The next hotel, in my opinion, offers a more adequate price-quality ratio considering the level of service and location. Royalton Park Avenue, located in the heart of Manhattan in the trendy NoMad district, is perfect for those who want to experience the rhythm of the city while resting in luxury and comfort. Just a few steps from Madison Square Garden and with easy access to New York's main attractions, this hotel is considered a sophisticated urban resort.

From many rooms, the rooftop terrace and the outdoor pool area offer stunning views of the Empire State Building and the surrounding city. The skyscraper is very close to the hotel, and it is clearly visible. You definitely won't confuse this silhouette with anything else!

Spacious rooms are available for guests, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a bar, a flat-screen TV, an iPod docking station, and premium toiletries from Cutler. The bathroom features products from L'Occitane. Guests also have access to a spa center, a modern fitness center, and a 24-hour concierge service. I will say right away that Royalton Park Avenue is one of my favorites. The view from the pool area is simply stunning! It feels like you can touch the gigantic Empire State Building with your hand, it's so close! A wonderful hotel for lovers of architecture in New York, scenic views, high-level amenities, and proximity to Manhattan's cultural centers.

The Marmara Park Avenue was very much liked for its Eastern spirit, spa services, and magnificent views. I think I would happily spend a couple of nights here. In my opinion, the hotel is well-suited for solo travelers or groups of friends.

However, the popularity of the bar creates its own challenges: sometimes the place is closed for private events, which can be a bit disappointing. Or there are times when all the tables with a view are simply booked. But what can compare to morning coffee with a view of the vibrant city? The view of the Empire State Building is also available from the rooms. Choose those categories that specify a city view, or better yet, clarify this point when booking.

It's clear that everyone wants to enjoy the view, but I have no desire to stand in line or share a table with someone else.

However, in this selection, we are not talking about this picturesque park! On the other side of the building, the downtown with its skyscrapers, including the Empire State Building, can be seen perfectly. And although many recommend taking a room with a view of the park, here you can choose what you prefer more – the city or nature.
