We checked in in the morning, went to the beach and were unpleasantly surprised. The water is green and murky, with muddy deposits near the shore. Closer to the Rixos, it's even worse and dirtier. Lifeguards are sitting around chatting, and there’s dirt floating in the water. We have been coming to Marina for ten years, and this is the first time I've encountered such a sea. I hope it's not for long, maybe the waves. Regarding the beach club and the construction. They are building all day, but it gets quiet after 6 PM when the builders leave. However, the view from the window to the right is quite unpleasant. The room is in the tower, oceanfront view towards the wheel - beautiful, but towards the canal, there’s construction, piles of sand, and construction buses. But that was just the first two hours. We closed the curtain, and the view immediately became more decent. Until 9 PM, loud music blasted from the beach, after that, it was turned down, bearable. They are finishing the beach club, planting trees, and laying drip irrigation inside. It looks like a small water park, with some slides and structures. Everything is behind a tall fence, private territory. To the right, where there used to be a volleyball court and sunbeds on the grass, unfortunately, they have concreted it over. The grass was removed, and the sunbeds with umbrellas are now standing. The sea is hot; last year it was cleaner and cooler. We don’t walk around the territory; it’s like an anthill. We went to the 3rd floor, it’s nice, but after 11 AM, the sun intensifies and everything heats up. Therefore, we go to the beach at 8 AM, and stay until about 11-12. For breakfast, it’s also better to go before 9; there are way too many people afterward. Children are not allowed in the pool on the third floor; there was a girl about 16. On weekends, many people checked in. Request a room with a balcony; swimsuits do not dry overnight in the room.

Just arrived from there. The beach is clean. The sea is clean. The weather is great. We quickly adapted to the heat. The sea is like fresh milk. During our stay, we didn't hear the construction at all. It wasn't really working. Only late in the evening did they do something there (closer to the beach). In the hotel itself, nothing could be heard. We lived on the 10th floor. Music was playing downstairs. But it wasn't intrusive. We were with a child, and it didn't disturb him during sleep. There were many Russian-speaking staff, so I think you can resolve any issues calmly on-site, they will help you. There was three meals a day. I wouldn't say it was super diverse, but you can eat quite well. I am very selective. Breakfast - all types of eggs; Benedict, omelet, fried boiled - they prepare each separately. Not a big queue. Semolina porridge (strange, doesn't look like semolina) and oatmeal (seems like water with banana puree). Hash browns, fried bacon, sausages. Two types of sausage. Two types of cheese. But tasty. Salads for the picky. But there are also separate sliced vegetables and greens, many sauces. So you can make salads yourself. Always pineapples, watermelon, and melon sliced. Coffee and tea. The lunches were the most delicious, in my opinion. With soup - one time there was borscht, all other times there were pureed soups. Dinner has different themed cuisine. But there is always some fish and chicken. Very tasty. There is always clean rice available. Pasta was usually with sauces, sometimes they cooked pasta with different fillings, and you could take empty pasta there. Overall, the food is tasty. Not a big selection, but you can find something to your liking. Again, tastes vary. For some, it's fine, for others, the spice flavor is too intense. To summarize, we were with a small child - we found food for him, and he wasn't hungry. Accordingly, adults can find something to their liking as well. There are shops nearby. But everything is very expensive. The sea is very warm. In the first few days, it was almost hot. But the water is clean. Around 1-2 PM, a bit of seaweed washes up. Just a couple of pieces float by. We encountered one nuance. In the last days, a strong smell of tobacco was coming through the ventilation. We are non-smokers, and the smell was really hard for us. We had to turn off the air conditioning to stop the smell. We decided not to move. It turned out that all rooms from the 10th floor are smoking. So you can smoke directly in the room. So for those who find this unacceptable, you should address this issue at the reception immediately. For some reason, we were not warned in advance. And for smokers - it's a bonus, you can smoke in the room. There are many sun loungers. Almost all are free. The beach is close. About 5-7 minutes on foot. Shuttle cars constantly run back and forth to the beach. Everything is very comfortable.

Good evening everyone, we checked into the hotel. We took a regular room with breakfast-dinner for 6 nights, tax 120 dirhams, and we ourselves suggested giving up the deposit. At 5 PM, we immediately ran to the bay to take a dip. At first, the water seems hot, but then you get used to it, and it's fine. The water is clear, clean, there are no smells or seaweed, the sand is clean and white, but the color of the water is green. The room has shampoo, air conditioning, gel, body lotion, a toothbrush (no toothpaste), cotton swabs, pads, a hairdryer, and an iron. There is SPF by the pool. You don't need to bring anything with you. Cosmetics are by Elemi. It's humid outside. After dinner, we took a taxi to Marina Mall, the minimum fare is 12 dirhams. The construction does not interfere at all. The only downside is that the view from my room slightly spoils it. I'm on the 5th floor. There is no balcony, which is inconvenient. The food is excellent. Each dinner is themed. In the photo, the a la carte restaurants that can be visited for dinner are marked with a dash. The service is top-notch. Everyone always greets you joyfully, as if they have only been waiting for you. If your gaze accidentally lingers on any staff member, they immediately come over and ask how they can assist you 😀. I also really liked that you don't have to carry towels with you: when you come to the beach, a person will bring them and lay them out on the sunbed. Then we go to the pool, leave those towels, and new ones are brought to us there 😀. The elevators are fast, possibly too fast (it makes you a bit nauseous))). The pool on the 3rd floor has a great view, you can take beautiful photos, the water there is cold. I noticed that at first, the selection of food seems a bit small compared to Turkey (where there are about 10 types of dishes only made of chicken or beef, for example). Overall, yes, compared to Turkish hotels, the selection is smaller, only one dish of each type, one soup, one hot dish of beef, one of fish. But everything is tasty. So I like the food.

We have just checked out of the hotel, room 1428 with a balcony, yes, it's a bit noisy, but only during the day. A bit!!! The music near the pool is so loud that it drowns out all the construction noise.

Good day everyone :) I really want to warn people against visiting this hotel! We've never experienced anything worse! The main thing I'll start with... is the endless construction! We were there from 04.03.2024. It's hell, literally! They make noise from noon until at least 23:00. Next... when it rained, in Dubai it immediately turns into an apocalypse for them, the roof leaked in our room, even though we were on the 22nd floor, not even the top floor, and we had a wet floor by the balcony door... a total nightmare. We arrived early. They immediately told us that check-in is strictly at a certain time, or pay 82 thousand rubles and a room will magically become available 🙄 We decided to pay, as supposedly it would be a club room with privileges to eat on the 25th floor 😂😂😂😂 Ridiculous... there was barely enough food for 3 people, a disgrace, (we were hungry the whole week!) The food was awful! The same goes for the ground floor, the common area where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served. The same thing every day! For those who value themselves and their 500k + 82k (for a room with old furniture) for a week for three people (avoid this hotel). The beach... clean, the only plus. The sea is clean (at least it was), in two weeks it might have worsened. And most importantly! In this hotel, someone stole my ring! I left the ring on a table when I left. Forgetting to put it in the safe, but the main point - the 200k ring is gone! I hope whoever took the ring from the housekeeping is regretting it already. In conclusion - a nightmare of a hotel!
