For example, about issues with the bathroom door: it did not close completely.

There is also a desk with an ergonomic chair and an outlet, an iron, and an ironing board. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious marble-finished bathroom, which is equipped with everything necessary: a hairdryer, a bathrobe, and towels. It is nice that they do an evening cleaning in the room before bedtime.

Moreover, you can take advantage of the free shuttle service – a very convenient offer. It is also easy to reach the bustling downtown area, Easton Town Center, the Franklin Park Observatory, and Ohio Dominican University from here. 

When booking, please specify that you need a room with breakfast included and access to the lounge club. Meals are served daily in the hotel restaurant from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Breakfast options: continental and American. Most guests are satisfied with the offered menu and its variety, and many have praised the quality of the food. Some reviews mention that breakfast is not served at the hotel on weekends, but I could not find such information on the website.

I liked that the room has all the home comforts: a mini-refrigerator and microwave, a coffee maker and personal hygiene items. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel in Columbus, so you can stay connected wherever you are. Each room has a flat-screen TV, a desk, and a private bathroom. 

On the hotel grounds, there is a bar, free Wi-Fi, parking, a fitness center, a picnic area, and barbecue facilities. The only thing that suits me is the activities in the gym, but if you are vacationing with children, the presence of playgrounds with entertainment will be very helpful.

Enough to not feel hungry for a long time. Guests note that the breakfast at the hotel is excellent, and the dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients. Some did not like the cold sausage and the standard thick gravy for the dishes.

After a long day, you can relax wonderfully in spacious rooms with a cozy nook featuring a small sofa. If you need to work, there's a desk in the room. You'll have the opportunity to watch your favorite shows on 42-inch flat-screen TVs and stay connected with free Wi-Fi. 

The hotel offers 24-hour dining. For those who are on a business trip, this is very convenient, especially if you have been working late. Guests also have access to a fitness center and a pool to stay in shape and take care of their health. After a long flight, hitting the gym will be a beneficial activity. Pet-friendly accommodations are also available for an additional fee.
