Hello everyone! I don't know how to write reviews, but I want to share my impressions with you. We have previously stayed in Side, Kumkoy area, but in a different hotel. We like this area because of its sandy beaches and the proximity to the ancient city of Side and the town of Manavgat. From Manavgat, we took a bus to Alanya on our own. During the booking process, this hotel had an attractive package price and after reading reviews, we chose it. 1. Check-in - we were quickly checked in in the morning and had a view of the pool. 2. Room - everything was very good. 3. Food - we liked everything. I have one personal remark - they fry the trout whole, I would have gladly had a piece, but I didn't want to take a whole fish. 4. Sea - since we were on vacation with family during the May holidays, the water was cool. We swam from the pier of the neighboring hotel. 5. Beach - there is plenty of space and everything is clean. 6. Cleaning - we left some money for the maid, and our room was cleaned amazingly! 7. Entertainment - there was entertainment, but we didn't need it. There were evening shows. 8. Pool - it was clean, but we spent most of our time at the beach. 9. Staff - they are great, you can see that everyone is trying their best. Thank you very much to Natalya - she is a wonderful person!

Good day. After some time, we finally found the time to write. The vacation was perfect! We are considering coming here again this year. Everything was great for both adults and children. The room was excellent. The food was delicious. There are pools and water slides. The evening entertainment was also great. The hotel's animators were not the only ones organizing the activities; there were different entertainers every day. On Sundays, everyone had a day off. The daytime entertainment was not that impressive though... Everyone was friendly and everything was good. We went on a tour organized by a local agency and tried rafting. We really enjoyed it. Overall, we are satisfied! It was quiet, peaceful, and perfect.

Renovation in 221 is very clean. The minibar is stocked with water and mineral water, and they replenish and clean it regularly. The housekeeping service is impeccable. 7% of the rooms have a side or partial view of the Kırman/Sea Hotel. There are also rooms with views of the road and steppe. By the way, we were upgraded to a room on the 3rd (technically 5th) floor with a sea view for free. Thank you. The hotel is not large and has a small area. There are two slides and a mini-club outdoors. If you have active children, this is definitely not the place for you. And please don't complain later that there's nothing for children here. Yes, there's only a children's pool, but this hotel is more suited for a peaceful vacation or for families with very young children who don't need entertainment yet. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the sea, but there is also a non-stop shuttle service with golf carts. They pick you up from the beach, take you to the hotel, pick you up from the hotel, and take you back to the beach. The entrance to the sea has sand and rocks after 1.5 meters. You need to know how to swim! If you have trouble with this, this is not the place for you. There are some large rocks, but you can swim past them after about 2 meters. Sometimes we went about 3 meters to the right (in front of Trendy Beach), where there's a perfect beach. There are modern sunshades and loungers on the beach, which is all we need. By the way, rocky beaches are not unique to this hotel, but they're common in this area. What can you do, it's nature. We knew about it, and we're adults who know how to swim. There's a snack bar on the beach that serves snacks at lunch, including grilled food, salads, and fruits. They have all kinds of drinks like tea, coffee, ayran, beer, and strong alcohol. 8% of the guests are Germans, 1% are Turks, and the rest are a mix of nationalities. The food is delicious. There's fish every day, two types of meat, two to three types of chicken, liver, and more. There were fruits every day during all meals: melons, two types of watermelons, grapes, grapefruits, oranges, and so on. The alcohol is local, and they pour as much as you want without any problems. The staff is generally reasonable, and there was no rudeness or bias. There are two a la carte restaurants where you can make a free reservation for the day. The only thing we didn't like was the gözleme (stuffed Turkish pastry) because of the filling, but everything else was okay. There's entertainment five times a week in the evenings, and the shows are suitable for everyone. They also have water aerobics and other activities daily at the pool, and there was a foam party. Near the hotel, there's access to a promenade with plenty of shops and pharmacies. The nearby infrastructure is important to me, which is why I choose this type of vacation. I recommend this hotel for couples, peaceful families, those who can speak English or German well, or people who don't want to reserve a beach chair at 5 am because the Germans are all at the pool. Beach chairs by the sea are always available!

The hotel is absolutely European, which is why I love it with a quiet and gentle love. There are minimal Russians (which is important, as conversations usually end up either in politics or our eternal Russian dissatisfaction with everything and everyone). The faces of the vacationers are the same, the staff remains unchanged, they recognize and remember you. Everyone is in their place and performs their job. The food is good, I don't know about the drinks, but I liked the white wine and coffee. The beach is clean, well-maintained, compact, and sandy. Shuttle cars to the beach run continuously, but many people prefer to walk. The animation is lackluster, but considering the clientele, the staff members are great. Evening entertainment ?? The rooms have everything you need, nothing more is necessary. The reception could use a Russian-speaking employee, but there is a wonderful woman named Natalya in the guest relations department, my namesake, smart and beautiful, sociable and pleasant, always ready to help guests and open to dialogue.
