We were in February. Very satisfied! Good food, restaurant service, clean hotel, friendly staff, no one asked for tips, two halls (where various shows are held), lots of entertainment, live music in the bar. I forgot to mention the pool. Did not want to leave.

Very nice hotel. We stayed in July 2023 with our child. The hotel is wonderful. Pros: + spacious rooms + excellent service + crystal clear sea + good food (lots of seafood) + great entertainment + can go outside the hotel, lively atmosphere + imported alcohol Cons: - very small territory - pebble beach (but that's just a question for Kemer 😆) - no beautiful sunsets due to the mountains - no diet or children's table (but it can be requested)

I will share my review of the vacation here. The hotel is a bit pensioner-like. Mostly European. The territory is small, but cute. Our windows faced the pool, and the neighboring hotels didn't bother us, although we sometimes went to bed relatively early as there was a time difference with our home country. It is more bothersome if someone walks in the corridor, as it is quite audible. The room was great, modern, everything was new and clean. The food was good, as well as the alcohol. Some cocktails are made much tastier in Russia, like the mojito, for example. But overall, everything was fine, we didn't drink much anyway. The snacks at the bars were delicious, sometimes we didn't even go to the main restaurant for lunch. There were evening concerts, not like crowded parties. We mainly lounged by the pool and didn't spend much time at the beach, but when we did go, I saw that there were available sunbeds. The staff was friendly, that's a plus for them.

We have been to Barut before, also in November. Akra has changed for the better. The area has become even more beautiful. The pool color is amazing. The kids now splash in the warm pool and the slides are also with a warm pool. The food is excellent. Despite the small number of guests, all the delicious food is always available. Themed dinners. Tasty drinks. For breakfast, as before, we are greeted with champagne! The room cleaning is excellent. Any requests are fulfilled instantly. When we checked in, the beds were moved. By calling the reception, a housekeeper was sent with linens and everything was quickly organized. We had two bathrobes size L, and I asked for another large one, and within a minute it was in the room. Just wonderful. The housekeepers are very attentive! I was drinking coffee on the balcony in the morning, and as I was carrying it, it spilled on my slipper. To my surprise, the next day, my slippers were replaced))) it was delightful))) Last time, we liked the animators so much and we were worried that everything might have changed, but we were greeted by our previous and new ones, Everything is great again! Sasha is just like a dear friend, we were very happy to spend this time with all of them! Thank you for the communication! Today we are flying out. We asked to extend the room for a couple of hours until the transfer, and they extended it for free without any problems. Thank you so much! We really hope for a new meeting with Akra.

The hotel was loved by both adults and children, the entertainment, service, facilities, children's program, and variety of animation programs were all superb. The food, on the other hand, deserves a separate review, as such variety is hard to find. Everything was fresh, with a wide assortment of fruits and berries, and my husband could choose from a variety of options at the bar. Overall, it was commendable. The only downside is that the price is increasing even faster than the exchange rate. However, we managed to buy it cheaper than others through a familiar agent, at 89851522223. We are grateful for such discounts. It's just a pity that such discounts are only available in autumn and spring. If there were more of these discounts, we would travel more often and be able to take our whole family with us.

And while the memories are fresh like never before, I hasten to share them with you! We came to this hotel for the second time and were pleasantly surprised - IT'S EVEN BETTER NOW! - an adult bar with a beautiful view on the 4th floor has opened, the confectionery has been moved under the lobby bar (now it is located more logically), the relaxation pool has become more intimate after the renovation. Friends! We had a bright, memorable, amazing stay at the AKRA KEMER 5* hotel! And it is the hotel staff who make it amazing! In this hotel, all guests are welcomed as friends! Everyone is friendly, kind, and responsive! The reception staff, Murat and Mehmet, even when the hotel is only 1% occupied, try their best to accommodate the guests in choosing rooms. They note every request and offer options. The animation team is vibrant, individual, and charming! Alexander, Lena, Olya - thank you for all the activities and for the communication, you made each day brighter, more active, and more interesting! Stefan - thank you for tennis, darts, and the conversation, I am very happy to have met you! (but I beat you in tennis))) Apolly - we will remember your facial expressions and positive attitude for a long, long time (until our next visit) (and thank you for crazy golf). I am not familiar with the kids animation team, but there were always many happy children around them, so I am sure they are great too! The staff at all the bars are amazing! - fast, positive, and friendly! The cocktails are delicious, the service is excellent! The work of the kitchen cannot go unnoticed - everything is very tasty, diverse, and thematic! The chefs are brilliant! Elena, guest relation - thank you for hearing all our requests! If I am asked if I would return to AKRA KEMER 5? - the answer is 1% YES!

We have been looking at this hotel for a long time. We ended up there accidentally and decided to extend our vacation, so we booked the hotel for 4 days. THE HOTEL IS ABOVE ALL PRAISE! ROOMS: Everything is clean, tidy, and there is everything you need in the room. It is spacious and bright. We stayed with a view of the orange trees, and in the evenings, it was noisy with a constant hum from the hotel's air conditioners. But this is a feature of the room. It's better to choose a room with a pool view. POOL: Clean, with a fancy shape and a dark bottom, there is a bar in the center under a waterfall. There were always enough sunbeds. RESTAURANTS: The FOOD at this hotel is above all praise㉍. Always diverse with beautiful presentation of dishes, there is an adults-only area. We especially liked the restaurant with an à la carte menu. Everything was very tasty. Water is served in glasses. The only downside is the slow staff and the speed and quality of table cleaning. The á la carte restaurant is ordinary but has a beautiful view of the Turkish surroundings. There is also a Turkish-style breakfast à la carte. On the rooftop, there is an 18+ bar until 11 PM. It's an interesting place. BEACH AND PIER. THE VIEW FROM THE PIER IS VERY BEAUTIFUL. There are always sunbeds on the beach, even if you come at 12 PM. There is a bar on the pier with drinks. There are about 15% Russians. Entertainment: Dancing, yoga, mini-golf, table tennis, football, kids from the mini club ride on a banana boat. In the evenings, there are show programs, karaoke, and a disco. Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel. We will definitely come back.

The first time I flew to Turkey in the spring, I had always been there in the summer before. The only downside was the cold water (+18 degrees Celsius, which is cold for me), but that is a weather issue, not a hotel issue. The territory is not big, but everything is arranged in a way that makes you feel comfortable. There is no crowding or queues anywhere. There are always available sunbeds on the beach, at the pier, and by the pool. Despite the occupancy being only 1%, there were enough people, but no one bothered each other. The animation team is amazing!!! Always positive, they talk to you and give advice. Even the evening rains didn't stop them, they always found a way to make our leisure time more enjoyable and memorable. Special thanks to Elena and Alexander!!! Special thanks to the kitchen as well. The food was excellent!!! Of course, if someone goes just to eat, they will find something to complain about, but we went to enjoy nature and relaxation, and the food contributed greatly to that. Dishes from the chefs were divine!!! The strawberries were incredibly sweet!!! The homemade butter was exceptionally delicious!!! Several types of cheese, olives, greens... I could list them for a long time. Several types of meat, fish, especially lightly salted red fish, it was something else!!! Nuts, sweets... there was a lot of food and it was amazing. High-quality alcohol as well!!! Special thanks to the staff. The waiters were always friendly and quick. The rooms were clean, and we could walk barefoot in public toilets. In short, if you have the opportunity to visit this hotel, go for it, don't hesitate. It's worth it. Of course, you might say, well, the price, but I have been to more expensive hotels that I wouldn't recommend. Thank you once again to the hotel management and staff.

We had a family vacation in August. We arrived at the hotel in the morning (we all know that check-in is at 2pm), so we found a place to change and immediately went to the beach. The beach had small pebbles, so we could walk without shoes or jump into the sea from the pier. There were enough sunbeds for everyone, although I noticed some reviews complaining about the lack of them during the day. We checked in before lunch. We were given a room on the second floor with a view of the pool, just as we requested. The room was clean and the soundproofing seemed fine. We had visitors in our room until late at night, but I couldn't hear any loud music from the neighboring hotels. It felt like Acra Kemer was the loudest one. The staff was responsive and ready to help with any question. The entertainment was also good. Our fellow compatriots made up 5% of the guests, with the rest coming from other countries, and everyone got along well. We all came to relax, played various sports games, and sang karaoke. The food was good, everything was tasty, and we had to bring a spare stomach to try everything. We hope to come back to your hotel again.

Solid European five. Spent a week during the November holidays, 7 nights for 2 adults plus a 13-year-old teenager, flight from Moscow Southwind (a Turkish low-cost airline, didn't like it at all, but it has nothing to do with the hotel), the total cost was 245 thousand. We booked the tour as part of a promotion by Pegas. In today's reality, it offers an excellent price-quality ratio. What is important to know is that the hotel is completely European in every respect: clientele, activities, infrastructure, and food. It doesn't have a huge territory, noisy youth parties, hotel contests, or performances by Russian pop stars. But! Everything here is well thought out, solid, and of high quality. Rooms. We had an upgraded room with a view of the surroundings. The room itself was lovely and matched the description and photos. However, we ended up with a view of the neighboring Orange county, where loud music plays in the evenings and the ventilation is loud outside the windows. We asked to change rooms. The reception staff responded promptly and we moved to the opposite side the next day. And on the last day, they extended our room for two hours free of charge, which was very pleasant! Also, they allowed us to check-in earlier than the usual time, around 1:30 am. Food. Very, very decent. A wide variety of options: fish, meat, seafood, vegetables, herbs, fruits (for example, apples, peaches, pears, whole and not sliced, as well as delicious strawberries in November, watermelons, melons, etc.), desserts, pastries, cheeses, and all kinds of meat delicacies. Themed dinners are also organized. The alcoholic beverages are of good quality and original. It is also possible to visit à la carte restaurants, you just need to make a reservation in advance. We visited all four, with the Italian restaurant being the best. However, the Asian restaurant was a disappointment, the food was not tasty at all. We always had lunch in the beach café, ordering from the menu. Excellent sea bream, sea bass, squid. Good thin-crust pizza. The waiters were positive and quick, the tables were clean, and orders were served quickly. Beach. It is excellent. There is a pier with sun loungers and a bar, four staircases for descent, and the possibility to jump into the water. Also, there is a 16+ area on the beach, showers, changing rooms, toilets, and everything is clean. In the morning, fed fish swim to the shore, and it's great fun to feed them. There is even a big container on the pier where you can put yesterday's bread for this purpose. Very cool! There are several types of pools: relaxation pools where it's calm, a children's pool, an indoor pool with slides, and there is even a bar right in the water in one of the pools. Every evening, the pools are cleaned with a water vacuum. Animation. There is a great team of guys working. Overall, there are plenty of sports activities, and people are divided according to their interests. There is yoga/pilates, aqua aerobics, pool trampolines, shooting like in a shooting range, mini golf, ping pong, tennis, beach volleyball, and sometimes there are training sessions with invited instructors, such as kangoboots, etc. Everything is very gentle, warm, and positive, suitable for any fitness level. There are pleasant shows in the evening, alternating between dancing, singing, and acrobatics. There is a mini club for children and a mini disco in the evening. After the shows, there is an adult disco. Territory. It is quite small. Everything is compact, but very ergonomic. We never felt crowded or lacking space. We didn't even feel the need to go outside the territory. There is a good spa, a free hammam, and sauna. Clientele. Mainly Europeans, with many middle-aged and older people. Germans, Austrians, Belgians, British, French, etc. Russians are mostly families. There aren't many young children. Overall impression. Excellent. The hotel instills a strong desire to return. It may not be suitable for those who love Russian hotels in Turkey, noisy parties, and those who value a huge territory. It suited us perfectly in all aspects. As for the nuances, the proximity of neighboring hotels can be uncomfortable when music is playing from all sides, creating a cacophony on the beach. Other than that, everything is simply wonderful. I definitely recommend visiting!

Here we are, back from the unforgettable vacation at Akra Kemer 5. If I could give it 1 star, I would. Such great people, the staff is attentive and friendly. The entertainment! It's a separate topic, the soul of this hotel. It was my husband's anniversary, so I prepared a surprise for him, a song performed by myself, and asked for help from Sasha (dancing, gymnastics), special thanks for the help. Before the evening show, on the main stage, my greetings for my beloved. Huge thanks for these moments. The hotel had a present in the room (balloons, a bottle of wine, and sweets). We arrived at 1 am, they offered us breakfast and during that time found us a vacant room. The room had all necessary cosmetics (shaving kit with foam, toothpaste, toothbrushes). They also gave us a beach bag as a gift! Upon departure, we requested a room extension, but the hotel was fully booked on weekends, which didn't bother us since there were plenty of places to spend time on the hotel grounds. The relaxation room, with large safes and showers, had everything for comfort. We had a check-out time of 7:15 pm, checked out at 12 pm, had lunch, went to the beach, relaxed on the sofas, then had dinner and went to the airport on an individual transfer. It's very convenient that you can book transfers from Russia and pay by card right away. On the beach, we sunbathed on the pier, the pillows were very soft, lying down was a pleasure. The sea is clean, and from the pier, you can feed the fish with bread. The animation and sports activities are beyond praise. On the day of departure, there was a sports day with aqua cycling, jumping, archery, darts, Pilates, dancing, and aqua aerobics. If you need activity, you will find something for yourself. The waiters in the bar on roller skates move lightning fast, you only think about it, and the order is already delivered! Alcohol of all imported brands, the local wine is also of very good quality. Food. No queues and long tables, everything is compact. A wide variety of dishes to cater to any discerning taste. The food is healthy and of high quality, with freshly squeezed juices for breakfast (carrot, beetroot, cucumber), red fish, poached eggs, 15 types of bread, cheeses (blue cheese, goat cheese, aged cheese, and soft cheese). Vegetables, everything you could wish for, with four types of cherry tomatoes. Fruits (strawberries, cherries, melons, watermelons, peaches, grapes, apples, pears). All kinds of ice cream, available at any time in the bars and the main restaurant. Desserts, words cannot describe the vast selection. As for the á la carte restaurants, in my opinion, if they didn't exist, we wouldn't be disappointed, as all themed restaurants (Italian, Asian, Turkish, fish) are held in the main restaurant. We had á la carte at "Ocean" and after the main restaurant, it was disappointing to see a very limited menu. I highly recommend the hotel, the quality is top-notch! Thank you for our vacation!

Staying at the hotel for the second time. We had a week of vacation. The rebranding has been beneficial: the area has been transformed with new pools, tiled with dark green ceramic granite, which look very stylish. Now all the pools are heated. Convenient steps lead to the pools. The new water bar in the pool is designed so that it is shaded in the heat. The relaxation areas between the beach and the pools, where lunches are served and the main bar is located, have become even more comfortable - cozy tables with soft sofas have appeared. It's great that they have introduced a new service format - waiters on roller skates, it is convenient and speeds up the delivery of drinks to the sunbeds. Cushions have appeared on the sunbeds on the pier. The advantages that were in the previous hotel and remained in this one: 1. Food. It was excellent and still is. Quality diverse products. In this hotel, you can actually not gain weight thanks to the wide choice of dishes. And you can have breakfast without taking any egg dishes for a week. Excellent desserts. No cooking on the street (grilling during dinner), which is pleasing to the eye - the entire kitchen is hidden from the guests' view. There is no gazelle either. 2. Service. Guests are treated with care. At the same time, there is no intrusiveness - no unnecessary conversations with guests, baby-talk with children - everything is restrained and dignified. A message comes to WhatsApp about the dinner theme (for example, today is Mexican cuisine, and that's it - no wandering animators in sombreros). 3. Alcohol. Wide range of imported alcohol. In the bars, they will prepare any cocktail you want, only the main ones are listed on the menu. 4. Territory. Ergonomic and compact. Both the evening and daytime relaxation areas are nice. 5. There are always free seats. This applies to sunbeds in any relaxation area at any time, as well as tables in the restaurant, and tables/sofas on the verandas in the evenings. There are no queues anywhere. The pool is free, no one pushes you, the same goes for the sea. 6. The sea. Blue flag beach. The shore is typical, like everywhere in Kemer. Entry is convenient from the pier, there are steps into the water so you don't have to walk on pebbles. 7. Facilities for people with disabilities/limited mobility are well thought out. There are many elderly vacationers, people with mobility aids. There are steps to all the pools for them, special devices for entering the pools and the sea, separate sunbeds. Access to any location. 8. Sports. Many different activities. The hotel is located on the main street in Kemer, which is very convenient for a daily run. Many people go for a run. Bicycles are available for rent. 9. Indoor pool. The only pool that has not been renovated, but it is not a drawback. It is conveniently located, large, has cool water, no people, the possibility to hide from the heat. And it's very pleasant to dive in after the sauna. Now let's talk about the negatives. 1. The interior looks tired. The rooms are still in order, but the bathrooms are already worn out: worn-out faucets, sloppy joints between different surfaces (for example, painted walls and stone shelf with sink) - it looks untidy. The bathrooms lack forced ventilation - after taking a shower, we had to leave the bathroom door open. There is a musty smell, which applies to public bathrooms and the sauna/hammam in the spa. 2. Spa. Indecent cost for a standard mediocre program. Scrub-foam-oil costs $8. 3. A la carte restaurants. Total disappointment (evaluating the seafood and Italian ones). Great locations, lots of waiters, important managers, beautiful presentation, but absolutely tasteless: overcooked tuna with the taste of pink salmon, a salad with burrata - a bag of burrata taken out of the package and served without anything else, cannot enjoy the taste of carpaccio or even determine it - there is about 8 grams of it on the plate… I assume that Asian cuisine might also be tasteless from the display of rolls in the main restaurant during the Asian theme dinner (just an assumption). However, Saffron - the Turkish a la carte restaurant, might be good since it is their native cuisine (also just an assumption). I cannot evaluate the shows and children's entertainment. Although indirectly - there is no irritation from screaming children, apparently they have something to do. I recommend this hotel for couples, families with teenagers, and the elderly. I would choose a large club hotel for families with children, as it might be a bit boring for young people. The hotel maintains a high level, for which I am very grateful to the staff and management.

A group of four friends and I went on vacation in April 223. It's been four days, and I can't seem to get back into the swing of work because everything was so great, comfortable, and relaxing. The hotel is magnificent, the food is excellent (five stars plus), and the room is perfect (minibar, tea, coffee, iron, ironing board, toiletries, all in the room). The sea is gorgeous. The grounds are small, but everything is well-organized, functional, and clean (cleaning is top-notch everywhere), and the cherry on top is the entertainment. Alexander and Elena, you're amazing! You're professionals in your field, and I never thought entertainment could be so enjoyable. You manage to get people in the vacation mood (even though we weren't very active, seeing your work fills us with positivity). Thank you so much. I highly recommend this hotel to all friends and colleagues. You won't regret it.

This was our honeymoon week at this hotel. The hotel is definitely tired, but clean and cozy for a peaceful vacation. The room cleaning service is good. The room has everything for the comfort of the guests - a toothbrush set, a shaving kit, cosmetics, a hairdryer, slippers, very soft bathrobes, an iron, an ironing board. The minibar is excellent - water, lemonades, beer, juices. Tea set. But this is the standard for this hotel chain, everything is excellent here ㉍. The hotel itself is not big, but if you want to spend a quiet time by the pool or at the beach, this is the place to go. There are enough bars for the hotel and the alcohol and cocktails are very good everywhere. There are no problems with food in the hotel either. In the main restaurant, there are more than enough seats both outdoors and indoors. And there are no queues for food, which pleasantly surprised me. There are also 2 other restaurants on the territory that work à la carte (from the menu), and the dishes we tried were delicious and served very quickly. There is ice cream, they scoop it and also serve it individually. There is comfortable furniture in the lobby where you can enjoy excellent cocktails. I can't say anything about the kids' club, we were without children. But they took care of the kids and there were entertainment activities for them both during the day and in the evening. We love Kemer and will definitely return to the city, but I don't know if we will return to this hotel (it will depend on its price). In any case, the vacation was wonderful 💗.

The hotel captivates you and makes you want to come back again and again. It was an amazing hotel that I wanted to return to. We arrived on April 16, on my birthday, and it was one of the best birthdays. We were offered a room with a view of the pool and the sea, even though we had booked a land view, possibly because of my birthday, but it was very nice. We immediately made a reservation at the seafood a la carte restaurant for that evening. The service was excellent, and they congratulated me with a cake and candles, which was very nice. The food was deliciously prepared, and this applies to all the restaurants and cafes. The food and drinks were all of high quality. The restaurant selection is amazing, as has been written about many times. The waiters are tactful and always on time. Everything is clean and sparkling. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, thanks to our chambermaid. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the sheets were changed more often than necessary. The service in the bars was fast and tactful. A huge thank you to the animators at the kids' club, Narmine, Melisa, and Fatih - my daughter did not want to leave the mini club at all. They always smile and are happy to see all the children. The kids adore you. My daughter cried when it was time to leave. The evening shows and entertainment, as well as live music and vocals in the lobby, and interesting shows on the main stage, are all available for those who want to relax. Alexander and Elena are always friendly and active - you want to learn how to dance with them again and again. It was very easy and simple to learn belly dancing with Elena and tango and salsa dancing with Alexander. They always support any topic of conversation. Throughout the day, there are many activities for everyone's taste. The staff is the highlight of the hotel - one big family that makes the guests' stay comfortable and memorable. Everyone is very friendly and ready to help with any problem. We returned almost a day ago, but we already miss it. I hope we will see each other again soon. Thank you for your work.

An excellent hotel in every aspect! The territory is very beautiful and well maintained, the staff is attentive and polite, the food is delicious and diverse. The waiters are prompt and the animation team, especially Nika, Sasha, Superman, and many others, charge with their positivity. Bartender Habib is a virtuoso and a master of his craft. Thank you to everyone.

Excellent hotel for families with children and couples looking for a peaceful retreat. Impeccable service and attentive staff. The dining options are top-notch with a wide variety of delicious and high-quality dishes. The pebble beach is very clean with turquoise waters. The cleanliness and order are constantly maintained. There are always available sun loungers on the beach and by the pools. The animation team offers a range of activities throughout the day, including yoga, pilates, aqua aerobics, water biking, dancing, volleyball, bocce, and much more. In the evenings, there are shows with invited artists. The lobby features live music every night. Flawless hotel. Highly recommend. Can't wait to come back.

1. The hotel is in a great location. You can take a walk in the city in the evenings and do some shopping. 2. The hotel service is excellent, except for the waiters in the a-la-carte restaurants (they are not attentive to guests). 3. The food is very diverse, and most importantly, everything is very delicious. But if you are someone who piles up 5 plates of food, you will get bored quickly and say that it is monotonous! 4. The alcohol is of high quality, and the variety is very wide. 5. The beach and pool are top-notch, there is plenty of space even with only 1% hotel occupancy. 6. The hammam and saunas are excellent. 7. The entertainers are not pushy, and the evening shows are good. The hotel is truly of a very high standard!

Arrival and accommodation: Arrival on May 31st at 8 am according to the schedule. We had individual transfer and arrived at the hotel by 1 pm. When asked if early check-in or a guest room is possible, we were refused! We had to wait for the check-in until exactly 1:59 pm (a huge negative right away!) Room: Room 1325 with a partial view of the sea, on the 3rd floor with a view of the Hilton hotel. The mattresses are orthopedic, but the beds are only 1.5 meters (hotels of this level usually have beds of 2 meters or more). Cleaning is done regularly, and the mini-bar is restocked as standard (no complaints). Territory: There is no territory in the hotel! None at all! It's just the hotel-pool-restaurant-cafe-bar-beach-toilet-room and back! This hotel is for those who eat, sleep, and sit! Restaurants: The buffet has a wide selection (5-, for service). Beach: You have to occupy good spots from 6 to 7 am, after that it's a problem, but you will always find a place, although the hotel is "for lazy and overweight" guests, with 90-95% occupancy. This hotel is not suitable for active vacationers! Beach bars: No problems, any alcohol from 1 pm to 12 am (if you need alcohol earlier, the bar at the reception opens at 8 am, where you can take any bottled beer without limitations or drink it on the spot). Lunch during the day: The pizzeria restaurant is not bad, with quality pizza from a wood-fired oven and pide. Plus, you can order any alcohol from the bar and have it delivered. They also offer fruits like strawberries, cherries, apricots, pears, watermelons, melons, etc. Dress code: The hotel is casual, no dress code is followed anywhere or by anyone! Guests: Germans, French, 3% from Moscow, Kazakhstanis, etc. When we left, the guests changed to people from Surgut, Tagil, and everything related to that! Checkout: We were asked to vacate the room by 12 pm and were provided with a guest room until 6 pm for 85 euros (the room was poor and without a balcony, not worth the money). Infrastructure: The hotel is not in the city center. It's a 2-minute walk to the center, which is like a gathering of shops with inflated prices and dirt everywhere, unsanitary conditions! It's worth seeing once, so you don't leave the hotel anymore! SUMMARY: The hotel has no territory, it's for those who just want to eat, sleep, and drink in a loop! It's like Groundhog Day, 24 hours! Everything gets boring quickly!

Good day to everyone, we were in Barut at the end of May! This is not our first time in Turkey, we have always stayed at different hotels, but for the first time we wanted to come back to Kemer Barut again! The hotel is simply wonderful! I recommend it! Wi-Fi throughout the area, even in the sea! The drinks are very high quality! The food is varied! There is entertainment all day, you won't be bored. Thank you for the vacation!

We stayed from May 3rd to June 6th. We were a group of 5 people: my spouse and I, my mother, and our two children aged 7 years and 1 month. We flew from Tyumen on a direct AnadoluJet flight (a low-cost Turkish Airlines carrier). Since one of our children is considered an infant, we requested a bassinet during check-in and it was provided to us on board. As a result, we had seats at the front of the plane. The flight lasted around 6 hours and snacks were served. On the return flight, we also had first-row seats and a bassinet. Upon arrival in Antalya, we were greeted by an express transfer, rather than a group transfer. This was a pleasant surprise! We comfortably reached the hotel from the airport in about an hour. We also returned to the airport using the express transfer. We were warmly welcomed at the hotel, and the staff helped us with our luggage and took it to our room. It was impressive to have a special room where we could shower and dry our hair. There were clean large towels and lockers for personal belongings, which we could use for free, even after checking out of our room. We were assigned our room, Superior BL4 (219), after breakfast. The windows faced the neighboring hotel, and it was a bit noisy at night due to the exhaust fans. However, what bothered us more was the blue lighting of the hotel that flashed in the evenings. The room had everything we needed: slippers, bathrobes, toiletries, small and large towels. The mini-bar was restocked daily with water, packaged juices, canned beer, soda, milk, mineral water, peanuts, wafers, biscuits, tea, coffee, and sugar. We were also provided with a baby kit upon check-in, which included a bathtub, a potty, disposable bibs, a bottle warmer, a high chair, a baby soap set, and a baby monitor (although we did not use it). The room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed. If we needed clean towels during the day, we could request them from the housekeeping staff. The restaurant deserves a huge thanks to the team of chefs for the delicious and luxurious dishes. Every time we entered the restaurant, our eyes were amazed by the abundance of tasty food. Everything was appetizingly and qualitatively prepared. For breakfast, there were scrambled eggs, omelettes, boiled eggs, sausages, vegetables, beans, 2 types of porridge, vegetable, meat, fish, and cheese platters. There were also cereals, dried fruits, nuts, honey, jam in glass jars and self-serve, yogurts, fruits, and pastries. They also offered sparkling wine or cider. For lunch and dinner, there were various vegetables, herbs, olives, sausages, cheese, and fish platters. They served fried and stewed turkey, chicken, lamb leg, beef, liver, fish (even sea-bass), langoustines, mussels, sushi rolls, marinated mushrooms, vegetarian options, mashed potatoes, French fries, lasagna, rice, ravioli, pureed soups, and sauces. I haven't listed everything, but there was a lot, and I couldn't remember it all. The fruits available were strawberries, cherries, sliced watermelon, melon, oranges, grapefruit, bananas, quince, plums, and apricots. The desserts were amazingly delicious. The dishes and cutlery were clean. Disposable moist napkins with the hotel's name were provided on the tables, and the tables were cleaned and disinfected after each visitor. I was delighted to find Hipp baby puree (vegetable, fruit, and yogurt) in glass jars, milk and milkshakes in tetra packs, and yogurts. We only dined at the Olive restaurant with its à la carte menu. The food there was also delicious, but alcohol was not included. The hotel's territory is not big, but it is also not small. It didn't feel overcrowded, although we were told that the hotel was almost 98% full. I purposely chose a pebble beach. My older daughter and her husband could comfortably enter the sea without special footwear, even though there were small stones. I liked swimming off the pier, and the sea was warm. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it! We will definitely come here again. It was one of the best vacations that I remember with positive emotions! I also want to express my gratitude to Yula and Denis, who helped us with all our questions. Thank you for reading until the end.

We stayed at the hotel in early November. We came to celebrate our pearl wedding anniversary. We were greeted with a gift at the reception and given a room with all the amenities, champagne, and sweets. We were delighted, we liked everything and everyone! The weather, nature, mountains, sea, staff, food, drinks, cleanliness, entertainment - it was all fantastic! Special thanks to animators Lena and Sasha for their communication and their work, and to the other guys too. The DJ was great and fulfilled all our wishes. We never stay at the same hotel twice, but we want to come back here - it's love! We wish you prosperity and excellent renovations. We hope to see you soon, thank you very much to everyone at the hotel for our wonderful vacation.

The hotel lives up to its stars by 1%. Bar: For those who love imported alcohol, it is in abundance here 24/7, and it's free. Even the coolest store and duty-free can envy the variety. Whiskey, cognac, brandy, liqueurs, Sheridan's, Baileys, vodka, Malibu, and more. The bartenders, at the street bars, are like squirrels on a wheel. They manage to catch everyone's attention. Quickly make a cocktail, pour your favorite coffee, tea, juice. Anything you want. Special thanks to Habib. He made the most delicious cocktails. Guessing who wants it stronger and who wants it light. Food: Food available 24/7. You will never go hungry. Even late at night. Breakfast from 7 to 11:30. Lunch in the main restaurant from 12 to 2:30. Lunch in the poolside restaurant from the menu from 12 to 4. It's a huge amount of food. Simply unrealistically huge and diverse. Snacks like waffles, pancakes, pizza from 4 to 6. Ice cream, seasonal fruits from 12 to 6. Dinner from 7 to 9:30. Late-night menu from 9:30 to 7. As you can see, food is everywhere, very tasty and plentiful. A la carte: There have been better ones. But that's in comparison. Otherwise, everything is worthy and tasty. We went to Olive and Fish. Pools: 3 main pools, with 3 slides. And one heated pool in the spa. Beach towels can be exchanged without any problems once during the day. Waiters work by the pools. The guys ride roller skates and will instantly bring you anything you ask for: cocktail, tea, coffee. In general, any drinks. Free SPA: Wet hammam. Dry hammam. Sauna. Paid: Massages and beauty treatments. Free entertainment: Billiards, table tennis, darts, rifle shooting, and more. Paid: Bowling, children's arcade games, bicycles. Staff: Amazing. No forced smiles, everyone is very friendly and polite despite the 1% occupancy. The attitude towards all nationalities is the same. And everyone praises their boss. The entire staff does everything possible to ensure your vacation is not disrupted. 9% of the staff speak Russian very well, despite 8% of English-speaking tourists in the hotel. Bathroom: As expected from a 5*. However, it's better to bring your own favorite shampoo and conditioner. They are not very good at the hotel. There are no toothpaste, toothbrushes, or razors. Everything else is excellent. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, even on the seaside pier. And it is of excellent quality. The TV shows several programs in Russian. The animators strive to entertain with sports activities throughout the day. Every evening from 9:30, there are various animation programs, live music, and outdoor discos. All entertainment ends at 12 midnight. Currency: Cash in dollars or euros is better. But there are shops that accept the Mir card (I have Tinkoff), but there are few of them. It is possible to withdraw dollars and euros at state banks and ATMs. Mir card works without any problems in duty-free. You can pay with rubles, but the exchange rate from rubles to lira may not be very advantageous. In general, you can make a purchase with any currency. We have been to Turkey many times. We have something to compare. Thanks to the hotel management for the quality of services. Everything is of the highest level.

We had a family vacation from June 27th to July 1st, 222, and this was our fourth time at this hotel. Guests return here year after year - a testament to its quality! Barut Kemer is a hotel where from the very first minute to the end of your stay, you feel like a valued guest. A big thank you to the hotel management for organizing the staff to work at the highest level, for the excellent service, impeccable cleanliness, and comfort. The service is top-notch, despite the hotel being fully booked. Special thanks for arranging the meeting and the attention of manager Emre, for his instant resolution of any question or request. The staff is always ready to help and take care of you. They do more than just their job! We were invited to the cocktail management event, which takes place on the balcony of the 4th floor every Wednesday. It was a great opportunity to interact with hotel managers and regular guests. The reception was fast, efficient, and responsive. They consider every request regarding the room and always try to help. The restaurant is large and divided into zones, with plenty of waiters who are fast, attentive, and friendly. There is a great variety of dishes and excellent quality of food. We particularly enjoyed the Italian and seafood à la carte. Big thanks to Enizhan for the fantastic dinner and warm welcome. Thanks to the animation team. There is something for everyone here! You won't be bored. The evening shows are excellent, and there are plenty of activities for all ages. For children, it's simply paradise - an amazing kids' club. Our child was ready to spend the whole day and night there: endless games, masterclasses, entertainment, and care. Olechka, Fhatih, Melissa - thank you all for your tremendous work, for the warmth you bring to the children, for your smiles, kind words, and kind hearts. Adult animation. Thank you for your professionalism, genuine positivity, and great mood every day. You will have a lot of fun, as only here you will receive professional dance lessons from Sasha, play crazy golf with animation chief Apoli, and Nika and Lena will lead cool yoga and Pilates classes. All these guys have a huge heart and will find time for a chat. A special thank you to everyone involved for the fantastic celebration for our daughter Arina's birthday. She still tells her friends and family that it was the best day ever!!! Barut - thank you for a wonderful vacation, kindness, smiles, hospitality, and the people who made this trip even brighter. Warm memories of our time in our most beloved hotel still warm our souls. Until we meet again!

We regularly go to Turkey for vacation in the fall. This is our second time in Kemer. We are staying at the "Barut" hotel for the second time. In my opinion, this hotel is the best among all the hotels I have stayed at before. It is a city-type hotel with a small, cozy, and comfortable area for relaxation. The beach is excellent. The hotel guests consist of 5% Russian speakers, 5% foreigners (Germans, English, Turks, Poles, etc.), and the age range is 4+. There are four à la carte restaurants which can be visited for free by making reservations through the hotel's application. I especially liked the "Ocean" restaurant. Everything was great: the check-in process, the accommodation service, the food in the hotel, and the work of the entertainment team, cleaners, restaurant staff, and bartenders! I particularly want to mention the work of the entertainment team.

Turkey is a very hospitable country, offering a huge selection of hotels for every taste and budget. Kemer Barut Collection is unparalleled. We first visited it during the pandemic in 2022 and it captivated us forever. This is what love at first sight looks like. We arrived on November 4th for two long-awaited and unforgettable weeks of vacation. We wanted a peaceful, quiet, and worthy vacation with the sea, sun, mountains, pine trees on the shore, and healthy food. For those who coincide with us, Barut is the place to be. All hotel staff leave a very pleasant impression. The reception and guest relations departments work efficiently and quickly. They immediately told us, "Welcome to your second home!" And it turned out to be true! The room was wonderful: clean, spacious, beautiful with fluffy white linens and bathrobes. The bed was very comfortable with a soft blanket. Toiletries, toothpaste sets, toothbrushes, sponges, shaving kits, everything was provided by default. A huge thanks to our housekeeper. She was fast, efficient, and cheerful. Unfortunately, we couldn't remember her Turkish name. She cleaned room 1118, where we stayed. The hotel is spacious and airy. There's plenty of everything. No one is crowded anywhere. There are many employees, nimble waiters, assistants, fast, polite, and attentive staff, and a magical invisible kitchen... The cuisine is a separate conversation. The food at Barut is a special kind of art. We couldn't even try half of the dishes prepared during our 2-week stay. In the morning, there were 17 types of cheese, we counted. And that's not all, as other varieties appeared during lunch and dinner. Red fish, clotted cream, honey (several types), various extraordinary cuts, liver pate, 4 types of freshly squeezed juices, natural yogurts with lots of additives, porridge, eggs (4 types), fruits, nuts, dried fruits, olives, vegetables in different forms, an abundance of salads and dressings for them. The bread, pastries, and desserts are truly a work of art. There are no words to describe it. The service speed is astronomical everywhere. The waiters are excellent, they remember you and your preferences immediately. They speak Russian. Shrimp, mussels, octopus, calamari, a large selection of fish in various variations. And separate dietary dishes. All kinds of meat that exist in nature: fried, grilled, dried, smoked, stewed. Same with vegetables. We were a little scared to go back home - how will we eat after such a royal cuisine? There's a wide range of imported alcohol and cocktails available at any time of day. In the evenings, there are children's programs and discos. The beach is magnificent with comfortable loungers and even pillows. The staff's incredible desire to please every guest is noticeable in every detail. And we feel like a royal family, as if we were the most awaited guests in this luxurious celebration of life. Everything is perfectly clean everywhere. The green territory is well-maintained, trimmed, everything is in bloom, and it's November... The air temperature is 25 degrees, and the water is 22-23 degrees. Beautiful climate and weather! And nearby is Kemer, where you can walk among cypresses, eucalyptus, and orange trees... Shops are within walking distance. Thank you, Kemer Barut Collection! You made our vacation unforgettable!

We know and love Barut, having been to almost all of them. I sincerely don't understand why there are such enthusiastic reviews about Barut in Kemer. The city is not far, has everything from rentals to travel agencies. Not a single card worked, neither Mastercard nor Visa, except for Russian banks, but almost everyone has Wi-Fi and a Russian SIM card, so you can make a transfer))) Prices are in dollars=euros, so considering the exchange rate, it's probably better to travel with euros. Pros: Animation saves everything and everyone, but only a small part of it. Sasha, Lena, and Nika, thank you so much! You saved our vacation! The guys are really great. Yoga, Pilates, aqua aerobics, dancing, men participated in all your activities, always a different interesting program, always something new. Actually, there's nothing else to do, so you have to participate in activities. Housekeeping is there, they report everything, nothing is neglected. If something is needed additionally, no problem. We don't check what's under the bed and how much dust there is. The mini-bar is restocked, nothing is forgotten. The iron was brought immediately and quickly after contacting the guest via WhatsApp. Booking requests were taken into account. Our room was on the Orange side, where music was blaring 24/7. With the balcony closed, we slept like babies, so I cannot support the reviews about the lack of soundproofing. Maybe it's not provided in all rooms, I don't know. The staff is reasonable, there is no prioritization based on nationality. The service at the beach bar is truly Barut-like. Wi-Fi is available everywhere and it's good. Evening entertainment. But work needs to be done with the DJ. DJ, even the elderly Europe doesn't dance to your tracks anymore, but you persistently keep playing them. Where did you even find this old stuff? Those who go, bring the DJ a couple of new playlists, otherwise you can go crazy from his music. Cons: The hotel has no grounds, we were prepared for this, but not to such an extent. Narrow strip of beach. The beach is not comfortable at all, with some dirty rag imitating a canopy. It's all crooked, slanted, very narrow, after 3 PM there's no sun on the beach, only on the pier, where the number of people per square centimeter exceeds comfortable levels. No service at the beach, yes, there isn't any, period. You'll have to carry and return the beach towels yourself at the spa, and by the way, you also have to get them there, there are no bins for wet towels, just like there is no distribution of towels near the beach. Heated pool, not heated. Very limited choice of food. It was unexpected to see empty tables for dishes, and the appetizers are simply inedible. Last year, when we were at Barut, we noticed that they started saving on food. I thought it was just my imagination, but it wasn't. The service in the hotel restaurant will not clear the dirty plates from the tables until you specifically ask them to. They will bring a cooler with a bottle of wine, but somehow they don't provide a bottle of champagne. Tables are not always set with napkins and the necessary amount of utensils, and spoons have to be obtained by ourselves. When coming for breakfast/dinner/lunch, you will find a set table, but not cleaned, with crumbs and sauce residues from previous guests. We arrived late, went for a late dinner, and found that there was a menu service with sandwiches in different variations, an omelet, and that's it! Guys, well, this is not Barut's menu. There are guests who can afford to try a dish from the shared container with a common serving utensil, lick it, and put it back. And also men in underpants at lunch in the main restaurant. For some reason, the staff doesn't ask them to dress up, although there is information about the dress code displayed.

I never go back to the same hotel. This is the first one I want to return to. Firstly, the food, service, quality of drinks, and daily fresh items are all superb. The spa complex with the hammam is in full operation. It was amazing to start each day with a dip in the cool pool. The service is top-notch. The food is diverse and very, very delicious. The hotel is perfectly located near the center of beloved Kemer. This will be the first hotel I come back to, especially since I want to see it after the reconstruction.

I really wanted to go to this hotel! The desire coincided with the opportunity, so I went with my daughter for 8 days from September 17th to September 25th! The velvet season was not hot anymore, but the sea was 26-28 degrees. The hotel greeted us warmly, took our suitcases at the reception, and a friendly girl asked if we wanted to eat. Since it was 9 in the morning, she sent us to breakfast! After breakfast, we returned and were pleasantly surprised that they checked us in within 3-4 minutes, just as they promised. By 1 am, we were in our room, quickly changed and our magical vacation began! I don't even know what to write: they don't skimp on food, the choice is sufficient and the quality of the products is commendable! The territory is not big, but very well thought out! Everything is clean and well-maintained! Beach - we sunbathed on the pier, where there is a small bar, which is very convenient. The sunbeds are modern, without a mattress, but comfortable pillows are provided (this is the first time I encounter pillows on the beach in Turkey). Bars - a wide selection of alcoholic beverages! Animation - the animators are great! Everything is provided for children, from food to entertainment! I highly recommend the hotel and will come back myself if given the opportunity!

We stayed at this hotel in early August of this year, in room 169. We have been in the Barut network before, we were in Side and we liked it. This year we chose Kemer. They quickly checked us in before 2pm. But what surprised me was that they did not accompany guests to the room; they just gave us a card and we had to find it ourselves. Our room was tired, without a balcony, and there was nowhere to dry our clothes, with a view of the neighboring hotel. The only plus was that it was quiet. The wallpaper was peeling in some places, the hairdryer was not securely attached, which made it inconvenient to use. But everything we needed was there, from bathrobes and slippers to needles and threads. The cleaning was mediocre. The ashtray was not cleaned for 12 days, not at all! The supply of shampoos was not always replenished. The food in the restaurant was diverse and deliciously prepared. But there was an unpleasant incident: I found a shard of a plate in the prepared food. Fortunately, I did not swallow it or break a tooth. We made a complaint, and as an apology, they sent a bottle of local wine. There was also a piece of plastic in the local ice cream that my husband came across. I don't understand the enthusiastic reviews about the à la carte restaurant: the waiters were running around and didn't know what each person had ordered. The dishes were served from the main restaurant (probably from the previous day). Alcohol from the wine menu was not included. However, there was plenty of alcohol available throughout the hotel. The beach was nice with separate sections for 16+. There were plenty of sunbeds. The beach had small pebbles, and there were stairs to enter the sea. The entertainment was good, with a show every evening. The hotel's tour guide, Lydia from Pegas Touristik, only had the goal of selling excursions. There was no attention or friendliness towards the tourists. She did not greet us in the following days. Is it a small thing? We ordered a photoshoot: one photo as a gift. In the end, the photographer either didn't take or lost half of the photos from our session. Is it a small thing again? When we were leaving, our suitcases were not brought to the transfer. My husband had to carry them himself. Again, it seems like a small thing, but these small things add up. The hotel positions itself as a premium-class establishment, but it falls short. I did not intend to write a negative review, just stating the facts. Perhaps it will help someone make a choice, as this hotel is in a high price category. In conclusion, if you set high standards, you should fully correspond to them to avoid accumulating unpleasant small things that turn into a lot of discomfort.

This was my 12th visit to this hotel, and it says a lot. Yes, being a frequent guest and being recognized and known is important, but let's get to the point. RECEPTION: Friendly with a smile, they promptly solve any issues. Special thanks to Osman, who is in charge of this department. I don't understand the complaints of tourists having to wait until 2 PM for check-in. How else can it be if the hotel is fully booked? I also don't understand the dissatisfaction of those who purchase a room with a view of the surroundings and expect a sea view (remember, the hotel is fully booked). I always purchase a room with a sea view or a suite, so I am always satisfied with my room. ROOMS: Clean, bright, spacious, with good plumbing and amenities. The beds and bedding are incredibly comfortable. I don't know about the daily replenishment of gels, shampoos, etc., as I prefer to bring my own, as I'm used to it. I even bring my own cotton pads)))) So, I have no complaints about the daily replenishment of amenities, as you can understand. CLEANLINESS: I'm satisfied with the room cleaning. If there are any minor flaws, they are not worth mentioning. For example, if you want a towel swan, it's an additional paid service. And rightly so, as it's not included in the ultra concept. The hotel is always clean, no complaints. FOOD: A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE HEAD CHEF for such variety, assortment, and choice of dishes. When people say that the choices are limited, I consider it to be dishonesty and the negativity of a few tourists. If someone doesn't like certain dishes, it doesn't mean that there is a lack of choices. Everything is available, and even more. À LA CARTE: Some tourists wrote that it was impossible to make reservations through the app and/or the guest service. Well, I don't know, I also couldn't make a reservation through the app, but the guest service helped me promptly through WhatsApp, where they found me based on my phone number during check-in. I have no complaints about the service in the à la carte restaurants. It's great that there is a small selection of paid wines, and I even found my own wine on the list. The prices of the wines are very reasonable. RESTAURANT SERVICE: There is always enough space in the main restaurant, and the waiters work quickly and remember you and your preferences. Special thanks to the management team for constantly improving this aspect. And if, for some reason, the waiters are busy, the managers come to help and don't just stand by as spectators. BARS: There is a sufficient choice of both imported (mostly) and local drinks. The bartenders and waiters work promptly, and you don't have to wait long. Yes, there can be sudden rushes, and then you have to wait for about 6-8 minutes. But that's a reasonable waiting time. Special thanks to the bar management team at the beach and lobby bar for not staying idle and quickly assisting the bartenders to make your stay as comfortable as possible. ENTERTAINMENT: What would we do without these positive guys? They are great. They remember everyone right away, and no one forces you to participate in activities. Even me, a lazy person, and the team knows that, but they always find time to approach, exchange a few words, and never let us get bored. Nika, Apoli, Sasha - they are some energizers of positivity, and all the others, I simply don't know their names, and I don't want to offend anyone. A HUGE thank you to Chef Engin, who leads and manages the entertainment team and organizes interesting and entertaining shows. TERRITORY AND FACILITIES: Yes, it's small, but everything is rational and well-planned. BEACH: The sea is very clean, and the beach is well-maintained. There are always enough sunbeds, even though some tourists occupy them with towels and don't show up for 3-6 hours. SPA: Despite my sedentary job and lazy lifestyle, the girl from Indonesia was able to turn me into a gymnast in just 5 sessions. I highly recommend it. GENERAL MANAGER: He sees everything, notices everything, and controls everything. He is a friendly and very pleasant person. He is always at work. When does he rest? It remains a mystery. I am very grateful to the entire team, from the General Manager to the middle and upper managers, as well as the staff members for their hard work, which makes our vacation impeccable, comfortable, and memorable. Regarding some not-so-positive reviews, saying that the territory is small, the hotel is boring, etc., I often tell tourists to read the information about the hotel. Nowhere is it stated that the territory is over 1 square meter (it's only 3 square meters), and the hotel doesn't position itself as a youth-oriented hotel (of course, young girls without a partner might find it boring here). Once again, I say thank you to Kemer Barut for the wonderful vacation and service. See you in 2023, for my 13th visit. Many people ask me why I always choose this hotel, if I'm not tired of it. Well, it's because everything suits me here. The staff is fantastic, and the service is excellent.

Hello. I would like to start with the positives, but there is a huge negative that our guide simply left without us at the airport. My husband, child, and I had arrived at the reception in advance, but there was no bus. We approached the reception multiple times every 5-10 minutes, and they assured us that "everything is fine, a delay of +/- 1 minute is normal." However, after 4 minutes, we managed to reach the guide on the phone, and he said, "Oh, we left without you. Another family got on the bus, but wait a little longer, the bus will turn around and come back." There was a silent pause. We had 1 hour and 1 minute until our flight departure and a 5-minute drive to the airport. We took a taxi for $5, arrived on our own, and encountered huge lines at the airport. We rushed through everything and barely made it to the plane. In Moscow, Tui said, "Sorry, go to *," and the hotel had a similar response. When I suggested checking the surveillance cameras to confirm that we had been at the reception earlier and had approached multiple times with transfer questions, they replied with something like, "Well, the guide said that the bus will turn around and then come back for you." This moment greatly tarnished the impression, leaving a lingering feeling that while you spend money at the hotel, you are a guest, but once you leave, you are nobody, and no one cares about you. As for the food, drinks, and the area, there were no complaints. Everything was good.

We were there from July 3rd to 14th. Lovely hotel! Room 1243 was great, with a view of the sea and mountains, but a bit noisy from Hilton. The room had everything we needed. The food was excellent, everyone could find something to their liking, diverse and delicious! The beach was clean and nice. Housekeeping gets a 5 with a minus, I think they could have done a better job considering the level of the hotel, but that's a minor detail. There are evening shows, live music, and the animation team is doing their best. Well done! To the left of the hotel, there are many benches, and Kemer center is just a minute's walk away. In short, we want to come back! Barut, thank you for a wonderful vacation. You guys are great!

Here, finally, after several years, we have returned to Turkey and, of course, to our beloved Barut. Despite the difficult period during the pandemic (and even now, everything is not easy), Barut is still on top. The service has not only not deteriorated, but has even become better. But let's go in order. We spent 2 weeks from September 1st, just me and my husband. We flew with Pegasus. I definitely would not recommend it. It is a budget Turkish airline. The seats do not recline (very uncomfortable at night), the legroom is very small, and for water, you have to pay 2 euros for half a glass. But these are minor things that you just have to bear for 4.5 hours. We had a private transfer. Sun&Fun company. What I didn't like was that upon arrival, they just marked us, told us the number of the minibus, and waved their hand towards the parking lot, as if to say, "you'll find it there." Now imagine a huge field with hundreds of buses, minibusses, and other vehicles. My husband walked under the scorching sun for about a minute, then came back, not in a good mood, and asked firmly to be escorted. Only after that did the representative of the company finally take us to the location of our transport. We arrived in about 35 minutes. And here it is, Barut! We arrived early, around 1-3 am, and we were warmly greeted. The formalities took only a few minutes. Yes, the hotel is full, so check-in is rarely earlier than the appointed time (14:00). But Barut has everything so that guests do not feel neglected. A huge room with luggage storage, showers, and a resting area for guests who don't have a room yet. From the moment you enter the hotel, you are a full-fledged guest and can use all the services. It's very nice that at Barut, they don't put those awful bracelets on you. The security remembers you when you leave the hotel! When you re-enter, they just smile at you, without asking for anything. A couple of times we saw that they stopped curious people who wanted to "just take a look" from the sea side as well as from the city side. I want to point out that the hotel is practically in the city center, and its territory is small. When people write that this is a disadvantage, I, first, don't understand where they were looking when choosing a hotel, and second, I consider it an advantage. If you want Beach. I can't say that there are many sun loungers, but even we, lazy ones, crawling to the beach at 9-1 in the morning, always found available spots. It is very strange, but towels were lying on almost all sun loungers, and we sometimes didn't even see half of the people who owned those towels. Who are these people and why were they occupying the spots without using them is unknown to us. On the beach, we also preferred the 16+ zone. It was located a bit further from the sea, but there was always a breeze and shade, which we liked very much. And yes, there were also roller-skating waiters there (just like at all the pools), who delivered refreshing drinks with incredible speed. The waiter fulfilled any of your wishes, carefully noting what drink you wanted, what it was made of, and then disappeared. After a short while, he would return with a tray and glasses, sparkling temptingly with ice cubes. Occasionally, a taxi-bar would be brought to the beach - a cart with ice, where perspiring bottles of various beers were chilling. The sea is crystal clear. The entrance from the shore, like in the whole of Kemer, is not so great. Pebbles. But from the pier, there are 4 stairs that lead directly into the embrace of turquoise silk. On the pier, there is a nice addition: a container with leftover bread for the fish. Those who want can feed the fish, of which there are plenty, ranging from small to large. The largest fish we saw was about 7-8 centimeters long. By the way, about the leftovers. Please, don't take more than you can eat, it's better to visit the buffet three times, even if just once. It's unpleasant to see mountains of uneaten food left on plates. You shouldn't treat food and the effort of the people who prepared it this way. I couldn't resist using the SPA. The administrator Gulya was always smiling, ready to chat and uplift your mood. Sometimes she would interact with guests on the beach, but she never forced a massage on anyone, she simply explained that there was such a service, and it was up to you whether to use it or not. The SPA had Balinese massage therapists. These petite, agile girls with very strong hands rid you of all worries, and for an hour or an hour and a half, you float away into another world, returning completely refreshed. Pleasant atmosphere, relaxing music, you determine the degree and intensity of the massage yourself, and you can add hot stones. A package of 5 massages was quite reasonable in terms of price, and for the first session, you received a half-hour peeling and foamy soap as a gift. I, from my side, highly recommend it. Very pleasant crowd. In the first week, it was mostly English-speaking guests (about 75%), and in the second week, there were more Russian-speaking and German-speaking guests. There were also a few Kazakhs and Turks. There weren't many children, and well-organized 16+ zones saved those who weren't ready to be entertained by every little noise. We met people from different cities: Misha, Anya, greetings to Moscow; Natasha, Lena, greetings to Chelyabinsk; Lena, Igor, you deserve all the respect and admiration, greetings to St. Petersburg. You are all wonderful, we had a great time with you, and I really hope we'll meet again, preferably in Barut! And the songs we sang in karaoke, "A Shot of Vodka" and "I Don't Believe You," I hope they will be remembered for a long time. On the last day of our stay, we requested to extend our room until 17-3. I repeat, the hotel is in high demand. Our room was already booked, but we were offered an alternative: the exact same room on a higher floor, facing the Orange hotel. Many complained that it was noisy there, but we didn't notice it, especially with the windows closed, it was completely quiet. Mostly, Orange is noisy on the beach, where their music really drowns everything, and this tinkling sometimes becomes annoying. Of course, we didn't want to move twice, but we decided that it was better than staying in the guest room. Moreover, the price for guests who have stayed in Barut before was slightly lower. We quickly moved and rushed to the sea to catch the last salty splashes and absorb the warm rays of the gentle sun this season. We ordered fast track at the airport. It is a service for fast check-in and passport control. You can get it from the hotel guide. It is not cheap. We found out that it costs even more at the airport. It also includes access to the VIP lounge. We arrived 3.5 hours before the flight. The traffic was insane. We traveled for 1 hour and 4 minutes! It's a good thing we had this fast track. By the way, the service in Turkey is very pleasant: the representative of the tour company hands you over to an airport employee who literally leads you by the hand through all the procedures at an incredible speed, seats you in a soft chair in the VIP lounge, makes sure that everything is good with you, that you have an internet connection and a cup of coffee, and only then leaves for the next lucky person. A little bit about finances. Starting from the second week of our stay, MIR cards were no longer accepted. Cash was welcomed, just like before. You can exchange rubles for lira at a rate of 4:1 in exchange offices, and some shops accepted rubles at a rate of 5:1. The exchange rate from dollar/euro to lira was 1:17. In conclusion, after this long text, I would like to give some advice. Barut is not the cheapest hotel, but by saving 15% of the cost, you will never get such service, such a vacation, and such wonderful memories of a beautifully spent time. Barut, you are the best! Thank you!

We stayed at Barut Kemer with 3 couples (one couple with a child under 1 year old). The hotel is great! Everything is good, except for the noise!! The "neighboring" hotels were very loud. The music was blasting all day until night. If it's not a problem for someone, then I recommend it! I think there won't be any disappointments!! Everything is well thought out for kids, the hotel is great in this aspect. The food is very delicious, good drinks, beach, sea! Basically, everything we want for a vacation!! Thank you! I don't know if we will come back to it? If the room was quieter (we had a sea view), then probably "yes", but if it's like being in a music box.. no.

Regarding the service, food and drinks, there are no issues with the quality, and I won't repeat the previous reviews. However, the persistent merchants who sell leather, fur, jewelry, counterfeit bags, and other items really spoil the experience and relaxation. Why do you let them in??? Do you seriously think tourists want this? Aladdin and the woman from Bashkiria, who, as I understood, have a leather and fur shop on the third floor of this hotel, particularly annoyed us. They roam the beach and hotel grounds like vultures, looking for victims... It's disgusting. Even after we politely spoke to them and made it clear that we were not interested in their products, they still didn't lose hope of scamming us and kept approaching us repeatedly, until my husband firmly explained that we were not their clients... This theme and trend passed a long time ago, and when I saw the assortment in the leather fur store, with a name like TIGER, I laughed for a long time. Acid-colored coats, complete tastelessness, it's horrible. No sane person would buy and wear them. This massage lady was also very officious, attacking us every day... We went to 3 a la carte restaurants. We didn't like the fish restaurant, it took a long time and the food wasn't tasty. They served the same fish that is available every day in the main restaurant. We liked the Turkish and Italian restaurants! We ordered a bottle of wine with dinner in each restaurant (alcohol is not included) and every time we wanted to pay immediately, but they told us no, only a signature is needed, pay later at the reception. On the last day, we came to the reception and were confident that we would pay with a card, but it turned out that the MIR card doesn't work at the reception!!! It works at their minimarket near the restaurant, at the pharmacy, at the duty-free, in many other stores, but for some reason it doesn't work at the hotel, and nobody warns about it... Especially considering that only 5% of the hotel guests are Russians... We didn't have enough cash, and the nearest Eniz Bahk ATMs for some reason didn't dispense money. At the reception, they didn't offer me any options for a long time, and said that we don't speak Russian well... and that's it... They said I should've checked in advance if the MIR card works or not, or ask my tour operator. But couldn't they warn us during check-in? It was late in the evening, we had a night flight, we needed to pack our suitcases, but instead, I had to deal with this issue, run around ATMs and get nervous. Eventually, through a translator, they called a driver who took me to a Ziraat bank in the center, where I was able to withdraw cash and pay, but it was an unpleasant situation and left a sour taste...

We spent a week in late June at the Kemer Barut hotel, our first time visiting this hotel chain, and overall we were satisfied. We flew with Aeroflot and purchased the tour from Biblio Globus. We were happy with the flight, as the plane was fresh and the journey was comfortable. The transfer from the airport could have been better, especially on the return trip, as the air conditioning was not functioning well and we nearly suffered from the heat. Now about the hotel. Upon check-in, we received a gift in the room consisting of wine and sweets, which was pleasant. We also received a beach towel bag as a gift, which was very convenient. Among the things we liked were the excellent food and drinks, fast service in the restaurants, and very friendly staff. Everyone was welcoming. Despite the small territory, we were never bored as the animation team did an excellent job. There was plenty to do during the day and in the evening. The beach area was also very nice for a city hotel, we sunbathed on the pier, by the sea, and in the 16+ area (unfortunately, some of our compatriots violate the 16+ rule and bring children to this area, which surprises me...). The room was decent, but I do not recommend choosing a view of the Orange County as it is noisy and the view may be of technical buildings. Among the drawbacks, the housekeeper did not always provide the necessary items in the room. For example, there might be plenty of shampoo but no conditioner, and so on. However, these minor issues were quickly resolved and not critical. Another disappointment was the difficulty of making reservations at the à la carte restaurant. We tried using the app but it seemed that all slots were full. We approached a girl, she informed us that indeed all seats were reserved, and we would be added to the waiting list. Unfortunately, our expectations in this matter were not fulfilled. Since it was my 5th anniversary, we had planned to celebrate in a more festive atmosphere, but unfortunately, it did not work out. Overall, it is a good hotel with quality food, entertainment, and staff, which is why we would come back despite some shortcomings.

I stayed alone at this hotel from October 19th to 28th. This is my second visit to the hotel, the first one was in 2017 when I stayed with my son. It's my 8th time in Turkey, and we always stay in good hotels, but this one is the BEST. The hotel is very well thought out and every detail is taken care of. Despite the hotel being full, I rarely rode the elevator alone, which goes to show how well everything is organized and there are no crowds anywhere. The room has absolutely everything you need, including beach bags (I still have my first bag from 3 years ago). The kitchen, waitstaff, entertainment, and reception staff are all top-notch, and the entire hotel staff deserves the highest praise. Everything is clean and well-maintained. The leisure activities are very well-organized, and everyone can choose activities according to their preferences. For the first few days, I didn't even feel like leaving the hotel grounds. I want to express my immense gratitude for the wonderful stay, and I will definitely come back again!

Super soulful trip in early November. We love the Barut chain, and their branch in Kemer really pleased us. As for the accommodation, the hotel rooms were super spacious, bright, and fully renovated. I slept like a baby, which is always a good sign. The hotel itself needs some renovation in public areas, but it's just minor details, especially considering that it will be fully renovated next year. The food was very good, diverse, and delicious. It had the perfect balance of price and quality for a good 5-star hotel. The Turkish a la carte restaurant was a bit disappointing, and for this reason, we didn't try other restaurants mainly because of the service. The food was good, but there was no atmosphere. I think they will work on this and improve. The service in the entire hotel was excellent. You can notice it from the first steps, during your stay, and during the cleaning. All the staff members were very friendly and pleasant. The bars were great, and the staff there were superb. The sea was amazing in November. Recently, it has become my favorite time to visit as it's comfortably cool, there's no heat, and swimming is enjoyable. Not to mention, the prices are great as well. I want to highlight the work of the animation team. This is one of the few hotels where you are treated as the most valuable guests, and you feel like you've known them for ages. There are constantly activities, sports, games, competitions, shows, live music both in the lobby and outside. It's all very subtle and done with a lot of love for each hotel guest. A big thank you to Alexander and Elena from the animation team, with whom we felt at home in the Barut family. And of course, thank you to the rest of the animation team for the pleasant emotions we received during our week of relaxation. We will gladly return to the renovated hotel next year. In the end, it turned out to be a unexpectedly enjoyable trip at the end of the season with all the advantages and opportunities of Barut hotels. See you soon!

Flew with the operator "Koral" and landed in a heavy downpour. Despite that, the bus that was supposed to pick us up turned out to be the last one in the parking lot. Naturally, everyone got soaked while we were looking for the bus. There was no Russian-speaking guide, and the Turkish driver didn't understand a word. When we were leaving the airport, he simply got out and stood by the booth for 3 minutes, while other buses were already leaving. During the return transfer to the airport, our guide, who was originally from Ukraine, talked to us about a political mistake made by our country. On another occasion, when we asked him where the toilet was upon arriving at the hotel, he replied, "Look for it." The most appalling tour operator of them all. When we checked in at 1 am, we were given a room on the first floor above the main restaurant (smell, garbage trucks in the morning, constant buzzing of the neighboring hotel's thousand air conditioners). I think there couldn't be worse rooms. In the morning, we went to change the room and were given a mirrored room with a view of the children's playground, but at least there were no buzzing air conditioners and bad odors, although the room was much worse than the previous one and clearly hadn't been renovated for a long time. The water from the shower flooded the entire floor. The sun is absent from the main beach, especially in the autumn. The food was like in a good five-star hotel, but there were no seafood delicacies, although there was dorado and red fish for breakfast. Unlimited alcohol. The service at the beach café was terrible; the waiters didn't come near us. We asked for sauce, but the waiter simply walked around until we spoke to the manager and finally got the sauce. À la carte was a waste of time; the Asian cuisine didn't have any resemblance to Asian food. It was just fresh cabbage with stewed meat. There are many other worthy hotels for the same price. Reading the reviews, we expected more.

The hotel is worthy. Please, those who are not ready for the format of a city hotel but dream of a large area with peacocks, choose a corresponding hotel and do not blame Barut. The territory is small, compact, but has everything necessary. If you want to take a stroll, please go around the hotel's grounds) 15 minutes and you're in the tourist center of Kemer. Free sunbeds can always be found on the beach and by the pool. The entertainment, for those interested, comes in various variations. The food is decent, and the restaurants have a good menu, especially for breakfast) It's easy to book through the app or at the reception. Many thanks to the staff for the early check-in, and they even upgraded our room to a better one. The rooms are fresh, and everything works. For families with children, the small area is also a plus, I don't think anyone will get lost)))) The alcoholic drinks are good) I didn't visit the spa, but I used the beauty salon. I passed the time from 12 pm to 4 pm, until the transfer. Had lunch and got my hair colored and styled at the airport. The color turned out nice)

My spouse and I went to Barut Kemer Hotel in April 222. It is a compact, clean hotel with fresh renovations. The rooms are not small. The location is good in relation to the center of Kemer. The food is diverse, with a variety of meats, fish, side dishes, pastries, and desserts. They also have baby purees and porridge. There are enough dining tables for everyone. In the evenings, there are entertainment programs such as games and singing. The animators are amazing, their interest in the tourists is evident. They do their job 100%. They work not for tips, but conscientiously, which is very important. The same can be said about the rest of the hotel staff. Waiters quickly respond to all requests, clearing the table or bringing something to it. Bartenders make cocktails quickly and with quality. The hotel is not noisy and is suitable for families and adults. If young people go there, it may be a bit boring as it is not a party-oriented hotel. There are no extensive gatherings. But that's not what we needed anyway :) Overall, the hotel left only positive impressions and pleasant memories. Would we go back there? Definitely, yes.
