Hello! Everyone is saying there is a heated pool here! BUT!! It depends on what warm water means to you! It feels like they heat it to 25 degrees. The pool is in the shade of the hotel! We arrived yesterday with a small child (10 months), there was a strong wind yesterday, today it calmed down a bit - the sea was cold for us! On the hotel beach, there is a yellow flag, neighboring beaches have a red flag! (Again, everything is relative! For someone, the Black Sea is warm in October :) Because of the wind, it was even cold for me to sunbathe after 3 PM. We usually go to a pool at home with about 33 degrees, so the sea and the pool feel very cold for us!.. We'll see where we will swim if the wind calms down, but the forecast says the air temperature will drop, thus the water temperature in the sea will also decrease... The hotel is luxurious, that's true! Some say there is territory, but in fact, the entire area is just the pool and loungers around it, there’s nowhere to walk with a child. (For older kids, there are playrooms and games). The food is more limited than in similar hotels in Turkey, but if one type of cheese instead of 10 is enough for you, then everything is tasty 😃 Maybe we just froze yesterday during the day, but at dinner in the restaurant, it was also cold because of the air conditioning! On the open terrace, it’s warmer, but there are few tables! HB and BB imply paid drinks for dinner and lunch, BUT black tea and juices from pitchers seem to be served for free. So I don’t see the point in overpaying for SoftAI! About the room! We arrived at the hotel at 9 AM, despite the fact that 1 - we have a baby, 2 - I have club membership, we weren't checked in until after 3 PM (they offered to pay!! which means there were available rooms). They gave us a standard room without a balcony, but it is indeed large! (Again, I can't imagine how to dry baby clothes!). Upon request, they provided a baby crib and various cotton discs and swabs for free! And!! I think it’s an important point!! If you have HB (I assume for other types as well) and you arrive early and leave late, they will not feed you for free during the day!! It seems like breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included, but lunch on the first day is not included!! Meals always start with dinner and end with breakfast!! UPD. We have Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. FB not HB. We found out from the guide that closer to the hotel, you can ask to heat the pool.

We are currently at the hotel, arrived today, Iran has not closed the airspace. The sea is clear, the sand is very nice! There were free sunbeds, but the hotel is packed, almost no free rooms. The hotel is beautiful, clean, but the food is lacking; we got tired of eating the same thing for a week. Last year we stayed at a Hilton chain, and the food was better, with a lot of options. Here, it's the same every day. The sea is great in September with children. The only thing that bothers us is the air conditioners; it's very cold, and we have to go out dressed in sweaters just to leave the room and go eat or to the beach. And take a room with a balcony; the windows don't open at all, there is only an air conditioner in the room.

There are many locals (which also speaks to the quality of the hotel). They don’t take any deposits. At the reception, there is a Russian-speaking guy and girl. A huge thank you to the young man for his care and attention. He was able to change my room at night due to noisy neighbors. As for the girl, other reviews have already mentioned her. I have the exact same impression of her. Perhaps we all seem a little off in her eyes)). By the way, regarding the rooms, keep in mind that there are adjoining doors between two rooms (not in all!!!). It seems to be designed for large groups/families, so you can walk from room to room. But the sound insulation through those doors is quite good) The humidity is very high in the UAE. So, when the balcony is open, condensation forms in the room immediately. So even if you get a room with a balcony, it doesn’t mean you will keep it open for ventilation, because both the bed and belongings get wet immediately) Tested! I also noticed that the hotel offers a sunbed rental service. Well, this is probably for the locals. But not at all… Thanks for the water, by the way, to the hotel… I was sipping it while writing my review in the notes, and it was good to wash down the Enterofuril as soon as I hurriedly received my luggage! The sea was different every day throughout our stay. One day we didn't swim at all because it was low tide, with seaweed everywhere, but the next day everything was perfect: there was wind and high tide, waves, clean and warm water. The water temperature also changes during the day, from cool to warm. For those who like to swim in water at 23 degrees, it may not be ideal, but for us, this water was great. In terms of food: fish and seafood are not always available, there is lamb, chicken, baked potatoes, pasta, soups, and the list goes on. We really enjoyed the food, there is always a variety to choose from, we never went hungry, everything was delicious. Ice cream is included in the all-inclusive package and it is also very tasty. Each staff member provides different information regarding the all-inclusive meal plan :) If you are flying with Fan&San, make sure to double-check the information provided by the guide. He told us that if you miss lunch when going on an excursion, you can have it on the day of departure if it is late, like ours, as after 12:00 the food at the hotel will be at an additional cost. I wanted to leave a review about the hotel, especially focusing on details that were not mentioned anywhere else. We stayed with my wife and our 3.5-year-old child for 7 days. We arrived from the airport in the evening on a group transfer in 45 minutes, and back by taxi with traffic it took us 1 hour and 10 minutes. The hotel building is very large, on the first day we wandered around it normally. The hotel itself is very beautiful, with good lighting, luxurious in short. It is designed in an Arabian style but not over the top, the style is present. The room was a superior room with a balcony overlooking the sea; there was no crib upon check-in, they gave us a small one on the first night, a meter long, the child did not fit, so they replaced it with a larger one. The rooms are huge, like a small apartment, the sofa is separated from the sleeping area by a partition, large bathroom. At the pool bar, there is a menu for all-inclusive dining, lots of options - a couple of salads, desserts, hot snacks. One day we missed lunch and arrived, so we ordered at the bar. After about 10 minutes, our food was brought to us. We ate heartily - it was very deliciously prepared. The drinks were included - orange juice, mango juice, apple juice.
