We were there in the fall of 2024. Everything was very nice. The view is wonderful. The food is excellent, we never left hungry.

I expected it to be warmer. But it's cool here, the temperature feels different. Yesterday it was plus 25, but it felt like a maximum of 20 degrees. The sea is cool. I swam in the pool. But getting out of it is also cold. In the evening, the wind picked up and it got colder. Now we can only go on excursions. There are crowds of tourists in Dubai. Right now, we are standing in line for the observation deck of the Palm. I liked the hotel. The food is good. The staff is nice too, and some speak Russian. The noise from the road is not heard with the door closed. But at five in the morning, the muezzin woke me up with singing from the mosque, and at 6:30 the machinery started to clatter on the beach. I had breakfast. The machinery calmed down and I caught up on my sleep. I am on the 15th floor. I slept well last night. And today again the muezzin at the mosque and the machinery. People from the black Ramada say it's peaceful there, and the level of service and food is good. Now I will recommend the black one to acquaintances in the off-season. Croissants in a can. (Well, it's clear it's not Austria, and not even Italy). The snails with cinnamon and raisins are not bad. The coffee in paper cups amazed me! Administration, please spend some money on cups. Well, the coffee fits the cups. But at the bar yesterday at dinner, we asked for cappuccino - 5 points. I do not recommend this location (the beach is terrible! It's impossible to walk. Construction, everything is noisy around. We previously stayed at the hotel, so we chose it again. I regret it very much. The hotel had its own beach. It has been demolished. An area a little further from the hotel was organized. There are 3 hotels there. I expected more from the hotel, based on its relatively young age and reviews. In fact, it disappointed me. Before checking in, we looked at 3 rooms (thanks to the administrators at the reception), 2 with a view of construction in the sea, and one of them had an unpleasant smell. We chose the third one on the 16th floor. The view is beautiful, but the noise from the air conditioners on the roof is just terrible. In each of the rooms we viewed, I would never have thought that the hotel is 6 years old. The sewn, crumpled curtains, tired wallpaper, overall, you do not feel the freshness of the hotel. The air conditioner in the room is so poorly located above the bed that in any mode it unpleasantly blows in the face. As for the food, I lack fish, just fish, there is only breaded fish, and it is tasteless. And about the beach, I think it's a very unfortunate idea to have volleyball on the beach; the ball flies in different directions, including towards the sunbeds. On the plus side, the hotel staff is very responsive and quickly resolves any issues that arise. Cleaning is excellent. Yesterday, during the cleaning, they made a bunny out of towels for the child's toy mouse and decorated the bed with balloons, very pleasant and cute. The water temperature in the sea is just a fairy tale; I can't get out, I’m getting salted like cucumbers in a jar) This is our third visit to the UAE, and I believe we hit the best season. That's about it for now 🤷‍♀ This is purely my personal opinion, formed based on past hotels in the UAE and what I have seen and experienced during my time here. I certainly do not want to offend anyone or hurt the feelings of those who deeply love this hotel! To each their own, as they say 🌺

Here we are again in this beautiful hotel! We arrived at 10 AM, changed clothes, took a shower, and went to enjoy the beach. We returned at 1:30 PM, and our room was already waiting for us, plus a complimentary upgrade to a higher category, the last room with a sunset view... Very nice. The lunch was divine! There were rolls, shrimp, and a multitude of other things. Wishing us a good rest) By the way, usually in August-September, there is a sauna-like feeling right out of the airplane, but today we are surprised that there is no such humidity, everything is bearable and the 36 degrees doesn't feel like a heatwave. The water is clear, a stingray swam by) The construction doesn’t bother at all! There are new additional spaces and umbrellas on the beach. There are plenty of free spots.

It's March 2024 😄 Great hotel, great sea, and everything was wonderful 👍 I'm going again in November. I really liked the hotel!

I wanted to leave a mini review or perhaps put together information that is often asked for: 1) Hotel with a non-alcoholic concept 2) No animation! 3) The beach is across the road! Yes, it's first line, but you need to walk a bit. 4) The hotel is quite new, the rooms are pleasant. 5) The food is good, there are seafood in the sense that shrimp, mussels, squid and various sea creatures will be available every day, if you don't want, it won't be there 😃... However, fish 🐟 and various creatures will be present every day for lunch and dinner 😋... There are two types of soups for lunch and dinner that are quite tasty, chicken broth-based and something vegetable-based typically. You definitely won't stay hungry, also the rice is very tasty and the beef goulash. 6) Beach: there are always places!!! Towels are given at the entrance, you write down the room number and the number of towels. Bar: with all-inclusive - water, drinks in cans: Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Schweppes, tea, coffee for free... No juices on the beach!!! The sea entrance is gradual, sandy... In the mornings in July, there were low tides at 8.00, but by 9.00 the sea came in 😄 7) Pool: on the 2nd floor, outdoor, not many places there, (compared to the beach 😄, but there are three hotels on the beach) there is also a bar with all-inclusive like on the beach + packaged juices... 8) Reception: three guys speak Russian, they are really great, it feels like they try to solve any question as their own... But they are on the lower floors, I understood that the entire floor is dedicated to these rooms... And about the meal choice: this is my personal opinion, and of course it depends on the price difference and the number of people... I'm for all-inclusive 😄 If considering it as a beach vacation and especially with children, then only all-inclusive. All drinks are paid at the beach and pool... 60 dirhams for lunch or dinner per person is 1500₽, if for three then it adds up significantly... 15 dirhams 325₽ is for drinks, and it happens more than once 😄... And the ability to approach the bar and take whatever you want in any quantity is also nice... In general, I really liked the hotel: the room, reception, and food. In the off-season, it's a good choice, in July and August, I would prefer a beach option not across the road and more greenery... well, in general, the option in these months in the UAE is risky 😄... The weather at +35 degrees at night and nothing cools down, it's quite hard 😝... Among the positives, there is also a free transfer to Dubai Mall every day back and forth. Yes, there are smoking rooms!!! but they are on the lower floor and much smaller in size... I will write my review about the hotel: 1. I definitely won't consider it for the summer anymore; I should have listened to the reviews that said the sea is too warm in summer and it's not the season. The sea is not just warm, it's hot; I take showers at that temperature. Since the sea is hot, algae are still blooming; yes, the water is clear, but don't expect beautiful sea. The color of the water is grayish-green, and pieces of algae float around. Apparently, the sea is clean during the season. For those like me who have a summer vacation, it might be worth considering Fujairah, where the water is a bit cooler and the sea is clean and beautiful. 2. The beach has plenty of sunbeds. 3. The food for lunch and dinner is great; from hot dishes: beef, chicken, fish, and seafood are always available, and everything I tried was delicious. The downside is that the coffee is really bad, very bad. Waiters take a long time to bring drinks, so before lunch and dinner, we would get drinks at the bar and take them with us to eat. 4. Construction (this was an important point for me) can be heard a bit on the beach and around the pool, but it's absolutely not critical. You could say it's hardly noticeable due to the noise from the cars. Be prepared that this is a city hotel; if you're looking for silence, this is definitely not the place. We had room 713, which directly faces both the construction and the mosque. It didn't interfere with our sleep. The air conditioning was more of a bother; it's quite noisy. 5. They included disposable utensils, straws, salt, pepper, etc. In general, it is very well thought out. It's the first time I've seen something like this. It's hot, but we are coping well 👍 We come to the sea from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. Then again from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. The sea is very warm, but not hot. It relaxes all the muscles, it's like being in a hammam. Such a pleasure. The food is excellent 👍 I don't eat this much at home. Everything is so tasty 😋 You eat and you still want more. We have Soft all inclusive. If you have the opportunity, it's better to choose Soft all inclusive. Especially if you are with a child. There are no restrictions on drinks. And you really feel like drinking a lot here. The price difference between Half Board and Soft all inclusive is small. We have a teenager. So plain water is not suitable for him. I have been staying at this hotel since it opened, and I will be going for the 12th time in October. I received a status in the Wyndham Rewards loyalty program - if you book a hotel directly, after 40 nights you will already have some benefits. On the right, there is construction noise from 00:06 to 23:00 (plus queues of pensioners from 06:55 for the beach 300 meters away... to get a sunbed. We chose this hotel thinking that we would go to Dubai after lunch, but it's a 1.5 hour drive there and 2 hours back due to terrible traffic jams. There's only enough time for the mall, you won't be able to get anywhere by metro on your own. Some stations are still closed( Plus, there's a mosque nearby((( for those who want to sleep - this is not the place for you. For those who have already booked a tour here, prepare yourselves for a positive attitude and everything will be okay) Additional information... maybe useful to someone: rooms with two beds up to the 10th floor, after the 10th up to the 16th floor - with one big bed. On the 16th floor, there is a lounge area, and on the 2nd floor there is a sauna and a bath-jacuzzi (with hot water and hydro massage). Fruits from the dining room (for those who only have breakfast) can be taken to the room. Watermelon, melon, pineapple - just put them in a paper cup. Taking apples and bananas is no problem. It can be heard from the balcony starting from 6:30. It's not possible to sit on the beach and listen to the sea))) We were in Windham for the first time in 2021 - and during this time, it's already the 3rd reconstruction of the embankment in front of the hotel. In defense of the hotel - you still need to find a hotel in the UAE with its own beach and balconies overlooking the sea in each room, with good cuisine at such a price. We stayed in a 5-star hotel - all glass, with no ventilation. Somewhere musty, then stuffy, despite the ventilation. We don't have toothbrushes and toothpaste)) slippers and an adapter were brought upon request.

In May there were sliced pineapples, watermelon, grapefruits, cantaloupe, papaya (which was not available in November), completely changing bananas, apples, oranges, pears, plums. Fruit salad was also served for lunch and dinner. We took the sliced fruits in cups to the beach for a snack, as we do not eat fruits with main meals.

I am here now) I have a room on the 10th floor on the sunny side. It is very comfortable, not too hot... the air conditioning works perfectly... Furthermore, there are thick curtains, so you can close them if you wish. Unfortunately, the fish restaurants here are not very tasty(( in our opinion, in Moscow fish restaurants are cheaper and much tastier than here... We recommend Fish Market, it's a 10-minute taxi ride from the hotel for 13 dirhams, there you can choose anything you want - make sure to bargain, all the way... and tell them you want it prepared right there... They cook there (several locations), on the grill, with spices, sauces, spicy, not spicy, however you like it... It's just insanely delicious and in large quantities for less money than in a restaurant) We swim, the water is 23-24 degrees, comfortable for us) The sun is not scorching hot, more gentle, but my husband got really sunburnt... We took the breakfast-dinner option. You can switch breakfast for lunch, for example, if you want to sleep in, because breakfast is until 10.30. Or you can switch dinner for lunch if you're coming back late from somewhere. But if you missed breakfast and went for lunch, you won't be able to have dinner, as breakfast is a mandatory option...
