A cool aparthotel located between the Walk waterfront in the Jumeirah Beach Residence area and the yacht marina immediately caught my attention with its exterior and very pleasant price. Moreover, it’s only a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the best city beach!

The public Jumeirah Beach is very close, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The sea here is very clean, and there are plenty of entertainment options for children and adults. However, if you walk a bit further along the promenade, you will find another beach belonging to the Rixos hotel, which is free and not as crowded as the city beach.

It's very convenient that the hotel offers both standard rooms and apartments with a private kitchen. The best option is the two-level suite with a stunning view of the city and the sea! The interiors in the rooms are very pleasant, of course, without extravagance, but cozy!

Poor sound insulation, constant queues for the elevators, there is a spa, but it is a bit outdated, in some rooms the windows do not open. 

Just a wonderful hotel with a private beach just a two-minute walk away! Here you will find spacious rooms, delicious breakfasts, and very friendly staff. The hotel is located on the eastern crescent of Palm Jumeirah Island!

The hotel has its own beach, which is literally a couple of minutes' walk from the hotel. The beach is quite spacious, with sun loungers and towels. Also, it is very clean, which is a rarity for beaches on Palm! However, I can't say the sea is clean, but this is a common issue for hotels on the island; there is no current here, so the water often stagnates. However, the hotel has a great pool where you can swim if you don't want to go into the sea.

Very small standard rooms with a nice view of the sea and the city. There is a family room with a small kitchen and 5 sleeping places. Overall, the rooms are quite comfortable, the interior is standard, nothing remarkable. In some rooms, there is a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view.

Lack of hotel grounds, some rooms have windows that do not open, not the most diverse breakfast and dinner. The pool area is rarely clean. 

A cute and affordable apart-hotel, located in the Jumeirah Beach Residence area, attracted me with its several outdoor pools and proximity to a good city beach!

The JBR city beach is just across the road, a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Honestly, it looks just beautiful for a public beach. There is clean sea, plenty of entertainment (such as volleyball and water attractions), and a beautiful promenade. You can take a towel to the beach from the pool area.

In this hotel, you can choose apartments for any taste and budget. Inside each room, there is Wi-Fi, a television, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a private bathroom with a bath, shower, and hairdryer. Some apartments have a balcony. I want to emphasize that the apartments are very spacious, especially the two-level ones (about 170 m²). All rooms look stylish and modern. I would also like to highlight the stunning view from the balcony or window: you can see both the city and the sea, as well as the famous Dubai Eye!
