Good evening! We had a great time at this hotel, it's simply stunning. The hotel area is not very large, but everything is cozy, comfortable, the cuisine is excellent, the service is superb!! The sea is just amazing, the entrance is good!! The only downside is that there's nowhere to take a walk outside the property!! But the hotel itself is great, the rooms are excellent, the cleaning is thorough, everything is clean, the bar gets restocked. Manager Valentina is a very nice lady, she responded promptly and efficiently when contacted!!! I recommend it, I want to return once again!!! 🙏🙏🙏
We vacationed in Mukarnas from November 5. Clean, beautiful, green. The sea is clear, the waves were only today. We always swim in coral and swim well, so we have no questions about the sea at all. Our room was clean, cozy, everything worked perfectly. About the food: no frills, but there is always something tasty. Desserts - not very good.
This is my first day, I didn't like it, the room... I am probably one of the few who didn't like this hotel. The food, in my opinion, is average. For breakfast, eggs (variations), sausages with dye, bright red.

Mukarnas "surprised": only one inflatable ring (balloon-tablet) for the whole hotel. Guests have to wait in line for their turn to slide down. The desire to slide diminishes. Imported drinks are available for an extra charge. À la carte options are also paid. There are no complimentary visits. Fresh orange juice is also paid. The hotel is strictly for families with young children up to 8-9 years old. The Luna Park, small slides - everything is designed for the little ones. Only one type of ice cream, non-dairy, from a machine.
Good afternoon, we stayed at this hotel twice. The hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Room cleaning was done every day, towels were changed, shampoos and gels were restocked, the minibar was refilled daily, regardless of whether you emptied it or not. By the end of the vacation, we had accumulated hygiene products, Pepsi, chocolates, nuts, water. 😁 We took everything with us to the airport. The safe in the room is free, Wi-Fi is also free. The food was amazing, different and tasty every day, there was even a Russian table with borscht, lard, and herring. The themed dinners were fantastic. The restaurant has a special feature for children, they have their own kids' restaurant, so kids can eat at their tables with their own buffet, while parents sit in the main hall and can see the kids through a glass wall. My kids are already grown, but they liked this idea. Excellent kids' club, like a whole amusement park, my daughter told me, why didn't you bring me here in my childhood. Alcohol was also good, in any bar. We often went to the gaming area, played bowling. The territory is beautiful, there's a place to walk around and take photos. There were enough sun loungers on the beach, if there were no free ones, the staff brought in extra ones. Upon departure, our luggage was weighed for free. Also noted that there were no pushy invites to shops selling fur coats and gold at the hotel. They watch out for that, there's a separate shopping gallery on the lower floor. And even there, nobody bothers you or drags you to their department. So, we really liked the hotel.
