Very beautiful and stylish hotel. We stayed in this hotel in early December. Everything was great! The holiday was a breeze! 👍

Hello! Everyone is saying there is a heated pool here! BUT!! It depends on what warm water means to you! It feels like they heat it to 25 degrees. The pool is in the shade of the hotel! We arrived yesterday with a small child (10 months), there was a strong wind yesterday, today it calmed down a bit - the sea was cold for us! On the hotel beach, there is a yellow flag, neighboring beaches have a red flag! (Again, everything is relative! For someone, the Black Sea is warm in October :) Because of the wind, it was even cold for me to sunbathe after 3 PM. We usually go to a pool at home with about 33 degrees, so the sea and the pool feel very cold for us!.. We'll see where we will swim if the wind calms down, but the forecast says the air temperature will drop, thus the water temperature in the sea will also decrease... The hotel is luxurious, that's true! Some say there is territory, but in fact, the entire area is just the pool and loungers around it, there’s nowhere to walk with a child. (For older kids, there are playrooms and games). The food is more limited than in similar hotels in Turkey, but if one type of cheese instead of 10 is enough for you, then everything is tasty 😃 Maybe we just froze yesterday during the day, but at dinner in the restaurant, it was also cold because of the air conditioning! On the open terrace, it’s warmer, but there are few tables! HB and BB imply paid drinks for dinner and lunch, BUT black tea and juices from pitchers seem to be served for free. So I don’t see the point in overpaying for SoftAI! About the room! We arrived at the hotel at 9 AM, despite the fact that 1 - we have a baby, 2 - I have club membership, we weren't checked in until after 3 PM (they offered to pay!! which means there were available rooms). They gave us a standard room without a balcony, but it is indeed large! (Again, I can't imagine how to dry baby clothes!). Upon request, they provided a baby crib and various cotton discs and swabs for free! And!! I think it’s an important point!! If you have HB (I assume for other types as well) and you arrive early and leave late, they will not feed you for free during the day!! It seems like breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included, but lunch on the first day is not included!! Meals always start with dinner and end with breakfast!! UPD. We have Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. FB not HB. We found out from the guide that closer to the hotel, you can ask to heat the pool.
Good afternoon, is this a hotel beach or a public one? We are resting in Ajman in the neighboring emirate and here there is a red flag and no one is allowed in the sea.
we have a hotel beach, 1st line. Thanks to the breakwaters, the waves here are slightly smaller, nearby beaches are closed.

this central embankment saves
The pool closer to the hotel is quite cool, while the one near the sea in the sun is warm. Regarding the balcony, try to explain that a child, drying clothes, etc. We came for 10 days and they accommodated us, changed it without extra charge.. nothing dries in the room… HB is either lunch or dinner, you can change it every day. Tea and juice are always free, coffee is only at breakfast.
they saw that we were with a child! plus a Russian-speaking girl (from the tours desk) joined in and said, "look it's a baby!! come on!!..", but no, they said sorry)) we'll come back later and ask
The wind has calmed down, and the water has indeed become warmer in the sea. The children's pool finally warmed up after two days of requests (some staff members heard for the first time that it is heated :). The information was passed on to the local engineers, who seemed to have turned it on, and they asked to inform them if it is not warm enough (we think it is not warm enough). By the way, in the neighboring Coral, one pool is really very warm, and the jacuzzi is actually hot. By the way, that's where we go to entertain the child - to walk barefoot on the grass, to see the birds in the cage, the bunnies, and the peacocks (those without tails, though :)

We were at this hotel for New Year in January, we really liked it, we have already booked it again for the upcoming New Year! The hotel is quite modern, everything is new, well made, good cleaning of the rooms, excellent food, the pool, the beach is not big but clean, it seems they don't let outsiders in, you can go there with confidence!
Hello everyone, good day) We returned from our vacation on November 26) We stayed at the Sheraton) I want to say that I am ecstatic, I didn’t find any downsides at all, although… it’s a little concerning that the pools are in the shade, but otherwise it’s just a fabulous hotel, fabulous service)) the atmosphere is amazing) The food is delicious and varied))) the rooms are cozy, clean, and the furniture is not shabby)) the bed is like a cloud))) there’s an air conditioner in the room that turns on automatically when you leave the room, we removed the card and immediately turned off the air conditioner, as it’s nice and cool upon returning to the room) I had booked the simplest room, without a balcony and with a view of the city, but in the end, we were given a room with a balcony and a view of the pools and the sea, as a gift from the hotel, I was just in shock😍 the sea is clean, there are always free sun loungers on the beach, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel) in the evening, everything lights up, the view is stunning🌴 I would love to return specifically to this hotel❤️

At 9, there is a small line for breakfast, yogurt, thoughts, scrambled eggs, omelet, nasty sausage, sliced cheese, vegetables, tomatoes are not very good, watermelon is finished, sliced pears, and whole apples and oranges. There are many Russians. A table has to be searched for. There is a coffee machine, an open veranda with a view of the sea and the beach. I live above this veranda, and in the morning I'm woken up by seagulls and crows. Toothpicks are not provided in their dining room. For the first time, we went to the beach in the evening. People are playing volleyball, there are a lot of people by the pool, and the barbecue restaurant is opening. And a gorgeous sunset over the sea. It's better to take photos to the left of our beach. The water is warm. It's clear near the shore, gets murky further out, and is a bit cold, but you quickly get used to it. There are as many people as in Anapa. At 11 in the morning, the sun is not scorching yet. It's nice and cool in the shade by the pool. The watermelon is not very good. The melon is hard. There are flies on the veranda. At 7 in the morning, there are fewer people. In the elevator, everyone responds to your greeting. Gelendzhik)

Top 196 tips for your stay at Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa
Please specify how long it takes from Dubai airport to the hotel with a group transfer? Has anyone traveled, 1-2-3 hours?
About an hour for sure. There was a moment when the hotel was last on the guide's list, and we passed by our hotel twice (for exactly 2 hours)... And there was a moment when we got there without traffic in 53 minutes.
Please tell me, we are only interested in the sea. How large is the swimming area at the hotel, not just a little corner, conditionally 2x2, we love to swim, and how is the water cleanliness?
The breakwater is not only on the sides but also across. During low tide, the water in the deepest place is up to the knee.
So, the breakwaters limit the swimming area, right?
Yes, sir.
Those who have stayed at this hotel, can you recall if there was a connecting door in the rooms? I don't want to live with a door to the neighbors.
We did not have
Good afternoon! In 2022, we stayed at the hotel, checked into the side building (which is low, there are 3 or 4 floors, I don't remember, the rooms there are more spacious, upgraded) there was an adjoining door. When the Indians were checked in, the nightmare began, the sound insulation is very poor 🙈
Thank you for the response. It seems to be an upgraded room, but with a door 🥶🥶
Hello! Could you please tell me if there is bicycle rental at the hotel, how much does it cost? Is there a place to ride?
On the territory of the Sheraton hotel, no. To the right is the waterfront all the way to Ajman, flat and well-lit.
Right away or do we need to take a taxi? Do you have any photos?
right from the hotel steps, well, if it's Coral, then just to the right from the hotel exit past Sheraton

It's clear, yes, that just ahead on the bike path.... Near the cat, you can see the quality of the sidewalk, kitties in the bushes.
Thank you very much🙏
Is there a transfer to Dubai Mall from the hotel?
The transfer operates round trip for 50 dirhams, but not every day, you need to sign up.
Could you please tell me the name of the WiFi network in the hotel? I can't find it in the list, I wanted to set it up for my parents right away. 😀
Something is written at the end Guest, I don't remember the beginning of the title.
Good afternoon everyone! Can someone tell me if people are swimming in the hotel now, is the pool open? And is there a day pass, can one enter from another hotel and what is the cost? Thank you in advance for your reply 🙏🏼
Hello, they are swimming! It was mentioned above that there is. We swam even on those days when others did not swim, the beach was closed for just a couple of hours.
100 dirhams
Good afternoon. Please let me know what is the best way to get to Dubai Mall? From the hotel, I understand it costs 50 dirhams to go, but how can I return to the hotel in the evening?
The transfer operates round trip for 50 dirhams, but not every day, you need to sign up.
Return to the hotel early. How to get back in the evening?
Taxi, around 120 dirhams, if you bargain.
Thank you.
Hello! Could you please tell me who was at the hotel in mid-December, was there a heated pool and how was the sea? Will it be comfortable with a small child?
The pool is heated.
Hello everyone! Can you recommend a beautiful promenade for a walk? How do we get there?) Today we left the hotel and went left for a walk, but there was no road by the shore, only the highway. We reached Starbucks and then headed back home.
You should have turned right. There is a beautiful waterfront 100 meters away.
Well, you certainly can't call it luxurious) but yes, you need to go right as you exit the hotel)
Good time! Could you please tell me if there are any constructions nearby? We were planning a vacation in Ajman, and I read that there is construction along the entire promenade. I'm considering options nearby. Could you please share how you liked the hotel? How was the sea?
There are no construction works) Everything is perfect at the Sheraton 😀 we had a great time with the kids, no major drawbacks were identified. We arrived and bought a tour to this hotel for our parents, as we generally liked everything )
Could you please tell me, did you have all-inclusive? And are the kids small? And a question about the spa, how much does a visit cost?
No, we took breakfast and dinner (dinner can be changed to lunch), it was more convenient for us, as we left for Dubai in the afternoon or evening for excursions or to the center of Sharjah. The children are 6 years old and 1 year old. You can check the prices for the spa in the room, where there is a full price list for all types of services.
Good afternoon! Could you please tell me if it's possible to go for breakfast twice? (Breakfast is included in the tour). For example, to come for a snack at 7:00 and then stop by again at around 10 for another snack.
You will probably be able to go, but then at check-out you will have to pay for an additional breakfast. You are calling the room and signing.
The second time is paid only.
Are there drying racks here on the balconies?
There were no chairs, they are plastic and can possibly be used for drying.
There is also a drying rack over the bathtub that can be pulled out.
Recommend a restaurant in the hotel for dinner?

Sea restaurant. You can choose it or the Arabic one, go for a change for dinner)

Today we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. We chose a seafood dish, two juices, and fish and chips for the child. We paid 400 dirhams. Never order such a dish. The seafood was undercooked. It was stated that it was grilled. In the end, it was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. It seemed they cooked it in a dry pan. I even tried it. Overall, it was very disappointing. I was confused. I paid. I asked to pack it to go. Now I'm in the room thinking about why I took it. I feel nauseous. I should have refused... But it's too late.
Oh, yes. The seafood even squeaks, half raw. There's also an aftertaste... I took it for dinner yesterday. I didn't eat it.
Is everything good in the rooms here? Do I need to bring anything (toothbrushes, toothpaste, razor)?
It is possible to ask at the reception, but we started buying such things upon arrival in the country and not carry them with us.
They gave us everything we asked for. Toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shower cap, nail file, slippers. Bring cotton pads from home, they just give a piece of cotton there. 😀
In the evening, there are most likely no drinks available at the hotel?
Drinks included tea, water, and a fruit drink - for dinner.
Good afternoon. Please advise, I have a question about the spa in the hotel. Is everything in the spa paid? Both the sauna and the hammam? Or just the massages?
I was only inquiring about the massage itself, but the sauna can also be accessed for free.
We were there in 2023, the spa was paid (I don't remember exactly how much). But you pay for the room (not for the number of people) and once for the entire stay.
Is there a spa? A hammam? Is it possible to freshen up there on the day of departure (with a late check-out)? Can I change clothes? Are there enough sun loungers on the beach, or do I need to reserve them in the morning?
The spa is available, and you can check the price in your room. On the day of departure, we can gather at the fitness center, that's what I did.) It was already difficult to find a free sunbed at 8 AM on the beach 🤦🏻♀️ it's a real issue, because then all are empty, towels are thrown on the sunbeds, but no one is there 🤷🏻♀️.
Bad... they occupy, but they are not here... Are we not allowed to remove them? And to use them?
At the pool, you can't leave for more than 2 hours, they said, but I don't know about the beach 🤷🏻♀️.
How is the food in the hotel? We opted for half board.
The food is good. Dinners can be changed to lunches. The buffet dinner can be exchanged for the à la carte restaurant for variety.
Good evening! We are flying here for the first time tomorrow) Is there a Russian-speaking staff member at the reception? Is early check-in possible?
1 There was one Russian-speaking person, but they work in shifts. It depends on who you get. Write to them via email in English to inquire about check-in. In general, early check-in is paid, and breakfast on that day is paid.
Check-in is possible earlier if there are available rooms; we were given one room earlier, but had to wait for the second one until 15:00.
Could you tell me if the hotel has the option to rent a stroller for a 17 kg child, or is it better to fly with my own?
Better with your own. We weren't given one. There is a gorgeous long promenade for walking.
And in which direction? It can't be along the sea, can it? Is it along the road?
When you exit the hotel, turn right along the sea; there is a long promenade area, a running path, cafes, and bike rentals.
Hello! Can you tell me if there are shops with such stuff near the hotel if we're traveling with a little one without beach toys?
At the hotel, right by the pool, there is a vending kiosk where you can buy
Is there a Russian-speaking staff member at the reception?
We did not find anything like that there. But you can turn on the translator on your smartphone, and any staff member will communicate with you without any problems.
There is one. But our Russians push him to such an extent that when I asked him: do you know Russian? He said: unfortunately, yes.
Is there an ATM in the hotel?
No
Can dollars be exchanged at the reception?
Yes, the course is not very good.
Is it necessary to make a reservation in advance to visit the fish restaurant?
We arrived and that was it, they seated us at the table.
Thank you
Dear guests, reading the reviews, I realized that dinner with half board can be replaced with dinner at the fish restaurant. Can the replacement be made for the Arabic restaurant as well? Without additional payment.
Yes, without extra charge, but they do not operate every day, we want to go today. Who has been to these restaurants, tell us?
We were at the Arabic restaurant, with an all-inclusive system. Dishes available on the menu are marked with an icon. You can choose 1 appetizer, 1 main course, 1 dessert, and 1 drink per person. Everything is delicious.

Agreed, we went yesterday) everything was delicious ☺️
Very delicious at both restaurants. Be sure to go to each at least once, you won't regret it.
Good morning, who is at the hotel, please tell me what the hotel provides in the room - tea, sugar, coffee, cream, towels, shampoos, gels, what quality conditioners? Slippers, bathrobe?
Slippers, bathrobe. Towels. Water. Shampoo, conditioner, gel, soap. Tea, sugar. The rest in the minibar is paid. There are sodas and chocolates, chips. Iron. Board. Hairdryer.
There is even a scale.
Good afternoon. Do they take a deposit at the hotel?
Good afternoon. No
No deposit.
Good afternoon! We are going to the Sheraton on November 1st, two adults and our eight-year-old daughter. Could you please tell me how bad the beach is? We are actually going for a beach holiday, and I just learned that the hotel doesn't have a beach due to the breakwater. I heard that at this time of year the water is very dirty and smelly. Is this true? Is it safe for my child to swim in this water? And is it true that the bottom is muddy? If there is no balcony, where can we dry our clothes? 🙈 I am looking forward to your response and thank you! 🙏

Here is water and the bottom

Beach.
There are as many opinions as there are people. We just returned with an 11-year-old; the sea was great, the child didn’t want to leave, and we noticed no mud or smell. Thanks to the breakwaters, the beach is not closed, and it's safe to leave the child to splash around. The room had a large balcony where we dried everything. The food isn't like in Turkey, of course, but we weren't hungry) We liked the hotel 🏨
Hello! We are flying to this hotel with a child on October 25, and the tour operator suddenly said that they do not guarantee a crib for the child... Does the hotel provide a crib/playpen for a 2-year-old child?
You need to ask at the reception a few times, and they will bring it to your room.
Thank you ❤️
Is there a shop in the hotel? I'm interested in flip-flops or sandals.
Hello, there is a shop on the P2 floor, on the way to the café where breakfast/lunch/dinner is served, but I don't know what they have there. I definitely saw umbrellas, toys, and balls. There seemed to be clothes as well.
Good afternoon, is there a hairdryer in the room?
Yes) You need to look for it) We didn't notice right away, in one of the bedside tables)
Is the sea like in the hotel? Was freshly squeezed juice available at breakfast before, is it still the same now?
The sea is magnificent. There was juice.
Hello! Please let me know if early check-in is possible. If not, what will be offered?
If there are available rooms, you will be checked in.
So, breakfast is not included? Where can we go to eat?
At ALL we checked in at 9:00. The room was given at 13:00. Breakfast is not included at check-in. We were given bralettes, water, and cards for towels. We changed and went to the pool. There is a wonderful Italian restaurant in the neighboring hotel - you can have breakfast there. Lunch starts at 12:30. I can't comment on other meal plans.
Good morning! Could you please tell me if anyone has extended their check-out from the hotel? Did they pay for a full day? Or less? Check-out is at 12. And the flight is only at 19.
I will pick you up from the hotel 3-4 hours before the flight, why extend? Even if you have a baby? In the morning on the day of departure, go to the reception and ask for a free extension of the room until 2 PM, they have always been accommodating, even without infants. BUT! If the hotel is not fully booked.
According to the rules, it is necessary to be at the airport 3 hours before departure. So you will be picked up at least 4 hours before, which is 15:00. When we were there, they extended our stay for free until 15:00, as there were available spots. As mentioned above, if there is overbooking, then they will not extend.
Good evening! Who is currently at the hotel or has been, does the TV in the room read flash drives? And what kind of TV is it? If it's Samsung, does it only require mkv?
LG television. There is a USB port. Internet is working. YouTube is also available.
Good day! We have chosen the breakfast-dinner meal plan, but we will often be leaving in the evening. How can we change dinner to lunch? Should we notify in advance?
Do not alert. You will come to the restaurant when needed, they will mark it themselves.
Could you please let me know if there is shampoo, gel, soap - is everything available? Or should I bring my own? Are towels provided for everyone? For children too?
Everything is provided. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are brought upon request. But the toothpaste is tiny... you will have to ask for it every day.
Everything is available, they give and exchange, and will bring more if needed.
Good evening! Please, could you help me? Today is the first day at the hotel. The reception just checked us in, and didn’t provide any information. Could you please tell us what can be visited for free here? The sea and swimming pools are clear. I read reviews about the restaurants. Is there a hammam or a jacuzzi? Where can we get table tennis rackets and a volleyball? What else can we visit? Perhaps there are terraces on the upper floors? We are on the first floor and have no view at all. We would love to enjoy the scenery... And we saw information that there should be a billiards table somewhere...🤔. If it's not too much trouble, please write back.)))
Billiards on the lower floor, in the game room
You can find out everything at the reception. If you don't speak English well, approach the girl at the main entrance, she sells excursions, she will help you or translate your question. There is a sauna, it is paid, I can't remember how much right now, but you pay once for the room (not per person) and you can visit every day. We also don't go there, we are always short on time, I read about it in reviews and I heard a girl explain this to a tourist while we were there.
Thank you for your response!
Please let me know. We have a room with one large bed, and there are 4 of us: me, my husband, our 10-year-old son, and our 2-year-old son. How is that possible? Will we all fit? Or do we need to purchase another sleeping place somehow?
The bed is really big, we slept three (me, my husband, and a 1.8-year-old child). A children's bed is provided upon request for free. The only thing is – the room is small, just a regular one without a balcony, and two beds definitely won't fit (for the older child and the little one), so I think they will put a bed for the older child, and you’ll have to sleep with the baby. In your bathroom, there will be a paper item lying or standing, and it will say that you can request items to be brought to your room for free or for a fee. They will readily bring toothbrushes and toothpaste, sponges, a rubber mat for the bathroom, disposable slippers, if yours got ruined upon check-in, in short, there were absolutely no problems asking for anything, and everything was brought for free. We asked for water when passing by the maids, and they also provided it, besides what was left in the rooms; sometimes they even placed 6-8 bottles in the room.
class, thank you for such a response!!! you calmed me down)
You're welcome 🌸 travel with a positive attitude and everything will be fine 🌟 The hotel is good, the staff is friendly, they will not refuse you anything and will help you. By the way, if you need a taxi, just ask at the reception (if you're planning to go somewhere by taxi) and the security will go out to the road and catch a taxi for you and bring the car to the entrance. All the taxis there are regular city taxis. Not the ones with sky-high fares.
How can four people fit in one? How did they sell you this room?
They said that they have such a concept. One large bed for the family. And a baby crib available upon request.

The bed is huge, an extra one for an adult child will be provided, so you don't have to worry. If you need more towels and bedding, just ask at the reception, they will bring everything to you. The hotel staff is very responsive, there will definitely be someone who speaks Russian, or they will use a translator on their phone. The hotel is great for a family vacation. Have a good rest.
Do they exchange dollars for dirhams at the hotel? (They did it at another hotel)
They exchange at the hotel at the reception, but the rate is lower than in the city. The rate in the city is approximately 3.64-3.65. There is a commission for each transaction.
Thank you💗
Has anyone stayed here in the rooms with two beds? I can't find information about their size) Are they 140cm or smaller?
Not less.
Slightly less than 140 cm. It seemed to me that it was 130, but it's a strange size, not standard. But quite spacious.
Does anyone know if everything is included here, does that mean what's in the fridge in the room is also included?
No, the minibar in the room is paid. Regardless of your all-inclusive.
Only tea/coffee is included. Everything in the fridge and chips are not included.
How is the dining in the hotel?

Hello. We like it. It can be a matter of taste due to the spiciness and spices.
Hello everyone. Does the hotel have a transfer to Dubai Mall? It just seems like a taxi costs around 8,000 one way, which is not a pleasant experience.
It's paid. 50 dirhams per person round trip. And a taxi one way is 100-120 dirhams. Well, that's certainly not 8 thousand.
Paid. 50 dirhams round trip
Hello Who is currently staying at the hotel: please tell me how the food is at the hotel, how is the sea, is there a shuttle to Dubai? Is there rotavirus?
Hello Food, not Turkey, but there is a choice. The sea is warmer, in the morning there is a low tide and it is very shallow, in the evening the tide comes in. Shuttle to Dubai by reservation 50 AED. We have not encountered rotavirus.
Can you tell me, I only paid for breakfast as a tour. Can dinner be paid for at the hotel later? I wonder how much it costs? There are three of us and a little one who is 2 years old. Or would it be cheaper to go to some cafe?
In June, 370 dirhams was the cost of a meal for two, I don't remember the dinner, but it was definitely not cheaper. We had all-inclusive.
I heard that you can't go in to eat twice, for example for lunch. I mean, you ate soup, took a walk, and then went in again to eat fruits, is there such a thing?
When you enter the restaurant, you are issued a check, and you sign it. We haven't tried going in twice, but if you get issued 2 checks, at the end of your stay, you would probably have to pay for the 2nd time 🤪 But I say, we haven't done this, maybe someone else can advise.
Hello everyone. I'm going to this hotel with my family at the end of October. Can you tell me if there is a tourist tax? And do I need to pay the deposit in local currency immediately upon check-in?
There is no deposit or tourist tax.
No payment is needed.
Good evening! Is the safe in the room paid or free?
Free, of course
Is there a photo of the beach at the hotel?

I didn't film the beach much, everywhere is sand and the entrance to the sea is sand.
Class
Are there any issues with the loungers? Is it fashionable to find available ones?
At the sea, we always found sunbeds, at any time there were plenty, by the pool we could only find 1 sunbed after lunch, no more. More often, we simply left our things on the beach and went to the pool.
Good afternoon. Could you please tell me if there is a room without a balcony, how to dry things?
In the bathroom on the wall, there's a string, you stretch it, hang it, and it's quite.
Good evening. Could you please tell me if there is an iron in the room?
There is
Ironing board and iron in the closet.
The amount and reasons for leaving tips in a hotel?
Tipping is not customary here, it's all at your discretion.
If you enjoy the cleaning of your room, leave five dirhams on the bed.
Good day! Could you please tell me if the hotel accepts Russian Union Pay cards (GPB, RSHB)?
GPB yes, accepted both in the restaurant and at the pool bar.
Thank you!
What about the all sign in the fish restaurant? What is included in "free"?
AI probably: sushi or salad, trout or something vegan (truffles), fruits, coffee/tea
Thank you
Good evening! I read somewhere in the hotel reviews that it's cold in the restaurant because of the air conditioning... I watched video reviews and people are in t-shirts, shorts, and sundresses🤦♀️ can you please tell me how it really is?😏

Hello, yes, it's very cold in the seafood restaurant, but you can go out to the terrace, where it's quite nice in the evening. It can be cold in some places in the hotel, for example, when the doors are opened. In the room, the auto setting is at 22 degrees when you leave it; when you arrive, you can turn it off (off, fan speed to off, or switch to eco mode). Other than that - adapt.
In reality, it's really awesome!!! Don't listen to anyone, everything is great!
Can you swim at the wild beach to the left of the hotel?
No, or yes, but at your own risk. There is a sign that says there are no lifeguards.
You won't be allowed in there, the lifeguard will whistle you out.
Hello everyone! We are flying to Sharjah for the first time, staying at the Sheraton for breakfast and dinner. Please help me with a couple of questions: 1. Can dinner be changed to lunch without prior notice? 2. Is it possible to replace the buffet dinner with dinner at a restaurant? I didn’t quite understand from the chat what the cost will be? Or is it free from a specific menu?
1. You can change without notice, just come and eat. 2. You can replace it free of charge from the menu. Also without a reservation.
Good day. In the hotel, in addition to the main restaurant, there are two more: an Arab restaurant and a seafood restaurant. You can change, but there will be specific dishes only, not everything. Both restaurants are tasty, worth visiting.
Hello. Could you please let me know if any drinks (water, tea) are provided at lunch or dinner with the HB meal plan?
Yes, both tea and water and drinks.
One drink of your choice.

Good afternoon, could you please tell me about the free transfer? Has anyone traveled from Al Zahia to the hotel? Where does the hotel bus usually stop, because the reception explained that you need to arrive on it and leave on it, but we went by taxi.

The exit is near McDonald's. Remember where you were dropped off, that's where it will pick you up again. This is not a hotel shuttle, but rather from the shopping center, it goes to many hotels. So it's better to arrive a little earlier.
Good afternoon, could you please tell me how much the surcharge for lunch costs per person if I choose half board here? Thank you in advance for your answer!
Good afternoon. Lunch - 165 dirhams per person, breakfast - 105, dinner - 185.
Can a bike be rented at the Sheraton? Is there a place to ride?
I haven't seen bicycles, but it's quite possible to ride around the hotel nearby.
If you stand facing the sea and walk to the left from the hotel for about 5-7 minutes, there is a bicycle rental and equipped paths.
It seems that there was a rental service at the hotel, as soon as you exit the main entrance, it was right here in the parking lot. We were there in September 23.
Yes, there is a bike rental.
If you only take breakfast and dinner here, can you buy lunch on certain days?
Sure, any day. Any wish for your money ))
Hello, could you please tell me if a deposit needs to be paid at the hotel upon check-in?
No
Can you wear a regular swimsuit on the beach?
Of course, this is a hotel beach, not a city one. And the city beaches are also not that strict anymore.
Good afternoon! Could you please tell me if alcoholic beverages are sold on the hotel premises?
Good afternoon! No. It is prohibited in Sharjah.
So the hotel is right in Dubai?! Even if it's all-inclusive, there won't be any alcohol?
This hotel in Sharjah is the only emirate where the dry law applies. If the hotel is in Dubai, you need to look at the concept based on the specific hotel.
Thank you very much 🙏
Here by the pool, they drink alcohol and hotel representatives say nothing to them.
It's not profitable for the hotel to make comments, etc. The fact that guests are drinking privately is the guests' problem; complaints will be directed at them, not the hotel. However, if alcohol is served in the hotel's bars and the authorities find out about it, that's a completely different matter.
Hello. We visited in June, alcohol was sold, tourists can have alcohol.
Guests, like in all other hotels in Sharjah, are not prohibited from consuming alcohol in their rooms, but there are no sales on the hotel premises.
Good afternoon! Who is currently resting, please advise on the deposit? Is it mandatory?
Good afternoon. We were not taken.
Hello! Could you please send a video/photo of the sea at the hotel? I am flying to the hotel at the beginning of September and I am concerned about the condition of the bay.

In the morning the water is clear, by lunchtime the tide comes in and the water gets murky, but this happens everywhere, not just in this hotel.
Good evening. I have a number of questions, and I would appreciate your help. Where is the best place to buy excursions here? If someone has gone from the hotel on an excursion to Ferrari Park, how much does it cost with transfer or is it better to go on our own, and is it worth taking it at all? What are the most interesting ones? We are going for the first time, we don’t have many days, I would like to take a few but the best ones possible.

Here is what the hotel offers as leisure and relaxation for guests.
Excursions are cheaper and more interesting to take with Fatima! She is sitting in the lobby. With the guide, it is twice as expensive.
Good afternoon. Please let me know what time breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served here?
Breakfast -- 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM Lunch -- 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM Dinner -- 6:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Is the minibar paid in the hotel? But if you ask, they give water without any problems, what if 1 liter per person is not enough? 🙈 We are flying with a child of 1.6 years old, I'm afraid we won't have enough water 😃 At the palm, they gave as many bottles of water as you wanted without any issues 🙈 what about here, I wonder?
They bring water to the room at 2 bottles per person.
Life hack for water if you suddenly run out. Exit the hotel, turn left towards Coral, but don’t reach it. Somewhere in the bushes there is a mosque, and next to the mosque, there is a large dispenser with drinking water. The main thing is to take bottles.
Good afternoon. We are flying to Sheraton in September ☺️ Could you please tell me, as I understood there is no deposit, but there is a tax? I rested in Dubai where there was a tourist tax, what about Sharjah? And how much per day? Also, one more question 🙈 for breakfast there is tea/coffee/juices, and for dinner, I understand if it's breakfast and dinner included, then only water or can we also get tea/coffee?
There is no tax in Sharjah, dinner was not discussed, we ordered both tea and cold lemonades and water, as for coffee, it seems there was no coffee machine anymore.
Good afternoon! Coffee for breakfast. In 2022, water, juices, and cold lemonades were freely available for lunch and dinner. In 2023, tea was added. We had full board, and no one limited the number of refills for water and tea. There was no coffee at dinner. Regarding water in the room - you can always ask for it.
Hello, is there a place to walk near the hotel?
Yes, there is space for parking from the hotel!
Could you please share your impression of the sea at this hotel? The reviews are very mixed.
The sea: the color depends on the season, but we have always been lucky, it's clear. The entrance has pleasant dense sand, quite smooth and shallow; you walk about 20 meters and it will be about your chest, roughly, people walk almost to the buoys, and it will be roughly chest/neck deep. Typically, everyone goes in, reaches the desired depth, splashes around, talks, swims back and forth. On the right and left, there are piles of stones, apparently serving as a breakwater, and there is also one ahead, creating a sort of bay with a small section of open sea. 🌊 In my opinion, that's how I would describe it. There are low tides, and this is visible from the wet part of the stones.
I'll add that I was in Ajman and Sharjah in different hotels, I didn't notice a difference in water cleanliness, I don’t understand why there are such negative reviews about the Sheraton beach. At low tide, yes, it's shallow, but that's the case everywhere; during high tide, the depth is normal, you need to swim to the buoys.
Good afternoon! If you have been or are at the hotel, please advise where you can have budget-friendly lunch and dinner nearby if you only take breakfast. Are there any shops nearby?
Right near the hotel, there is nothing; you need to walk for about 20 minutes. If it's now or in September, the activity is very tiring in the heat; if later, you can take a walk, but you don’t spend every day like that. It depends on personal preference, or you can take a taxi, but you also need to consider the cost. And the prices are not cheap. In the hotel restaurant, everything is even more expensive. We bought a pizza for 80 dirhams, a cocktail for 38 dirhams, ice cream for 23 and 11 (for 11, it's half a scoop, very little). If you plan to go on excursions and spend little time at the hotel, breakfast will be fine; but if you plan to spend most of your time at the hotel, it's better to have breakfast and dinner, as you'll spend more on cafes and shops.
And what if I order delivery? Will they bring it to the hotel? I read somewhere that there are delivery apps.
Regarding delivery: we ordered from the cafe Skazka. It's in Ajman. They deliver to the hotel for free. It's very tasty and inexpensive there. For 120 dirhams, there was a lot of food for three people. For example, if you order kebabs, they also provide fries and a salad. Although this is without drinks. We always buy their juices in the Emirates. They are very delicious. And there is always a tea set in the room. Yes, the hotel rules state that bringing food from other restaurants is prohibited. Therefore, couriers do not enter the hotel but wait for you at the main entrance.

Good evening. I sent the menu and examples of dishes from Sheraton restaurants. There are two: Arabic and seafood. We have been to both. It's a bit pricey, but the portions are large. Delicious. There is a fish restaurant across from the hotel; we haven't been there, but I know it's tasty, the portions are large, and it's not that expensive. We ordered delivery through the talabat app; you need to look for it, but you can find some quite interesting offers.
There is a small restaurant across the street, seafood, a Russian-speaking waiter is available, takeout is possible. You can order delivery from the café/restaurant "skazka", orders are accepted via WhatsApp in Russian.
Good afternoon. Do we need to bring adapters with us? Are there sockets in the rooms for our chargers?
You can ask at the reception.
British type sockets, but many USB ports, you can charge.
Hello! Has anyone been to this hotel in the first half of September? How was the sea? Was it blooming?
Last year we were there in early September. Yes, it was blooming.
Good evening! Are there many people in the hotel right now? It's said that you need to reserve sun loungers at six in the morning. Is that true?

There are very many empty sun loungers on the beach, you can settle under an umbrella there. The hotel is full, yes. It's just more convenient and pleasant to swim in the sea at 6 a.m. No problems with loungers have been noticed even by the pool :)
The beach near the hotel seems strange. It doesn’t look like the sea. Can you tell me, is the beach there quite small? I understand that walking along the shore won’t be possible? There isn’t much space, is there?)))
No abundance
The beach is bounded by two breakwaters, the lifeguard takes great care of his guests) but you can step outside the hotel and take a walk.
By the pool, spots are usually taken early.
I thought there is always one by the pool. Well, October - November - December. My daughter and I have been three times, at different times.
In September, it's the opposite. The sea is warmer, it doesn't cool down. It's like being in a hot bath, while the pool is just cooler.
However, there were also loungers on the right under the awning and by the pool, near the bar... But there was a moment when a Chinese delegation was there; probably, they occupied the loungers at sunrise for their morning rituals, but then they free them up.
Our guests are rushing to take seats, just like in Crimea during Soviet times.
Sad, we thought there would be no problems with the sun loungers. On vacation, you want to sleep a bit))
Take a loan and then sleep right here, we did that at ADDRESS 😂😂😂
No problem with the sun loungers😃 It's right here! People are constantly moving back and forth from the beach to the pool, and there are empty lounge chairs, especially on the beach.
We were there at the end of October in 2022 and 2023, the picture was the same: in the morning we occupied sunbeds on the beach - on the first and second lines at 7:00, at 9:00 it was possible to take sunbeds not on the first line of the beach. And by the pool, we primarily occupied sunbeds under the palms and at the edge of the pool; at 9:00 there were sunbeds a bit further from the edge of the pool.
Good evening! Could you please tell me if you arrive at the hotel around 10-11 am, and check-in is after 2 pm, can you have a snack? We are on SAll. And can we have something to drink? Or do we need to pay for it? Thank you!
Lunch is at 12:30 for them. On the day of check-in, breakfast is not included, it seems. We were checked in within half an hour of arrival, not waiting for 3 PM.
On the day of check-in, breakfast is not included according to international standards. Buying breakfast on-site is very expensive. It's quite far to the supermarkets. You can try going across the road to the restaurant. Yandex says they open at 8:00. They have seafood there.
Thank you very much.
Is it necessary to exit the hotel to access the public beach? Is there a passage directly from the beach? Or by sea?
No, you don't need to exit, you can easily cross straight from the beach.
Please send a video of the sea at the hotel, please) There are many different reviews about the murky water and waves🌊
We were there at the end of August last year, the sea was gorgeous, nothing was blooming, and the water was not hot; it was very comfortable in it. We didn’t hang out by the pools at all.
Please let me know if the Wi-Fi is paid in the hotel and how much it costs? What is the best way to stay connected in the UAE (it's our first time flying)?
In the Sheraton hotel, Wi-Fi is free and all messengers work well. Also, in all Emirates, stores and cafes have free Wi-Fi. You can go in, connect, and use it. This is for Russia; I don't know about Kazakhstan.
Thank you 🙏
Please tell me, is there a transfer to Dubai Mall from the hotel?
When we were not there, we took a taxi.
A year ago it was paid, 50 dirhams per person.
The hotel transfer is paid - 50 dirhams per person. The time for shopping is convenient, but not very good for strolling. It was from 10 AM to 4 PM. A taxi costs approximately 100-120 dirhams one way.
Please tell me which side the sun is on in the hotel during the day? The sea or the city?

Dawn on the city side, sunset on the sea side
Please reply, anyone who is resting at this hotel 🙏 I was told that last year this hotel only accepted new sample dollars for exchange. Is it the same this year or can you come with any dollars?
The exchange rate at the hotel is already low. It's better at the exchange office.
Last year, we took dollars no older than 2006. But the exchange rate at the hotel was exploitative. We took a shuttle from the hotel to Al Zahia shopping center, where we exchanged all our dollars.
Thank you for the response 🙏
Could you please tell me if they set up a bed for an additional place in a deluxe room? I can't understand. Maybe someone has flown here with a child, a group of three.
We traveled with our 20-year-old daughter. They provide an extra bed.
Hello, could you please tell me if a deposit is taken at the hotel? And how much?
No
Thank you
Good afternoon! Could you please tell me what type of sockets are in the rooms here?

British type. But there are USB sockets. I couldn’t find a photo from the Sheraton, but something similar.
Hello. Please let me know who is currently vacationing at the hotel, are they charging a tourist fee or not? If they are, how much is it?
Not accepted
Thank you for the response.
Have a good rest!
Friends, can you tell me the shuttle bus schedule from the hotel to the Mall, which is Burj Khalifa? I forgot the name of the mall.
I used to go every day from 10 AM to 4 PM. Now I don't know. Ask at the reception. There is a schedule there.
Hello! Who is currently staying at this hotel? Could you please let me know if there is a photographer in this hotel? And what excursions does the tour operator offer in Dubai and Abu Dhabi? If it's not too much trouble, could you take some pictures (or make a list) and give me information about the prices? 🙏 I am flying there from September 16 to 26.
Hello! It seems there is no photographer, I haven't met anyone. Our tour operator is "Rustar", we went to Dubai for the excursion "Modern Dubai" for 40 dollars per person. In Abu Dhabi, it’s about 75 dollars, but we didn't go there. They have a website. On the website, all excursions are listed, but without prices. But you can write to them. There are also excursions from the hotel, but they are more expensive.
Thank you 🙏
Good afternoon! Is it true that the transfer from the hotel to Dubai Mall is paid? 50 dirhams per person? Does it operate every day and at what time? As far as I know, the free transfer is only to Sahara Mall.

The Dubai Mall is indeed not free (it was 50 dirhams), I don't remember which days.
Yes, it is paid. The time for shopping is convenient, but not for walks. From 10 AM to 4 PM.

Hello. It was like that in June.
How is the WiFi in the hotel?
Perfect throughout the hotel territory
Good evening, we are planning to stay at this hotel with a 12-year-old child, can you please advise if those who stayed with children found the breakfast and dinner options to be sufficient? In terms of food and drinks, do they offer ice cream?

Ice cream is free only in all-inclusive. Ice cream costed like 15 dirhams at the hotel.
Last summer 20 dirhams fruit ice.
I am talking about ice cream scoops 🍧
Good day, guests staying at this hotel, please advise until what time the pool is open? (I know it's somewhere around 10:00 PM)
We stayed in May, it was until 8 p.m.

The pool is open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Hello! Please tell me if there are any free shuttles from the hotel to Dubai Mall? And please tell me the cheapest way to get there?
We stayed at the hotel in April, so there might have been some changes by now. There was no free shuttle to Dubai Mall back then, it was a paid service at 50 dirhams per person for a round trip, on a schedule. It depends on the number of people wanting to go – there were three of us and it was cheaper and more convenient to take a taxi, which cost 70 dirhams, so 140 dirhams for the round trip instead of 150. Taxis also vary in price, but I don't think it will be more than 90 dirhams.
Good afternoon! We are currently staying at this hotel. The transfer from the hotel remains chargeable, 50 AED per person. Yesterday we went to Dubai Mall. We went there through a fur store - to which there is a free transfer))) and back by taxi. At 23:00, the taxi cost 116 AED. Taxis are more convenient - not tied to a specific time. You can spend as much time as you want there. You should take official taxis - with multicolored roofs. They have meters. Private taxis were offering rides for 130-150 AED.
The hotel does not have representatives from travel agencies on site.
Yes. At the reception desk, there is an employee who can sell tours. At least that's how it was in April. We bought a tour from the attached Fun&Sun guide at the hotel. For trips as far as Abu Dhabi, I think it's better to buy from a guide, or an individual one but it's significantly more expensive. In Dubai, you can just take a taxi, it's close by.
Has anyone dined at the Seafood Restaurant at the hotel? How is the food?
We had dinner. We ordered rolls of three kinds and risotto. The rolls were big and tasty, but unfortunately the risotto turned out to be "gritty", something was crunching on the teeth, it was impossible to eat, so we had to decline, it was removed from the bill. By the way, at the reception they said that one dinner at the main restaurant can be exchanged for a dinner at Marasea.
We had the salmon steak, very delicious
What is included (free of charge) in the soft all-inclusive program at the Fish Restaurant? 😳
Items in the menu are marked with ai👍
Hello. Please tell me if there is a grocery store or a place to top up a sim card near the hotel?
To get to the grocery store, you need to go left from the hotel along the embankment for about 1 km, or left and straight, also about 1 km, unfortunately there is nothing closer. In the evening in April, it was fine to walk there, but I don't know how it is now. 🙁
Fifteen minutes walk. Carrefour

We went to the grocery stores here. There are two of them: Viva and another one (didn't remember the name). By the way, on the way there is also a pharmacy (with a wide selection) and a large store similar to a fixed price store where you can buy many useful things, including various creams and serums (local products and well-known brands like Nivea, Dove, etc). There are also small clothing and perfume stores. In Viva, mango is very cheap - 5-6 dirhams per kilogram.
Please let me know, are there any shops on the hotel grounds selling sunscreen?
Yes, there are 2 souvenir shops and beach accessories shops near the main restaurant. There is also a sales point by the pool.
Hello. Please tell me, is the sea green with seaweed or clean on the beach near the hotel?

This is the sea right now
Hello, please tell me, when is room cleaning scheduled? Do we need to press a button for housekeeping?
Even if you don't press the button, they come and clean; they cleaned our room every day.
What time of day (morning or evening)? No one has come to us yet.
In the first half of the day, the housekeeper waited for us to leave for the beach and cleaned up.
Can you please tell me if there is an extractor fan in the rooms, it is very damp in the room?
The room is humid. I find it very comfortable to breathe, and my skin feels good. However, the swimsuits are not drying.
Swimsuits don't dry, that's for sure!!! Let's dry them at the beach 😁
We also brought our freshly washed clothes from the room after lunch and dried them on the sunbeds!
Does anyone speak Russian at the reception desk?
The guy seems to know Russian.
Aika (girl) speaks well.
Is anyone aware if early check-out (departure before breakfast) includes a boxed lunch at the hotel or if there is somewhere to eat for free?
They said that you can order a lunchbox. Please contact the reception, they are very helpful.
We left before lunchtime (meaning we missed lunch and dinner). We requested a lunchbox before check-out - they made it without any issues 👍👍 Contact the reception, there's a great man sitting at the 'elite' sign 🔥👍 he also helps with non-elite matters 😅 we asked him
Hello! Can you please advise if it is necessary to sign receipts when entering the common restaurant for all-inclusive dining? It is confusing that the receipt shows a price (for example, for breakfast) even though everything is already paid for and included in the cost of the package. 😳
This is their accounting system, and they also write down the room number in the bar. So, I don't think there is any need to worry.
Good day! I can't say for sure about AI, but we had FB (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) - and we had to sign every time, it was tiring. From personal observations: all guests signed.
Agreed
Did you sign with the cost indicated on the receipt?
Yes))
Yes
Despite the fact that it has already been paid.
They have such a reporting system)) I asked
Good afternoon, please advise who stays at the hotel, where can you take a walk in the evening? Where to go?

You can go to the sea restaurant on the left, diagonally, through the circle, towards Ajman. The seafood grill platter, two seafood soups, a couple of fresh juices, and some other small things came out to about 240 dirhams. But this is considering two oysters at 15 each. By the way, they are not worth it. Apparently, I am not an aesthete. As an experience, maybe, but not more than that. In the evening, there are performances - an Arabian dancer in a skirt, a bear on stilts entertained, live singing, national musical instruments were on the stage, but we didn't wait. In the courtyard, there is an aviary with two peacocks and parrots. Theoretically, you can walk to the right, along the alley towards Sharjah, where there are also a couple of small islands with restaurants along the way. To the left, towards Ajman, is not interesting. Actually, there is not much place to walk along the promenade here. The outskirts of two Emirates.
Good afternoon! Are there photos of the food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in this hotel?
Photo not available, but I can provide advice)) Everything is delicious)

Today's breakfast with elements of high Russian cuisine. The people, longing for birch trees, eagerly enjoyed the dish. I did not dare.
I also liked the translation of "browny" (brownie) dessert as "domovoy" 😁 The main thing is that it is very delicious)) Especially the cheesecake and tarts with shortcrust pastry)
For some reason, I like rice pudding 🍮, my daughter says, how can anyone eat that !!?☺️ Tiramisu with strawberries/blueberries in a small ramekin is also good.
I didn't dare) but the brown pudding made from dates on a separate table is very good👍👍👍 Also very tasty little pastries made of puff pastry, like mini baskets with nuts
How delicious everything sounds. We were with children in early May, there were no such interesting desserts. But we really liked the hotel in every way, excellent.👍
Hello, has anyone taken a taxi from the hotel to Ajman City Center and back? How much is the taxi fare?
If I didn't lie to you, then 36-38 dirhams. But no more.
Thank you, have you arranged a taxi for the return trip, or can you catch one at the shopping center, I mean official taxis
They went out to the parking lot (cars) lined up, waved, he drove up (apparently they have a queue among themselves), got in to the hotel... They went straight to the doors at the top of the hotel, the porter took the packages 😊 later he brought one to the room.. We carried two ourselves 😉
Today we went, 25.50 there, back 23.50 dirhams
Hello, can someone help me connect a USB drive to the TV in the room? When selecting inputs, it only shows HDMI.
You can ask for an HDMI cable.
Good day! Please advise how many days/hours in advance should I book a table at the seafood restaurant?
No need to book, just come and dine.
This is not the main restaurant, usually booked in advance😳
We did not book, literally a few days ago, and went to the fish restaurant and the national one. And I haven't met anyone who booked.
Is there a safe in the room? Is it free of charge?
yes
Yes
Hello, please tell me if there are mosquitoes in the hotel? We are flying out tomorrow for vacation, and I'm wondering if I should bring a fumigator?
We didn't see any mosquitoes. But our room didn't have a balcony.
Take it
Can someone tell me if they live here in the deluxe room with a balcony and a city view? Is it noisy?
I wouldn't say it's noisy from the road, but I love this view when the skyscrapers appear in the distance early in the morning due to the haze, the city is waking up. In November I missed this view (I was by the sea, on the 3rd floor).
Which floor is better to choose?
I like 4. But this time it was room 335, the corner room with almost the last balconies if facing away from the sea to the left, near the panoramic elevator. On my last trip it was room 403(?), with a city view.
Hello. Can I borrow an iron from the hotel?
Iron and ironing board are available in the room.
Good day) Please tell me, does the hotel have shuttles to Dubai? And are the game rooms operational?
Shuttles to Dubai are available for a fee, reservations are required many days in advance. There is a small playroom for young children, as well as a table tennis area and PlayStation consoles in another room.

Here are the free shuttles from the hotel. At the bottom, as suggested by the hotel guide, I wrote down how to get to Dubai Mall for 50 dirhams. However, some tourists say that it is easy to get to Dubai Mall for free from the neighboring hotel - Coral Beach.
Good evening! 50 dirhams round trip? Or just one way? Thank you!
There and back
Do you need to book shuttles in advance or can you just show up at the scheduled time and go? And is it possible, for example, to leave the hotel at 1:30 PM and return not at 4:30 PM but at 8:20 PM or only with your flight?
Of course you can) people are everywhere)) agree😎
Good day! Does anyone know if you can go to the sea restaurant in the hotel just like to the main one? Or is it only for a fee?
It has always been paid, but there is a discount coupon at the entrance, pay attention to the table near the restaurant in the lobby.
It is possible to replace dinner from the main restaurant with a fish menu, but there are specific dishes that can be ordered. If something else, not included in the specific list of dishes, then it will be at an additional cost.
Some dishes are complimentary with all-inclusive package. Also, the seaside restaurant is free until 6:00 PM.
Good day! Has anyone taken a taxi from the hotel to Dubai? How much did the trip cost?
The cost varied from 100 dirhams to 150. You can get a free ride, book a car at the fur store in Dubai. You will be taken to the fur store, you will walk around a bit in it, and then you will be taken to the location in Dubai you need.
How is the behavior of the sellers in the fur shop? Like in Turkey? Or more subtle? 😊
Definitely different from Turkey. Not intrusive at all. But they do offer goods, very politely. Worth checking out for courtesy.
Good day, vacationers!😊 We will be arriving in a few days, please tell us if there are mosquitoes in the hotel, should we bring repellents with us? Thank you!
Good afternoon! Out of 4 days of vacation, I only saw two). You could say there are none. I also brought various types of mosquito protection with me, but it all just lies in the suitcase
We are currently at the hotel, there are no mosquitoes.
We are also at the hotel! No mosquitoes!
Good afternoon! Has anyone taken tours from the lady sitting at the reception? Did you like it? Or is it better through a tour operator?
Good evening. We took two Abu Dhabi tours and one sightseeing tour of Dubai. Both Abu Dhabi tours were excellent, with the same guide (we took two - one for ourselves, the other for our grandmothers, with different itineraries). The Dubai sightseeing tour (for our grandmothers) was disappointing, everything felt rushed, the guide didn't walk with the group but instead just pointed, "go right-left-left-right... meet back at the bus in an hour." We didn't make it to the fountain.
Hello! Please tell me, do the rooms have a hairdryer?
Yes, but not very powerful... The hairdryer, like in the USSR, was with us this time.
We do not have. I wanted to call reception, the phone is not working 🙈
The hairdryer can be "hidden" in the drawers of the TV stand. We barely found it ourselves.
Good evening! Yes, it's actually in the bedside table 🤣. Thank you for the tip 🙈
There is
Hello, do they take a deposit upon check-in? 500 or 1000 dirhams?
No
Should I take a fumigator with me to the hotel, what do you think? Flying out in a week
If you have a room without a balcony, mosquitoes will not be able to fly in to you, as the windows do not open at all, so you don't have to worry about it at all. And if there is a balcony overlooking the pool and not a high floor, they can fly in through the open balcony door. But it's not like in the woods, 1-2-3 at most. We had a room with a balcony facing the city, slept with the balcony open for all 11 nights, didn't see a single mosquito. In the evenings, we sat on the balcony for a long time, and there were no mosquitoes there either.
Have not seen any mosquitoes yet)
Can you please tell me if there is internet access at the hotel's beach?
Yes
Service requested
Please tell me, if someone arrived at the hotel in the morning at 8-9 o'clock, what time were you approximately checked in? I am traveling alone with a child, I am worried.
We arrived around 11 a.m. and were checked in immediately. They try to check guests in right away if there are available rooms.
Checked in at 12:30
We were checked in right away, arrived at 09:30, but I understand that it depends on the occupancy. If there are available rooms, they do not keep anyone at the reception until 14:00
We arrived in April at 8 am and were checked in immediately. Upon check-out, the hotel extended our room for an extra 3 hours for free 👍
Hello, we are arriving at the hotel on May 22 around 9 in the morning, we have booked breakfast and dinner. I understand that on this day we will only have dinner. Can we purchase lunch on that day through the reception? Can someone give us an idea of the price?
Good afternoon. Dinner can be changed to lunch. Or you can pay for lunch - 125 dirhams.
We went to the nearby hotel "Coral," where there is a cafe. The prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious.
Is payment only accepted in dirhams?
We paid in the local currency. I think it's not a problem to pay in $.
On the day of arrival, you will only have dinner. On this day, you can change your dinner to lunch only if you are checked into your room by that time, as the restaurant marks according to the room you are staying in. Also, on the same day, you can go for dinner and settle the bill at the reception. You can change dinner to lunch without prior notice.
Good day! We are going to this hotel at the end of May, many people write that there are mosquitoes, for those who have stayed there, please write if we should bring mosquito repellents or not? Thank you
When we were (May holidays) there were mosquitoes
Is this in the room?
In the room as well 😞 At the end of the vacation, it became smaller
Good evening! Is there a refrigerator in the room?
There is
Can you please tell me if there are free shuttles from the hotel to any malls, or are they paid?

Here is the schedule of shuttles and some "useful" stuff. We were brought a comb, a shaving kit, and mouthwash upon request.
Thank you 🔥🔥 useful information, and with the shuttle schedule too 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hello, please tell me where in the hotel can I exchange dollars for dirhams? Can dollars also be used for payment?
You can exchange currency here. Exchange is possible at the reception. However, the rate is less favorable than at the exchange office.
Good day, everyone! Are there enough umbrellas on the beach? Or, as usual, do you need to reserve them from 6 am? Please answer. Thank you in advance.
Good day. It is desirable to occupy😁😁 But we already wake up early 😁😁 After 7 am it becomes more difficult. But from my observations, many come for lunch, while towels are lying "without anybody" 🤦♀️
Please tell me, do the rooms have adapters or Euro sockets?

We have our own adapter. Our plug also fits into the socket.
Good evening! I kindly ask those who are currently staying here to comment on the food in terms of feeding children. Is there a choice of non-spicy food for lunch/dinner? What does the all-inclusive system include? Are there any snacks between breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
We were there in early April. Our child is very picky with food, but even he was full. It also helped that on the all-inclusive you can have ice cream and french fries in the beach restaurant from 12 pm, plus juices and cola. There is also a kids' menu at the fish restaurant on the all-inclusive. Everything is delicious.
Good evening! I wanted to ask about check-in, we are arriving in the morning, is early check-in possible? Or should we wait?
When we arrived at the hotel, we were told to wait as the room was not ready. We waited for just one hour. We were in the room by 12 o'clock.
Good day! We are going to this hotel at the end of May, I would like to know if tea is available for dinner or only water? And is it possible to have a cake in the room with tea?
Tea and coffee are only available for breakfast. However, there is a kettle and packets of tea and coffee in the room. You can have a drink at any time. As an exception, they asked to take a cake from dinner to have tea in the room. They accommodated us and allowed it. But they didn't provide a plate, just a box.
For dinner, tea and coffee are chargeable, but there are always two kinds of juices included in the dinner price. Taking food out of the restaurant is not allowed. I saw them return people carrying food. But if a child walks out with an apple or a tangerine in hand, they don't pay attention to that.
Hello, please tell me, does the hotel offer free shuttle service to Dubai?
I think not
No, there is no free transfer. There is a paid one for 50 dirhams. But you can leave for Dubai through a fur coat store for free. Back by taxi. Not a fur coat store)))) it's a fur store))) Sorry)))) I still can't get over the vacation)))) there is one fur store on the way to the restaurant))))
From this shop located on the way to the canteen, they will drive you by car to a fur shop in Dubai, and then they will take you wherever you say, for free. We were taken to the Museum of the Future, and back by metro and taxi to the Sheraton. For more details, ask the seller.
Good day! Can you please tell me if there are toilet seat covers for children in the hotel? Or should we bring our own potty?
No overlays. But maybe you can ask.
It's easier to bring an antiseptic in a bottle, as an option, and spray it on the toilet every time after cleaning. It may also be useful for those with small children, near the lifeguard at the beach there are a lot of children's sand toys, buckets, shovels, etc. Next to him is a white bag with toys left by vacationers. You can use them so as not to carry your own.
Please tell me, is there a kettle in the room?
There is. And a couple of packs of tea - black and green, and coffee in sticks. And sugar:)
There is an ironing board.
Please advise, is there an iron in the room or can it be requested for an additional fee?
We had both an iron and an ironing board.
Are the air conditioners in the rooms normal? Do they not make noise or smell bad?
The air conditioners are normal, they are built-in, do not make noise, do not smell.
Please advise if it's possible to switch dinner with lunch here?
Yes, it is possible.
Good morning! We had breakfast/dinner. Could you please tell me about the drinks situation for dinner now?
We also had breakfast for dinner) for dinner we had juices, lemonade, water, tea, coffee
Unlimited? Or one drink at a time?
Without limits!!! Breakfast beverages are included in the package price, while for dinner only juices and water, tea and coffee are charged if you choose a package with breakfast and dinner. You can switch dinner for lunch without notice, just come and have lunch. Very convenient if you plan to go on an excursion or walk, or for shopping after lunch.
Unlimited definitely)))
Good evening) Can you tell me if on the day of check-out they only provide breakfast or lunch as well?
It probably depends on the time of eviction
Eviction at 12. Lunch at 12:30. Ideally, only breakfast is served, but if you missed lunch or dinner, I think they can feed you. They are very accommodating here in general. The staff is so responsive, really very.
No one is being fed, not even people who missed 2 meals in total, were not fed, rules changed from April 1, as they were told, so they could before.
Share information about the cost of a taxi from Dubai airport to the hotel. Thank you in advance)
Depending on the airport) dwc business 380 cost us 🤷♀️ regular taxi around 200
Can I throw a wine bottle in the trash in the room?) 😄
We threw everything there every day, starting from beer ending with vodka 😂 martini, wine, etc. No one and nothing will say anything, the main thing is not to make a scene in public.
Please tell me how do the sockets in the room work?🙈
Press the button to the right side of the socket.
I pressed it, but the phone still isn't charging.
Then I don't know, I only used the socket when I needed a hairdryer, and charged the phone with a cord, near the bed there are outlets.
The outlet near the television is working fine.
Please tell me, are there enough sunbeds on the beach at the hotel? And what is the water temperature in the sea?
Sunbeds need to be occupied in the morning, as some manage to grab them both at the beach and by the pool 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️. I was actually just about to write about that))) Dear vacationers, let's respect each other and decide where you want to lie))) The water is not hot, but pleasant, slightly cool, but nice.
In the morning, what time is it? Do the hotel staff not do anything about this?
Hotel staff still believe in our prudence) At 9 am, there were hardly any sun loungers left. Neither at the pool nor on the beach. I'll have to get up earlier tomorrow 🤷♀️ I have a feeling that if we sleep until noon after the tour, we will go to the beach of the neighboring hotel 😂😂😂 it will be empty there.
Wow, so first to the beach, reserve sunbeds, and then wash up and have breakfast 🙊🙈? Or the old-fashioned way, on a towel 😂
Well, there are so many Russians here that if a few dozen more vacationers join, it will become a natural Sochi, but somehow very beautiful (as if all the money from the budget went to construction and improvement of the territories), so even there it will be fine with towels.
8 am, 60% of the sunbeds are already occupied 😅
Here is there good signal to make a WhatsApp call properly? I know for sure there was one in the suite and I called, and there is no more of that anywhere else) and I really need it))) The only option in my head is to stand by the door of the suite 😅😅😅
And also in the bar, they connected me to their wifi and I made a WhatsApp call. Try it.
I am connected to Wi-Fi, but calls are not going through ((
They have their own Wi-Fi, it connects for 3 hours, I missed calls. Maybe ask them to call you on WhatsApp from home as an option. It might work out that way. I even managed to call from the beach right now, though the sound is bad, but overall it's fine
Good day. Please tell me, what is the additional fee for an extra bed for a child?
We booked for two adults and a child (6 years old), we did not pay extra for an additional bed.
We immediately booked a Deluxe Room City View with Balcony, our tour operator said that there is a proper bed for a child, while in some others there is something like a chair, which is only suitable for very small children.
Please tell me, does the hotel offer transfers to any shopping centers?

They suggest signing up in advance at 4 shopping centers. Here is the schedule.
Which of them is good?
They say Al Zahja, but we haven't been there yet.
Please tell me, is there any playground for children or a slide on the premises? Is there no entertainment at all?
There is no animation (but it doesn't seem to be anywhere now), there are no slides, I haven't seen the playground either.
Good evening! Is there water in the rooms? Or do I need to pay a deposit, which will be deducted later?
Drinking water is replenished daily, you can ask for more if needed. No deposit is required.
Has anyone taken a taxi from the airport to the hotel??? How much does it cost?🙏🙏🙏
Yes, we took Careem from Dubai airport.
How much does a taxi cost approximately?
168, we took it with a child car seat, but I understand that it depends on the traffic.
Please tell me how to charge iPhones in the hotel? Outlets are not suitable. USB ports for iPhones are also not suitable (((
The sockets fit. And there is a power on-off button. Maybe the network itself is just disconnected... There was a USB port somewhere, they also charged the phone there. I just can't remember exactly where.
Through the adapter
Can you tell me, are there adapters for sockets in the hotel or should I bring my own? And where is the best place to exchange dollars?
There are many USB ports for charging, while regular sockets require a bit of effort to plug in. If they don't fit, insert something into the top hole and then there won't be any issues. So we didn't use adapters. But they say they exist. If you urgently need to exchange currency, it's not worth doing it at the hotel, they have an outrageous rate of 3.1, it's better to walk to the neighboring Coral, where it seems to be 3.5. You can exchange a small amount there. But we usually went to the shopping center on the free shuttle and exchanged there.
Please let me know how much a taxi to Dubai Mall from this hotel costs?
Without traffic jams 90-100 dirhams.
Good day! Please tell me how much a taxi to Dubai or Legoland from this hotel will cost if I catch a taxi? Are the rates different if I catch a taxi on the street or use a taxi-hailing app?
From Sheraton to the safari park, I paid 80 dirhams, to Dubai Mall 85 dirhams, the return trip is always more expensive by about 15-20 dirhams. Download the Careem app, it will show you the approximate cost, but if you catch a taxi on the street, it will be cheaper than in the app. In addition, the taxi, Uber, and Careem have in common that the cars driven by taxi drivers, as I understand, are personal, not rented, and they are comfortable and neat, they don't smell like armpits 😂 But the price always goes up, it's a fact that it's cheaper on the street.
Good afternoon, if someone is currently staying at the hotel, is there a schedule for shuttle service to Dubai Mall?

Here is the schedule
Please tell me, how much is the tourist tax at this hotel?
There is no tax. There is a deposit, but it can be waived if you decline the minibar in the room.
Who is currently in the hotel or has just returned, please advise, is there really a construction site near the hotel?
Just returned Didn't see any construction Or it's so far away that it doesn't bother

We had a room on the street side, and there was another... from 5 am until night.
Mosques can be heard on the beach and in sea-view rooms. But imho, if the sounds of mosques bother you, you shouldn't go to the Emirates :))) Well, or choose hotels on man-made islands where there is nothing nearby.

Well, it's not a construction site, they are doing something with breakwaters on the neighboring beach by the coral side. They're making noise with stones. It can be heard in the rooms that face that side.
During the day at the beach, there is a slight noise and the smell of sunscreen exhaust is noticeable. The reconstruction of the Ajman beach is underway, or a new hotel will be built, breakwaters are being constructed.
Oh, I really wouldn't want that 😬😬😬 smell... we came to breathe in the sea air, but it turns out...
It happens when the wind blows from that direction. But there were a couple of times when I only felt the smell in bursts. Not critical.
Please tell me, how long does it take to get to Al Zahya from the hotel?

In Al Zahiya, there is a transfer service to and from the hotel. I recommend it. The hotel is close to a new modern center with all the necessary shops. It's peaceful, not too crowded, and you won't have any problems with taxis.
Please tell me, do hotels take a deposit? And if yes, how much?
They don't take you in, once you arrive be sure to request the mini bar to be cleared out, when we checked in the mini bar didn't have a Snickers bar and some other snacks, when we checked out a lady came to check the mini bar and wanted to issue a bill, I said that's how it was and the issue was resolved, the prices there are you can imagine, starting from 300 rubles and above.
Please, if the board is HB, can I change dinner to a seafood restaurant without additional payment?
Yes, it is possible. There is a "Al" icon next to the dishes - this is the meal included in the accommodation. You can choose one dish with this icon from the starters, one from the main menu, one from the desserts, and one from the beverages. Notify the waiters in advance that you are dining from the set menu included in the accommodation.
Can you please let me know if an additional bed is provided for children? And how wide are the beds if a child will be accommodated without a separate bed?

As I understood, cots are provided for free, while an additional bed is for a fee. We have a large bed where the three of us fit, but it will be tight for four people. If there is a room with two beds and there are three of you, ask for a large one, as single beds are uncomfortable. In our room, there are two such beds, they are absolutely pointless, neither here nor there.
Thank you 🙏 this bed will suit us just fine. We will ask for one large.

Take this one instead, honestly it's very convenient 🔥 As for single beds, they are completely useless.
Tell me, is it possible to walk to the beach next to the hotel on the left? Is it fenced off, or can you still get through?

If you mean this beach, you can walk to it. I'm not sure if swimming is allowed there. But taking photos, walking, and collecting seashells were all done there peacefully.
Please tell me, do they provide an adapter for the socket at the reception?
He is not needed, there are sockets and USB ports in the rooms, a couple of sockets like ours. All TVs have access to YouTube, so those who need cartoons will not have any problems.

Even alarm clocks with wireless charging are available here 👍
Question regarding the internet and the operation of the applications Viber/Telegram/WhatsApp in the hotel, do they work? How to make calls to Russia, what to use?
Wi-Fi at the hotel works perfectly. Video and audio calls on WhatsApp and Viber do not work in the UAE.
Thank you, understood. And is the message being sent?
Messages are text and voice messages, yes 👍🏽 If you really need audio calls, install Botim - a messenger that supports them. However, the person you intend to call must also install it accordingly
I downloaded the application Botim, they say it works in the UAE.
Good morning. Can you please tell me if there is Russian-speaking staff at the reception? How difficult is it to communicate?
No, open Google Translate, make a request, no problem.
It turns out there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, her name is Aya, but she is not there every day.
Basically, there was one Russian-speaking girl and a guy. It wasn't difficult to communicate with others if you know the language at least on a basic level.
Perhaps you know, if we arrive early in the morning, check-in is around 12 o'clock, with an all-inclusive system can we have a snack of some sort?
Look, we arrived at 10.00, we were checked in right away, missed breakfast, but were sent for lunch. Plus for the hotel. Our room was booked without a balcony overlooking the city, they gave us without a balcony overlooking the sea)))
We have a balcony, but it overlooks the city.
When you check in, please clarify if you have a balcony. We have a total of 3 rooms, and the second family had a room with a balcony, but initially were given one without a balcony. To avoid unnecessary walks, please inform us immediately whether you have a balcony.
Arrived at the hotel today, haven't figured everything out yet. Maybe someone can tell me if there is anywhere to get coffee on all-inclusive? Also, today my dad's flip-flops were stolen. He left them in a specially designated place at the beach. What should we do in this case?
At breakfast, you can take or ask the waiter yourself, for lunch and dinner, you should only request through the waiter - approach him or as he walks by, ask for what you want, espresso, cappuccino, latte. The same goes for the bar by the pool, approach and speak up. As for something stolen - definitely contact the reception, issues are usually resolved there, you can write and contact them via Google Translate.
Good afternoon, one step away from paying for the tour to this hotel, please tell me, what about the sea? (reviews mentioned that the water stagnates) And should I opt for breakfast, dinner, or is all-inclusive better?
Water is excellent, it blooms in the summer, and right now it's warm. If you're traveling without children, take dinner for tomorrow, and occasionally swap dinner for lunches. We went with children, took full board plus, I didn't notice any special perks. Here you can just opt for full board, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast is served until 11:00. Dinners until 23:00.
Thank you) if dinner can be changed to lunch it's good)))
I've been here for a week now, sometimes it seems that lunches are more interesting than dinners 😂 this is purely my personal opinion
Please, in the mini-bar in the room are there juices, soda, water?

For an additional fee. There is a mini bar, but we do not use it. Prices are indicated in dirhams.
Hello, can you tell me what's for breakfast? Are there fried eggs? Pancakes, waffles, chocolate?
Omelette with vegetables and cheese. Fried eggs. Boiled eggs. Pancakes. Waffles. Croissants and other pastries. Jams, chocolate.
Could you please confirm if the restaurant with seafood is included in the all-inclusive package?
There are dishes marked in the menu that are included. The rest - for a fee. But with all inclusive there is chicken / red fish / sushi. You won't eat there every evening, of course, but going a few times is quite enough.
Mansera is a fish restaurant, you can go there every day, they have special menus and regular priced menus. They serve fish every day, mostly white fish.
Can you tell me if the hotel provides a shuttle bus to shopping centers? If so, which ones?

Yes. The most decent one is Al Zahia.
Thank you and they don't drive to Dubai?
We were driven for free. In Dubai, we drove for free through the jewelry center)))
How much does it cost? And are there buses to Dubai Mall?

In Dubai Mall 50 dirhams round trip.
Thank you very much) And if we go back by taxi, could you tell me the cost?
I think we should check on the apps, Careem or Yandex, but if we can catch a cab cheaper on the spot, it will be better. Also, it's near Dubai Mall, you can come closer to Sharjah by metro, and then take a taxi from there, it should be cheaper, if needed.
Last year I spent about 109 dirhams at the Burj Khalifa. The price may vary due to traffic, but on average it's not less than that.
We paid 125 dirhams from Dubai Mall to Sheraton. We just caught a cab. There are plenty of them there. It's more expensive through the app.
Hello! Can you please tell me if there is a transfer from Dubai airport to Sheraton Sharjah?
Taxi or Kiwi Taxi/Get Transfer
It's better to catch a taxi on the street, they are lined up there one after another, it will be cheaper.
And then these drivers will do laps.
Never has there been such a situation where I personally turned on the navigator, +/- took the shortest route, but the traffic jams make everything equal.
Can you please tell me what is included in the full board plus option? We stayed at this hotel in November (half board) and are now considering it again, particularly interested in the full board plus meal option.

There is no such food in the concept...
Here's also interesting. Coral Travel only has such a concept. There is no All. Ice cream says it is not included. I don't understand anything)
Hello! Can you tell me, is the sea dirty near the hotel? They write that it has turned green... we are planning to go in April.
Well, when the waves were, it was dirty... Yesterday we went on a tour. According to tourists, nobody swam these days because of the waves. But we did swim) Yes, the sea was murky, algae were floating... But everyone still swam. We haven't gone today yet) But it's not really green...
Got it! Thank you for your response)
Can the lunches at the hotel be changed every day?
Can be changed every day. Do not burn out.
Do you need to notify the reception?
No. It is noted in the program. When entering the restaurant, they write down the room number.
Are there waves at the beach, or are breakwaters protecting it?

Saving
Yes, the advantage of this hotel is the breakwaters in bad weather.

Can you please help? We booked a deluxe room with a sea view... but we were given a room with a side sea view and construction outside the window((( Is this considered a sea view?
This is also a sea view. If the voucher specified a sea view.

Yes, of course. The deluxe room with a sea view is specified. It's not very nice though))) There is construction noise right outside the windows. Terrible... it would have been better if we hadn't paid extra for this view.
If there is no specific room number, then it is a standard room with a sea view. Deluxe room with a sea view.
With a sea view 🌊) 💯 🌞
Then there are almost the majority of rooms with a sea view... P.S. Well, that was definitely not a deluxe))) They changed our room.
Hello. Can you tell me at what time the water on the beach of the hotel is like a swamp?
This is a common problem for all resorts in the UAE. In the summer, wherever there is no open water flow, the water blooms and turns green. It also happens inside the palm trees. I talked to many people, they told me about other hotels with breakwaters and about palm trees in the summer. It's already a bay, and they even artificially create bays.
Maybe this won't be relevant for May? Or is it a year-round swamp?

What I do not know, I do not know. And there is no one to ask. Because people swim in the summer and say that the water is clean. But it is.

Top view
Can you swim on the left side of the hotel?
There the city is most likely.
Hello. Can you please tell me what options are available for accommodation in a room for three adults? Do you provide an extra bed/cot?
Yes, they are set. Wide comfortable folding bed.
Is there a hairdryer in the rooms?
Yes.
Question about sockets. Do I need to bring an adapter or is everything provided there?
Everything is here, no need.
Most likely yes. Ask at the reception if anything. They provide.
Can you please tell me if there are buses from the hotel that can take me to the perfume shop? I visited in 2019 and we were taken to some oil shop. I really want to visit a similar shop called Ajmal.
Only in the malls.
The brand AJMAL is available in Sahara and in Dubai Mall.
Are there any cafes near the hotel to have dinner in the evening?
The hotel itself has two restaurants that serve delicious food. Across the road, there is a seafood restaurant. Apart from that, there is not much else within walking distance.
Hello. Who stayed in this hotel at the end of January- beginning of February, how was the water temperature? What excursions are offered by the hotel, maybe there are prices for excursions?
The temperature is currently 25-27 degrees, it is possible to sunbathe, but today it is slightly cloudy. People are swimming both in the sea and in the pool. We took 3 excursions with the Biblio Globus representative, who is located here at the hotel reception every day. Abu Dhabi for the whole day costs $85, a city tour in Dubai costs $40, and a safari costs $45 (per person).
Has anyone used a Rosselkhozbank card on the hotel grounds? In restaurants, for example? I have a Union Pay card in rubles.
We used the Dubai Union Pay Gazprom card, which had rubles on it, and payment went smoothly everywhere.
We paid at the Gazprombank UP hotel, everything went smoothly.
Hello, please tell me, is a deposit required upon check-in? We are staying for 7 nights. If yes, is there an alternative?
Hello! We stayed at this hotel in November and no deposit was taken.
We are here now, deposit yes, no one asked to leave.
Hello, please tell me if anyone who stayed here knows if the hotel offers a transfer to the city center?
If it is still relevant, the hotel offers free transfers to 4 shopping centers in Sharjah and a paid transfer (50 dirhams) to Dubai Mall.
Hello! Can you please tell me if there is an employee in this hotel whom I can purchase excursions from?
Yes, there is.
Hello. Is the access to the beach open after sunset? Can we sit on the sun loungers in the evening and listen to the sea?
Honestly, I don't know. Unlikely. The rescuers are leaving, nobody will watch. We were there in the summer, it was getting dark around 7:00 PM, and after that, we hardly went anywhere.
And when did you take a vacation? It's interesting when the water is 37 degrees. We were there in the middle of November, so the sea was already refreshing.
At the beginning of October, the water is about as warm as in a bathtub.
We always have a vacation in the summer. July and August have such warm weather. September is also very warm, but slightly cooler.
