Spacious rooms with balconies and terraces, and most importantly, a large fold-out sofa (can sleep two adult people). Cold water in the pool, the playground is not cleaned and poorly protected from the sun. In 5 days, the bed linens were not changed even once. A towel was left on the floor to be replaced, but they just took it away and didn’t leave anything in return. We approached the administrator; she promised that the towels would be provided today. Two days went by, and on the third day, my wife's nerves couldn't take it anymore. After an argument through a translator (no one at the hotel speaks Russian), the towel was finally brought. Meals are provided in the neighboring Holiday without any frills, but it is filling. The bus goes every day to Al Khan beach and Deira City Center (this is already in Dubai), where you can buy alcohol and get to the attractions independently. In the end, the hotel is suitable for undemanding tourists. The buses from the beach are packed, and sometimes you have to wait for the second and even third trip. My wife had a birthday: we never received the cake even though I and the guide repeatedly reminded about it. The hotel is more for locals than for tourists.
Hello, we are relaxing with children. They did not check us in right away, we had to wait until 14:00 and in the end, they checked us into a neighboring hotel at Holiday International for one night, saying that they had some kind of problems with electricity. On the second day in the evening, they gave us a room in our hotel. What can I say: the room is clean, there is no sound insulation at all, really none, the food is good (we took breakfast + dinner), they take us to the sea. We like everything, the room is cleaned every day, in the evening there are places to walk, there are many shops and cafes. Only our TV in the room does not work. They came twice to tune it, but they didn't fix it. But that's okay😁. Overall, we are very satisfied. The sea is great.
Albina, please let me know if the renovation is still ongoing in the Marbella area? And also please recommend which villa room you think is decent. We are going on vacation in the middle of November. Thank you.
There are no renovation works happening on the hotel premises. We have a Junior Suite (2 rooms: one room has a bed, the other has a sofa bed). There is a refrigerator, a kettle, but no microwave. We were checked in on the 2nd floor, and there is a table with 2 chairs on the balcony.
Thank you very much for the quick response, Albina!!! Is the staff at the reception normal? Because they are often criticized on Booking.
The staff does not speak Russian.
Hello, Do they provide towels?) Also for the beach?) Is water replenished every day?)

Towels are provided for the beach and the pool. The room is cleaned every day, 2-4 bottles of water are provided, tea bags, instant coffee, powdered milk, sugar is replenished.
If you run out of water in your room, don't hesitate to call the reception and ask; they will bring it immediately. Just mention the number of bottles, and for a tip of 5 dirhams, they will often bring you water. In general, there is water available at the supermarket across the street, and it costs next to nothing. Take as much as you want.
Could you please tell me, is there a safe there? Who cleans, is it not reliable? It's my first time going to the Emirates. I'm a bit worried. And how many towels are there in the room for everyone?
Yes, there is a safe, everything was intact, nothing was lost.
There will definitely be no one to mess around there. They are strict about it.
no one will steal anything, the safest country, towels are provided for each guest and if you tip 10-20 dirhams, they might give you more.
We chose Marbella. We liked it here, me with my child and mother. I like that there is territory to walk around. The rooms are two-bedroom. Our house is right opposite the bay. It's beautiful :) There is a playground and a pool nearby. Of course, a lot depends on the neighbors, the soundproofing is very strong. We were lucky with the neighbors too. Passing by one house, we heard foreigners shouting, arguing, and their small child crying constantly. With such neighbors, it's not very pleasant. But at the reception they are accommodating, ready to change rooms as long as there are available ones. Initially we had a problem with the internet in the room. It didn't work at all. And I really needed it for work. On the second day they called a specialist and solved the issue. Because of this, they offered different accommodation options. Just in case, for those who are planning to vacation here, take some Russian chocolate as a compliment :) Turns out they like it here. And I missed this moment, thinking that everything is available here and I definitely wouldn't surprise anyone with chocolate.

Hello! I am currently in Marbella, and overall, it's really nice here. The breakfast was excellent, with a decent selection of options. They even offer to make omelets personally for you, just let them know. Our room is a Junior Suite, with a sofa bed and a large bed in separate rooms that can be closed off. We tried out the transfer to the beach today, it leaves the hotel at 9:00 AM and returns according to a schedule. The beach was gentle and perfect for children! In the photos, you can see what they provide in the room - shampoos, gels, and soap. They also provided slippers, a razor, and a brush upon request. In the room, we have water, tea, coffee, sugar, and powdered milk. There is a small refrigerator. The photos show the transfers and the schedule.
In Martbell, everything is great and the area is green, and the bungalows are nice, overall everything is super👍👍👍👍.

Top 21 tips for your stay at Marbella Resort
Is it true that on the day of arrival, if you arrive early, breakfast is not included here? After all, this is the first official day.
Check-in is after lunch. Therefore, breakfast is not included. It's like this everywhere.
Hello! Could you please tell me which villas have a beautiful view of part of the lagoon?
None, as the villas are one and two stories. There is a beautiful view of the lagoon at the neighboring Holiday hotel.

Here, look at the map.
Good afternoon. Please let me know, I'm booking a room. I don't understand, sometimes it allows me to book a Junior Suite just, and on some aggregators it says that I need to book a Junior Suite + an extra bed.. but reading the description, it seems that each room has a sofa and a bed? Some people stay with children, how did you accommodate them?
We stayed with a child in a Junior Suite. There are two rooms: one with a double bed, and the other with a sofa (which can also accommodate 2 adults).
Good afternoon everyone) Could you please tell me how much lunch/dinner costs at Marbella? We booked a tour with only breakfasts, but often for an additional fee in UAE hotels you can have lunch or dinner. I couldn't find the information anywhere. I would appreciate your help ☺️
80 dirhams for lunch or dinner per person. We stayed there last week.
Good evening! Could you please tell me if there is good Wi-Fi in Marbella? And where? In the rooms, and elsewhere? Thank you in advance!

Wi-Fi at the reception will provide passwords, and everything will be fine. Here are the passwords on the left, feel free to use them :) On the right!! I got confused, it's a small piece of paper.
Normal
Can you tell me if the check-out time in Marbella is at 12? Is it possible to extend the room?
We were given a free extension until 16:00.
Good evening! Please tell me, is the free transfer to Al Khan beach actually paid or is it a free beach? It is clear that the sun loungers are paid. And what about the entrance for Marbella?
The transfer is free, and entrance to the beach is also free.
We went to Al Heera beach today, it is free. There are no waves, equipped with showers, toilets, and a mother and child room👍, the sand has shells. The taxi fare from Marbella is 15 dirhams. Al Khan - I did not like it at all. Al Mamzar is a very nice beach, lots of greenery, there is renovation this year.
Tatiana, thank you very much for the information 👍🏻 We also found a new beach, Dubai Islands Beach, which according to reviews is also very good with free sun loungers. Have a great vacation!))
Thank you for the information. 👍
I do not recommend going to Al Khan beach. Personally, in my opinion: there is one changing room for the entire beach, just a field of sand without any amenities. We went to the municipal beach for 15 dirhams, there everything is available: showers, toilets, and changing rooms.
Could you please tell me what kind of sockets are there?? Are there adapters?
American sockets, but each one has USB ports. I didn't ask about adapters, I plugged in a pencil, and you can use it just like at home.
Good evening! Please tell me, is lunch/dinner at the Holiday hotel restaurant or in Marbella? Which one? Buffet or menu order? Thank you in advance for your response!
Breakfasts, lunches/dinners at Holiday. Buffet style, not all-inclusive, more of a European format, several dishes, all delicious. The selection is not large, but there is some.
In Marbella, lunch/dinner has always been on the premises of Marbella itself at the café Undici. The buffet (or what it's called there) was good-tasty (for a certain period), and then it was by menu.
Dining at the Holiday Hotel restaurant, buffet. The selection is huge!! They serve very tasty food 👌
We will have a Junior Suite here. We are interested in what it is like and in which cottage it is located?
We also have a Junior. There are photos on the website. There are many houses, all different. Some have laminate flooring, some have tiles. We were satisfied with everything, everything works, no problems.
Are you in a two-story house, and if so, which floor are you on?
Two-story buildings are only on the first line, we are on the second.
Were you given the option to choose a room or were you placed immediately in the one you are currently staying in?
No, they don't allow it, they checked in immediately. 14:00
Are the rooms with laminate in good repair? Do you know?
The dark laminate makes the rooms darker.
Thank you
Everything is the same. We have two rooms, one has laminate, the other has tiles. The only difference is what I wrote above.
Good afternoon. Is the transfer to the beach at the hotel good both ways? Thank you.
Going there is great, but coming back sometimes there aren't enough seats, and you have to wait 10-15 minutes.
Wonderful. The beach is clean, the entry into the sea is normal and gradual, without shells? Is the staff attentive or do you need to address them several times if there is a problem?
The beach is excellent. The staff is too.
Could you please tell me if there are mosquito nets on the windows and are there any mosquitoes?
I haven't seen any mosquitoes. There are no nets. There is no need to open the windows. The air conditioners work well.
Is it cold in the dining room? Are the air conditioners blowing hard? Is the water in the pool cold?
Everything is comfortable everywhere. Children walk calmly in shorts. The water is warm.
I specifically look for hotels with openable windows, you can't live under the air conditioning.... we are going in March, the weather won't be crazily hot.
There are nets
Apparently, it depends on luck) Thank you!
Hello, could you check if I can check in earlier here?
Probably not. We were not checked in.
Could you please tell me if breakfast and dinner are served in the Holiday restaurant or in the small Marbellas?
In the Holiday restaurant
Thank you. Also, could you please tell me if the Holiday pool is also available for use?
Sure. But in Marbella, there is also a great pool, and there are fewer people.
Hello. Is it allowed to wear shorts on the hotel grounds and to breakfast? The shorts are decent and knee-length. Is it allowed to smoke on the premises? Thank you.
You can walk in shorts, you can smoke where there are bins with ashtrays, there are ashtrays at the pool bar.
Thank you.
Hello, can I check in to the hotel earlier? Are there any birthday compliments?
Hello, if there is a free room, they can check in earlier.
Good afternoon, could you please clarify if the umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach are paid?
Yes, everything is paid, I don't know how much the sun loungers cost, the umbrella is 30 dirhams. We rented an umbrella on the first day, but then we probably got used to it and managed without an umbrella.
Hello. Sorry to bother you. We have booked a tour at this hotel. I have a question - is there a service at the hotel like a shuttle bus to Dubai Mall? Thank you.

Hello, the free bus goes to Dubai.
Which beach is the hotel transportation to, and is the transfer paid?
We were there in February, I don't remember which beach, the transfer was free, we used it a couple of times to get there, but more often took a taxi, it was quite cheap, 14 dirhams one way.
Hello! If you arrive before the standard check-in time, will you have to wait or will you be able to check in right away? Have you had this experience in your travels?)))
Hello! If there is a vacant and already cleaned room, you may be lucky and check in earlier :), otherwise, I don't know.
Thank you!
Hello! Are breakfasts held at the neighboring hotel? And what about the soundproofing in the room, is it bothersome?
Breakfasts in Marbella are already, soundproofing is so-so:), but we have perfect neighbors.
Are the neighbors audible from the bedroom or living room? Or everywhere in general?)))
Only where the door is to the neighbors:), but not everywhere.
