At the hotel everything is fine, but the water is slightly stagnant and the umbrellas and sun loungers are worn out. The food is very tasty and diverse.

Good day. We are currently staying at this hotel. The beach has fine white sand. The sea is clean. The food is a solid 5. Good wi-fi, even works on the beach. The Gazprombank Union Pay card does not work at the hotel, as it is an English hotel network. We pay in cash in dirhams. Since the breakfast-dinner drinks in the evening are paid (dinner). There are a lot of foreigners here. The rooms are small, with some nuances. Feel free to choose this hotel. The location 👌 There is a shopping center nearby across the street.

The hotel is excellent! Especially liked the service - it's top-notch. The food is very good - in the morning I asked for salmon with avocado - it's their specialty, you can't find it anywhere else, but if you ask for it here, they will make it for you. Dinner is fabulous - grilled fish and meat is fantastic. There is some monotony in the food and if you stay longer, you might get bored, but everything is very high-quality and tasty. Every other evening there were shrimp or mussels in shells 👍🏻. The biggest advantage of the hotel is, of course, its own beach. There are always sun loungers, umbrellas, towels. But the water is still cold, and there was a windy day - there were many sharp rocks in the water, so entering was a bit painful. The area is green and beautiful. As for the drawbacks - it's expensive to travel to the city - around 1800 dirhams one way to Burj Khalifa by taxi. By the way, they say there is a free shuttle in the neighboring HN - then it's very profitable. You can dine on the 1st floor - you can eat inside, outside, and outside in the garden - the view of the city from the garden is very beautiful. For dinner, you can go to the 15th floor to an Indian restaurant - the view is superb, especially at sunset. And as for the negatives - it's the room: the windows face another building - you can't open the curtains, so the room is not sunny and quite dark, plus there is no sunlight on the balcony because of the wall of the other hotel opposite - and things from the sea do not dry out. In the hotel, if you ask, they provide an adapter for our sockets, but you have to ask for it. About the deposit - we declined the mini-bar and did not pay a deposit, only a fee of 20 dirhams per night. The hotel staff said their terminals do not accept UnionPay at all.

Good evening, We left yesterday. The sea is not very warm yet. It is still a bit chilly to swim. The pool is warm. There are quite a lot of people. It's hard to get a sunbed near the pool after 10 am. But the Beach boys try to organize everything. We have never been left without a spot. There are free sunbeds on the beach even during the day. The food is diverse, with tasty fruits. The staff is excellent. They solve issues very quickly. If you don't speak English, there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception and in the restaurant.

Didn't pay any deposit at all ☝️☝️☝️ There was a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, initially they demanded a deposit, but my husband asked to speak to the manager.. We declined the mini-bar in the room! and the issue was quickly resolved! The breakfasts are good! Dinners are excellent! If you want salmon and avocado for breakfast, you need to approach the chef and tell him about it.. my husband did it every day, and they did it without any problems! There is a choice of sunbeds until around 10:00 in the morning.. Then there are not very good spots left.. we had to act the same way as everyone else.. grab a spot and then go have breakfast.. There are few Russians.. mostly foreigners. The hotel has a great location! Across from the Mall! The beach is excellent, the pool was heated until March 19th.. Then it seemed like they turned it off.. but it was still comfortable to swim! There are many lifeguards who actually watch over, not just for show!

The hotel is already old, plumbing is leaking in the studios, the ventilation does not work, the curtains are very dusty, they do not know how to clean. Breakfasts are terrible. The advantages are a convenient location, the beach is nearby, and people live for it. Also, the general air conditioning system is regulated not for the comfortable stay of guests, but according to the budget allocated for air conditioning by the hotel owners. But I will repeat, the location is good.

Hello everyone! We just arrived back from this hotel. It's a fantastic hotel with great service, there is a lot to compare it to. The beach is private, beautiful, and free. There is a panoramic heated pool on the beach with plenty of available sunbeds. Some of the beach towels could be updated (not all are great quality). The sunsets and views are stunning. The food is very diverse, there is always something to choose from - always shrimp, mussels, fish, squid, and even lobsters. The desserts were particularly impressive (big thanks to the pastry chef!), not only beautiful but incredibly tasty. The room was cleaned every day. They made a surprise for my son's birthday - balloons, a cake, a card, towel art, and roses. The staff is polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a shopping center across the street with everything you need, including a supermarket. The monorail stop is nearby, where you can take a ride along the Palm to Atlantis and stroll along the promenade. There is a park opposite the hotel, as well as an observation deck.

Great hotel, the room was cleaned 3-4 times a day, even though I didn't ask for it. The food was good and the beach was fantastic. I recommend it. I stayed there in 2019, but I don't think it has deteriorated since then. My daughter was thrilled with the "lazy river".

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. They upgraded our room for free to a larger one with a panoramic view. The service was excellent, the place was clean, and they had a nice beach and pool. The food was average. I recommend it.

We stayed at the hotel for one night, thankfully not longer. The hotel is located on the second line, and the beach is far away and requires payment. The food was rated as a "4", my husband really enjoyed it (we had breakfast and dinner). The room was dirty: both the floor and the switches, and the air conditioning panel had stains on it. It is worth mentioning that the hotel upgraded our room category.
