was in a bay and not very wide, with four rows of sunbeds. The first two rows filled up quickly in the morning, but there was still plenty of space further from the sea. The sea, oh, it's my love. I even enjoyed it at 22 degrees Celsius and didn't want to get out of the water. The neighboring hotel had a pier with fish, which was great for entertaining kids. We saw a skate there. Cocktails in the bars were not for me, but I tried all the available options (there weren't many, so please don't judge me poorly), and it gave me a headache for half a day. It's just that they didn't taste good. Carbonated drinks were available everywhere, and my child needed Bepanten, moms will understand, what can you do?! There was a market about a meter away from the hotel. Take a stroll, have a look around. We found a pleasant vendor and bought jeans, sweatshirts, and t-shirts at a very reasonable price. We also visited Alanya and paid more at the bus station. But again, we didn't go there often, so we couldn't compare. We took the funicular up and walked down. In the summer, there are usually crowds on the way, but this time it was relaxing with only one or two people in sight. The photos turned out great. I only saw the entertainment team a couple of times during the day, but they didn't engage me. All the calories stayed with me. But there was a schedule, that's for sure! We also got three one-hour massages. They were alright, but the prices were too high. Negotiate or don't hesitate to ask those leaving the spa about the prices and offer your own price. In the evenings, there were mini-performances on stage, with flexible girls in mini skirts for the delight of my husband and magic tricks for the child. I enjoyed the 80s disco performed by a Turkish artist in Russian. It was funny but also heartfelt, and I collected a whole repertoire of songs. To summarize, my skin became two shades darker, my body gained two kilograms, my sleep was deep, and my smiles were wide. We were as happy as elephants. That's why we went there, and it means we made the right choice.

We rested together from January 16th to January 24th, 2023. We asked to be accommodated closer because my wife had read that the G building was far, so we were placed in building A, where there are few hangers for clothes. The room key is on a bracelet, which is convenient, as you don't have to worry about forgetting or losing cards. The hotel staff is friendly and resolves any issues quickly. The food is varied from morning till evening, and although we didn't see any crayfish or squid, the fish deserves special praise! I personally enjoyed the white wine more. The pomegranate wine, in my opinion, was too sour. Dinner can be noisy, which is not surprising considering the size of the hotel. Waiters work quickly and efficiently in seating everyone. The hotel guide (Zaur, if I am not mistaken) is a pleasant companion, with interesting explanations and a sense of humor, without putting too much pressure on excursions. The beach is a bit small for such a large number of tourists, and the sun loungers are tightly positioned with no tables. Security guards do not allow food on the beach. When you walk along the shore at 8 in the morning, there are no people, but all the sun loungers are occupied. We stayed by the pool, which was more comfortable. We will definitely come back here again!

The worst service in my year of traveling, I have never been to Turkey before, and we just wanted to see the country and immerse ourselves in their atmosphere. Guys, it's awful, the Germans are being kissed everywhere, so to speak, wherever they can get them, they run in front of them, occupy places on the beach and by the pool, bring drinks, and can simply turn away from the Russians and start serving the Germans, disgusting, repulsive. The hotel management just ignores the complaints and doesn't even try to solve anything. I don't know how many people like it here, but it's rock bottom, not a hotel. As for the food, it's all the same and the same every day, the rooms are tired and just 😐. We have never been to Turkey before and will never come back for sure. To see such filth, honestly, it's disgusting.

If you want to spend your vacation with elderly people and a bunch of children, then this hotel is for you. I won't say that everything was terrible, but this hotel didn't suit me at all. There are three hotels on the territory, and imagine what was happening on the beach – it was a total mess. It was impossible to find sunbeds, you had to get up at 6 am and run to occupy a spot. There were crowds of people, mostly elderly, annoying grandmas, and a bunch of screaming children. I'm not against children, but here it was clearly too much. The cocktails in the bars were tasteless and there were only 5 types. The beer was horrible. I have no complaints about the food, there was plenty and everything was delicious, so thanks for that. The entertainment could be better, it's practically non-existent. The room cleaning is average, about a 3+. The territory is clean and well-maintained though. But we definitely won't come back to this hotel. So, think about whether it's worth going there or not.

Good morning! We vacationed with our family in the second half of August in 223 AD. What we would like to mention is the beautiful hotel coastline with soft, clean sand, smooth entry into the sea, clean water, a large and beautiful territory, and a fantastic water park inside. The dining service is well organized, so it is easy to satisfy hunger or thirst no matter which part of the hotel you are in or what time of day it is. The food is diverse: lots of fish, all kinds of meat, greens and vegetables in various variations, sweets and fruits. The clean pools are conveniently located depending on the location, so there is a place to spend time if you want to change the scenery. The well-maintained green and clean area has many coniferous and fruit trees, flowers, basically everything that pleases the eye. In the evening, there is a chance to stroll and have fun with entertainment for every taste. Our flight was in the morning and we had an early check-out, but everything was perfectly organized by the hotel staff. Thanks to the hotel team for such a wonderful vacation!

Literally just returned from vacation today and really want to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff!!! It's impossible to single out anyone... It truly is a team effort. Despite being our first time in such a large hotel, it's amazing how everything is so well thought out, allowing us to relax and be surrounded by comfort as if it naturally exists. And this is a tremendous effort. Thank you so much for considering my request to be placed in a specific building and floor when I contacted the reservation department in advance. I was pleasantly surprised. Despite having guests of all ages and nationalities, everyone was comfortable. They created an atmosphere of warmth and care for us. We were a group of four, but it really felt like we were in a great five-star hotel! The grounds are stunning, with fruit trees, flowers, bananas... And the mega waterpark is beyond words - it was simply amazing. We're not young, considering we were there with our 1-year-old grandchild, but we couldn't resist and tried the thrilling water slides too. It was fantastic! And it's such a great support for parents - the kids can play together while we just watch and enjoy. There was one incident - our grandchild was with some other kids without us, and we were staying just a few meters away from the waterpark. He came back to the room with a scraped knee... When we asked what happened, it turned out he accidentally hit himself on a pipe and it started bleeding. He ran to another slide, but the staff saw the blood, stopped him, and took care of the wound. It was just a minor scratch, maybe we wouldn't have noticed it, but they handle things so efficiently and attentively. Thank you to all of them. It could get noisy in the evenings, but that's why it's a vacation. We closed the windows and turned on the air conditioning - and relaxed. And for those who complain... let's be honest, we're not royal, we're just a group of four, but they provide us with a truly royal treatment here! Thanks to my tour operator for recommending this hotel to me. Apologies for the somewhat disorganized thoughts. I understand that if I don't write everything down right away and get caught up in work, routine, and busyness, the impressions fade, and I won't be able to thank everyone. To the question of whether I would go back to this hotel - the answer is definitely YES! Wishing everyone a great vacation! Thank you for the warm welcome!

Good day! We stayed at the hotel from August 23rd to September 1st. We arrived at the hotel around 12 o'clock, immediately put on the bracelets and went to explore the territory. 1. Beach. The beach is narrow, with sandy and gradual entrance to the sea. Perfect for young children. 2. Territory. The territory is large, well-kept, with lots of greenery. There are many fruit trees - pomegranates, peaches, lemons, figs, mandarins. 3. Rooms. We stayed in a building. The location of the building is ideal, with a restaurant, beach access, fruit bar, water park, and ice cream nearby. We were assigned a room on the third floor, and the balcony had a view of the pool, garden, and sea (attached photo), but the room was small. There were 2 beds and a folding bed in the room, and they were all connected together. Instead of a bed, they put a folding bed for a 13-year-old child. When I called the reception, they said it was the hotel's concept and offered another building, but there the sofa might be even smaller. We decided to stay in Building D. The room was cleaned every day, the floor, sink, and shower were wiped. Towels were changed every other day. I give a 5+ rating for the cleanliness. 4. Bars and Restaurants. Since we stayed in Building D, there was a restaurant and bar nearby. I didn't see any queues during the 9 days. We also went to a restaurant in another building (I don't remember the letter), but we didn't like it. There were a lot of people, and the food was spread out in different corners. There are many bars throughout the territory. In conclusion, I can say that the hotel left a positive impression.

We were quickly accommodated without any additional charge and given a room in a building near the sea with a sea view. The room had three separate beds, which was important for us. Often, they provide a Euro-folding bed or a sofa for a child, which is not convenient. The room was good, not worn out, and met the standard of a 5-star hotel in Turkey. Everything was working fine and the view was beautiful. Daily cleaning and change of linen were provided, and the cleanliness was excellent even though we didn't leave any tips. We stayed in the building closest to the sea, in room 432*. I highly recommend this building. There is a wonderful water park, snack bar, and beach restaurant nearby. We had breakfast and lunch only there because it was very close and had everything we needed. Special thanks to the hotel for the food! Every day there was lamb, chicken, beef, and a diet menu. All kinds of fish were available, such as trout, sea bass, dorado, and mackerel. The fruit selection included peaches, nectarines, bananas, watermelon, apples, pears, and freshly squeezed orange juice from 11 am to 4 pm. It's not something you find at every 5-star hotel. It's strange that this hotel is rated as a 4-star, as it is in no way inferior to a good 5-star hotel. The sea was good and clean. The beach area was a bit narrow, so the sun loungers were placed tightly together, but it's not like Side. We often visit Turkey and stay at chain hotels like Sueno, IC, Barut, and Rios. This hotel is very deserving. They make an effort to satisfy all guests and genuinely love tourists. There won't be any European alcohol, waiters won't bring drinks to your table, there won't be cocktails with raspberry or mango, and Turkish/Russian celebrities won't perform. But if that's not critical for you, feel free to choose this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! We were checked in and given bracelets upon arrival at 1 PM. A huge thank you for that! The room was satisfactory, on the 3rd floor of the main Word building, with a view of the sea and the stage. It was small, but the three of us fit comfortably (we requested an extra bed). The daily cleaning service was good. The hotel grounds are very large, as it combines two 5-star and 4-star hotels. The only difference is in the buildings and main restaurants. Everything else, such as cafes, fast food outlets, and pools, is shared. The beach has a gradual entrance and no rocks, which is great for kids. Unfortunately, the beachfront is not wide, but there is enough space. The food is good and varied. The chefs really put in the effort! There are always several types of well-prepared meat (beef, lamb, turkey, chicken), fish, and sometimes even crayfish. They also have a children's menu and a diet menu. At the cafes near the water park, there is ice cream available all day, and you can also make your own fresh juice, enjoy fruits, fast food, and more. There is entertainment for both children and adults. Our child loved the kids' club. This hotel is truly amazing! I highly recommend it for families with children!

My friend and I had a great vacation in May! We were checked in immediately and were given a room on the third floor of the building with a magnificent view of the sea, the pool, and the Gold Island hotel, which was beautifully lit up all night. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves (we didn't close the balcony at night). The weather was comfortable - hot in the sun and cool in the shade. We went swimming in the sea every day before and after lunch, and the water was very invigorating! It was our first time vacationing in May, so we were expecting cold water, but it turned out to be perfect. The water in the pools at the water park was already warm, and we especially enjoyed the large pool. The food was excellent - there was a great variety and quantity. Ice cream, freshly squeezed juice, and fruits (watermelons!) were a delight. The entire area was clean and well-maintained. The evening shows were not the main attraction for us, but we enjoyed dancing to live music and having a good time. We were pleased that there were no queues at the restaurants or bars. There were always available lounge chairs on the beach. The beach itself had clean, fine sand and was excellent for swimming. We really liked the hotel and highly recommend it! We want to thank the hotel staff for the fantastic vacation - everyone was polite, friendly, and helpful!

This is my review of how our family experienced this hotel, and if it turned out to be more pleasant for you, congratulations and there is no need to criticize my review! Maybe I was just lucky and you will have a completely different experience. I apologize for my lack of education! I did not study in a Russian school, and I learned to write by myself :) so I hope you will understand. The travel agent recommended this hotel to us, as it is focused on family vacations and has good reviews. We had paid for two separate rooms, but at the reception, they offered us a family room with two separate rooms. Since there were four of us (mom, dad, child, and grandmother), we agreed to see the room. We saw it in the morning, and overall we liked it, so we agreed. We were asked to sign a paper stating that we agreed with everything and had no complaints. We checked in to our room, and in the evening, surprises started to appear :) 1. It turned out that there was a dump/garbage site under our window where all the hotel's trash was taken. 2. There was also a hotel laundry room under the window where they were constantly loading something. 3. The best part was that there was another hotel opposite us, and their stage was right in front of us, and at 2:3, shows and discos started there. The music was so loud that closed windows didn't help at all. Maybe I would have overlooked this, but we had a 3-year-old child with us who needed to go to bed at 9 p.m. Since the music was blaring until at least 11 p.m., or even midnight, it was impossible to go to sleep before that time. We are not confrontational people and decided to just accept it. Food at the hotel: 1. Very monotonous, and despite the amount, there was nothing to eat. 2. Nothing super delicious. 3. All desserts tasted the same (except for the local ones with honey and nuts). 4. The child didn't want to eat anything at all (at home, they eat everything they are given). They only ate cucumbers and sausages. 5. Sometimes they served delicacies like sushi and seafood, and it was probably the least tasty thing at this hotel. 6. Cola, Fanta, and Sprite were only served by the bartender, and I find it very inconvenient to have to stand in line for drinks. 7. They constantly ran out of tea and green tea during breakfast, and it seemed like they brought only one pack for the entire hotel. 8. As a plus, I can mention that bottled water was free, and you could take as much as you wanted. 9. We had wine, and it was not bad. 10. There was a restaurant near the water slides with fast food like fries and hamburgers. It tasted normal for that type of food. 11. To eat properly and take a seat, you had to stand in front of the doors even before they opened. 12. Bartenders did not show much friendliness and just did their job with a stone face. Swimming pools: 1. All the pools were cold, even though it was the peak season. 2. You could somewhat swim in the main pool when the sun directly hit it. And even then, only if you warmed up in the sun yourself and wanted to cool off. 3. The children's water park (which was the reason we went there) had freezing water. We forced our child to go there once, and she came out with blue lips. 4. Only the indoor pool was heated, and that's where the child spent time. Beach: For such a large hotel, it was just a tiny sandpit. 1. People would claim their spots in the evening or early morning, and it was impossible to find an available sunbed (especially if there are four of you). 2. There were very few spots, and the sunbeds were all very close to each other. 3. There was very little sandy space, and children played right under the feet of those who wanted to take a walk along the beach. 4. Due to the large number of people on the small beach, everyone was packed like sardines, and the water was all muddy because of it. In two weeks, we ended up going to the beach only twice and decided that there was nothing to do there because it was extremely uncomfortable. Hotel grounds: The grounds were well-groomed and green, no complaints about that. There was a small zoo, and on one hand, it was great, but it was not very pleasant to see how the animals were kept. There was a strong smell, and it was clear that the animals were not comfortable there. There were two dogs in the zoo. One was an adult dog sitting in the sun in the dust (there seemed to be a kennel too), and she really wanted to play. The other was a very small puppy. It sat in a small dirty enclosure and looked sad. It was very sad to see this. There were chickens running around the garden that you could pet if you caught them. There were many cats and kittens everywhere. Children's entertainment: The only free thing was a children's room with a couple of slides and labyrinths. All other activities were paid, and not cheap at all. We didn't come across any children's animation. There was only a room where you could take them (the same playground), and some girls seemed to entertain them there, but we didn't use this service. Evening shows: We went twice and didn't stay until the end. There were very few chairs, and they filled up long before the show. People stood in crowds, and many couldn't see anything. Cleaning: You could say that it was absent. Hair was lying on the floor, and they stayed there. The floor was probably only cleaned once in two weeks. Towels and bedding were only changed when we threw everything on the floor in a pile. Overall impression: The hotel is not designed for such a large crowd. You constantly have to rush to occupy something or get something done. There are a lot of people, but little space, and it is not comfortable. The pools are cold, and there is no proper beach. So what is the point of the hotel?! We didn't relax at all and would not return to this hotel.

For the second year in a row, it is impossible to find a hotel with a large water park, a sandy beach, and a smooth entry into the sea on the entire coast, except for Lonisera. However, the price is accordingly high. We stayed in July 222, checked in within half an hour, even in the morning. The food was good, with various options like turkey, lamb, beef, and chicken. There were also crayfish, mussels, red fish, octopus, mackerel, and dorado every day. Freshly squeezed orange juice and a wide variety of sweets and wines were available. The fast food was delicious, with flatbreads and a separate beer bar with good bottled beer and snacks. The restaurant in Vorda was better than the resort. The rooms in Vorda were modest and small, but everything was in good working order, and the bathroom was nice. Housekeeping and fresh towels were provided every day, and they were very good. The resort had a large territory with many pools, clean facilities, and an amazing water park for children. The sand and the sea were perfect, with a calm and shallow depth, making it suitable for non-swimmers. The weather in July was consistently around +32...34 degrees Celsius every day, with pleasant evenings and nights ranging from +2 to +25 degrees Celsius. The sea temperature was +28 degrees Celsius. Less than half of the guests were Russian-speaking, mainly coming from countries such as Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, and Latvia. There were also many English and Italian speakers, representing the whole of Central Europe. There were also visitors from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and many from Kazakhstan.

Who knows how to extend the stay at Loniser World due to a late transfer? Maybe there is some life hack, or a compliment from the hotel due to having a small child?

Everyone can use everything except for the 5-star restaurant. But we once went to the world as if we were in a 3-star one, but someone doesn't care about it.
