Resting in July 223 AD. In a hotel for the first time. Chose this hotel at the travel agency, liked the territory in the photos, well, and the price. After the purchase, I only started watching reviews on YouTube, reading reviews, and was very disappointed. I didn't feel like coming here. We arrived at night. The road from the airport took 1.5 hours, and our hotel was the very last one. We were placed in a horrible room, there was an unbearable stench, dampness everywhere. Our guide quickly changed the room. The hotel is old, but the territory is beautiful. The room is also worn out, but we spend little time in the room during the vacation, so it's fine for us. Cleaning is done every day, but it's done so-so. Regarding the food: it's tasty, but the same every day. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, I recommend it. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's excellent for the money. I would come here again.

Check-in: We traveled to the hotel for a long time, we were one of the last to arrive. We arrived at 4 am and were initially placed in room 8 with access to the pool, although we paid for a standard room. Later, we were given a family room, but we had to vacate it in the morning. On the following day at 1 pm, we were given room 6313, a standard room that we liked. Room: The room is bright, with dimmed lighting in the bathroom. There is a free safe, kettle, slippers, extra bedding in the wardrobe, plenty of hangers, and a fridge (they bring 2 bottles of water and 2 bottles of gas water once a day). Housekeeping: The cleaning was not very good, but they cleaned every day. Food: Buffet-style, you won't go hungry. Meat options include beef, lamb, chicken, and turkey. Various delicious fish dishes are also available. There are French fries and pancakes. Pools: Each building has private pools on the lower floors for the rooms. There is also a large pool near the buildings. Water park: I went on all the slides, except for the bowl slide and the one that is separate (it was very scary). It operates from 11 am to 5 pm, and during this time, it gets crowded as tourists from outside the hotel also come and pay for access to the water park. Guests staying at the hotel have free access to the water park. Beach: All the sunbeds were broken, it was rare to find a whole one. They were occupied since morning, so when we arrived late, there were no available spots, only broken ones. Sea: The entrance to the sea is covered in large pebbles, so you need water shoes. The sea was calm for 5 days, but on the 6th day, there were such strong waves that the sea became dirty. Staff: The staff is friendly, and there are some who speak Russian.

Sent my grandmother with the children to the hotel. Chose from the children's requests "we prefer the water park to the sea", everyone is not picky about food in principle. Alcohol was not used at all. Arrived early in the morning, it took about 45 minutes to get to the hotel. Checked in literally in an hour (the beginning of the season had an impact - there were available rooms). The rooms are simple, but fresh - apparently renovated this year. All services became available immediately after check-in. The advantages are: 1. Quick check-in (not many people in mid-June) 2. Good slides - suitable water park for children of different ages. 3. The main pool is large - you can swim 4. The sea is clean - because there is no sand The disadvantages are: 1. Large pebbles at the entrance to the sea - need beach shoes 2. No evening performances - the hotel was divided in half and the stage remained in the second half of the hotel, as well as the pool with fish. They are currently building the stage in this part of the hotel, I don't know when it will be ready. 3. Food - very simple. We are not picky, but apparently the crisis in Turkey affects it, and it must be recognized that this is a hotel of a very low price category. For children, there are macaroni, french fries (there were queues for them), various drinks. There was not even güzleme and free ice cream (ice creams cost 1 dollar, yes, there is no free one). You can take a walk by leaving the hotel and going to the left. Small shops, pharmacies, fur sales. Everything as usual. Prices are quite high. I would not return for a second time, but for the first time it will do. Especially for children. P.S. For those interested in Wi-Fi - there is practically none. Only in the lobby, and it barely reaches the territory and rooms. The room that was assigned to us had no network coverage at all.

We rested with our family at the end of May and we really enjoyed it. The accommodation was excellent, we were given a very nice room with a view of the mountains. The food was great, they had everything for children, as well as animation, beach football, and volleyball. This is our second time at this hotel, the first time was in 2015. Nothing has changed now, at least for me. The stunning water park is a feast for the eyes, and it's free. We visited all the hammams and signed up for a 5-day massage course. The massage was done by the masseur Esih Esih, I highly recommend him. At the beginning, we didn't go swimming in the sea much as we arrived during the rainy season. There were a few showers, and then the heat began. We constantly went to the beach to sunbathe. Special thanks to the animators, they were very cool and entertaining. I played darts in the morning and there were Latin dances after lunch. The children's animators were also very good. A boy in the kids' center constantly played with the children, and in the evening they were given certificates. There is plenty for children to do there. The bar always had a variety of cocktails to choose from.

We recently came back from a vacation at this hotel. As unpretentious people, we really liked it! Yes, the hotel is worn out, the rooms were not cleaned often and not of the best quality. But they gave us a room with our own swimming pool, which was really cool! The food, I agree, was somewhat repetitive, but don't pile everything on one plate, choose one thing today and another tomorrow. There were always 3-4 side dishes, even more meat dishes... beef, red fish, chicken. Grilled and steamed vegetables were varied - bell peppers, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, carrots, potatoes, eggplants, zucchinis, etc. Different salads, sauces, and various types of olives. Bread straight from the oven. There were 15 different dessert options. Fruits included watermelon, rarely melon, black and green grapes, plums, peaches, pears, and apples. In my opinion, some people just overate themselves. The awesome plus was the water park! It was open from 1 pm to 5 pm. The slides were great! There was daily entertainment such as darts, bocce, yoga, zumba, shooting, volleyball, water polo, water aerobics, and children's entertainment. In the evening, there was either live music or contests, followed by a disco. The animators tried their best, but not intrusively, it all depended on your mood! Drinks were poured generously. The alcohol was of decent quality, served from bottles, and the beer was tasty! Towards the end of our vacation, mold appeared in the room, but we didn't complain and didn't want to change the room with a swimming pool. Overall, a very worthy hotel for its price! The only thing to improve would be the cleaning service, then this hotel would be perfect.

Hello everyone. We spontaneously decided to go to Turkey, so we didn't rely on reviews when choosing a hotel (((. We arrived at the hotel at 5 am and were told that our room was available and we could check-in immediately for an additional fee... Of course, we agreed (we had three children who wanted to relax). And that's when it started... As we went up to the room with the children and our luggage, the hotel staff realized that the room was occupied. We had to wait until 4 pm to check-in, even though guests are supposed to check-out at 11 am and check-in is at 2 pm. The main restaurant, sorry, but it's not a restaurant, it's a cafeteria, where the same dishes are served every day. The staff is not friendly, and the children's entertainment is "terrible". The hotel is poorly cleaned. Our children dreamed of delicious food during their vacation. The hotel itself is very stuffy. If you only care about slides and nothing else, this place is for you. And lastly... On the day of check-out, when I asked for our luggage to be brought out of the room, no one showed up on time, of course.

We stayed at the hotel in mid-July, as a family of 2+2. We arrived at the hotel around 8 AM. Since we had booked private transfer, we arrived alone. At the reception, we asked to check-in early. We were willing to pay a little extra. However, they checked us in without any additional charges at around 1-11 PM. It was very convenient as we hadn't slept all night. The room was large with a partition and a balcony on the 3rd floor. It was an average room. There were two big double beds and a balcony. Room cleaning seemed to be done. We didn't check how good it was. The minibar was restocked, and soap/shampoo were added as needed. The plumbing worked fine. I don't know how often the linens were changed. But once, my child spilled juice on the bed. Fortunately, there were housekeepers in the corridor. I took the bedsheet to them to change it. They replaced it without any questions and came back to make all the beds again. Regarding the food, it was monotonous but tasty enough. There was always beef and fish, not only mackerel but also red fish like salmon. There wasn't an abundance of chicken like in some other hotels. The juice was normal, not like Yoopee (similar brand). It was pleasantly surprising. The beer was regular, and we didn't have any wine. They made good cocktails at the lobby. There was only one restaurant and a snack bar near the beach exit. There was only a bar near the hotel pool. That was a downside. There weren't many snacks. The water park was cool. However, since there were paid entrances for outsiders, it was always crowded with queues for the slides. There were quite a few inflatable rings, but occasionally there weren't enough for everyone. I didn't really like the Toilet Slide, it hit my heel when I came out of the pipe. Although we had slid down such a slide a hundred times in Volzhsky (a city in Russia). The water park itself was stretched out, so it wasn't very close to the sea from the hotel exit. There were many broken sunbeds at the beach. But you could always find a sunbed. The entrance was normal, we didn't need snorkels. The sea was amazing, crystal clear. In my opinion, it was clearer than in Alanya. It was like a tear. The animation was zero. I never saw it during the day. In the evenings, after the mini disco, there was live music. Out of the four times I went in the evenings, there was only live music. There were no shows. But they sang some songs in Russian. Not far from the hotel, towards Kiris, there is a market with shops and a pharmacy. Overall, it was okay. But it felt like something was missing.

avatar

At the hotel near the beach cafe and poolside cafe, the floor is finished with large polished tiles and there is no other covering, so it is very slippery. The underground passage to the sea has a slope and it is washed with a hose in the morning when people go swimming. There is no children's entertainment, only a barrel and volleyball for adults on the beach. The small wooden paths to the sea (central and side ones towards the pier) are always wet and slippery, causing many injuries. The staircase from the pier is metallic with the lower part covered in shells, making it slippery and unsafe. The depth of the water is normal, one can walk in the water up to the end of the pier, but jumping into the water is dangerous. The cleaning in the beach cafe is slow, children constantly spill food and you have to be careful. The main restaurant is cleaned in the same manner, during the two weeks there was melon once, as well as watermelon, plums, grapes, and oranges. Apples and pears were available several times. There is no hot milk for children, only rice porridge and flakes. Honey, halva, two types of buns, salted cheese, and jam are available in large bowls. There is nothing in individual packages, so some dishes such as butter or margarine cannot be distinguished. There was white fish (no one mentioned the name) and trout. The soup options are tomato and pea. The internet connection is poor: there is no internet in the restaurant, only around the reception area, partially near the pools, and a little near the slides (not under a canopy, but in the walkway). The beach doesn't have reception, nor does it work in the room around the bathroom corner, so we moved one bed near the door and sat on it. The library is empty, there are no Turkish magazines either. Towels are provided in the spa (under the main restaurant) in exchange for a $1 deposit at the reception. In the evening, they can be returned and new ones can be obtained in the morning. They cannot be obtained in the evening as they are laundered at night.

avatar

Just returned from the hotel. Overall, everyone is satisfied. The only downsides are that only one card is provided per room, and the second one is paid. There is no free ice cream for children. Towel cards are issued for a deposit of $1 each, which is returned afterwards. There are many slides, a good children's water park. The food is usual, we didn't go hungry. The bar in the hotel closes at 3 am, and at the beach, it closes at 12 pm. The entry into the sea is so-so, with large pebbles, but tolerable. The sea is very clean and warm. There is a pier. The beach chairs are a bit old, but there is always enough space. The hotel is quite clean, and the cleaning is done properly, the same applies to the dining hall. We had a vacation with a friend and kids. I would definitely come back again.

Translated text: We were on vacation with our family of four. When choosing this hotel, I set myself up that I'm going to the sea and everything else is not so important. The impressions were positive, we were checked in almost immediately, without waiting until 2 PM. We were given a nice room with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 showers, as paid for. This pleased us. The room was not royal chambers, it needs cosmetic repairs, the air conditioner practically did not cool in one of the rooms, 1 remote control for 2 air conditioners (the batteries in the second one simply died), the refrigerator did not work well, and there was only water in the mini-bar. The soap and toiletries were replenished regularly. There were only 3 towels, though there were four of us. The children's animation was very good. After the mini-disco, there was a disco for adults until .. Almost the same things happened every day, except Sunday: disco with decorations and dancing girls, live music twice. After..., there is a paid cafe on the hotel grounds where you can get a hookah and drinks for money. But we took the drinks at the bar near the beach. As for the food, there was plenty to choose from, but sometimes there would be a line of one person waiting for an egg/pancakes... There is a shortage of chefs, they try very hard, but they cannot handle such a large number of tourists. The food is repetitive. The same thing every day. Limited selection of fruits. If you don't pay too much attention, you can eat the same thing... The coffee machine didn't always work, one broke in the beginning, and the other one broke before we left. Not all air conditioners worked in the restaurant. Plates are cleared promptly, everything is good. The territory is well-groomed but not large. There is a gym. A large football field and tennis court. During the day, there is water aerobics, darts, and beach volleyball in the morning. It's all on a good level. The water park is excellent! There are plenty of people there, not only hotel guests, but the queues are the longest of one person. Both children and adults really enjoyed it. The sea is clean, it's better to bring water shoes with you. My wife and I went for a massage program, I recommend the masseur Hasan, he is a master of his craft! Overall, we were satisfied, the sauna is good. Ice cream is not included, usually it's free in all hotels. The Wi-Fi is the worst I've ever encountered. Horrible. At the reception, they said, that's how we have it... I also contacted them on the first day about repairing the hairdryer, as I have two daughters and a wife, but they didn't bother to repair or replace it, which is not good!

We stayed at the Aima hotel from June 1st to 14th. We had a family room with 2 adults and 3 children (9 and 5 years old). The room was spacious, but the furniture was old. Towels were changed every 3 days, and we had to request fresh bed linens at the reception desk. The cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory. The sea had rocky entry, but our children enjoyed diving from the pier. The food was standard, with frequent servings of red fish, minced meat, chicken, and turkey. Fruits included apples, pears, oranges, and we had watermelon once. Ice cream was not included and had to be purchased separately. Oatmeal for breakfast was only available a few days after our arrival. We visited the hammam and enjoyed it. The SPA manager, Sergey, was more popular with our children than the animators. We booked a boat excursion and fishing trip, which we found to be much cheaper when purchased from street vendors compared to the tour operator, although prices varied. The hotel had many young athletes, who had training sessions before lunch and their presence was noticeable during dinner. A budget hotel with children-friendly facilities and a water park. If you prioritize service and cleanliness, you will need to double the price elsewhere. The Turkish Airlines flights were perfect without any delays.

We were on vacation with my son in June 223! We arrived at 9 AM and were in the hotel room by 9:30 AM already! After reading reviews, we were wondering where we were going... it turned out to be all lies. The hotel grounds are not the same anymore, but the claims about dirt everywhere are false! They clean and tidy up everywhere every minute! The room is spacious, not new, but they don't mention that either! The sea is transparent and very beautiful, with pebble entrance, but we bought water shoes and they were perfect for entering the sea! The food is good, red fish every day, lamb twice, various chicken cutlets and rolls with vegetables, lots of vegetables! Fruits were only apples, pears, oranges, and watermelons, but it was enough! I don't know how one can stay hungry in Turkey, there is always food on the beach! Cutlets, french fries, pizza! Various drinks! Rum, Baileys, gin, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks in abundance! So, the key to a good vacation is your positivity!! The animation team is active, offering activities like darts, volleyball, aqua aerobics! There was a foam party on the beach on Sunday! Overall, the hotel is good! The grounds are smaller, of course, compared to the neighboring one, but we needed the sea! The Dulus Water Park on the premises is absolutely fantastic! All hotel guests have free access! I recommend it!

I will start my review by saying that we have been to Turkey for the 8th time, so we have something to compare it with. We went on vacation with our family of four. Initially, we had not the best impressions upon arrival. But when choosing the hotel, I understood that it should not be compared to the hotels we had previously stayed at. Those hotels were premium class and three times more expensive than Dayma Biz. When choosing this hotel, I prepared myself mentally that I was going for the beach and everything else was not so important. The impressions were not very good due to the late arrival at the hotel. At the late dinner, there was soup, bread, and vegetables, which were quickly taken by other guests. Foreigners would go and collect leftovers from the tables, and food could not be left on the table. Afterwards, we went to our room. We were assigned a good room with two separate bedrooms and two showers, even though we had paid for a lower class room. This made us happy. Of course, the room was not royal chambers. It needed renovation, some wallpapers were poorly glued, the air conditioner was leaking (it was fixed the next day), there was only one remote control for two televisions (the batteries in the second one were dead and they were not replaced, they told us to use only one), the fridge was not working properly, and the mini bar only had water. The toiletries were not replenished, they gave us one set for three people, which was not enough for our family of four for one day, as we had booked a one-day tour. There was only one quality towel, the others were not absorbent. The children's animation was very good, the kids' club was great, Chari was a good animator, the children were thrilled, and the children's disco was also fun. After the mini disco, there was a disco for adults until.. It was practically the same every day. Twice there were discos with decorations and female dancers, twice there was live music, and one day they tried to start karaoke, but the terrible Wi-Fi prevented it. Afterward, there is a paid cafe on the hotel grounds where you can get a hookah and drinks for money. But we got our drinks at the bar near the beach (it was too far to go to the American bar near the hotel, and it was boring there), once a waiter approached us and told us not to get drinks there, or if we did, we should drink them at that table and not go to the paid cafe or the beach... It seemed strange. On the food: There was plenty to choose from, but sometimes there would be a line of just one person waiting for an egg or pancakes... There weren't enough cooks, they tried their best, but they couldn't handle such a large number of tourists. The food was repetitive, the same thing every day. There was a small selection of fruits. If you don't pay attention, you can eat the same thing... The drinks were not tasty. The coffee machine did not always work, one broke at the beginning and the other broke before our departure. The air conditioners in the restaurant didn't always work. The ceiling leaked. There was a mop and a bucket in the middle of the restaurant... The plates were cleared in a timely manner, everything was fine. There was a $1 fine for uneaten food. The grounds were well-maintained but not very large. We wanted to play mini-golf but it was tangled in branches, it seemed like it wasn't being cleaned. The gym was small, there were not many people, it was not very big, everything was scattered, no one was watching, there was air conditioning, and the necessary equipment. It's good that there is a gym at all. There is a large football field and a tennis court. The daily animation activities included morning water aerobics, darts, beach volleyball... It was all at a good level. But in the evening, it was a bit boring. I'm not used to this type of animation. Usually, there are colorful performances in the arena. There is a mermaid show, but it is not included and has to be paid for. We didn't go. The water park was great. There were enough people, not only hotel guests. The lines were the longest for one person. Both children and adults enjoyed it. The sea was clean, it's better to bring water shoes with you. Or you can buy them nearby at the market. By the way, chips were $1 there, while they were $3 on the hotel grounds. Towels were not always available. It's better to take care of that early. We went for a massage program with my spouse. The children got a foam massage as a gift. Overall, we were satisfied. The hammam in the hotel was not very good, it didn't heat up well, but the sauna was good. The ice cream was not free, usually, it is free in all hotels. I have never encountered worse Wi-Fi. It was terrible. I was told at the reception that this is the Wi-Fi we have. It seems like they don't do anything about it.

While it is still fresh. I went with two children in early September. We were checked in three hours after arrival, as soon as we received the rooms, we changed clothes, left our suitcases, and went to have breakfast and swim. The safe is free, Wi-Fi is free but it only works in some areas, there is no other option even if you are willing to pay. The reception and the water park have a good connection, and occasionally the room had excellent reception. The food is a solid 4, but mostly because of its consistency. There is only one restaurant-canteen, and there are no surprises. Fish, meat, vegetables, pasta, and potatoes are always available in abundance. There is no separate table for children. There are plenty of drinks everywhere. Alcohol is available from 1 am. The children got sick with coxsackie. They swam in the children's pool, and that's probably where they caught it. The sea is clean and salty. The beach is pebbly everywhere, so I recommend wearing comfortable flip-flops. The road to the sea is through an underground passage, beautifully decorated and past the water park. The water park is included in the accommodation cost. We swam from morning till evening. We were placed in a sector with a view of the mountains, and it was delightful. It was quiet, calm, and we couldn't hear any commotion. The air conditioning didn't work on the first day, but it was quickly fixed. Honestly, the cleaning was disappointing. They only changed what was on the floor, even if it was clearly dirty. The bedding was not changed for a week. Towels and shampoo were only replenished once. A $1 deposit for towels was required at the reception in exchange for a card. The card can be exchanged for a towel at the spa. The spa staff were very pushy, but I couldn't find the opportunity to visit it, as I was alone with two children. As far as I understand, I could have gone to the hammam for free. There is a playground with slides and swings on the hotel grounds and on the beach, but they are slightly worse in quality. During the day, there is aqua aerobics and water polo, and in the evening there is entertainment on the beach, but we didn't stay for it. There are shops on the premises with rather high prices. You can exit the hotel and walk to the village on the left, where there are many shops and naturally lower prices. Practically all Turks speak Russian and are welcoming. We went to the center of Kemer. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, but we took a taxi for $1 since we couldn't fit with a stroller. There are mountains, warm and clean sea. The food and drink options are standard. Nothing in particular was surprising. Solid 4.

Starting with the order: 1. Check-in - we arrived at 9 am, they gave us a bracelet and took us to breakfast. After breakfast, we went to the reception, I handed over a gift from Russia in the form of 2 Alenka chocolates and asked if we could check in earlier because we were tired from the journey and didn't want to wait until 2 pm. The girl said they would try to check us in by 12. We changed clothes, walked around the area, swam in the sea, and returned by 12, our room was ready. 2. Room - we were given a room in the 5th building on the ground floor with a pool shared by 5 rooms. Can't say anything bad, yes, the rooms are old, but everything worked fine, the pool was amazing, very convenient. The internet worked perfectly in the room. The cleaning was not great, they only mopped the floor and changed the towels. 3. Food - the selection was not big, compared to other hotels we have been to in Turkey, but everything was edible. Towards the end of the vacation, we got tired of having the same breakfast, and lunch and dinner almost didn't change, but we weren't hungry. As for the queues that people write about, 3-4 people didn't bother us at all. 4. Alcohol - standard, like in all cheap five-star hotels. They make delicious cocktails at the beach bar. 5. Territory - not big and not small, the hotel certainly emphasizes the water park, there are many slides for both adults and children. The hotel is not new, so we didn't pay attention to the shortcomings. We came to relax, not to be hotel inspectors. 6. Sea - simply amazing. Not too cold or too hot, very gentle and clean. I always loved sandy beaches, but after this vacation, I discovered pebble beaches on the other side. Yes, almost all sunbeds were broken, but we didn't mind, it was easy to find and lie down. 7. Entertainment - during the day, the animators walk around, invite people to participate in games, etc., but it's still boring for Turkey. There is nothing to do in the evening. Every day it's the same - something like a disco. We went four times, then just walked around after dinner. Overall, we had a great rest, not paying attention to the shortcomings. Of course, we won't return to this hotel.

We were on a family vacation (with a 6-year-old child) in September 223. We always go to 5-star hotels when we visit Turkey, but this one is definitely not a 5-star. It's no higher than 4-star. The food is the same for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. There are queues everywhere, from the main restaurant to the bars. You have to wait for about 5 minutes just to get a glass of drink. Usually, they cook something on the grill for dinner and there is always something new. Here everything is standard, what you ate for lunch is what you will eat for dinner, but first you have to wait in line. The evening soup is a whole separate story. Cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs, bread, and some white liquid, probably soup. It's unclear why they can't put out dishes that were left over from dinner. Tourists who arrived late left within a minute and were left hungry until morning. The rooms are all worn out, with chairs in the lobby stained and with holes. They clean the rooms every day, but only wipe the floors and change the towels. The only thing we liked about the entertainment was the mini club. I don't know his name, but there was a young guy who was really good with the kids. The mini disco was the same 4 dances over and over again. By the 5th day, we were sick of those 4 songs. The evening shows that are always present in Turkey are not here, only a disco. First, there is 1 hour of Turkish songs, then Russian songs. There was live music in broken Russian. We learned which song would play for each dance in just one day. The internet is really disappointing. It only works in the reception area and at the snack bar near the sea. Nowhere else. If you are in your room and need to urgently contact someone, you have to go down to the reception. The water park is decent, there was always plenty of space even though people from other hotels and locals came. You can always find a spot at the beach as well. There were also always available spots at the pool.

Hello everyone, we arrived around 12 o'clock at night and the check-in process went quickly. We were given a larger room divided by a curtain, so it felt like a two-room suite. Our child had their own space. There were two TVs, the air conditioner worked properly, and it even continued to run when we left the room. They always provided water and mineral water, and the room was clean. Sometimes we would leave a tip for the maid, but even without it, she always cleaned the room to the standard. Sometimes she would leave extra mineral water and toiletries. By the way, toothpaste is not provided, but slippers are available if you request them from the maid. We were lucky that the bar was open until 3 am, so we could spend some time there. The beach towels required a deposit, but we had no issues getting it back when we checked out. We flew at night, so we left our luggage at the reception. They have good security cameras there. The bracelets they gave us were a bit daunting, but no one cut them off. We returned the beach cards in the evening and had no problem getting our deposit back. We left for a price of 16 euros for three people, and for that money, we have no complaints. However, for those who paid more, there were more downsides. Let's start with the beach. I woke up early and the beach towels were given from 8 am. Most of them were in poor condition, torn, and not comfortable to lie on. But we always managed to get intact ones. The beach itself had large pebbles. We bought some corals from a store for 65 lira on discount, and it was a good decision because the pebbles prevented the sand from getting stirred up, so the sea was always clean and clear. There is a dried-up river to the right when facing the sea, and there is a small puddle where two wild geese live. If anyone is reading this, please feed the geese. We always brought bread and peaches from the restaurant, and they were very happy about it. There were always people offering massage services and trying to sell things, but we politely declined. The shops were the same, even if you politely declined, they would still come to you. But that's their job. Opposite the hotel, there is a bus stop where bus number 1 and number 4 to Kemer-Kirish run every 15 to 20 minutes. They stop at the White Tower, so you get off where you boarded. As for the food, you won't go hungry as there is a lot of variety. However, it was the same every day without any changes. There were different types of pasta and rice, several types of meat, and always pide and lahmacun. There were also many desserts, but we are not fans of sweets. There were also plenty of fruits such as peaches, melons, grapes, apricots, plums, apples, and pears. All of them were ripe and delicious. The vegetables were also good. You could eat on the beach and they offered French fries, vegetable pizza, patties or pancakes, soup, vegetables, and fruits every day, the same menu. There were queues at the water park only on weekends when more people came because you can buy separate tickets for it. On weekdays, there weren't as many people. The slides were high and scary, but my husband and child tried them all. There is a separate area for children, and there is a very deep pool next to it. There are many lifeguards keeping an eye on everyone, but you should still not leave your children unattended. The water park was great overall. The hotel had tiled floors everywhere, and they were very slippery when wet, so be careful when walking. There are two children's playgrounds, one near the beach and another in the hotel. The entertainment, if it can be called that, took place at the beach bar. They had children's dances and then a sort of disco. Sometimes there were contests. There was no professional animation team, but all the bars had cocktail menus. The cocktails were delicious, but it depended on the bartender. Some tried hard, while others just poured the mix. We knew which bartender to ask and left him a tip in the end. He did a great job. Unfortunately, I didn't ask for his name, but he made a very tasty cocktail called "orgasm." Highly recommended! For shopping in Kemer, there are several stores like Waikiki, Mavi, Koton, and Defacto near the main bus stop, which I mentioned earlier in the beach section. There are also Migros and Bim nearby, and everything is cheaper there compared to the street. There are no regular grocery stores in Kirish, except for a few street vendors and a pharmacy. In Camyuva, there is a Migros not far from us, but to take a shorter route, you have to go through the beach. We went there at night with flashlights, and we weren't the only ones. It's not far, so you can find it if you want. We didn't take any excursions, but as always, we rented a car. If you need a rental company, let me know, and I will provide the details. It's not expensive, and everything is organized efficiently. We planned everything ourselves and went to non-touristy places. You can also visit Phaselis independently, but you need to go to Kemer first and take bus number 8. It will be marked as "Phaselis." You can also go to the Güynük Canyon independently. From Kemer, we took a bus and arrived there. The fare from Kirish was 25 liras per person, and from Kemer to Phaselis, it was 3 liras. Overall, our vacation was successful, despite the drawbacks. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

So we arrived at this hotel because we had already stayed here in 2019 after its reconstruction and were more than satisfied. The price is affordable, the location is excellent, it's right on the beachfront and has a huge territory. Unfortunately, all of that is now in the past. On the positive side, I would like to mention the fairly friendly staff, the wonderful sea, and the great children's pool, which is only 4cm deep and requires a lot of effort to drown in (which allowed us to be relatively at ease with our children from 1 to 17 years old without constantly watching over them). The adult water slides, although only half of them remained, still provide an extreme experience. However, considering the number of people with casts in the hotel and its run-down appearance, I decided not to test my luck. Unfortunately, there are now quite a few negatives, unfortunately. Our main mistake was booking a 12-day tour, as we were enticed by the concept of Ultra All-Inclusive dining. Here, the only changes made during meal times were different tablecloth colors and the attire of the staff. The food was terribly monotonous and, for the first time, I saw that the same dishes were duplicated on both sides. If there was occasionally something delicious and meaty, it would quickly be finished and, in very rare cases, replenished. Which is not so bad, because by the time you come for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you simply don't know if there was anything good before and you don't get too disappointed. Tasty grilled meat would be replaced with a tray of strange eggplants, for example, and it would stay there until the end untouched. For several consecutive days, from breakfast to the next breakfast, the only thing available was a strange tomato soup that seemed to never end, and everyone probably thought it was just a sauce. Because the only solid thing floating in it was the disappointment of the hotel guests. The dishes were dirty and never properly washed (we had to sort through 4-5 plates to find a clean one, not to mention that most had chips). It felt like the hotel just didn't care and thought "it'll do"; and this feeling was shared by all the guests we met. The territory is just a torn piece, leaving a narrow strip to the sea, which is all that remains from the once huge complex; there is a constant stench and flooding from the sewage on the way to the sea. The pier is always dirty, and the sunbeds beg to be replaced. By 9 am, almost all the sunbeds are already occupied and people with children struggle to find a place to sit. The same situation applies to lunch and dinner. If you're even 15-20 minutes late, it's not certain that you'll be able to find a seat. The beach bar and snack bar also can't cope; okay, you can stand in line at the beach bar, but at the snack bar, you have to wait for just one sad pizza for 2 minutes and there is nowhere to sit in the shade. The entertainment is another story; or rather, the almost complete lack of it. The same mini disco program repeated every night, and after 12 days, I could probably lead it myself in three languages (even though I don't know two of them). The regular discos were more like those in a deserted village, where everything is done for only three people and five dogs. In conclusion, I would like to say that I am not a negative person who came here just to complain; I fully understood the price range and was ready for a vacation. But the dirty dishes, lack of proper food variety, poor territory, and entertainment can discourage even the most non-confrontational optimist. By the way, be prepared to share one card for two people, as the second one is issued for a fee and only one of them is activated, while the second one is immediately blocked.

We stayed at this hotel with my friend from September 5th to 12th. We flew with Biblio Globus, which transformed into Fit Holidays upon arrival in Turkey. When choosing a hotel, the territory was important to us, but in this case, the hotel grounds themselves were small and meager, except for the presence of a water park. We understood this from the beginning, so we have no complaints in this regard. We read reviews and thought that negative things about cleanliness and food choices were just nitpickers. I go to Turkey to enjoy, not to sit in the room, so I don't pay attention to such things when choosing a hotel. From the reviews, I understood that the hotel was "tired," but that didn't bother me. Staff. At least 3 people at the reception understood Russian. One of them gave us the Wi-Fi password upon arrival and even before check-in. We were checked in around 12 noon, and we arrived at the hotel around 1:30. Regarding the internet - it is available in the lobby, at the sea bar, and near the pool, but it's limited in some of the rooms close to the lobby. We bought a SIM card from a bazaar near the hotel at the Turkcell office. To our surprise, we were able to bargain and bought 2GB for $3 (the advertised price was $38). We needed it for trips to Kemer and Antalya, as we used the UnionPay card for transfers (Russian Standard card worked everywhere except at Migros). So, we enter the room, and when we first open the minibar, the hinges of the cabinet door fly off. They fixed it promptly, for which we thank them. We also had issues with constantly wet floors in the bathroom (we couldn't find the cause but think it was dripping from the toilet). For some reason, the hotel couldn't fix this issue. We ended up throwing used towels on the floor. We stayed in room 6115, with a view of the neighboring hotel, their tennis court, and the mountains. Wi-Fi was available near the door. Housekeeping. I'll repeat, we are not picky, we don't need a sterile and polished room because we only come to the room to sleep. But I was really surprised... Housekeepers came into the room multiple times and took dirty towels from the floor, but didn't bother to replace them with clean ones. Once, they even put the dirty towels on the shelf pretending they were clean =))) We realized it by the makeup marks left on the towel. Also, we spilled some chips on the floor next to the bed, and the housekeeper decided not to clean up this "design decision." After we hung a sign on the door saying "clean our room, please" for the second time that day, they finally washed the floor. Hotel animation. Every year, I go on vacations for my entire conscious life. And for the first time, I see that the hotel simply doesn't have evening shows. During this week, we only saw one show called "Men vs Women," and even then, we could barely see it because there was no amphitheater, and we had to watch from a distance. It was hard to see anything due to the crowded tables and sitting people... Other nights, either the DJ played music or there were invited artists performing. The only continuous evening activity was the mini disco. The animators tried their best to make it interesting for the guests, but the hotel simply didn't provide the resources for it. We found out that even for the kids' club, they only provided drawing supplies... During the day, they had darts, boules, yoga, volleyball, aqua aerobics, Zumba, and some shooting. Every night, the animators invited guests to go to a club in Kemer, and it cost $1 with transportation. I'll also note that even in September, the hotel mostly had families, and we couldn't find anyone to socialize with among young people during the week. Regarding food. I read in some reviews about crabs, but we didn't see any. Indeed, the food was very repetitive, and there wasn't much variety. Chicken, beef, fish, powdered mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, various stews, Güveç-like flatbreads, which were more like pizzas, lots of Turkish desserts, salads, vegetables, herbs, the usual selection of fruits, and watermelons. But the food was delicious, and we didn't have any stomach problems. I saw mint on the buffet for the first time and added it to Sprite, which was a pleasant bonus. In the dining hall, there were no chefs serving food "straight from the knife," as it usually happens in all the hotels I've been to before. The only exception was when they prepared the flatbreads. Because of this, there was only one type of fried eggs for breakfast, sunny side up. The sea. The beach had large pebbles, but we went without water shoes. We wore flip-flops until we reached the shore, and then there were small pebbles, so it wasn't very pleasant to walk into the sea, but our feet didn't get hurt. There was also a pier from which you could enter the sea if you didn't want to walk on the stones. The sea was very warm and, thanks to the pebbles, crystal clear. Sunbeds were always available, although, as mentioned in the reviews, many of them were torn. We used those sunbeds, and it wasn't a problem. Check-out from the hotel. We ordered lunch boxes at the reception, but it was a joke. Two pieces of dried fruit, two slices of bread, two slices of soy sausage, one piece of cheese, butter, and jam. Luckily, breakfast started, and we changed the contents of the boxes ourselves. Our flight was at 12:55. They picked us up at 7:04, and we were at the airport by 9:30. Sleepy, we stood in line for 1.5 hours for check-in, which started at 11. My nerves started to give in because we could have slept more)) But such early check-outs are very common in Turkey and depend on the hotel, not our choice. In summary, the hotel is more like a solid four stars. It doesn't feel like a five-star hotel, but we were prepared for that. It's just unclear why they advertise it as ultra all-inclusive if there is no pizza/ice cream/gözleme/donuts near the sea or pool, or food cooked "straight from the knife." Perhaps the only thing that goes beyond the usual all-inclusive is a separate bar that operates until 3 in the morning.

In short, I give the hotel a solid 3-star rating, no more. Very old and dirty furniture, the room was a family room but there was a bathtub-shower-jacuzzi in the children's room that emitted a horrible and pungent smell. It was dirty, very dirty throughout the hotel, starting from the dining area and ending with the rooms. The food was monotonous, you will be eating the same thing every day of your vacation! There was no entertainment at all. The air conditioner did not work in the room, and this was during a 4-degree temperature, and it took them two days to reluctantly address the issue! The beach entrance had pebbles, the sun loungers were old, torn, and dirty. The beach itself was relatively clean. It was far from the sea, and you had to go through an underground passage, which was the first coastal...So, I do not recommend this hotel at all! The tour operator was Intourist (the guide was just terrible, all he cared about was selling excursions – if not, he would just walk away from us).

Good time of day to everyone! I just got home after a trip and couldn't help but write this review. I wanted to do it in Turkey, but in our 5-star hotel, there was only internet connection in two places: the lobby and the bar by the sea. I go on vacation 4-6 times a year, and for the past two years, it has mainly been in Turkey, so I have something to compare it to. I was in Kemer about a year ago, and in general, I've been there about 8 times and in Turkey as a whole about 3 times. I never thought that there could be such hotels, everything was so worn out and broken. There is internet in the room only by the door, the receptionist hung up on me multiple times and only answered on the 11th try. There is a manager, a pleasant Azerbaijani guy, who was very polite and tried to help. The room was cleaned well every day and nothing was touched or taken. No questions about that. On the first day, I took a Coke at the pool bar, but my glass had a bullhead inside. I approached the bartender and pointed it out, but he didn't even apologize and poured me another glass. Once, I came for lunch and there were still 25 minutes left, but there was no soup. Half of the bowls were empty. I took some rice and stood next to a man (staff) who was cutting meat. I stood there for 15 minutes with my plate, and three more people stood behind me, we were all waiting for meat. But from the other side, a Turkish guy came up to the "chef" with a plate, and the "chef" dumped a whole heap of meat onto his plate. The men behind me started to get upset that we were here first. I had been standing for 15 minutes and he said, "finish", pointing at his watch. By that time, everything had been cleaned up, and I was left with an empty plate of rice. The only thing I liked in the entire vacation was when we rented a car and went to Kas, it was amazing there. We rented a house with a pool, grilled lamb, and the beaches and the sea were just great. We also went on an excursion to the Grand Canyon and did rafting. We got caught in a heavy rain, but it was still great. We chose this hotel just to spend a couple of nights there, but even in those couple of days, we were just shocked. We called it "bum vacation" because that's how you feel there. The water park is great, and the guys working there are amazing, but the water park itself, where they sell tickets and anyone can enter, looks so dull and worn out that it's even sad to be there. I feel like taking paint and coloring everything around! I go to Bodrum and get much better hotels for the same price. I'm not a tourist who nitpicks about every little thing, I always believe that your mood can improve everything around you, but when the attitude towards you is just terrible and there is dirt and cracks everywhere, and you have to make a big effort just to find a decent sunbed, I think it's a scam. They can't sell this hotel as a 5-star, it's pure lies! I've been to better 4-star hotels! It's a decent 3-star or maybe a 4-star, but not even close to a 5-star! And the guy who does massages, I understand that it's his job, but he was annoying! And he was so arrogant when you declined... After all, someone saves up for 4 years to go on vacation and when they come to relax, they encounter something like this...

The author of the review did not provide a detailed description of their stay at the hotel. I want to share my impressions of the hotel stay in more detail.

Hello everyone! We spent a week in this hotel. We bought a tour for 5 days, choosing from what was within our budget. The water park was enticing. We read a few reviews, but usually we choose hotels more thoroughly. It takes 1.5 hours to get from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is very old and needs renovation. Everywhere you look, there are some shortcomings. The check-in process was quick, we were accommodated on the top floor. The hotel has a terrible air conditioning system, very stuffy in the elevator, corridor, and lobby. The air conditioner in the room worked fine. The room is small, everything is clean, but everything is old. There is a free safe and a very old mini fridge. They replenished it with two bottles of water and mineral water every day. The bathroom was okay. There were shampoo, hair conditioner, cotton swabs, slippers, and a hair dryer. The room had a view of the main pool, and you could see a bit of the sea. Overall, it was okay to spend the night. We didn't change the room to the ground floor with a pool or a lower floor because we only really slept in the room. As for the food, there is plenty of it, but there is no toaster, no mayonnaise, and ketchup in common access (I don't eat that, but my husband was upset), and no grill. And endless super long queues and crowds of people in the dining room... I haven't seen anything like this in a long time. There are no fruits for breakfast. There are vegetables, pancakes, fried eggs, and pastries. Lunch is similar to dinner, they provide fruits like watermelon, apples, grapes, plums, peaches, and apricots, but they get taken quickly and if you come later, there won't be anything left. People take a lot of food but don't eat it. As for meat, they have shawarma, meatballs, chicken and turkey, white and red fish, and the fish is delicious. The alcohol is okay. I drank Bellies, tried a little bit of beer, and a Tequila Sunrise cocktail. You won't go hungry, there is always something to eat. The beach is on the second line. You have to go through the entire hotel, through a tunnel, and through the water park))) For me, it's a plus to walk a lot, but for someone else, it's a minus. The pier is old. The sunbeds are old, worn out, and placed in a chaotic order. We went to the wild beach to the right. By the way, they give a towel for a $1 deposit. It's also very strange for a 5-star hotel. There is a snack bar near the beach, you can even have lunch there. The Wi-Fi worked fine and it's free. There seems to be animation, but it's so-so. Darts, volleyball, Zumba, mini disco, bingo, the contest for the best man))) The water park is also old. Crowds of people and queues because people from other hotels come here to relax. Some of the slides can scratch your back. Ice cream near the snack bar costs 3 lire. Popcorn costs 5-6 lire. Prices are expensive this year for understandable reasons. We went to Migros, which is a 25-30 minute walk to the right from the hotel. If you go to the left, there are small shops, like a market, where you can find a pharmacy, etc. Overall, we had a good time! I do not recommend this hotel and would not come back. If you have any questions, feel free to ask, I will answer.

Honest review of the aima Biz hotel from a travel agent who stayed there for over half a month. Overall assessment: the hotel does not live up to a 5-star rating, let alone an UALL (ultra all-inclusive) status. Taking all factors into consideration, I am willing to give it a 3.7 out of 5. Now let's look at each specific aspect. 1. The most important aspect of the hotel is undoubtedly the rooms. Unfortunately, there are significant issues with them. I booked a "Promo" room, knowing that in this case, I would be placed in a large standard room called "elite pool" or something like that. It was located on the ground floor with access to a mini terrace and a private pool (shared with five other rooms). The room had a pleasant design and a minibar that was restocked daily with mineral water and regular water based on the number of guests. However, that's where the positives end. The room cleaning service was subpar: they only hung towels, refilled the toilet paper, occasionally wiped the mirrors, and superficially cleaned the floor in the center of the room. The bed sheets were changed only once during a 15-day stay, and the bed was poorly made only three times. The room still had remnants from previous guests such as empty water bottles and glasses, and they were not taken by the cleaning staff. The hotel provided a basic "bathroom kit" consisting of shower gel, shampoo, a shower cap, and a nail file. Slippers were supposed to be provided, but we had to request them separately. I sincerely sympathize with anyone staying in this room on the ground floor, as the furniture was worn out, and mold, chips, and other issues were present throughout. My acquaintances stayed in the same building but on higher floors, and they were luckier as they only had mold in the bathroom. In my room, mold was everywhere (probably due to the humidity), but that still doesn't excuse the hotel. 2. Food. As I mentioned earlier, it falls far short of being UALL and even struggles to meet the standards of an all-inclusive. We didn't visit the snack bar or have late-night soup, but based on the three meals a day, here's what I can say: the hotel claims to follow a 7-day menu concept, implying that each day offers food from different regions of Turkey with a variety of dishes, etc. However, honestly, only the desserts changed from day to day. The main courses were often repeated, such as orzo pasta, rustic potatoes with fries, and chicken that alternated between shredded or filleted, sometimes in the form of rolls. In other aspects, it was all the same. I wouldn't say that there was nothing to eat, but there were no gourmet options whatsoever, probably due to the current crisis. Seafood and fruits were all locally sourced. On the bright side, the alcohol was good. The cocktails made at different bars were diverse and very tasty. 3. Service. The service was decent, although the reception staff couldn't answer all the questions. There was one Russian-speaking girl and one English-speaking girl at the front desk, and the rest had limited language abilities, making it difficult to communicate and get things done. The staff members who invited guests to the spa and the girl who offered to take people to the store were quite annoying. They were everywhere. Sometimes, it felt more like being in a market than in a hotel. 4. Water park. This is probably what earned the hotel 3 stars from me. It was truly amazing. Despite being visited by excursions from other hotels and locals, there were always enough amenities and sunbeds. Yes, there were queues for the water slides, but where are there no queues? The slides were fantastic, and there were some shops and cafes on the premises for guests. However, hotel residents had their own section where they could get drinks and snacks. 5. Entertainment. Well, this is definitely not a classic example of Turkish entertainment. I didn't attend many activities during the day, but from what I saw, only two people worked as a team: Nilufa and Tarzan. Nilufa conducted three activities (yoga, aqua aerobics, and Zumba), and I could write a separate review about her and her work. She almost added another star to the three stars I gave the hotel. The hotel did not have traditional evening shows. During my 15-day stay (with daily attendance), I only saw one bingo game and two nights of live music. The rest of the time was a total disaster. A woman, who was invited, would perform and sing in three languages (Russian, English, and Turkish), and it was nearly impossible to determine which one was worse. She had no musical talent, no voice, and little knowledge of the languages. Listening to her singing was only bearable after having 4-5 cocktails, when it became more funny than painful. Speaking of pain, after attending all of her "concerts," I seriously need to have my ears treated. From 11 PM onwards, there was a disco at the hotel. Even this was hit or miss, with some nights having decent songs and others featuring monotonous Turkish music. By the way, the hotel also offers disco tours to two clubs in Kemer. I also noticed that there were very few Russian tourists at the hotel. The majority of guests were Turks, Arabs, and Poles. In conclusion, I can say that even for tourists like myself who don't set high expectations, this hotel is unlikely to be enjoyable. I honestly tried to focus on the positive aspects and spend as little time in the room as possible. And indeed, I managed to let go and have a good time. However, the hotel is not worth the money (especially given the current exchange rate). The room facilities urgently require a complete renovation.

Upon arrival, we were shocked to discover that such hotels exist in Turkey. We were quickly accommodated and assisted with bringing our suitcases to the room. However, we were not pleased with the room itself. The furniture and bathroom were old, the tiles were about to fall off, and the room was dirty with walls stained with dirt. When my daughter flipped the pillow, she found a bedbug. We requested a change of bedding, and they promptly came and replaced it, as well as treated the area. Our room had a view of the pool and mountains. I would like to note that the rooms closer to the lobby were better and the building appeared cleaner, indicating that some cosmetic repairs had been done. The Wi-Fi did not reach our room, but we discovered that it worked well near the door, so we adjusted accordingly. The breakfasts were weak, but the lunch and dinner were good. We always felt satisfied with the variety of food available, including fish, meat, chicken, cheeses, and a delicious, fluffy bread. I have no complaints regarding the food for adults, but it was more challenging with children. Not everyone will find it suitable. The dining area was always crowded and very hot, as the air conditioners couldn't handle the capacity. There were queues for lunch and dinner, but breakfast was comfortable since many people were still asleep. There are several bars on the premises, so you won't be left without cocktails. To reach the beach, you have to go through a tunnel and walk along the entire aqua park, which can be tiring, especially with children in the scorching sun. Ice cream, Turkish coffee, and popcorn are sold in front of the beach at a reasonable price. Additionally, there is a bar where you can get free cocktails, tea, and water, and in the evening, they have entertainment for children. The beach is a combination of stones and sand, not very clean, and there wasn't a single intact sunbed. However, there were always available spots. The entrance to the sea is pebbly, so it is only convenient to enter through the water slides. The sunbeds by the pool were intact. The spa was small but worth visiting. However, the staff were quite pushy when it came to selling their services, and if you declined, they could become rude. The first two days were a shock for us as we had previously stayed in 5-star hotels in Turkey and hadn't encountered such dirtiness. However, we eventually accepted it and found the positives, such as the beautiful warm sea, delicious food, and the aqua park. The hotel did not meet the standards of a 5-star establishment. Next time, we will search for a different hotel in Kemer, even if it costs more.

To get to the beach, you had to go through a tunnel and walk along the entire water park, which was a bit tiring, especially with children in the scorching sun. They sold ice cream, Turkish coffee, and popcorn before the beach, and it was all very affordable. There was also a bar where you could get cocktails, tea, and water for free, and in the evenings, they had entertainment for the children there. The beach was a 5 out of 5, but it was not very clean, with no intact sun loungers. However, there were always free spots available. The sea entrance was pebbly, and it was only convenient to enter through the water slides. The loungers by the pool were intact. The spa was small, but you could visit it if you wanted. The employees were very pushy about their services and could become rude if you declined. For the first two days, we were shocked to experience this in Turkey, as we had previously stayed in 5-star hotels and never encountered such dirtiness. However, we eventually accepted it and found the positives, such as the beautiful, warm sea, delicious food, and the water park. The hotel did not meet the standards of a 5-star rating. Next time, we will look for another hotel in Kemer, even if it is more expensive.

Not everything is as sad as people describe it. Usually, tourists create their own problems out of nowhere. For me, one of the drawbacks was room cleaning, as I had a small child. But if you ask, they will clean it. However, don't expect much from this cleaning. The food is good. There is no baby food for children under one year (jars, etc.). There is also little greenery on the territory. But we came for the sea. The sea is clean, entrance only in special shoes. There is a large pebble. The water park is big, it works for both locals and visitors. They let them skip the lines on the slides. Essentially, the residential area on the second coastline across the road (underground passage) is clean and not stressful.

avatar

At the moment, I am still in the hotel, it's possible to write about it for a long time, but I will write briefly! In general, I firmly give the hotel 3 stars: 1) Very old and dirty furniture 2) Dirty, very dirty (throughout the hotel, starting from the dining area and ending with the rooms) 3) Monotonous food, or rather, you will eat the same thing every day throughout the vacation! (from morning pancakes to mini cakes for lunch, etc.), nothing new is added to the menu. 4) Very weak entertainment (especially for children) 5) Air conditioning works poorly 6) The beach entrance is rocky, the sunbeds are old and torn in some places, there are not enough for everyone! The beach is relatively clean. 7) There was no doctor on site, but there was a nurse who does not understand Russian at all, and she could not help us with our medical question. 8) The sea is far away, you have to go through an underground passage, I wouldn't say it's a beachfront... I could write and tell more, but I will end here. I have been to Turkey not for the first and not for the fifth time, I have something to compare, so I do not recommend this hotel at all!

Translated text: We stayed at the hotel in July with my boyfriend, who was there a year ago. (Only it was bigger, the neighboring Miara belonged to Daima and there was more space to have fun) 1) Entertainment programs. The animators were great. At 1: Good Morning, there was yoga, bocce, zumba, we played beach volleyball every day at 1:30 and at 4:00, darts at 11:00 and 3:15 (there were prizes - face masks), and they also organized water polo in the pool. BUT the evenings were boring. Every other day, there was live music with the same songs after the mini disco, which had the same program every day. Everyone went to the beach bar where these events took place, but there were very few seats. 2) Food. The breakfasts left much to be desired. In all hotels, at least one chef prepares pancakes and omelets with different fillings in front of you. But this hotel didn't have that (possibly because of the huge flow of people, sometimes there weren't enough tables, it was noisy, busy, and unpleasant). The breakfast had terrible styrofoam pancakes, fried eggs, and mini sausages. The set was the same every day. They rarely gave croissants, only sometimes with some crumbly cheese. There were no buns, just tasteless sausage and bread. Lunch and dinner were more varied: grilled meat, fish, all kinds of vegetables, but still far from ideal. They overloaded us with french fries, which were served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The beach cafe was also just average. They had zucchini pancakes, flatbreads, and vegetables. Sometimes the watermelons were not sweet, and the melons were tasteless. Apricots and peaches were good. There was no free ice cream like before, now they charged a dollar on the way to the beach. The drinks, to be honest, were also just average. The beer was enjoyable, but the cocktails were very sweet. I tried tequila once, but it was poured into a hot glass and it was impossible to drink. On the other hand, they provided water in plastic bottles-as-cups, you drank it and threw it away, but they were scattered all over the area and on the beach, blown away by the wind. 3) Rooms. When checking in, they gave us $1, so we were accommodated right away. However, on the first evening, the air conditioning broke down. We complained three times, and on the fourth time, I said I wouldn't leave until it was fixed because it was 4 degrees and the room had the real deal. The room itself was good, spacious, with two sinks, a view of the pool and the mountains (which were darkened by a fire on the last two days). They cleaned superficially every day, but it was normal. They changed the bedding a couple of times in nine days. They replenished the water every day, and you could take a bottle from dinner. The only thing I didn't like was the blanket cover. Personally, I'm not used to sleeping with it, especially if I'm sleeping under the air conditioning and want to be wrapped up. 4) Water slides. One of the advantages of the hotel. But the downside was that you had to climb up to the 5th or 6th floor, wait in line for about a minute, and only then slide down. After a couple of slides, you don't feel like doing it anymore. But the slides are really awesome. 5) Sea. It's about a five-minute walk from the hotel through a small underground passage. There were enough sun loungers, and you could move them into the shade. The entrance to the sea was not very pleasant due to the pebbles. We didn't get used to it, so next time we'll wear coral shoes. But the sea was clean, beautiful, and it was hard to get out of it. However, the beach was not very clean. They cleared the glasses from the tables, but there was still some litter on the ground. I really enjoyed the excursion to Suluada Island (Turkish Maldives) at sunset. We were picked up at one o'clock, taken to the bay, and put on a small boat. We first stopped at a beach with white sand and clear water, where we could swim. Then we had dinner and two more stops at the other end of the island, in a cave and another beach. Unforgettable emotions, very beautiful, and we were lucky to be the first ones there everywhere. In general, I recommend it. In conclusion, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The location is great, the Kemer area, with its nature and clean sea, is, in my opinion, the best. But the hotel falls short of 5 stars. It's good to go with children, but as a couple or with friends, it will be very boring, and it's definitely not worth the money.

avatar

The location of the hotel is far from the sea. It is impossible to go to the beach in hot weather. The beach loungers are worn out. I am okay with this downside, but it is uncomfortable to lie down. The food is varied, with oranges, apples, pears, watermelon, and melons as fruits. There is no baby food available. The entertainment is good. The kids' club is inconveniently located; if you go to the sea, you have to return to the hotel area for children's activities. There is a foam party on the beach twice a week. There are no other entertainment options for children on the beach. The hotel was only 1% full. The internet is practically non-existent. It took 2.5 hours to get from the airport. I wouldn't go to this hotel again.

4-star hotel Good location, one of the most successful settlements in Kemer. Excellent beach (people even come here from Kemer). The water is crystal clear, you can see fish. There is a pier, a bridge with railings for entering the water. Some people walk barefoot, but it's better to wear water shoes or flip flops. A big plus is the private water park. It could use some updating, though. But everyone loves it, there are no long lines, even though people from other hotels can visit it. There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception. The rest of the staff speak little Russian. But in the spa and restaurant area, there are also Russian speakers. They accommodated us before the check-in time. It's better not to specify a sea view room because there is no direct view of it anyway. The rooms are decent. There is room for improvement, the TV is small. There are always 2 bottles of still water and 2 bottles of mineral water in the mini-fridge. Housekeeping is superficial. But they can put a flower in the room, as a motivation. The food is decent, there is always something to eat. Chicken, lamb, white fish, red fish. But the menu is updated no more than 1% daily. Watermelons/melons and apples are always available. There are also pears, peaches, apricots. The dessert selection is good. They constantly make pancakes and pizza. The staff in the restaurant try their best, but it can be difficult to find a free spot at times. There is a bar at the reception, as well as at the pool and at the snack bar on the beach (you can also have lunch there from 12 to 4, the selection is smaller but sometimes it helps after an excursion). They also sell cotton candy, popcorn, ice cream, corn, and donuts. The alcohol is praised. White and red wine is freely available on the beach. There is also wine at the bar at the reception, but not at the pool, only cocktails and beer. There is an American bar in the main building where people drink until morning. On the beach until :. At the pool until 9 pm. Someone wrote that there are queues to enter the restaurant - I think that's a lie. It has never happened. Someone else wrote that there is a $1 fine for not finishing the food, I have never seen that. The spa is not bad. They try, but personally, they tried to push a course on me, but I only took one visit with my daughter. For girls, you can choose a female masseuse. There is a market on the premises, it's a bit expensive, but you can buy some small things. But there is also a market nearby. It is cheaper there, of course. The Wi-Fi is good in the 5th building. It varies in the other buildings. It works well at the reception and at the beach bar (except during mass gatherings). It's poor by the pool in some places. The kids' room and the animator are highly praised. The adult animation is fine. They follow the schedule for programs. There is live music and performances by holidaying gymnasts. Foam parties. But it's not something spectacular, but it's alright. It all takes place on the beach. There is a stage there. Previously, this hotel was combined with the neighboring one - Miarossa (the directors split and divided the area). The territory of the other hotel looks more interesting and seems to be more expensive. You can book excursions from the hotel as well as in the settlement. The hotel guide can also exchange currency, and they also accept card transfers. Usually, transfers are also accepted on excursions. The beach is good, pebbles. The condition of the sun loungers is rated 5/5. Sometimes you have to try to find a spot, but there are also paid soft and covered areas. They provide towels for a $2 deposit and the room key is free, but only one. In the bathroom - shampoo, shower gel, conditioner. But you need to bring toothpaste with you. You can buy it from their market if needed. The water park is great, especially when you want to save money on excursions, it's a paradise for kids. But it operates from 1 to 5 pm.

I chose the tour quickly, last minute, so I started reading reviews after booking. When I read everything, I became scared... The flight was overnight, the transfer was less than an hour, and our hotel was the first stop, they drove carefully. We left a dollar for the driver. The hotel had a maritime theme (I love themed decorations), everything was thought out to the smallest detail. The buildings were shaped like ships, with windows like those on ships and balcony lights shaped like steering wheels. I liked the entrance area and the lobby. The entire hotel was decorated in a combination of turquoise and gold shades. We checked in immediately (in room 4222). Mountain view, aquapark on the side. Very beautiful. The first thing I did was check for cleanliness. I couldn't find a speck of dust or a single hair anywhere, not even in the most difficult places. The room was clean, beautiful, everything worked - the air conditioner, safe, television, and plumbing, despite reviews mentioning torn wallpaper, dirt, etc. (I gave a small gift at the reception: greetings from Kazakhstan - brandy + chocolate). They brought the suitcase to the room, as usual, even though some reviews said no one does that. We went to explore the hotel grounds at 4:30 AM. We went to the pool and were disappointed. There were flowers and leaves floating in the pools. My husband said he had never seen such dirt and we wouldn't swim in the pool. We went to the sea instead. When we returned, all the pools and the area were spotless. Apparently, there was a strong storm in the evening, so flowers were blown off the trees everywhere. But by 8:30 AM, everything was cleaned up, not a single leaflet or dirty cup left, even though they say they clean poorly (they deceive). After reading the bad reviews, I was expecting a disaster in the dining area. But it never happened. The food was fresh, there were many dishes. Fruits: oranges, apples, pears, melons, watermelons - every day. Meat: beef, chicken, turkey, sausages, cutlets, kebabs. Fish: different kinds every day (including red fish). Turkish dishes: grilled meat and vegetables, delicious tandyr bread. Desserts: my favorite baklava))) in Kazakhstan, you rarely come across one like this, and various cakes. Aima Hotel is at a pleasant price and is not inferior to premium hotels in Tekirova, which are three times more expensive. We stayed at the Euphoria Hotel. I rated it 4 for children's food because I haven't seen any porridge or similar for babies under one year old. There are enough seats in the restaurant for everyone, regardless of when you arrive. Some people say many Turks come because of the aquapark. Well, my dear, you are going to Turkey, who do you expect to see here? African Americans? They come to this hotel because of the pristine beach and excellent aquapark. There is a very beautiful place in the restaurant on the terrace with a view of the mountains and the pool below. I've been here for two days and haven't found a single downside yet. Everyone drinks alcohol, so it must be good. I don't drink beer, but I tried excellent white wine with dinner. My husband got me Baileys at the beach bar, it was very tasty. There are colorful cocktails, but I don't drink or like them. They may have mojitos, but I'm not sure if all the bars have them. I've seen people ordering it in textu. Honestly, I'm not a specialist in alcohol, so I can't provide precise information. The non-alcoholic drinks are like everywhere in Turkey. The children's entertainers are great. They give diplomas and gifts to children at the mini disco in the evenings for winning games during the day. There is adult entertainment every day with invited artists, not only in the evenings but also during the day. Some reviews mention that Mirosa hotel nearby is good. But it seems boring there, there doesn't seem to be anyone on the slides during the day or in the amphitheater in the evenings. And Dima Hotel doesn't have an amphitheater, but they have interesting parties, with many people dancing, girls doing acrobatics on high stands in beautiful costumes, getting the crowd excited. By the way, the entertainment takes place behind the aquapark, so during the day and night, you can relax peacefully in the rooms and by the pool. It's very convenient for families with young children. The music is not blasting. In general, I was afraid for nothing, the hotel is suitable for families, friends, and to have a good time and relax. Don't trust the negative reviews, some people can never be pleased.

Hotel is weak 3*. We checked in at 1 am. Knowing the greed of the Turks, I immediately put $5 on reception. They offered a room with a view of the kitchen. We declined. The next room in the distant building with a view of the wall/pool. We declined in a more menacing manner. For reference, I am 194cm tall, with typical Russian-Scandinavian appearance. Instead of the standard room, they gave us a large family room with a side sea view. Honestly, all the rooms are mediocre, but it's nighttime and we just want to sleep. Cleaning with or without tips only means whether they will fold your pillows or not. The trash on the floor remained as it was. The sea is far away, through an underground passage and the whole water park. So don't believe this is the first coastal hotel. This is the third coastal because the first is a bar and dance floor, the second is a water park, the third is the hotel itself on the edge of Kirish. There is nowhere to walk in Kirish. Only one shopping row with uncooperative sellers. Nowhere to eat, and you will need it because in the canteen to eat meat, you need luck and willingness to stand in line for distribution. Where some cook in dirty greasy clothes will throw you a piece of chicken or lamb, and if you want more, you have to ask or growl. The food is not tasty and monotonous. Mostly fried and roasted vegetables in various perversions, various nuts, and monotonous sweets. I, having traveled for work, got used to different food, but I haven't seen anything like this anywhere. My wife had nothing to eat. Luckily, the child did not come with us, otherwise I don't know what we would feed him. The meal schedule is also unusual: breakfast from 7-13, then lunch from 12-14, dinner from 18-21. And in between, you won't even have tea with a pastry. There is no ice cream. There are no normal juices, only diluted powder. If you come after 21, wait until morning. "ON THE BEACH" there is a snack bar where you can eat pasta with herbal cutlets and Turkish pizza with lamb from 11-16. The beach is nice. The sea is clean. The equipment is worn out. In the bar, there is only one beer - "Not Tasty", cocktails are "as they turn out". In general, you can drink, but it's better separately. The guests are mostly Kazakhs, Uzbeks, Iranians, and Turks. Ladies in hijabs on the beach add color. I want to write more, but it's a waste of words on this hotel. Excursions saved us. I recommend going to Pamukkale, ride in a hot air balloon, and swim in thermal springs.

I am not a picky tourist and have been to Turkey before. We stayed from May 27th to June 7th. We took a long time to choose a hotel, but the price was the deciding factor since there was a special offer. We made the reservation in January. We were a big group (8 people). Let's start with the accommodation. On May 27th, the hotel picked us up around 11 am and we checked in quickly. The first impression was good. We were given rooms in Building 5 (all 4 rooms were next to each other). The air conditioner worked, but it blew directly onto the bed no matter how we adjusted it. Overall, regarding the room: the balcony dryer was broken and just touching it made it fall off, the furniture was old, and there was a free safe. The bathroom was a different story, with mold and mildew on the tiles, making taking a shower unpleasant. There was a constant smell of sewage coming from the sinks, especially in the mornings, making it impossible to enter. The cleaning service was horrible. The rooms were not cleaned every day, and when they were, it seemed like the bathroom was never cleaned. They sometimes provided water, sometimes not. The same goes for shampoo and other amenities. There was no toilet paper for two days. The bed sheets were never changed until I asked for it myself. The elevators were all dirty and the floors had stains everywhere, it was very dirty. It lacked the luxury and shine of a five-star hotel. The food. We are not picky eaters, but we did not like it. Everything was the same: rice, pasta, french fries (only given once a week). Sometimes there was tasty grilled meat (grill was available twice), but the fish wasn't very good. The baklava was delicious, and there were fruits (watermelon, oranges, and nectarines that were not very fresh). And of course, the ENDLESS LINES, especially during lunch and dinner. There was no free ice cream. Only the beach had paid ice cream, but it was delicious. We had lunch at the snack bar, and it was the same every day. There was NO variety. One time we arrived for dinner after 2 pm and left hungry. We had vegetables and salads, but the husbands were starving. The drinks were the same as everywhere - juice. The alcohol was awful, the waiter even told us that it was heavily diluted. I recommend Bailey's or Martini to the girls, it's all local but tolerable. Towels were provided as a deposit. There were no a la carte restaurants. The entertainment was boring, but there was live music and a disco at night. We went a couple of times and had fun. The vacation was saved by the sea, which was clean and turquoise. The water park was great, but again, there were long lines. On June 3rd, dancers (15 people) arrived at the hotel. It was just HORRIBLE. There was a grill for two days, but you couldn't even enter the dining hall (can't call it a restaurant) because of the lines. It is not worth the money. I would not recommend it to anyone.

avatar

The hotel is terrible. 9% of the guests are Turks. In the water park, we had to wait for an hour to slide down the hill. There is no entertainment. The food is the same every day. The rooms are not cleaned. All the towels are dirty, and the bedsheets as well. Even if they were changed, this hotel is not worth even a three-star rating.

Good day everyone! We have stayed at this hotel for the 5th time. To avoid anyone thinking that we are constantly dissatisfied complainers, I suggest going to my profile and reading the reviews I left about this hotel before. Everything used to be really good BEFORE, which is why we kept coming back each time... What has changed? Let me tell you. The hotel territory has been divided into two parts. Now the main territory belongs to the former Daima Resort (now called Miarosa), while the part on the waterfront belongs to Daima Biz and is now only the territory of the Dolusu Waterpark. For those who have been there, it will be clearer if I say that the Olympic pool, the football field on the waterfront, and the amphitheater for shows are no longer part of Biz. In general, Biz is now effectively on the second line + the territory of the Dolusu Waterpark, where tourists from the whole region are still brought. Okay. That's about the territory. Next, let's talk about the food. It's a complete disaster. If before we didn't know what meat to choose because the assortment was so diverse, now the meat will be served in one form and in one place, which means the line at the beginning of dinner is literally up to the elevator opposite the reception. In addition, they distribute only one piece per person, even if you have your husband's plate in your hands - it's ONE PIECE. There are practically daily scandals from holidaymakers because of this, and one of the local Turks on one of the days started smashing dishes out of anger, demanding food))). There is no children's menu or dietary options at all. It's a good thing that my little girl is breastfeeding, otherwise there would be nothing to offer her there. We went to the pharmacy and Migros to buy vegetable and fruit purees. The snack bar has the same food every day: soup, iceberg lettuce, fries, and vegetable balls (grated zucchini, fried in a fryer), and spaghetti. No meat, no fruits, not even fresh vegetables. Moving on. Dirt. It's everywhere. Take the elevators, for example. It feels like they are never cleaned, as they are all stained and smudged, it's a nightmare. Rooms and service. The air conditioner was spitting ice onto the bed for all 11 days, no matter how many glasses we put under it. We complained to the reception every day, but the situation didn't change. There is no animation or shows during the day or night. The only entertainment is darts, pétanque, volleyball, and a foam party by the sea on Wednesdays. In general, unfortunately, we won't set foot in Daima again. People who came there for the first time looked at us with sincere surprise when they found out that it was our fifth time there...

I'm writing a review for the first time because we actually got less than we expected. I'm not picky at all. The hotel room is not very important to me, as we only stay there to sleep. Now, let's go in order. The biggest downside of this hotel is the monotonous food and the crazy queues at the restaurant for any meal, it's a complete mess. To get something, you have to wait for 5-7 minutes. By the time you wait, you don't even feel like eating anymore. During our stay, there were many Turks, Iranians, and very few Russians, maybe around 2%. There is one positive aspect - an aqua park for teenagers and young children. There are also queues for the slides, as guests from other locations visit the hotel's aqua park to spend the day there. The sea is very clean, the beach is not big, but there was enough space for everyone. There's a pier, but it doesn't have any fences or even ropes, so you need to hold onto small children's hands. The evening entertainment is boring, there are no discos. The children's entertainment is mini disco. I won't be going to this hotel for the second time because I believe the price of the package is inflated. The service could be better, and I have something to compare it to.

We stayed at this hotel in July 222. From the positives: Water park. Accommodation. Perhaps these are the only positives. We arrived at the hotel at 1 am, we were sent to breakfast, after which we were provided with a room without any additional charges. The restaurant is always crowded, with a crowd waiting for one dish. The dishes in the restaurant are clean, but the waiters and chefs are always in dirty uniforms. In the beach bar, the situation is different: the dishes are dirty, tables leave much to be desired. The snack bar offers a very boring selection of food, mainly french fries and pasta, there is nothing else to choose from. There is no concept of variety during the 7 days. Every day is the same, with only the color of the tablecloths changing. The food they serve is edible but not tasty. It lacks salt and seasoning. The room cleaning was average. The trash was taken out every day, towels were changed, but the sheets were not changed once in 1 day. Toilet paper had to be asked for. Overall, the hotel tries to maintain order but in a very superficial way. Wet floors (with spilled substances) are frequently encountered, and food is left lying around at the buffet, which cleaners later put back in the communal dishes. The beach is nice and clean. The sea is beautiful and warm. There are showers on the beach. There are plenty of sun loungers for everyone, but most of them are torn and uncomfortable to lie on. There are various representatives walking along the beach who try very persistently to convince you to visit their shops and don't understand the word "no". Regarding the water park: the slides themselves are very steep and high. Children enjoyed it, but you have to wait in line for about 4 minutes to slide down. Therefore, during 7 hours of operation, you can ride the slides only about 8 times, no more. There are very few sun loungers in the water park, and there are no free ones at the opening of the park as hotel guests occupy them before anyone else. The hotel itself has a spa center, and the employees of the spa center try to convince you to undergo procedures every day, as you visit them frequently to get beach towels. There is no entertainment at all. During the day, the animators gather about 1 person on the beach and play darts with them. In the evening, there is a 3-minute children's program with the same songs, followed by an hour of adult program. During one day of staying, there were a few programs with a host in the evening, and a local musician performed with a guitar once, but the rest of the time there was just background music. Overall, the hotel is awful and has no service. It is worth coming here only if you are a fan of the water park, but be prepared that the other aspects of your vacation will be terrible.

Hello. I stayed in this hotel in July 222. This is the same group - a family of 3 people - as we were last year in 221. For the previous trip, I would rate it 4 out of 5. Our tour operator offered us Turkey instead of canceled trip to the Dominican Republic, and we agreed. We had little time to choose a hotel, so we chose aima biz again. 1. Beach: It is not located on the first line - takes about 1-12 minutes to walk to the beach. The beach is dirty. I saw the hotel staff collecting garbage only once in two weeks. Beach towels are provided for a deposit of 1 dollar each. The sea is clean and warm (but that's not the hotel's merit). It is better to have water shoes because of the corals. There is no animation on the beach. There are showers and changing cabins. We had to wake up early to reserve sunbeds, as we didn't want to sunbathe standing. 2. Pool: It is large, but crowded, sunbeds are almost occupied all the time. 3. Room: Standard. It is a normal room with toiletries. Hot water with good pressure is always available, and so is cold water. The minibar is stocked with water almost every day, and there is a kettle (no tea or coffee). The refrigerator and TV are small but functional. The air conditioner works well but blows directly onto our heads. The balcony offers a view of the mountains, which we really liked because there is no noise from the pool or smells from the dining area. The bed linen is not new, but not ancient either. After a week of staying, we had to request a replacement for the bed linen. They replaced it, but reluctantly, despite the tip. Cleaning, like in many hotels, was done with a cloth and trash was taken out. The shocking thing for us was the towel replacement. The hotel staff collects dirty towels in their cart and then gives them out as new. The first time I didn't like it because the fresh towel was damp in some places, so I made marks on it. To my surprise, when they took all the towels, they brought some back with our marks and some were still damp (probably given to us by our floor neighbors). It was terrible because we also used them to wipe our child. The receptionist proudly recorded my complaint, but there was no reaction. I requested towel replacements through reception afterwards. It is unknown what kind of germs can be caught with such a service. 4. Guests: The hotel was fully booked, mostly by locals. There were fewer Russians compared to last year. 5. Entertainment: We were only interested in children's activities. There was a kids' club and disco. 6. Water park: Compared to last year, they reduced it again, and another part was given to a neighboring hotel. The most extreme part, to be exact. The children's area had a lot of kids and local adults in the shallow pool. The adult area had a queue for the slides, with a 1-minute wait minimum. 7. Food: The à la carte restaurant service is chargeable, so we didn't go. The main restaurant is the main difference from last year: there were days when I left hungry. There was nothing for me to eat. Perhaps because there were fewer tourists and the hotel owners lowered prices for the locals, now they try to fit in with that budget. Or it could be something else. But there is no choice. Even french fries were treated as a delicacy, not available every day. Chicken was a celebration! During the entire vacation, I forgot the taste of meat. And to even get what they offer, you have to wait in line for 3-4 minutes. I don't want to describe it in words, just look at the photos. They show all the main dishes plus side dishes for dinner. What will you take for yourself, for your children? And it's like this every day. There is also a table with greens and sweets. There were watermelons and melons. Breakfast was normal for me because they had eggs, so I was satisfied. But lunch and dinner were something else. I rarely write reviews, but I suggest you think twice before coming here. We all prepare for our vacations and dream of having a good time (especially for the amount of money we pay), so it's very upsetting when our vacation is ruined.

Bought a tour package through Fun Sun. The journey from the airport took about an hour. Arrived at night and checked in within 5 minutes. They offered two room options to choose from. The family room had two rooms (one with a shower), a bathtub, and a balcony. Wi-Fi was free throughout the resort. It was a bit of a walk to the beach. The food didn't include any delicacies like oysters, crabs, or strawberries, but there was a huge variety of food options which we didn't even have time to try everything. There weren't many fruits as mentioned, only watermelons, melons, cherries, apricots, and apples. However, you wouldn't go hungry. The meat wasn't very tasty, but there was always plenty of fish and chicken. I read in the reviews that some dishes were empty, but they were quickly refilled once they ran out. There were lines only at the beginning of lunch, but lunch and especially dinner lasted for 2.5 hours. You could come in one minute and still manage to try everything. It was unpleasant to see some tourists piling up mountains of food and not even touching it. The waiters would throw it away. We absolutely loved the water park. We spent every day there. It is open from 1 pm to 5 pm. There were lines for the easiest slides, especially the funnel one. For the other ones, the lines were either quick or there were no lines at all for the more adrenaline-inducing ones. It's like choosing where there are fewer people and going for a ride. People from all over Turkey come to this water park (adult ticket is $4, child ticket is $27), but for guests staying at aima Biz, it's free, so you can enjoy it every day. The sea is right behind the park. It's clean, and the beach is clean. I don't know who would need beach chairs because during my days there, half of them were empty. We just took off our dresses and sandals and went into the sea. Cleaning was done every day or every other day. Sometimes they came twice a day. They even brought water at 8 am! We had to hang a sign that says "Do not disturb" because they were insistent. Although I agree that the floor wasn't cleaned well. You don't need to bring any money, everything is free and there's plenty of it. We only bought ice cream for $1, on the beach. In Russia, it costs $1.5. The staff is very polite, and I never noticed them expecting tips or being dissatisfied with something. Not once. The Mastercard from Sberbank was accepted everywhere. We shouldn't have brought dollars as it was much more profitable to buy things with Turkish Lira because there were no commissions for exchange. They accept it everywhere. Initially, we didn't know this and wanted to withdraw Lira from the local ATM using the Sberbank card. They deducted 15 rubles just for checking the balance. There is also a huge and beautiful pool on the hotel grounds, in addition to the three pools in the water park. Some may find fault with the animation. During the day, there are activities for children in a separate building. In the evening, there are activities for both children and adults for 1.5 hours. Like beach contests. But we didn't attend. In the neighboring hotel, milarosa, a whole theater unfolded, but they didn't have a water park like we did, and it was important for us. Overall, you can find faults everywhere if you look for them. The question of price and expectations plays a huge role. When choosing a tour, I read many negative reviews, but what help are they when they only complain and don't offer an alternative? Maybe they remember the times when they flew to Turkey for 3,000 rubles. Now it's five times more expensive. We bought a 13-day tour from Ekaterinburg for four people for 3,000 rubles ($40). There were cheaper options with 3-4 star hotels, but even without reading the reviews, you can tell from the photos that they are worse. By the way, the flight became longer, now it's 5.5 hours and no meals included! On the way there, the Azur flight only served tea/coffee and the flight was delayed for 4 hours! On the way back with Coredan, even water was not free! Although the flight ticket was the main cost of the tour. By the way, if you come as an individual traveler, our room costs $35 per night))) only tour operators get discounts. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money.

Hello everyone! Let's start with the check-in. We arrived at the hotel around 7 PM. We were promptly checked in, and I would like to thank our transfer guide Ayvaz from Avium Tours for explaining all our requests to the reception staff in Turkish. Our room was located on the 1st floor of the 4th building, with a view of the pool. I must say the room was tired and in need of renovation, but it was cleaned before our arrival. However, apart from mopping the floors and folding the towels, the housekeeping staff didn't do much else. We occasionally left a dollar as a tip and they cleaned a bit more thoroughly. We had to ask for toilet paper ourselves by catching the housekeepers in the hallway. On the other hand, the common toilets on the beach, in the restaurant, and by the pool were constantly cleaned. Everything was shining and sparkling. The Wi-Fi is free and available almost everywhere in the hotel - in the rooms, by the pool, in the lobby, and at the beach bar. It also partially reaches the beach. The food was quite good. We had meat, chicken, liver, kebabs, trout, and some white fish. Among the fruits, there were apples, oranges, watermelons, apricots, plums, melons, and pears. The snacks at the snack bar were also good. Considering it is a budget hotel, the food was decent and offered good value for the money. The bartenders were great, they were trying hard and always smiling. However, there was no ice cream for children, which is usually available in all hotels. If you want it, you have to pay extra and stay at a more expensive hotel accordingly. The territory of the hotel is nice, well-maintained, and clean. There is a large water park suitable for both adults and children. The beach is a bit dirty, and they haven't finished building the pier yet. There are no barriers on the pier, just some iron poles sticking out, even though the season has already started. There are enough sunbeds, but it seems to be due to the fact that the hotel was not fully booked. If it is full, I don't think there will be enough sunbeds. The staff is polite and friendly, starting from the management and all the way to the cleaning staff. The entertainment was a bit weak. There is no stage or amphitheater. It seems like they stayed in Myarosa when they split the Daima Biz and Daima Resort hotels. They invited singers from outside, there was live music for one day, and the other days had different types of competitions like karaoke battles, etc. The children's animators were doing a good job, and the mini disco was also good. Across from the hotel, there is a bus stop where a small bus goes to Kemer every 2 minutes. The fare is 9 lira or 1 dollar per person. The last bus from Kemer departs at 11 PM. It's very convenient, as we went there for shopping.

Returned from vacation at the hotel last night. I will write a review right away while memories are still fresh. The last time we vacationed was in 2019, before COVID. However, back then we stayed at a Resort as a family, not in Biz. We had a very pleasant experience with the hotel that time, so this time we chose Biz without hesitation. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were assigned a room on the 4th floor with a view of the sea and the road. Everything was fine with that, the room and the view satisfied us. The room was clean, everything was good. However, both sinks were clogged and the water didn't drain well. But it wasn't critical. This concludes my pleasant memories of the aima hotel chain because, compared to 2019, the hotel has definitely declined in every other aspect. The food was the same every day. We are not picky eaters and we don't dine in restaurants every day, but I can't ignore this. Not once in 10 days did they serve scrambled eggs for breakfast. We had boiled eggs and pancakes, occasionally accompanied by an omelet with an unpleasantly runny consistency. Lunch and dinner were almost as disappointing, but I won't go into detail. As for the entertainment... no comments. I only saw the animators at the evening children's disco. Maybe they were working at the pools during the day, that's why I didn't see them. I don't know. The evenings were boring. After the kids' dances, we stayed to watch the continuation four times, so we stopped staying after the fourth time. We participated once in a contest among men, once in a lottery, once in a guess the melody game, and once in live Turkish music. Before that, we had 3 minutes of Turkish music recorded and then another 3 minutes of live singing. I appreciate Turkish performers, but having the same thing every day is just too much. Housekeeping was subpar. They mopped the floors only once. The sheets were changed twice (this is not a complaint, just a fact). We went to bed with clean sheets, so it was fine for us. Towels were almost never replenished. Sometimes, they left 2 bath towels and 3 face towels for 2 adults, other times it was the opposite. Overall, everything else was not bad. The staff worked well (the boys in the cafeteria, bartenders, and security). They were all very polite and friendly, so thank you to them. In conclusion, there won't be a third trip to aimy, sadly. I would also like to express a separate thank you to our guide Kenan. He was very polite and pleasant. He didn't insist on selling us tours, but he gave us valuable advice.

Bali in October is a great choice, everything is clean and the food is good. We had boiled shrimp and breaded calamari rings a couple of times. For lunch and dinner, we always had beef and chicken. However, there was no ice cream at the main bar. They had beautifully presented cocktails with tequila, salt-rimmed glasses, and a little lemon slice on top, which was nice. The beach bar had a disco until midnight, and it was fun. All the rooms are nice and recently renovated. We didn't have to pay any extra for the room, and everything was clean. They provided shampoo, shower gel, even body lotion, a comb, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. The beach is pebbly, so we couldn't swim without special shoes. We bought them there for $5. There are many small shops if you walk beyond the premises.

Perhaps my review will be useful to someone. Let me start from the beginning, we flew with Azur Air and since the flight now takes 5 hours, we were served delicious hot meals! Not just sandwiches, like before, but actual hot meals!!! And we were given a choice! We arrived in Antalya at 5 pm, but it took us until around 9 pm to reach our hotel due to the delay in receiving our luggage and the long bus ride, which turned out to be a shuttle for 6 hotels, and the driver didn't know the way at all. By the time we arrived, there were very few options left for dinner. However, as we later found out, the food is not the hotel's strong suit. That's probably the only negative aspect. We were accommodated in a luxurious double room, probably a family room, definitely not a standard one. It was to the right of the reception, room 7228, on the second floor. It had a huge bathroom, 2 rooms, 2 televisions, air conditioning, a safe, and a refrigerator that was replenished with water every day (sparkling and still). On the first day, I was convinced to try a massage/peeling treatment, and the price was attractive, so I signed up for myself and my mom. I highly recommend it for a better tan! After the trial session, I decided to take a massage course with the massage therapist Erol. What can I say, I forgot about my shoulder pain, my herniated disc was relieved, my measurements reduced, and the quality of my skin improved. I genuinely recommend not hesitating to spend money on yourself, and if you happen to be in this hotel, at least try one massage session! Moving on, the water park is another highlight of the hotel! There are many slides for all ages, including extreme ones! My oldest daughter even went on a slide labeled 18+, and you had to sign a consent form stating that you take responsibility for your own life! The kids' animation team approached us even though we've outgrown the children's activities and invited our child to a pony ride at the ranch. One day there was a foam party, which the kids really enjoyed! We attended beach yoga and skipped aqua aerobics because it took place in the pool, and we didn't want to return in the heat. We went to Zumba in the evening, attended shows, and stayed for the disco. The music was a mix of Turkish and Russian songs, although we were the only ones left on the dance floor when they played Russian songs. As for the food, the selection was somewhat limited, but we were never left hungry! The main fish option was mainly mackerel prepared in various ways, and the meat options included beef, chicken, and lamb. It's better to come for dinner around 6:30 pm, otherwise all the good food will run out, and choose a table on the terrace where the sun sets behind the mountains, making it comfortable and offering a beautiful view of the mountains! Oh, I forgot the most important thing, the sea in Kemer is divine - warm and gentle. We weren't even scared to enter the water, and we could swim without worrying about coral. We took a rafting excursion, and the kids and I loved it! We went to Kemer twice (just a 1-minute drive away), as there were no facilities near the hotel. However, there is a bus stop opposite the hotel, and one bus will take you to Kemer in 15 minutes for 17 Turkish lira. By the way, speaking of money, it's better to pay with a Mir card, as it's more cost-effective. Their exchange rate is 62, compared to our 7. Thank you all for your attention, and have a great vacation!

If anyone is still considering this hotel, stop! My choice was deliberate and based on financial possibilities. The main factors for me were the sea, being on the first line, and having sufficient, albeit modest, food. I paid for a standard room to avoid ending up in an economy one. I liked the location because I had previously stayed at the neighboring Limak Limra. The most important thing for me was a good beach. I often read reviews about dirty beaches, but I couldn't believe it could be true. In Daima, they turned the beach into a garbage dump. I won't repeat what has already been said in previous reviews, everything is true. The hotel is open until November 8th, but on October 9th, they completely closed the water park, beach bar, and all entertainment disappeared. And now the most important thing: Be extremely careful with your valuables in the room. In the past week, there have been 4 thefts from the rooms. Moreover, this happens on the day of departure so that tourists don't have time for investigations and inquiries. It would be better to find a 4-star hotel on the first line at a lower cost than to pay so much for this subpar hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have never been to such a dirty and neglected hotel before. The hotel is not new, it is tired-looking, with something worn out here and there, but this happens not only in Turkey, that's not the problem. Nowhere have I ever experienced such a feeling of dirtiness and discomfort. Dirty floors in the corridors that haven't been cleaned for days, terrible room cleaning. Our bathroom was not cleaned after the previous guests, the toilet was dirty, the bathtub was not washed, the sinks and drains were clogged. The only thing they did for cleaning was changing the towels. But the room itself was decent, with a view of the road and pomegranate trees, bright and with a safe. Upon check-in, we were initially given an upgraded room on the first floor with two rooms - it was awful, dark, dirty, scratched, brrr. The hotel is very big, the main guests are Turks, Iranians, and a few Russians. Noise and commotion are the specifics of such large hotels, crowds of people are constantly moving somewhere, sitting somewhere, leaving behind cups and uneaten food, which then stay uncleaned for a day. The staff, in spite of all this, is quite friendly, there is a nice Russian-speaking girl at the reception. As many people write here, the restaurant is overcrowded, there's a queue for food. There's no variety of food, but you won't go hungry. Just come for dinner at 19:30 or a bit later. Most likely, something has already been eaten (meat, for example) and they won't bring more, but you will be left with chicken and stuffed vegetables)) There are fruits and pastries. People smoke on the veranda, so if you don't smoke, you won't be able to enjoy eating outdoors, you'll be breathing in smoke. Waiters constantly come with carts, collect dirty plates, and clean them right in front of you. The tablecloths and the clothing of the waiters and staff change color every day, they say there's a good SPA, drinks are available all day, the internet works, so it's not all bad, but overall the impression is negative. But the nature, the sea, and the weather are amazing! There are pebbles on the beach, you can walk barefoot, but it's better to take some coral shoes, it's hard to get out of the sea without them. I can't say anything about the water park, as we're not fans, but it also looks old and faded. It takes about five minutes to walk from the reception to the sea through the water park. It's enough to take a stroll through the Kirish village one evening, there's not much to do there, it's better to go to Kemer later. There's a bus stop in front of the hotel, you can reach it in 2 minutes for 12 lira. Overall, the impression is ambiguous - the beautiful weather, the sea, and the enjoyment of the velvety season outweigh the negatives of this hotel, but I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

I stayed at the Daima Hotel in 2015 and it was the best hotel of my life. With such warm memories, I really wanted to return again. In 2022, I convinced my husband to come here, even though we weren't thrilled with the reviews. When we checked in, I didn't understand why I didn't recognize the territory, but by the end of the day, we figured it out. In 2015, the Daima and the neighboring Miaroza hotels were one huge hotel, but something happened to the owners and they divided the territory between themselves. Unfortunately, we ended up in the not-so-great part. The room had old furniture, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel, and a noisy old air conditioner. However, the room was spacious, designed for a family, and had an extra bed. You won't find perfect white towels and beddings there, everything looked tired. Overall, it was standard, plus it had a bathtub. We were lucky to have a room at the end of the territory, far from the dining area. It wasn't pleasant to pass by the dining area, as there was a strong smell of fried fish and leftovers. I'm sure the smell was felt in the nearby rooms because sometimes it was even unbearable by the pool. Additionally, the hotel had terrible sound insulation, and you could hear everyone passing by in the corridor. Food-wise, I am a very calm and positive person, but the situation in this hotel even got to me. There were many Iranians among the guests, and I don't know if it's a cultural thing or something else, but they constantly created unnecessary lines in the dining area. Sometimes the lines would start several meters before the entrance to the dining area. At first, I thought it was a line for fresh meat, which was being grilled right before being served, but when I tried to squeeze through the line to get some potatoes, which no one wanted at that moment, I was scolded. A couple of times, I witnessed people standing in line, then going to the serving counter and leaving without taking anything, as if they didn't know why they were waiting. Because of these lines, people would load up their plates with three times more food than necessary, creating a shortage. Every trip to the restaurant was like a war for food. If you arrive early, you have to sprint to get a good spot in line, if you arrive late, you stand in line for an hour, and if you arrive even later, you won't find anything except for rice. Overall, the food was tasty, but for such a large hotel, there was not enough of it. The food would run out faster than they could refill it. The variety was also not great. On our last day, we were shocked when we came for dinner. We wanted to have a filling meal before our flight, but there wasn't a single meat dish. Only very bony fried fish. How is that even possible? After a few days, we got so tired of the lines that we tried not to go for lunch and instead snacked at the snack bar on the beach. They had delicious flatbreads, fries, and soups with salad. As a result, we gained a couple of kilos from these lunches. The dining area had an unpleasant smell, and we always tried to sit outside, but even there, if you chose the wrong spot, you would be followed by the smell of cat urine. There were cats everywhere, and there were large flower beds on the dining terrace where they would relieve themselves. The cleanliness in the dining area left much to be desired, the staff couldn't keep up. They wouldn't clean up after guests for a long time, and we had to spend another 7 minutes trying to find someone to clean up so that we could get a table. It was also surprising that there was no tea selection in the dining area, only black tea at the bar. I only drink green tea and couldn't imagine my mornings without it, so I had to go to the lobby bar and take tea bags from there. Alcohol-wise, everything was good. Local alcohol, of decent quality. Just like many years ago, there was delicious strong tequila, as well as something like Beliz and vermouths, which I haven't seen in many other hotels. Pleasant white wine. There was alcohol available throughout the hotel, including on the beach. Sometimes they would make fresh alcoholic and non-alcoholic mojitos near the beach. The beach was average, clean, pebbly, with a pier and a bridge to access the sea. All the standard activities were available. There were shades and sun loungers, although not new. The entertainment was not intrusive, they held contests in the evenings, a disco, and daytime activities like exercise and beach volleyball. It wasn't over-the-top, I couldn't even remember the animators' faces. The water park was a very unpleasant discovery. It turned out that the water park was not only for hotel guests. There was a separate entrance fee for external visitors. This meant there were always long, wild lines. We only spent one day on the slides because it was exhausting standing in line under the sun, and then waiting in line for the slide. We got sunburned while waiting and had to recover for another two days. It was also very difficult to find a sun lounger near the slides, as they were usually taken early in the morning. However, it was still good that there was a water park and the slides were great, there were many exciting and scary ones, and it was a paradise for children. The toilets in the water park and on the beach were a nightmare. There were around 3 or 4 stalls, and only one of them had a working lock. Everything was constantly dirty. In general, I think this is probably a feature of all the toilets in the hotel. Overall, this hotel was a contradiction for me. It had a decent concept, some positives like the mojitos on the beach (which you won't find everywhere), but at the same time, the toilet doors didn't work. So what did I actually like? The food was tasty enough, they

We stayed at the hotel from October 19 to 29 with our 11 and 13-year-old children. Check-in was okay. Initially, we were given a room that faced the back door of the dining hall, where the restaurant staff made a lot of noise with dishes. I immediately asked to change to a quieter room. The staff member tried to charge us extra and said that there was only a room on the ground floor, but we wouldn't like it. I said, "Let's take it, as the kids like to go straight out to the lawn from the room." In the end, it turned out that they didn't give rooms on the ground floor at all (they had already closed and cleaned them), but they gave us a room on the first floor with a view of the road. I was satisfied with that room and requested an additional bed for the child. The next day, the "adventures" began. The water park was closed (it was off-season after September 3). There were slides for younger children, which they only turned on once during our 9-day stay. The kids looked with envy at the neighboring hotel MiArosa's water park, which had a more well-maintained area. On the third day, on my own initiative, I went to the reception of hotel MiArosa and asked if I could buy access to their water park for a week, to which they replied, "We have an agreement with Hotel Aima, so they should have given you bracelets for our water park for free. Go and demand them." We went back to our hotel, where a Turkish guy with a rude face, secretly so that no one would see, gave us the bracelets and even made us sign a paper saying, "I, Full Name, have no complaints against Hotel Aima for spending one night in a room not matching the declared category." It was kind of a formality. Okay, after getting the bracelets, life got a little better. The clientele. All the guests were athletes, Iranians, Romanians, and many other nationalities in groups, as we found out - athletes. They were loud in the dining hall and at the reception, running around. Soundproofing in the rooms - You won't be able to sleep if someone walks in the corridor, everything is audible. The room and cleaning: We were lucky here. They cleaned and changed the beddings/towels and provided shampoos every day. Maybe because we left tips. Entertainment: There was none at all. This was because there were hardly any families with children. There was no ice cream or pastries. The beach snack bar was closed. There was nothing at all. The beach was nice. Maybe because there were hardly any people there. There was no hotel territory. It took about five minutes to walk to the beach through an underground passage, and then along the aqua park's territory, or more precisely, along the path beside the aqua park. There were shops near the hotel, and a bike rental place not far away (but they were all worn out). Food: It was disgusting. Yogurts with bubbles that had clearly gone bad (they served the same ones every day). Two days of omelets made with spoiled, bitter milk, which made us cautious about trying them the next day. The greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers were not fresh, spoiled since the day before yesterday. The only fruits available were apples and pears (sometimes). There was one tray of baklava for everyone, and something moist and unclear. There was no meat for two days at all, only eggplants and tomatoes in various interpretations. There was no potato (fries, mashed potatoes) at all. They only gave it to us the next day after causing a scene. When the athletes arrived, they graciously made chicken legs, well, thank you. Dry breakfasts for children were the same for all 9 days. The kids had to eat pasta for lunch and dinner for three days because there was nothing else. In the end, we asked to have lunch and dinner at the neighboring hotel MiArosa for 3 euros per day. Overall, it was not a vacation, but constant nerves. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and in the future, when choosing a hotel, I will pay attention to the reviews written by people.

I rarely write such reviews, but I have never seen a worse hotel! We chose the hotel based on the availability of water slides and entertainment because we were traveling with friends who have 2 children. If we talk about this aspect, the water slides were not bad and the children's pool was also nice, BUT! Their season ends on September 3rd, and no one informed us about it. The water slides started operating for just a couple of hours a day from October 1st, and then they would simply kick everyone out and close the entrance. The rooms are old, the cleaning is poor, and even when leaving tips, the room was still poorly cleaned. The towels were taken away a couple of times without replacing them, so we had to call, go to the reception, and ask multiple times to get new ones. Beach towels were given out based on cards, for which a deposit was left. The towels themselves were torn and worn out. The beach loungers were old, torn, and broken. There was trash and cow droppings on the beach. The food was meager and monotonous, either spicy or bland. There was no children's menu at all; they only ate pasta, and there wasn't even porridge for breakfast. All the alcohol was Turkish; there was nothing European! The beach snack bar offered pasta, stuffed lavash, and French fries (rarely). For fruits, they served apples, plums, watermelon, melon, and grapes for breakfast/lunch/dinner. There were no fruits on the beach. Ice cream and hot corn on the beach were not included and had to be paid for separately. Because the water park was functioning as a paid attraction for others, there was segregation at the snack bar - "Don't sit there, don't come here." Sometimes, we couldn't find a place to eat with the children, even though there were empty tables. We were not allowed there, and at the same time, food was not allowed by the beach or pools. There was no animation to speak of. In the evenings, there were children's dances and then a Turkish disco, all near the beach snack bar. The hotel seems to cater mainly to Turks, who made up the majority of the guests. On the first night of arrival, our room was flooded from an unknown source, and they simply suggested cleaning up without wanting to change our room. We had to insist actively, after which they finally replaced it. People smoke everywhere, including on the terrace during check-in and at the beach, without considering the presence of children nearby. In conclusion, I strongly do not recommend this hotel. We should have believed the reviews before booking! The hotel barely deserves 3 stars at most.

We stayed at the hotel from September 1st to September 16th. Despite reading negative reviews, we listened to the advice of our tour company manager, who praised and swore that we wouldn't regret it, and advised us not to pay attention to the reviews. Of course, from now on, we will only rely on the opinions of other tourists. The room cleaning was awful. It only involved changing the towels from dirty ones to slightly cleaner ones. We had to beg for shampoo and hygiene products. The bedding was not changed once in 7 days. The staff was either indifferent or rude. The staff's attitude towards Turkish and Arab tourists was different. There were people smoking everywhere, mostly women, whether they were holding small children or a family of father, mother, and daughter. We wanted to have dinner on the terrace occasionally, but it turned out that the terrace was for smokers. We had to have dinner on the terrace in the cigarette smoke. The food was abundant but monotonous and tasteless. It was not a problem for adults, but there was nothing for children, especially if they were young. Our child was hungry. There were queues everywhere, and it was dirty. The cutlery was either broken or dirty. The hotel doesn't even deserve a four-star rating. The water park was designed for children, but there were also adults sliding down the slides with their children. The sunbeds on the beach were broken and old. The only positive aspect was the sea. It's a pity we wasted our money. We can't say anything about the entertainment as we didn't need it. We were given a room on the ground floor. It was something. Two small rooms separated by a partition for two adults and a 7-year-old child. We had to dry our wet clothes on the doors or wherever we could because there were no facilities for it on the tiny balcony, which opened directly onto the hotel grounds, except for a small rail. The refrigerator only had water. There were no other beverages. The safe was problematic. It blocked three times, and we had to call a technician. When we checked-in, the room had a broken front door. We had to wait for half a day for it to be repaired and couldn't leave the room. The internet was only available in the lobby. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Let's start with the fact that like everyone else, we read reviews but tried not to pay attention, as different opinions are always there. We hoped for the best. We arrived at the hotel at one in the morning, which was nice, and immediately went to have dinner after a long journey. There were several soups to choose from (which we didn't eat anymore during our entire stay), cucumbers and cherries. We ate because there was nowhere else to go. Then, at reception, we were told there was only one available room. If we wanted another one, the administrator wanted money. We decided to see what they would give us. We entered the room and were amazed. The furniture was old and worn out, the bed linen had stains, the dressing table had lipstick stains, and the mirror was the same. When we went out to the balcony, we were appalled. The roof of the lower balcony was dirty and covered in vomit... It was a 5-star hotel! Naturally, my husband went to reception and suddenly a vacant room became available. They gave us a room in a different building with a view of the pool on the first floor. The room was slightly better, a bit cleaner, and the building was nicer. There was one double bed and a pull-out chair, but everything had stains and holes. The closets smelled, there was a rusty trash can in the bathroom, dirty glass from the "bathtub" area, and the sink kept getting clogged... We decided to stay. All the towels had stains, and the only toiletries provided were shower gel and shampoo. We tried to use our own things, and we only showered in slippers in the bathroom. We didn't use the closets at all; we only came to sleep and wash up. The minibar consisted of a couple of bottles of water, five bottles of mineral water, and that was it... The bed linen was changed once or twice in a week, and the towels were never changed. The floors were mopped a couple of times, only because we complained about ants coming in from the balcony. The food was monotonous; the same thing every day. They spread it out in several trays. Different types of cheese, sausage, pickled vegetables, greens, and so on. It seemed like everything was in abundance. We didn't go hungry, but we quickly got tired of it. It was mainly pasta, mashed potatoes, rice, and stew. For breakfast, there were sometimes cupcakes, omelets, boiled eggs, cereals, and scrambled eggs. Before lunch and dinner, there was always a never-ending line at the entrance, for what reason was unclear, because it was all the same once you got closer. The dishes were constantly dirty and broken, and the cutlery as well. The upholstery on the chairs was torn. Also, at the beach bar, from 11:30 am to 4 pm, you could have fries, pasta, salads, and something like vegetable cutlets fried in a fryer. The drinks at the bar were generally not bad, but we bought alcohol outside the hotel and mainly drank water. The beach had big pebbles, and on the second day, we had to buy shoes for swimming. The sun loungers were all torn and broken, and the tables were dirty. The entrance to the sea had a dilapidated iron pier, which was not safe at all, and a large wooden pier from which you could jump. The only plus of our hotel was the water park and the sea. We went there every day and spent most of our time there, as well as on excursions. There was no entertainment whatsoever, none at all. We went to the neighboring hotel, Miarossa, and only there did we find out that there was a disco on the beach on the third day of our vacation. What the disco was like, at first, there was a mini disco, then some unclear contest, and then a couple of songs for Russians, the rest were Turkish. We didn't go there anymore. We mainly went to the bazaar, sat in cafes, and went to the center of Kemer. Overall, we have good impressions from our vacation, but not from the hotel. It would have been better to see better conditions, as we wanted a truly relaxing experience for our mind, body, and eyes. We didn't skimp on money. After all, we could have paid less and chosen a 3 or 4-star hotel! Even there, in Konakli, the hotel was much more worthy and better! I do not recommend it to anyone, and we will not return ourselves!

The reviewer did not provide a detailed description of their stay at the hotel. I want to share my impressions of the hotel stay in more detail.

I will start with the end right away. Currently, Turkish tourists can stay in a hotel for a maximum of 7 nights for two people, which costs about 4 lira (approximately 13.5 rubles). We paid 124 rubles for 9 nights for two people flying from Sochi (as it's not possible to fly from Krasnodar). This is a lot, but the prices have increased unjustifiably. The price should be a maximum of 65 thousand rubles for it to be logical and reasonable. The accommodation was excellent. We arrived around 2 o'clock, rushed to our room, and managed to have dinner before 9 o'clock. They immediately offered us the option to change rooms for an additional fee if we didn't like it. There were two-bedroom options, but we didn't come to stay in the room, so everything was fine for us. The room was ordinary, like everywhere else. I read some scary reviews, but everything was working fine and the staff did a great job with cleaning. We only went to the pool once and to the water park once (that was enough for us). The water park was amazing, especially for little children. There was one area for adults and another one for kids. It tended to get overcrowded on weekends because the locals also visit. The food was good. Based on the reviews, I prepared myself for a chicken-based diet. However, there was always a variety of options, including fish, lamb, turkey, and chicken prepared in different ways. I have a sweet tooth, and during the vacation, I allowed myself to have baklava for dinner. They served it modestly, one piece at the end of the table, and I always calmly took it (there were plenty of other types of desserts and cakes that were quickly taken, but we didn't eat them). It is true that it's better to come for dinner around 6:30 PM (we even skipped lunch on the 3rd or 4th day because we overate, and there was a snack bar on the beach where we could grab a quick bite). When we went around 7 PM, there were already fewer options available, but it was the same in the expensive LongBeach hotel. I don't understand why people would stand in line. At the entrance, there was always someone who would guide you further, and the same food was available from different stations. Maybe it's more interesting for people and they think they will find something especially delicious on the first tables. The staff in the main restaurant tried their best and cleared the tables quickly. You couldn't even put an empty plate before they would take it away. The sea was excellent, warm, and very clean. The weather was great. To get to the sea, you had to go through a tunnel (where you could take interesting photos), then the water park, and finally, the beach and the sea. Some reviews mentioned that you would have to walk a lot, but I immediately had doubts when I saw the hotel map. The beach was pebbly. There were plenty of sunbeds, and there was always enough space at any time.

I stayed at the aima Biz hotel. I really wanted a peaceful beach vacation, and overall, I was not disappointed because the hotel is within walking distance of the sea. The beach is large, comfortable, and equipped with sun loungers and beach chairs. There was always enough space, and the sea entry was perfect. I decided to combine pleasure with usefulness and go for a massage. Previously, I had only done peels in Turkish hotels. I had a course of 5 full body massages. I didn't regret it at all. The massage was done by Erol. He did it very professionally and varied the techniques, using stones, different ointments, and oils. He was a very diligent and positive young man. I recommend him. You will spend time benefiting yourself. For those who wanted to spend their time more actively, there were beach volleyball, table tennis, darts, and boules. Before the trip, I read many negative reviews about the hotel, ranging from room quality to food. Of course, the pandemic had a negative impact on the hotel, and the smell of staleness in the room was particularly unpleasant. Gradually, either I got used to it or it aired out, and the smell stopped bothering me. Regarding food, there were queues for meat and fish, but by the end of the vacation, either they started cooking more or they increased the number of staff at different serving points, and the issue was resolved. The hotel staff was always friendly, the rooms were cleaned regularly, and water was constantly placed in the refrigerator. The hotel may not strive for a luxurious five-star rating, but the hotel staff tries to eliminate all shortcomings and operate without any glitches. Therefore, overall, I was satisfied with my vacation.

We arrived on June 27th, and there were many Turks and Arabs in the hotel, and it seemed like the staff didn't make much of an effort for them. They were also quite messy themselves. For example, a Turkish family would throw cups and napkins on the lawn, and a cleaner would immediately come and throw everything away, shaking their head in disapproval. From the beginning of July, things normalized, as many Russians arrived and the staff became more active. They cleaned our room every day without reminders, and also brought water to the bar every day. In terms of food, there was a wide variety to suit any taste. There were sometimes queues for meat, fish, and kebabs because the chefs prepared and served them hot. It was hard to go hungry with such a large selection. If you are traveling with a child under 17, they will enjoy the fantastic water park. They transport tourists there for 4 euros, but for those staying at the Daima hotel, it is free. The snack bar on the beach also prepares delicious food, not just lahmacun. There is a good selection, even towards the end of the day. Alcohol and cocktails are available at any time. Cappuccino is free, while Turkish coffee costs $1. Ice cream in the water park costs $1 because many tourists specifically come to the water park. We really liked the Focus Spa Center. During the consultation, they identified all the issues, and massage therapist Erol fixed them in just 5 sessions. The hotel is a bit outdated, but the staff tries their best. The rooms are cleaned daily. I once woke up at 3 am, and they were cleaning the pool! Despite everything, we will definitely go there again. Our child was occupied all day at the water park, and we had many enjoyable experiences.

avatar

I agree with the previous reviews, they are true. The bar stays open until 3 am and you can only find Russians here.

Hello! In July, my family and I stayed at a hotel. We arrived from Kazakhstan around 5 in the evening. The reception quickly assigned us to our room. The room was a family room with a partition. Now, let me tell you about the room. Why did they use tiles on the floor? It's not safe when you have kids. My younger child fell off the bed while sleeping and got a bump on the forehead. Plus, it's dangerous to walk on the wet tiles in the bathroom. The hotel is quite old. It was located at the far end of the property, so it was quite a walk to the dining hall. It's not a problem if you don't have kids, but with a two-year-old, it's impossible. I recommend asking for rooms near the main building of the hotel. The internet was not available in the distant "dormitories", except near the children's playground. We had to leave our room and go to the playground to make phone calls to our family. As for the dining hall, there was always a never-ending line for food. The food was not tasty, except for the bread. If you have children, bring your own porridge because the milk there is cold, and there's not always hot water available to make porridge. It was almost the same food every day for 7 days, the same fish, salads, pasta, and only on one day they served chicken. I don't know why they didn't use salt in the food at this hotel. Salt was provided separately. The fruits available included cherries, watermelons, melons, pears, apples, grapes, nectarines, and peaches. However, the queues were impossible, especially when you are eating with children. This was not very convenient! As for the bars near the water park, the bartenders were generous with alcohol. The cocktails were strong. But the beer was very tasty, despite rumors that it was mixed with urine, etc. I tried the beer and it was really good. There's also another place near the bar that serves things like french fries and vegetable patties starting from 12 pm, and the food there is really delicious. The water park was great, the kids enjoyed it. But keep in mind that besides the guests of the hotel, there will be a lot of people from other hotels. The beach was nice with a shallow entry into the water. On the last day, we found out that there was a beautiful lake near the hotel. There were geese and ducks swimming in it, and you could feed them. The entertainment was lacking! There was a very good photographer at the hotel named Nurlan. Thanks to him, we discovered the lake. Overall, the vacation was not bad. We tried not to pay too much attention to these details and enjoyed ourselves.

Two adults and a child, aged 2.11, stayed here. Check-in was at 23:30. Everything was quick. The rooms were old, worn out, and dirty, with used slippers under the bed. The shower was in the bathtub, and you had to stand on the floor to wash. There was no tray or bathtub, and the showerhead sprayed water in all directions, so there was always water in the bathroom. The floor was very slippery and it was easy to slip and fall. The air conditioner was inconveniently located in the room and blew directly onto the bed. I closed it with a curtain. We went straight to dinner, which started at that time. As we passed the pool, we were shocked. It was dirty, smelly, and the water was murky. No one cleaned the pool. Dinner was a separate story. We went there at 23:40 and all the plates were empty, not a single bite left. We didn't even bother to have tea. The next day, and afterwards, we couldn't enjoy the food. It's difficult to stay hungry in Turkey, but in this hotel, it's a reality! I don't understand how they can ruin food that's difficult to spoil. The pancakes were always undercooked, and the only rice dish (there were no other options) was often burnt. There were no yogurts here. Lunch was also disappointing, just like dinner. The reviews listed below describe everything accurately. The only positives of the hotel are the sea, which is not dependent on the hotel, and the waterpark.

This is not a hotel, but a Turkish-style pension. It does not deserve more than 5 stars at all. The hotel is completely worn out. The staff only speaks Turkish, a small part of the staff speaks poor English, and 2% speak bad Russian. The majority of the guests are Turks, Syrians, and Iranians. The hotel's concept is supposed to showcase 7 regions of Turkey each day with their unique features, but in reality they just change the color of clothing and tablecloths every day, with no other differences between one day and another. The rooms are all worn and dirty, and they don't even clean them after a request. All corners are dirty, bed linen and towels were not changed once during the week of vacation, despite our requests. They don't vacuum or wash the floors, they just cover them with dirty sheets and neatly hang your towels. When we asked them to clean the floor in our room because we spilled some pomegranate, the cleaner only cleaned the spot with a dirty smelling mop. The stench was awful, they don't clean or wipe the mop, and they use the same mop in all the rooms. They don't even have buckets for mops, they just use water from bottles left by guests in the rooms. The rooms are dirty, no one cleans the corners or under the beds, it's extremely unsanitary with bed linen full of stains and holes. They don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or robes, the only amenities available are shampoo/shower gel/conditioner and small things like discs and cotton swabs. There is no safety in the hotel, there are no fire hoses on the premises, there are empty holders but no hoses. Many sockets are not properly fixed or wires hang from electrical appliances, and the electrical panels have no protective covers. The beach is pebbly, it's better not to walk without shoes. Cigarette butts and other small debris are not cleaned from the beach. Wooden pathways are laid not to the sea itself, but about 5-7 meters away, beyond which you have to walk on pebbles. There is a pier, which is also dangerous, the staircase for descent/ascent is shaky, sometimes there are protective ropes, sometimes there aren't, and safety is not monitored. Both the beach and pool loungers are 5% torn or broken. The beach shades are also torn. Guides instruct Russian-speaking visitors not to speak Russian to avoid conflicts with Turkish guests. It is unclear why Russians are accommodated in a Turkish hotel at all. Discrimination in favor of Turks is evident in everything, not just towards Russians. Only 8% of the music in the entertainment program is Turkish, and naturally only Turks dance to it. It's not a music for everyone, but rather various versions of the Halay dance. When other songs are played, Turks leave the dance floor to the DJ and complain, "only Turkish music." After a couple of dance tracks, Halay music starts again, and they start dancing in circles for an hour. They don't know how to mix and make good music sets. The entertainment program is very weak, there are not enough animators, there are only 5 of them. They try to do something, but there are many restrictions from the management. All entertainment is done by the animators themselves, and it looks like a school performance. The location of the entertainment activities is very inconvenient. Darts are usually played near the pool for cooling off and relaxation, but here it is located near the beach in the dining area, where no one needs it. The food in the restaurant is a separate issue, it's the same every day, no variety at all. There are only a few trays of chicken and occasionally lamb among the meat dishes, and they are taken away instantly. The fish offered was smelly anchovies and white dry fish without salt or spices. Queues for meat and relatively edible products range from 5 minutes to 3 hours. All drinks are heavily diluted, taste awful, and after any drink, whether it's soda/tea/juice, the stomach starts to ache and bloat. On the second day of our stay, we started drinking only water and bought our own drinks outside the hotel. You can't even have tea in the evening, not even in tea bags, there is only a coffee machine in the lobby and a bar. There are no snacks in the hotel at all! The only positive aspects of the hotel are the sea and the nature, but they are not dependent on the hotel itself, as the nature and sea are the assets of Kemer and the surrounding area, not the hotel.

To those who are too lazy to read the whole review: I do NOT recommend this hotel! It does not live up to its stars or the price of the tour! I understand that during the pandemic, the hotel had to focus on the domestic tourist market: 6% were Turkish, 2-25% were foreigners, and 15-2% were Russians. Turks are extremely uncivilized: both children and adults constantly push, shove, scream, smoke excessively, and even leave cigarette butts right under your feet, making it very uncomfortable. 1) Check-in: We arrived at the hotel with 2 adults and 3 children at 8 a.m. - we were immediately given bracelets, told check-in was at 2 p.m., and sent to breakfast. (I included a cover letter from TopHotels with my voucher, but they immediately returned it to me without even looking at it.) At 12 p.m., I decided to check if the room was ready and approached the reception, and it turned out to be a good thing as the room was ready and I got the keys (luckily). 2) Room: We got a room in the 5th building, a two-roomed one (that's what we paid for). The furniture is quite old and worn out, there are stains on the floor, dust in the corners, and the air conditioning in each room worked properly. There were two functional showers, and we didn't have any plumbing issues. As I later found out, we were lucky with our room because I spoke to some other people who were given standard rooms, especially on the first floor, and it was terrible: cockroaches, mold, etc. (I personally saw photos and videos from them). 3) Room cleaning was poor throughout the entire stay. One day, I didn't leave a dollar for the tea, and when we came back from the sea, there was a bag of toilet garbage in the middle of the bathroom... 4) Food: There is only one restaurant for 5 buildings. The queue for food is around 15-2 minutes, both for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is distributed by chefs, like in a cafeteria. You get 5 pieces of meat and you're done. If you want more, get back in line (this is probably because if the Turks were allowed to serve themselves, there wouldn't be enough food for anyone. They put so much on their plates that an elephant couldn't eat it all). The dishes are not fancy, but you won't go hungry, and the food is quite tasty. There is no children's menu at all: lunch and dinner consist of spaghetti and fries. For breakfast, there are delicious pancakes, but they are served. At the beach snack bar, there are rice, french fries, spaghetti, veggie patties, veggie salad, and meat pies (which you always have to wait in line for). 5) Alcohol: The beer, rum, and whiskey are local, but decent. There is no imported alcohol in any of the bars. There are quite a few bars, and they are open from 1 p.m. to late at night (I don't know the exact closing time because I didn't stay past 2 a.m.). Bartenders are not very willing to make cocktails for Russians unless it's something simple like rum and cola or whiskey and cola. If it's a bit more complicated, they say they don't have it, even though they would make it for foreigners and Turks upon request. 6) Hotel grounds: There is almost no greenery, and there is no place to hide from the sun. Near the main pool, where the shade from the dining room is, there is a strange smell. If you walk further away from the smell, you can sunbathe in the open. 7) Water park: It's good with many slides, but since all travel agencies sell tickets to this water park, be prepared to wait for 1-2 minutes in line for each slide (from 1 p.m. until 11:30 a.m. is quite comfortable because there are not many visitors, but after 11:30 a.m. it's a nightmare). 8) Beach and sea: The beach is clean and large, there are plenty of sunbeds, and you can always find a spot. The entry into the sea is pebbly but comfortable. The sea is clean. 9) Entertainment: NONE! The mini disco is the same every night for 9 nights. After that, get ready to listen to Turkish songs and watch crowds of Turks dancing on the dance floor for 1.5-2 hours, followed by 3 minutes - 1 hour of Russian and foreign music for you to dance to. 10) Very pushy leather and fur sellers who are annoyingly persistent, trying to get you to visit their store during your trip to Kemer. 11) Check-out is at 11 a.m., but they don't remove the bracelets, so this time we continued our vacation after check-out because we were leaving the hotel at 4 p.m. (after the sea, you can wash up and change clothes in the hammam). Overall, this is the worst hotel I have ever been to. If you are given a room on the first floor during check-in (you can easily tell by the first digit of the room number, which represents the building, and the second digit, which represents the floor), don't even bother looking at it, ask, demand, persuade them to give you a replacement because some time ago the rooms on the first floor were flooded, and it's very unpleasant to stay there, plus there are constantly passing people who won't leave you alone. Waiting in line for food is like hell, you feel like a beggar instead of a client. Walking around the hotel where ill-mannered Turkish children constantly push you is extremely uncomfortable. Seeing biased attitudes from bartenders towards you is also not enjoyable (even leaving a dollar for tea won't earn you any extra points in their eyes). P.S. Weighing your suitcase costs $1, and the scales are inaccurate. They weighed mine at 19kg, but at the airport, it turned out to be 23.1kg on the conveyor belt... Having paid 32 rubles for 5 people, I wanted a vacation at a worthy level of money but ended up with mixed impressions of the trip...

We stayed at this hotel from August 1st to August 14th with 2 adults and 2 children aged 2 and 7. Let's start with check-in. We arrived closer to midnight, got our bracelets, and were sent for a late dinner. Honestly, I don't remember what was there, but the older child and mother had a snack, while I didn't feel like it due to the long flight - I wanted to quickly get to the room, rest, and dive into the new day with new energy. We were checked in as soon as we filled out the documents. We were assigned to building A(4) on the 2nd floor with a view of the road. At first, we were disappointed that we couldn't see the mountains, but then we realized that it turned out to be cool - we couldn't see the road, instead there was a hedge of trees and plants - beautiful. We even saw an owl at night :) The main advantage of this "view" is that no one ever walks around outside our windows, and the 2nd floor is not visible from the road, so you can comfortably go out onto the balcony naked and no one will see you. Having read reviews before our trip about dirty rooms and old furniture, we subconsciously started looking for flaws, but the room was clean - in visible areas. Of course, underneath the beds was so-so, but no insects. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. It wasn't very clean. But standing under the shower or washing in beach slippers was not a problem for us. The room was cleaned - the floor was mopped, and the trash was taken out every day. The maid greeted us every morning when we left the room and asked if cleaning was necessary - we said no several times, and she didn't bother us. They brought water every day, unless there was a "do not disturb" sign hanging. The bed linen was changed every 2 days consistently. I would pick up soap supplies from their carts myself if I realized they would run out by morning. Toilet paper was provided in 2 rolls as soon as it ran out during cleaning. Now onto the food. I've been to Turkey a million times and worked in luxury hotels and stayed at more conservative-priced ones. If you come closer to the restaurant opening or an hour after, there are no lines. If there is a line somewhere, everyone is waiting for one thing, and you can take everything else without waiting. And if you have a small child, everyone lets you go ahead. There is always a choice - mackerel and salmon, lamb, chicken, beef, some cutlets, etc. Always several assortments of fresh vegetables, several varieties of olives, a lot of local mixed dishes, which are almost always delicious, pasta, potatoes, and stews. We didn't get tired of the food, we tried something new every day. After all, you don't have constant variety at home, and you also tend to like the same things, sometimes treating yourself to something special, and in restaurants, you typically order more or less the same things. Breakfast includes eggs, pancakes, and pastries. There were fruits such as apples, apricots, peaches (less frequently), grapes, melons, watermelons, and oranges. There weren't many desserts, but they were tasty. To get to the sea, you need to walk through an underground passage, but it's very picturesque, perfect for those who like to take photos with everything in the world :) The hotel is 1% family-oriented - there were very few single people. Yes, mainly Turks (85%), Iranians, Kazakhs, and Russians. But why do we go to Turkey if we want Russians? The Turks are all friendly, and there are no drunk people at every step. Yes, the alcohol is different. but it's poured from sealed bottles, and they don't dilute anything. If you want it stronger, the bartenders are always accommodating and will add more alcohol. Efes beer, as always in Turkey. The bartenders are great - they all speak Russian, make jokes, and interact with children. The staff is friendly and responsive. They did everything for us at the first request and without tips. We thanked them with tips in the last few days. The employees of the beauty store and spa center didn't impose their services - that surprised me. They offered once, and we said we knew everything and weren't interested. They didn't ask us again. There is a tour agency near the hotel with very affordable prices. Down the street, there is a pharmacy and a café where we bought crayfish and shrimp - it was delicious, the crayfish were very cheap, but the shrimp wasn't great. The prices in the stores are lower compared to previous years if converted to rubles. The water park is just awesome! There are queues for some slides with tubing, but the rest are equally cool, and the important thing is that you won't scratch yourself on anything, which I was very worried about. The water park staff closely monitor discipline. Especially in the children's area - if a child slides down and goes under the water, they immediately see it and rush to help. I took my little one on the teenage slides - they would hold him and wait for me to come down and give the signal that it was okay to go. But they hardly spoke Russian. Only phrases necessary for work. In conclusion, I was very scared by the reviews and was afraid to come, especially for 2 weeks. As a result, I was delighted! I will return to this hotel next year. I hope this review is helpful.

It all started with the check-in queue. When we were taken to our room, I immediately suspected something was wrong. The first floor was shabby and old, and the room itself was a huge disappointment. The shower consisted of just a showerhead and a curtain, and everything dripped directly onto the floor. There was no balcony, just a small tiled area enclosed by bushes. We had to pay an additional 5 euros to be given something more decent. The rooms were changed, but everywhere there was a sense of wear and poverty, it seemed. It's definitely not a 5-star hotel, so don't be fooled. I chose this hotel based on the 5 stars, but it's no more than a 3-star. I consider myself someone who always tries to find the positive and focus on the good. We managed to reach that state after 4 days. The food was monotonous and not always tasty. After 5 days, I caught myself thinking that I was eating just to satisfy hunger, without getting any pleasure. The restaurant felt more like a canteen, nothing like the famous Turkish all-inclusive resorts. There was no separate children's table at all. Thankfully, there were spaghetti and macaroni, and occasionally french fries, which saved the situation. Cereal saved breakfast, something I usually prefer not to give at home. There was porridge, but with uncooked rice. There were cheeses, omelets, and eggs. The queues also didn't increase the enthusiasm. There was a gym, but I didn't feel like going in. The free sauna didn't inspire either. I wanted beauty and glamour, but instead, there was poverty and dilapidation. The evening entertainment program reminded me of the south of Russia. It was no different from discos on the waterfront in Crimea. The only difference was a bar with free drinks. Someone said that there was no food. There was plenty of food. The beach bar opened at 1 pm, then the snack bar until 4 pm. From 4 pm to 5 pm, you could have coffee or tea with buns and cookies (which were quite good). And from 11 pm to 3 am, there were soups, salads, and cheeses in the dining room. We were never hungry. However, the monotony quickly became tiresome, and towards the end of the vacation, we didn't want anything anymore. And only the sea was fantastic! Azure, pristine, and warm! It saved the entire vacation because it was perfect! Yes, the path to it was not close, but it was a kind of promenade, and we ended up walking around 1,000 steps every day. One more thing. We initially didn't figure out how to go to Kemer or Antalya and fell for the persuasion of guides who promised us shopping centers and free transportation in exchange for visiting their leather goods stores. In reality, there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel, where a shuttle to the center of Kemer runs every 2 minutes. From there, you can transfer to another bus to Antalya. The selection of items is huge, and it's worth spending time shopping, especially in Antalya. There is a shopping center called Eepo, which is an outlet store for brands. Prices are ㉍🏻 In conclusion, if you are not picky at all and don't really care about what you eat and where you stay, then you can choose Aima. But I wouldn't recommend it. If you have the means, it's better to find something else. The situation with the pandemic greatly undermined the hotel.

In addition to what is described in the title, there is nothing else to add. The slides are indeed great, but keep in mind that besides hotel guests, there will also be a lot of guests with separate tickets, and there won't be enough sunbeds. The queue for the more exciting slides is about 2 minutes. There is also a shortage of sunbeds by the pool, at the water park, and sometimes on the beach. Everything else is negative. The rooms would be decent if everything wasn't worn out and dirty. The cleaning amounted to just throwing out the trash over ten days. The corridors are also dirty. The elevators are dirty as well. The dining area is dirty. The most outrageous thing is that you will have to eat off dirty plates (apparently, they are wiped dry from food residue and then steamed). As for entertainment... you can enjoy listening to karaoke in the evening. Considering that the surrounding village (Kirish) is boring, spending ten days there was not enjoyable. As for the food... once we witnessed a scandal involving the Turks in the dining area due to the poor dinner. Overall, the hotel clearly has a decent chef, but he has to cook with whatever they provide him. So don't be surprised by dishes like "leftover french fries in leftover sour cream from the morning" and "some kind of translucent liquid". Fruits... they are available, but often the kind that decent Turks throw away in the trash. However, there are days when they serve quite decent fish. The organization of meals is idiotic, as they gather queues where they are not necessary. There is a "a la carte" restaurant, but it is not open.

Hello everyone. I have decided to leave my first ever review. I must say, my husband and I are not very demanding, but I still want to share everything. 1. We arrived at 1 o'clock in the evening and checked into the hotel around 2 o'clock at night. As soon as we entered the territory, all we could see was trash and dirt everywhere. I thought maybe they just hadn't had time to clean yet, but no, some of the trash was still there during our entire 5-day stay. The rooms were horrible, dirty, and worn out. Everything around us was dirty, even the elevators were covered in a layer of grease and dirt. Thankfully, we didn't have cockroaches like some other families who came with us. Okay, I understand that there might be some renovation going on, but they shouldn't have placed us in such a dirty room. We asked to change rooms, but they said it was the "best" one and there were no available alternatives. 2. The hotel was overcrowded, the staff seemed to be cleaning everywhere, but there was still dirt everywhere. The dishes were dirty, the furniture was broken and stained. 3. As for the food, it was overall average, you could find something to eat, but there were hardly any vegetables, greens, or fresh fruits. And if there were any, they were all unripe. 4. The pool seemed clean, but almost all the sunbeds were torn and old. 5. The water park was fully packed, so we didn't get the chance to go on any rides. 6. The beach was nice. I visit Kirish every summer and the sea is clean. The sunbeds provided by the hotel were also mostly torn. 7. There was children's animation and live Turkish music and some disco for adults on the beach in the evenings. 8. Another thing to note is that half of the hotel is owned by a different owner and has a different name. There everything was beautiful, clean, and they had a brand new water park and parties specifically for Russians. They also had a large and beautiful amphitheater. At first, we thought we were going there, but it turned out to be the other half. The hotel's photos are displayed everywhere during the selection process, so pay attention to this. 9. Conclusion: Turkey is always good, but I do not recommend this hotel at all!

We stayed at the hotel from August 15th to August 21st. The room cleaning was terrible, they just swept the hallway with a dirty mop and that was it. We were placed in rooms for disabled people. The rooms were shabby, smoky, and there was a bad smell in the bathroom. The air conditioner was broken and didn't cool down the room. It was only fixed on the fifth day after three complaints. 8 percent of the tourists were Turks and Arabs, and the staff treated them differently. The food was not scarce, but it was monotonous and tasteless. It wasn't a problem for adults, but mostly there was only lamb meat, and for those who don't eat lamb, there was nothing to eat. There was nothing for children, especially for little ones. There was no children's menu. Our child was hungry. There were queues everywhere. The hotel is not even a three-star. The water park was rented out, so it was crowded and impossible to get in. The beach had broken and old loungers. The only positive thing was the sea. It's a shame for the money we spent. The minibar was only replenished with water. There were no other drinks. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hello. We stayed in September 222. First of all, check-in was supposed to be at 14:, but we were only accommodated at 14:3 after arguing at the reception. There were no family rooms, so we took a room for 5 people (as indicated in the voucher), but in reality, there were only 4 beds, and the fifth person was offered to sleep on a chair. 2. Hotel grounds - the photos indicated a huge territory with greenery and an amphitheater, and a beach on the first line. In reality, there was no greenery, and the beach was across the road, about 4 meters away from our room, along with the slides and bar. The beach was pebbly and there was no bar there. The beach area was also rented out, and we were constantly asked to leave. There was no promenade, and the entrance to the water was not clearly marked. The only thing on the grounds was a water park for adults and children. 3. Food - there was a large dining hall, but only one entrance. There was no separation for smokers and non-smokers, and the food was monotonous. To have a chance to get meat or chicken, you had to come 1-15 minutes before it opened. In the snack bar, they served French fries and spaghetti from 11:3 to 16:, but there was always a long line. There was no ice cream for children, and no children's menu either. 4. Entertainment for children - there was a kids club with good animators. In the evening, there was a children's disco, but it was repetitive. The DJ annoyed everyone by meowing every evening. 5. Entertainment - the gym had broken equipment, with only 2 dumbbells and 1 barbell. There was supposed to be yoga, but we never saw where it took place. 6. Cleanliness - all the toilets were dirty, especially the women's ones. 7. Water park - it operated from 1: to 17:, and tickets were sold to anyone from the street. There were huge queues, which minimized the enjoyment of the rides.

Good day to everyone. We were a group of 2 adults and 2 children (11 and 14 years old) who stayed at Dime Biz from 26th July to 2nd August 222. This is my first time vacationing in Turkey since 24th year. I have previously stayed at good five-star hotels, so I have something to compare it to. This time, we were tempted by the children's water park and the affordable price. While choosing the hotel, we understood that Dime Biz is a budget five-star hotel and its price reflects that. We didn't expect luxury services from the hotel, so we were satisfied with our stay. Of course, there are disadvantages: the floor in our room was only cleaned once a week, there were queues at the restaurant during lunch and dinner, which guests created themselves as all hot dishes were duplicated just two meters away. We grabbed our food from there and never had to wait in line. However, we were pleased with the abundance of fresh cherries, peaches, and apricots for dinner almost every day. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel, and a bus to Kemer runs every 15 minutes for 1 euro. We went to the LC Waikiki shopping center. We were very pleased with the variety of goods and very favorable prices. We are from Kazakhstan and paid with a Caspian card. The exchange rate of the Turkish lira to the tenge was very advantageous. We didn't even need dollars. The kids enjoyed the water park until lunchtime. There are more locals during the weekends, so there are queues for the slides, but on weekdays it's more relaxed. The hotel staff is friendly, and there are always Russian-speaking employees at the reception.

I'll start with the fact that when paying for a sea view room, we were given a room with a pool view, which was covered by bushes. When I went to the reception in the morning, I saw Ekaterina (who works at the reception) there, she started telling me that there were no available rooms and to come back later... I asked about beach towels (they cost $1 per towel) and paid for them without even looking at the receipt... when checking out, I was surprised to receive only 1 lira, which was indicated on the payment receipt! Remember, there are no sea view rooms! We were moved to a room with a view of the mountains and a puddle. This is the first time this has happened to me - being deceived at every step... The hotel description mentions basketball, but it's not there. The seafood shown in the photos is also not available. The food is TERRIBLE, with constant queues. There is a pile of various types of cheese and olives, and for the hot dishes: meat (kebabs, meatballs, minced meat) with a terrible taste and the same consistency; fish (resembling salmon, dry and tasteless) and that's about it. Overall, I understand that this hotel is aimed at Turks, everything that is not done there... is only for them, from food to entertainment. The room cleaning is poor - the floors are not cleaned at all, even when changing tourists; the water that is supposed to be brought every day was only brought 4 times in 2 weeks. One of these times, they came into the room when we were sleeping... it felt like they were at home, walked around, and left when I got up - it was a shock!!! On the beach, there is persistent offers for massages and tours. When returning the towels upon check-out, instead of 2 dollars (36 liras), they only returned 1 lira to me. When expressing all my dissatisfaction, I received the response: "The hotel is only as good as its tourists." The only good things are the location, clean sea, and water park. It's a pity that's where it all ends. I will not go to this hotel again.

We have been staying at this hotel with our family since August 1, 222. The hotel is dirty and old, but most importantly, the food is completely nonexistent. If you want something meaty, you have to wait in line with seven or more people, and it's not steak, just overcooked chicken. The beach bar doesn't offer anything at all, except maybe some leftover french fries and unsalted cabbage. There is nothing in the fryer without meat. The beach itself is clean, but every other beach chair is torn. All the bars have empty bottles of European alcohol, but they won't even pour it for money. There is no such luxury here. The on-site water park is big, but it's always crowded, and there is an average wait time of 15 minutes for the slides. Be careful with your belongings in the water park, as things tend to go missing. The staff is responsive, but you have to ask multiple times over a week to get your sheets changed. They take the towels from the room for laundry, but they won't give you new ones unless you ask. The hotel offers entertainment for both children and adults, with 5-6 people organizing volleyball, darts, and playing with the kids during the day. In the evening, they play guitar, sing, and play Turkish music. It's like a youth club for dancing and singing, but the level is a bit weak. There is a bus stop across the road from the hotel, where you can go to Kemer for 12 lira per person. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's not a 5-star hotel, not even a 4-star. It's not worth your money or time. If you want to go to the water park, just pay and go, it's cheaper. In many old reviews, people mention separate slides and a water park, but there is none of that anymore. In this hotel, apart from the water park, there are no other slides. Everything that used to be there is in another hotel, where they have animation, many pools, and a bunch of different slides. There is a fence between them, so you can see how people are enjoying themselves.
