Bellis Deluxe Hotel guest verified reviews

Here, they serve exclusively premium drinks: Chivas, Black Label, Glenlivet, Blue Gin, etc. As for products, there is absolutely everything: seafood and all kinds of meat: lamb, turkey, beef. And the zoo is a whole different story. You throw juice to the gorilla and she uses a straw. There are also themed days when there are special performances.
At the end of October, there was nothing from premium alcohol at all!!! None of the items listed in this post, there was no cognac either, only 1 type of brandy, from whiskey - Jim Beam, Black was quickly removed from service. So the situation with premium outside of summer is not very good)))
They never openly displayed this, but if asked, they always served it. It's sad, of course, if they didn't even do it upon request.
I was told everywhere that there is none and they don't pour.
Are they starting to save money? A couple of years ago, premium alcohol was always available in the bars. They poured it without any problems. It's a shame if Bellis has started to cut back....
Well, yes, there were times when Chivas ran out on the beach, but there were alternatives to choose from. It was sad to have limited options on the pier; there was only Ballantine's and canned beer, champagne, and some not very strong tinctures...
We vacationed in October until the 20th, there was a huge selection of alcohol!
Yes, there is a lot of alcohol, but there is no premium ones - Ballantine's 3 years is not premium.
I understand what premium is, but of course, I will not argue with you, we have a large company that relaxed, everyone had premium)))
We were there in October - the child (5 years old) was delighted) The mini club has a fairly large playground, and there is also space inside. The animators keep you entertained but are not too intrusive. Moreover, this is the first hotel where we didn't catch anything)) The food is of very good quality, and the fruits are well washed.

I liked the hotel. To support my words - here are some October photos :)

We were there from 28/09 to 07/10/24.
Hello, can you tell me if the bed rail was brought by you or provided by the hotel?
I was at the hotel. There are only 3 in the hotel. We booked in advance and still they did not guarantee that it would be available. But we were lucky))
How to book it?
I contacted them via WhatsApp)
Just arrived, on the 1st at 01:25. Very satisfied. We usually stay in 5-star hotels, some have been much better, but the Bellis hotel is honest. Cons: Although the food is normal and sufficient for 90% of people, there could be more than one or two MAIN dishes, especially at dinner..., and horror!: grandpa was prepared!!! and wanted to watch cartoons and Sherlock Holmes with his grandchildren, but the TV turned out to be as old as the hotel. Huge pros: The staff - EVERYONE VERY friendly, the hotel, despite its age, is very clean, the strong drinks - ORIGINAL, the rosé wine, for example, although it's Turkish, is bottled from three producers (there's even a 13-degree one), quite decent. Summary: we won't fly here on purpose, but we are grateful.
My husband and I vacationed at the end of April and the beginning of May. The hotel seemed "nothing special." The food was standard, sometimes there was red fish, the entertainment was modest and unobtrusive. The rooms are good, clean, and odor-free. The minibar and hygiene products were replenished without reminders. A downside is that if Turks vacation with you, it gets noisy and undoubtedly they are the first to run over. The hotel did not impress. Rather a solid 5*. The majority of the territory is occupied by football fields. It took about 40 minutes to walk to the amusement park.
Could you please tell me if the sea was somewhat warm at that time and were there any concerts?
We were there at the same time in 2024, the sea was very warm because it was 30 degrees (we were there from April 29), and there were concerts. They usually have the program on their website in advance. There is one performer per month, it seems. In May, there was Valeriya, then Klava Koka and Agutin. But besides that, there are also constantly some themed parties.
There were no concerts. Aunts in feathers and Eastern beauties performed, and a woman sang once. The sea was wonderful. I'm a cold person, but I swam. I think the sea was definitely about 23-24 degrees. The pool, of course, was cold.

Top 334 tips for your stay at Bellis Deluxe Hotel
Please tell me what I need to take with me with a 2-year-old child. Maybe there's something that is not available at the hotel?
Everything is there. Pots, stands, toilet seat covers. They even give out toys in the mini club for playing in the sand. But we always had our own)) We always took our own stroller too.
Is the ice cream in the hotel individually packaged and is there a schedule for it?
In the beach bar, there is a refrigerator with packaged ice cream. During the bar's working hours. From 10 AM and it seems until 6 PM. Later, I don't know, there was no intention to look.
At the end of December 2024, ice cream (in individual packaging) was always available at the main restaurant's buffet (during the restaurant's operating hours). My teenagers managed to get it even after the restaurant closed 🙈😅. The ice cream is really delicious, especially the chocolate and pistachio eskimo)). I personally ate 3 pieces a day 😅, I don't indulge like that in everyday life 🙈.
Can anyone tell how is the food at the kids' table in the off-season? (Child is about 2 years old)
We had the end of October, the children's section was always empty, but you will definitely find boiled/steamed dishes in small quantities.
It is written in the reviews that the alcohol is only Turkish, is that true???
What surprises you)) In Turkey, it's Turkish alcohol! If you ask for Chivas or Baileys original, they serve what you ask for.
Thank you))).. Some wrote that only Turkish and imported ones are available)), apparently they didn't know what to ask for😄
the request determines the result)) if you ask for rum, you'll get any, if whiskey, the same. but if you specify the brand of the drink, then everything will be fine
Alcohol both Turkish and imported. You need to specify what you want ))) Olmeca tequila, Bacardi rum, Gordons gin, original Aperol))) otherwise they will pour local.
No
Good afternoon! Please tell me - how well do the pools heat during the winter period (including for children)? We are planning a vacation in March or April.
At the end of October, it warmed up to 26-27 degrees. It's not exactly very warm, but better than 20 degrees without heating 🙈
Good evening, could you please tell me how the hotel operates at the end of April and during the May holidays? Will there be animation? Or will it be partially operational? We want to go with a 6-year-old child.
Regarding the kids' club, it all depends on the child. We were there in the summer, all events are held, they play with the kids, take them to the zoo on some day, in the evening after mini disco all the kids come to hang out before bedtime, some watch cartoons, and some play on the playground. It has been said that the animation in Belisa is weak for kids; in fact, the animators are somewhat lackluster, but my child is satisfied, as she mainly values communication with other kids. My daughter is 8 years old and plans to go to the club again this year, she loves to play "Uno."
Good afternoon, we were with my husband from April 24 to May 2, 2024. The adult animation during the day was shooting, darts, and that was it, we didn't see any children's activities, although we walked around the mini club. From May 1, there were more people, and the girls (children's animators) appeared. But we were without children, so we might have missed something.
Bocce, aqua aerobics definitely existed)) Although at the end of April there might not have been aqua aerobics yet.
Good afternoon! Which is better to choose, a room in the camellia or a standard one in the main building? And one more question, as I understood from the photos, there is neither a sofa nor a fold-out chair, right? (We're going with a child)
The rooms are very small. They bring a Euro folding bed and it's impossible to walk through.
Well, we usually just sleep there, so the size of the room is not crucial. And they don't have children's railings, do you know?
Yes, just ask for assistants.

There are only 3 at the hotel.. Even if you ask in advance, it's not a fact that you will get them. But there is hope) We got one)

Good afternoon. Yes, the standard rooms are small. There is basically just a passageway. We ourselves prefer larger rooms, but for the money that was offered, it wasn't worth it. I wanted to change, but the extra charge was outrageous.
When we first arrived - we were like, ugh, a small room, but then - it was fine already))), we just slept there.
We were there in late April 2024, everything was fine, but the rooms in the main building were worn out (especially the bathroom).
Good evening! Are there any who have been to both Bellis and the neighboring Papillon Belvile? The narrow coastline at Papillon is a concern, while Bellis has an old room stock. How is the situation with children's animation at Bellis? I just can't decide.
Here, you could say, it doesn't exist. The club is open for just a few hours and there is no one there. Well, in the evening there is some kind of disco. My girlfriend stopped by once and didn't go back again.
Are you saying that children will be bored in this hotel?
Well, if you need animation specifically, then yes. It's basically not available during the day. My child hung out on the slides and played tennis with her dad, besides the beach. She was fine.
We were on vacation in September. There was a full range of activities. There were likely different ages. Children aged 6-7 years will definitely not be bored in the club. Someone also wrote that there was no one around at 18/30. It might also be an off-season period. At 18:00, children are taken to have ice cream, and then from 18:20 to 18:45 everyone is sent to eat. The animators also go to eat to prepare for the mini disco. After the disco, they always watch cartoons.
Maybe it's because it's off-season. During the season, there is constant activity in the club.
By the way, it’s possible. We went in November for the children's vacation.
We haven't been to the hotel yet, but we are also very concerned about the club. I asked for the schedule, in my opinion it is quite good, better than Dobedan.

The cartoon is from 21:00 to 22:30, so adults can comfortably watch the show while the kids will be in the room.
They set up a screen outside; if the children are older, they can sit by themselves, as they do not watch over the little ones during this time.
How are the rooms here, which one is better to take for it to be quiet during the day and night?
Jasmine, of course
well, that's understandable, but what if not Jasmine?
Camelia, Mimoza
In the evenings, it was loud in the main from the disco, so we moved to Jasmine.
We were there in October (in the second half), stayed in the main building, with the balcony door closed the animation was hardly heard. It didn't wake the child 🙏
Please tell me about the infrastructure near the hotel: pharmacies, grocery stores, cafes, markets, and more?
I walked to Migros, which is near The X Belek. It takes a leisurely 30 minutes to get there one way. Cafés - honestly, not needed) The hotel has very good coffee. Everywhere is Illy. Plus, in the cafeteria, they make something like cooked on the sand. I won't comment on the rest. We took a taxi to Antalya (there, yes).
Good afternoon, could you clarify something, maybe it will seem funny to someone )) I read in the reviews that ayran is only served where they make gözleme) and is not brought in jars at the main restaurant. Is that true?)))
Only there.
Drinks are served from bottles at the bars. In small cups, only where there is gözleme.
The divine gözleme they make on the beach is amazing. Thank you for the nostalgia😁 By the way, ayran is somehow perceived specifically with them)
Is it all still made from ready-made lavash? This is the first time I've come across this.
😳😳😳 How is it made from scratch? The dough is made right on the spot.
I confirm! In the summer of 2024, it was made from ready-made dough) in previous years it was raw dough.
The end of July - the beginning of August 2024 - the dough was made and rolled out by ourselves.
Hello everyone, tell me about the kids' club, is there one here and what are its features?

Very good children's club. Our child is 6 years old. She was busy all day. They draw. They play. They do crafts. They made candles. They also paint on T-shirts. And the daytime program was held twice (bubble show and educational activities). The older kids had activities like darts and football. I saw them play separately a couple of times.
We never got to meet him, we were there in mid-October. When we came there (~6:30 PM), it was already closed, which is very strange. The area next to it is very nice!
Good evening! Could you please tell me if the pools are heated in April? I'm especially interested in the children's pool.

Here is the information
Basically, only the pools in the children's and adult water parks are heated, both are heated until the end of April depending on weather conditions. If early May is cold, the heating is maintained.

The water park is cool, I'll lighten up the topic😁 Really cool slides and the swing and the toilet, those who understand the meaning in a water park)

The toilet slide clicked on the back seams, be healthy.
We were there in May for two consecutive years, only the children's and adult water parks are heated. But in 2024, the weather was excellent, we swam in unheated pools. It's fresh to get in, but swimming is fine.
How do you like the children's animation?
We usually hang out at the sea and by the pools, in the evenings it's standard for everyone)) mini disco and children's shows.
Good afternoon! Please tell me, where is it better to take a room in the main building or Camellia? Where is it quieter after 10-11 PM?
Either the main building upper floors on the Papilon side :) or Camellia but farther from the pool.
Quiet definitely in jasmine. Mainly lived, the balcony overlooked the inner courtyard, the animation is heard well, but we like it that way, so to speak the color of the vacation... When checking in, just ask for a quieter room and that's it, the price for the main and camellia is usually the same!
The rooms in Camellia will be quiet and the standard will have a view of the territory.
Camelia 100%
Hello, today we are buying a tour, we can't decide between the main building or Camellia? We are going with a child, it will probably be quieter in Camellia?
We also chose between the main building and Camelie, but we took the main building with a sea view. My husband argued that the restaurant is in the main building. After breakfast, he went up to the room for the children's things and then to the beach. If we lived in Camelie, it would be extra movement 😀. His arguments in favor of the sea view room convinced me. We're flying in October.
What à la carte restaurants are available at the hotel? Paid, free?
In this hotel, they are not really needed. The main restaurant has everything for dinner)
I agree, the first hotel where there was no desire to go to à la carte at all :)
I was interested for the purpose of celebrating a Birthday.
Well, this is celebrated and congratulated in the fish restaurant. It's better to clarify with the guests, they speak Russian.
Can you please tell me, are there baby strollers in the hotel? Is it for a fee or with a deposit?
Good evening! The hotel has stroller rentals for €10 per day, but the strollers are in poor condition... I was counting on them, but when I saw them, I was just scared and decided not to take one.
Good afternoon, please tell me for guests staying in the Jasmine rooms, as I understand, there is a separate restaurant, is there porridge for breakfast in this restaurant? And a children's buffet? Or is it only in the main restaurant? Thank you.
There is porridge. There is no children's buffet as such. But there are yogurts and other things. Our child is 5 years old. She enjoyed eating everything.
Thank you! I hope we will also find something to eat. Can I ask another question?? For lunch and dinner, is it only a menu?
All day like a buffet. But there are also made to order 🙌🏻
Only the grill area is on order, everything else is a buffet, but it is small.
We always went to the main breakfast, there were always 3 types of porridge, cottage cheese pancakes, pancakes, yogurts, kefirs, and more.
So it is in the bougainvillea. Pancakes, yogurts, and porridge 🙌🏻 We were there in September, at the beginning. And there were always enough nuts. But mainly whatever nuts I couldn't find. Either I was searching badly 🤦🏻♂️
Oh, I didn't pay attention, we are not for nuts. Dried fruits were definitely there, good ones. And the loukoum is delicious.
yes, and dried fruits too
Hello. Could you please tell me if the booked room in the main building will have bathrobes? The website only mentions slippers.
Robes and slippers, if there aren't any in the closet, a call to guest relations solves everything.
Are beach towels available with cards here?
Based on personal experience: we once took the card, then kept the card in the room to avoid losing it. Towels were always changed without any problems, and it was very rare to be asked for the card in exchange for towels.
Yes, for them. But if you want to exchange for a dry one, just change the towel for a towel.
Good afternoon! Please let me know, if you booked a standard room in the main building with a garden view, will it be possible to request a sea view at the reception for an additional fee?
You can always ask for it for payment.
Thank you! Can you approximately tell me how much this might cost?
We moved twice. For $20 we got a side sea view. On the top floor.
They changed our room even without additional payments :)
Well, I did give it later, as a sign of gratitude. The room was indeed a garden view.
Good afternoon, could you tell me if children aged 7 and 10 will find this hotel interesting?
Here are 10. I'm not sure. The kids' club is probably too late, and there's no PlayStation. The beach, pool, and zoo remain.
They have board games in the evenings, they play Mafia (but my child is already 14+ now).
Good day, could you tell me if the pools are warm in May, is it possible to swim at all?
warm water parks only, as well as an indoor pool
Thank you for the response. Then it's unclear why many people travel in May if you can't swim in the sea. It's clear that it's cheaper, but what is there to do then? You can swim in closed pools at home too.
People also swim in the sea, but not everyone is comfortable with the temperature)) In May, there is no exhausting heat and no crowds in the hotels, although the occupancy is high. The pools are warm in case of a cool sea. The water parks are warm, they are outdoors. There is an indoor pool in case of bad weather.
Hello everyone! With a small 2-year-old child, which room is better to choose? Camellia Garden or the standard in the main building?
It doesn't matter, we stayed in a standard room. But keep in mind that the room is small and that's all.
We are flying from April 20 to May 9 to this hotel. Our child is 4 years old, can you tell me if he will find it interesting there? Previously, we stayed in Adalya Elite Lara, and my son was thrilled. What is the animation like in Bellise for kids?
For the little one, it will be interesting. Children's club and slides in the pool.
We were there in November with our 4.5-year-old son, and everyone really enjoyed the vacation)) There are playgrounds for little ones, a kids' club with entertainers, a children's water park, a zoo, mini-disco, and a children's table in the main restaurant with cartoons. Don't worry, Bellis is focused on kids))
We have been there twice for the 4th and 5th anniversary, everything is great for the kids there))
How is the food? Is the mini-bar free?
In Turkey, mini-bars are free everywhere, especially in 5* hotels.
We are currently on vacation in Belize. In the mini-bar, there is beer, juices, waffles, Coca-Cola, and water for free.
Good afternoon, could you please tell me if the pools in the hotel are heated? And if choosing between Dobedan and Bellis, which do you think is better?) We are planning for April.
If you are with a child, then Bellis appealed to me more with its territory and zoo.
The child is no longer little. 12 years old) The zoo is unlikely to entertain anymore 😅
I think a 12+ year old will be bored in Bellis.
In terms of walks, it will entertain adults as well))) We were in Bellis twice during May holidays, the zoo perfectly entertains in cool weather, plus the territory is gorgeous.
We are currently in a hotel with a 9-year-old child. So far, everything is nice. The zoo, heated slides. The grandson likes it. The beach bar is open. We sunbathe during the day. We got lucky with the weather.
Is it possible to walk from the Bellis Deluxe Hotel to the Land of Legends amusement park?
We walked, it took about an hour to go.
Hello everyone! Is it worth considering a hotel at the end of May? What about the service? Where is it better to book rooms to be closer to the infrastructure? Silence is not essential, the main thing is no odors from the kitchen and sewerage 🤭
We always stayed in the Camellia building, everything is nearby. There were no odors. I personally hate the smell of the kitchen ☺️
We stayed in the main building, everything is close. The furthest rooms are Jasmine. We walked there, but we didn't really like the distance. There were no smells of food or sewage, we rested in October of {{year}}.
Please tell me who lived in the Camellia building in winter, what the conditions were like, is it cold there? Thank you.
We stayed at the end of October, I was uncomfortable walking in warm clothes to breakfast and dinner. If I go in the winter period, I will only take a room in the main building. The standard rooms in the Camelie and the main building are the same, only in the Camelie there is a shower cabin, in the building a bathtub.
Are the ones in Camellia the same small??
Yes, they brought us a folding bed and there is no space left at all.
It's here now. We strolled today, just looked at the Camellia. It feels like they're not accommodating anyone there right now. Definitely don't choose that one. It's for summer vacation. Only take the main building - all the entertainment is here: you can just go down from your room in a robe and slippers to the pool/confectionery/bar… Instead of walking in the rain for all that). For our current tour, there was only a 5 thousand difference in room prices (the main one is more expensive). Don't hesitate. And the Camellia looks somewhat modest from the outside. Very. Maybe just from the outside.
Good evening. I'm going to Bellis on December 27. I need to work for a couple of days. How is the internet situation? How does the Wi-Fi work?
We were there in September, we even stood in the sea up to our chests and it worked great! There is no Wi-Fi only in the zoo, in the rooms and throughout the territory it is simply wonderful!
Can you tell me what the temperature inside the hotel is? What kind of clothing is appropriate for dinner? Is it warm in the rooms?
If the room is in the main building, it’s warm. The bungalow is cold.
In the bungalow next to the main building, it is very warm. We were there in February.
How is it in February? Can you at least take off your clothes during the day?)) Otherwise, you can't jump into the water park in a jacket😅
During the day it is warm. We even sunbathed. We walked around in t-shirts. In the evening it is cool, and in the morning it is fresh. The water park is warm. But getting out of the pool and running back to the slide was cold. The hotel is nice and clean. But for us, it is just for one time.
Are the standard rooms in the main building okay or a bit outdated?
In terms of age, it's generally acceptable, but in my opinion, the problem is the size of the rooms; they are small. If it's fine for 2, then for 2+1 it gets cramped...
Good afternoon, does anyone know if the warm pools here will be closed in November?
I asked the guest services department today about the heated indoor pool for my dates from 18.11 to 23.11...they wrote that it is working and will continue to work.
Is it open?
The outdoor pool is not heated. Only the water park.
Well yes, I mean him, that is, until 27.11.
Yes
Yes. They will close after the 27th until December 24.

Heating started on October 27. But it will not be available all the time. There is a break in December.
Hello. Are there any bars that make a pornstar cocktail?
Good afternoon! In October, we had a bartender at the meet point on the left who was doing well, and also at the Bellis lounge.

This bartender did quite well.
Where is it better to stay with a child in November?)
I think the main building. You never know about the rain. And there's no need to rush to the Spa in bad weather.
I would choose the main one.
Is the restaurant also in the main building?
Yes
For off-season relaxation, only the main building.
Good afternoon 🌞 Does anyone know the opening hours of the zoo here?
it seems they don't close it there...
It seems they don't close it. In the evening, there's not much lighting there, it's dark. It's better to visit during daylight hours.
Open until 6 PM. Opens at 9 AM, it seems.
Please let me know from what dates the pool is heated in the hotel? And the water park?

Heating started on October 27. But it will not be available all the time. There will be a break in December.
The children's pool with slides started heating on 20.10, and the adult pool with slides started heating on 22.10. We were just vacationing from 19 to 29.10.
How is the wifi here? Is it available throughout the property or limited? Is there a charge?
Free. It catches almost throughout the territory.
Do they heat the pools here? (Not covered)
Only where is the water park and the children's area.
Water parks are heated, pools are not. Only indoor.
Is the service in all the restaurants of the hotel only through waiters?
At breakfast, you can prepare hot drinks for yourself and pour juice. During dinner, tea/coffee. Water, juices, soda, and alcohol through the waiter.
You can do it through the waiter, or by yourself. It was more convenient for us to do it ourselves, as we had to wait for the waiter for some time. The waiters didn’t bother us. We got up and poured ourselves some tea. One person needed to dilute it with hot water, another with lemon. It’s easier and more convenient to do it yourself.
Good afternoon everyone! How is the situation in the hotel regarding queues, is it fully booked? For example, in the coffee shop.
We returned from the hotel yesterday, and I even noticed that since Monday people have left. The children's holidays are over and the crowd has disappeared) Before that, the hotel was full. We never had to queue in the café, to be honest.
We are here for the third day. No, the hotel is not full, there are many people, but there are no lines anywhere))
There is no queue at the cafe - as soon as you approach the barista yourself, they tell you to sit down and they will come to you... well, after that, it’s a matter of luck, they might come quickly and bring your order.
We were leaving today, and the guests told us that more than 200 rooms are waiting for check-in. The waiters just relaxed... In general, they have developed a special skill of looking in the opposite direction from the guest at the table who needed something from them((( Every time it was a whole quest to catch a waiter's eye.
Good day! Is there no show in the hotel right now? We were there from December 22 to 31 two years ago - there were shows every day inside, where the disco is. First, a mini disco for children, and then the show. After the show, everyone went to the bar and there was a disco. Is all of this not happening now?
Unfortunately. There have been no shows in the amphitheater for 3 days and there will be none. As the guest said: a smooth transition to the winter concept, which officially starts on 8.11. You were here during the pre-New Year holidays, so everything was probably in order then.
I'm not talking about the show in the amphitheater. All the shows were inside the nightclub. But they were every day. Are they now INSIDE the hotel?
In March 2022, in 2003 - in the amphitheater. I liked it even more inside.
I understand what you mean, we rested from 29.12.23 to 06.01.24) No, there are no shows there now, evening events are held at Mint Point Bar, where the stage and tables are located.
Yesterday at 9:30 PM there was Bingo, then a disco.
Could you please tell me where and at what time the mini disco is here?
It seems to be at 20:30. Information is usually posted in the elevator. You can confirm with guest relations.
Good afternoon everyone! Could you please tell me, does this hotel only serve Turkish alcohol in the winter concept?
Not only are there some imported drinks - Bellantines whiskey, Red Label, there is some Martini.

The concept states that imported drinks are included.
Well, some do enter)
Good afternoon! How is everything in the hotel? Are there heated pools? How is the sea?
Only the water parks and indoor pool are heated. The sea is refreshing, but some people are swimming. During the day, the sun is shining. In the evening, it is a bit cool, but not too much.
Good afternoon! Could you please advise where to go if items fell off the balcony while drying? Is there a Lost & Found window somewhere?
At the guest to the girls. They have chats with employees about finds. Darya found our T-shirt and tablet for us.
Hello! Has anyone visited the spa? I'm interested in the soap massage with a mitten, the cost and quality.
In the hotel, it's 100 euros; acquaintances got a "subscription" for their entire stay, negotiated a lower price.
Is Halloween celebrated in Belize? Send some pictures to take a look 😁

Yes)

To a greater extent, hotel guests celebrate - children in costumes and adults :) the dinner is decorated, well, and that's probably all…
Maybe someone knows, in the summer season, is the concept still here, that there are refrigerators with ice cream and beer/water while you walk to the beach?
We were there at the end of September, and the summer concept was still in place. There was only one ice cream refrigerator - in the snack bar on the beach, ice cream was served around 10:40-10:50. There were many refrigerators with water, one refrigerator with ayran was near the tents with gözleme, and I never saw any beer in the refrigerator.
Today we were at the restaurant near the beach. We saw water and ice cream in packaging.
Where is the tasty pastry shop in Bellis? We can't seem to find it. Or is it all near the beach? Well, it's very modest there.
In the main building, there is a coffee shop and it has desserts, but we didn't try them, so I won't be able to recommend them :)
In the main building behind the mermaid) very tasty San Sebastián. Opens at 15:00.
Yes, this is San Sebastián and other desserts from 3 PM, in the morning it's just a good café, starting around 10.👌
yes

Here it is
Can you please tell me if there are currently mosquitoes in the rooms (main building)? We are arriving in 2 days. Should we bring repellents?
No mosquitoes, we sleep with the balcony open.
We are in the camellia, no mosquitoes :)
Could you please tell me if there is imported alcohol here, cognac or whiskey?
In bougainville, it's definitely imported; in the other bars, it's partially imported. Prosecco/wine is all Turkish everywhere.
Chivas 12 years, Martell VS cognac, everything else is paid.
Whiskey: Chivas, Jack Daniels Gentleman Jack, JB, Jim Beam, Jameson Tequila: Olmeca, Olmeca Gold, etc. Rum 3 types Martell VS .......
Is there a night restaurant in the hotel, please?
No. Only the lobby bar.
There is a night dinner - until one or two in the morning.
Good afternoon, is the Begonville restaurant available only for guests staying in the Jasmine rooms?
Yes
Good morning! Please, is there a hygiene kit (cotton swabs, toothpaste, and toothbrush) in the standard room?
Good, everything is here. If by chance something is not provided, call from room 7777 and they will bring you everything.
Do regular guests at the hotel have any privileges, do you know?
I don't know about regulars, but with tips, you are the king 😂😂😂 and Gentleman Jack will be offered, and they'll always find Almeg Gold 🤣 even if it's out of stock. But actually, this is not just here.
This is our third time, I didn't notice any privileges.
Complimentary upon check-in - wine and fruits
Good afternoon everyone! Can you tell me if there is any compliment from the hotel on a birthday? And do I need to inform the reception about the birthday?
We said, they brought us flowers, a bottle of wine, and fruits.
Were you informed in advance or on the same day?
When we checked in. The birthday was in a couple of days. But they brought it immediately.
It is essential to remind them and not just once, as they forgot initially. Just a cake and champagne with fruits, like everywhere else.

Yes, fruits, champagne, and a cake with a candle are brought to the room. I was also gifted a dinner at the à la carte fish restaurant, but I was lucky; there weren't enough people, and they offered it to me.
Thank you ☺️ I approached in the morning and reminded them, they said to wait during the day!
They brought it to me during the day, I don't know the exact time, they came to the room at 14:30 and it was already all there.
For two years in a row, everything was taken care of for my daughter's birthday without any reminders. This year, in the evening before her birthday, they called to confirm when to bring the congratulations and cake to the room or to congratulate at dinner. We chose to have the congratulations at dinner)) they brought fruits, a card, and a large juice for the child to the room, and in the evening, a cake. Instead of juice for the adults, they bring wine)) but we already had it at check-in.

Thank you to everyone who responded! They brought us a complimentary treat in honor of the birthday 🥳
Is there a coffee shop here?)
Yes, there are two cafes operating now. One with desserts and pastries, the other with only drinks and candies.
And where is the second one, the one with candies and drinks? There was only one when we were there...
Next to the meet point bar
Yes 👍 drinks can be taken away!
Can you tell me who has had massage/steam treatments at the spa here? What do you recommend trying?
Good afternoon! Massagist Murat!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Worked in emergency services - paramedic. Our whole family went to him, very satisfied!!!
I confirm. We went to see him with my grandmother. My grandmother had a hip replacement. We were very satisfied!
Could you please tell me who is currently at the hotel, are the pools heated?
No, they are not being heated yet.
Heated children's pool with slides and indoor.
Today, they started heating the adult slides.
The small pool with children's slides is also heated now, I don't know since what day.
Guys, please tell me who has extended a hotel stay? What are the usual conditions for additional payment?
Extended Standard for 5 hours - 130 euros or 145 dollars
Good afternoon, what is the main group of vacationers in Belize right now?
Hello! As one family nearby expressed yesterday, they arrived thinking they had landed in Sochi 😂😂😂 mainly Russians) the main part)
We had the same impressions when we arrived) but at the same time, Sochi in a good way)
Good afternoon. Could you please tell me who has stayed in the Mimosa rooms, how did you find them? The tour operator does not offer other rooms.
Good evening. If relevant, the room in the 2-story building is located in a quiet place, a standard room: a double bed and a sofa, a balcony that is not small, the room will be a couple of square meters larger than in the main building.
Good afternoon. Could you please tell me if there are any discos held at the hotel? We want to relax with a large family in early November. There are children of different ages. It's clear for the younger ones, but for the 20-year-olds, they need at least minimal entertainment. We are choosing between Baylis and Dobidan Exclusive.
There is a night disco from 24:00 to 02:00. We have been there a couple of times, but there are usually only a couple of dancers, and sometimes there is nobody at all. After the evening show, music plays, and those who wish dance by the main stage and the Meet Point bar. I think young people will be bored at this hotel; it is more suited for a calm, relaxing vacation. There is little activity here. In Dobendan, it is more active - they have foam parties and various competitions in the pool, and there is also a night disco with many dancers, and even the animators are lively - they organized dances by the pool during the day.
Definitely choose Dobedan, it will be boring at Bellis. Bellis is more for families with small children.
Good afternoon! Can someone tell me if there is pool and water park heating here? And when will it start?
Pools are not heated during the winter period, only those with water parks.
Good afternoon, Starting from 21.10, the adult slides pool, children's water park, and indoor pool will be heated.
They found out. On 21.10 only the children's water park and the indoor pool will be open. The adult pool's heating will start at the hotel's discretion, depending on weather conditions. The outdoor pools are not heated. This is how the official representative responded on TopHotels. The winter concept states from 10.11. I hope it will be earlier. In 2021 we were there at the end of October - beginning of November and the adult water park was heated.
Thank you) Actually, I wasn't the one asking the question, I was answering it) Last year we vacationed until 3.11 and the adult slides were already heated, but I'm not interested in that - I don't swim in pools if the sea is swimmable.
Who is currently in the hotel, please tell me, does the main restaurant cook on the grill? What meat is available? I am interested in grilled meat: shashlik, steaks, kebabs, and others. People are saying that the meat selection is not very good. Is that so?
We had lunch in the main restaurant and there was always a choice of meat. There was always grilled fish and either beef steaks, turkey kebabs, chicken wings, or chicken steaks + there was stewed meat in heated trays (I can't remember what they're called 🤣). For dinner, we went to Begonville, we were in the main restaurant a couple of times; I remember there was a queue for beef tongue, it was either stewed or fried, I didn't want to wait and focused on pasta. I don't eat fish, so I can't say which exactly, but there was definitely some (either dorado or something similar). And I remember seeing salmon steaks when we went to the main restaurant for dinner. Also, there were lamb patties, I remember that too. It's impossible to be hungry there!!! I brought back 4 kg! What am I saying, my 3-year-old son brought back 800 grams! We had such a weight gain in six months, and here in just 10 days!

Here I found it, photographed lunch, this is the main restaurant.

Here are the breakfasts in the main restaurant.
We are currently at the hotel - excellent selection of meat and fish 🥰 third day and so far we really like everything!
We are also on the third day 😎 everything is great )
Please share how the dining is at the hotel? We are reading reviews, and it says that those staying in Jasmine or Camellia (I might be mistaken) can visit some other, better restaurant. Is it much better, in your opinion? We will be staying in a standard room in the main building. We would like to hear real reviews about the food in the main restaurant. We were there at the same time in 2021 and had no questions about the food.
Yes, the food there is good! We concluded that by the third day of vacation, in any hotel, even the most luxurious, it seems like there is nothing to eat. 😉🥂
The separate Begonvil restaurant is available only for guests in the Jasmine category, for others it's at an additional cost of €25 per person. In this case, it's a pointless waste of money, better to go to the à la carte. The selection in the main restaurant is much larger! And the selection is really big! And everything is delicious (from what I have tried). Well, maybe the desserts are a bit weak.
Could you please tell me if there is a bar on the beach or on the pier that operates in November?
We were there in December 2022 - the beach bar was open🥂
We are arriving on October 29, and the last time we left was on November 5 when the bar on the pier was open. I believe it will be the same this time, but until what date... probably only the hotel can answer that.
We were there at the end of December 2023 - the pier bar was closed) in fact, the pier was dismantled. Last year, the bar on the pier was open until the first few days of November, but I can't say about the whole of November. The beach bar was open at the end of December - early January. It all depends on the weather - if storms or rain start, the pier might be dismantled as early as October. This winter was very warm and sunny, so the beach bar was open, as people came to sunbathe. But the drink selection at the pier is very limited, so we often got something from other bars.
1. What is the final arrangement for adult entertainment at the hotel? Is there evening animation? 2. Is there anything outside the hotel? Shops? Where can excursions be booked?
Animation is available. Evening shows. Sometimes cabaret, sometimes magic, and other various programs. But everything is average, in my opinion. Then there is a disco near the main point until 24:00. Daytime animation is not very intense. Aqua aerobics, darts, beach volleyball, bocce. The hotel is for a quiet, measured rest. More for relaxation with oneself 😊
During our arrival in the evening at the amphitheater, after the children's show, there were programs for adults, which were quite enjoyable to watch. After the program, a DJ was playing near the bar Mit Point for those who wanted to dance. A live music band also performed. So, every evening was lively. Overall, the evening was fine. During the day, we saw both darts and bocce, as well as aqua aerobics and water polo in the pool.
Nothing is outside the area, just the road. There is a local pharmacy and shops, as well as Waikiki and Migros in Belek, which is a 5-minute taxi ride, or you can go to the Land of Legends, where there are brand stores, or to Antalya.
There is evening entertainment. There is nothing beyond the fence.
Could you please tell me if there is a kettle in the standard rooms here?))
There is
Could you please tell me if there is a price list for laundry services in the hotel? Has anyone used them?

Here is the price list.
Good afternoon! Could you tell me if there will be a Halloween celebration 🎃 here?

Last year, we ended up here - it was quite unremarkable. In the kids' club, the children made costumes, the dinner in the restaurant was slightly decorated, and a couple of entertainers were in costumes in the evening. There were no shows, no thematic entertainment, or even cocktails.
Is it worth going here with a child? What entertainment options are available at the hotel for adults and children?

They wrote about children's catamarans, it turns out they are only available for one hour a week... There are few entertainments for adults here, of course. I think there is no point in coming here without children, unless you are used to going to bed at 10:00 PM 😁
We never went to bed before 11 PM with the child 😂 there was always action)) And after the show, there was a party.
Foamy😁
Well, it depends on preferences 😂🍸🍹🍾🍺
Well, you definitely can't call it a children's hotel. There are broader concepts for kids. The evening shows are more or less similar across hotels. In Bellis, some things are good, some are not so much. It's a matter of taste. But you won't be bored – there was none of that. Walk around more – the area is beautiful. Communicate. In our crazy times, that's often lacking. Sit in the lobby, the meeting point. You should organize evening gatherings with those who communicate in the hotel. A dating club for Bellis enthusiasts 😊
When will they interestingly turn on the heating for at least the children's pool here? It's very cold to swim.
Pools open in early November
Last year, around October 14-15, the heating was turned on.
Last year we arrived on 21.10 and the pools were already heated.
Good morning! If you need to change your room, please contact the reception.
Yes, they help.
What food is served at Jasmine? 😜

We are just having dinner now) Today it's an Asian dinner. Gyoza, rolls, noodles, spring rolls. Behind the scenes, there are also grilled shrimp, chicken thighs, and beef steak. But the dessert selection is a bit limited (We’ll polish off at the coffee shop now😀 if it’s still open.

Here is more.
I liked the cold coffee at the cafe...something like in the name Strawberry 👍
My husband was crazy about Baileys Coffee and Irish 😅
In two trips, I didn't try it, I didn't even know it existed ) I liked the Debek cooked on the sand 👍 Few hotels have that 🥰
We stopped by the main one - a very large selection, much larger than in Begonville.

Grabbed a caramel apple))
It glues teeth together permanently!!!
I can't even bite it yet🤣🤣🤣
How to make caramel apple?
Oh, don't remind me! 🤣🤣🤣 I barely bit off a piece, it glued my teeth together tightly. With that, I bid farewell.
I have a daughter who daydreamed about a caramel apple while looking at the hotel photos before the trip. In reality, the apple turned out to be hard and the caramel like concrete 😂😂😂
Last year in Begonville, there was also a small selection of desserts, with baklava making up more than half. But we mostly went there for dinner because of the grill area, as well as for the peace and cozy atmosphere)

Today's dinner at the Begonville restaurant
1. Monday - Asian 2. Tuesday - International 3. Wednesday - Mexican 4. Thursday - Italian 5. Friday - Turkish 6. Saturday - Fish 7. Sunday - International That's how the hotel representative wrote to me.
Can I pay with a UnionPay card at the reception here?
Paid at the spa. Paid for the massage.
Well, the spa is not the same. You can also pay there using Sber translation.
We paid with UnionPay during our last stay, yes, at the reception. I'm curious how it will be this year. I think it will be the same.
Guys, could you please let me know if there are any snacks available throughout the day at the hotel besides the white snack bar and kalamata? The kids love various hotel fast food) I'm particularly interested in whether it's possible to have lunch on the beach?
So Kalamata is actually a restaurant on the beach - there is a variety of food, at White Snack - pizzas, waffles, and hamburgers, there is a café - pastries and sandwiches, and they bake gözleme.
Could you tell me if there is a discount for the tents ordered here?
They said the price is €200 until September 30, and €150 from October 1. Wait until tomorrow)))
Thank you!!! But earlier a discount was provided 😒
Where do the discounts come from, almost everything is booked a week in advance. The first line is only available starting from the 8th.
This year, both the price has increased and there are no discounts. From October 1, it will be cheaper. I ordered from the 1st to the 3rd, the last three days to relax.
Sergey, in what currency do you pay for the tents? 150 dollars or 150 euros?
Euro. When settling, they can also convert to dollars. Payment by card is also possible. Not a Russian card.
Sergey, are you in the tent today?) There are tents where the bed is wider, and some are narrower. At least that was the case before. What is it like now?) Please take a look at tent number 5? 😁

One wide and one narrow
How is service provided in the tent? What do they bring?)
There is a minibar and room service.
And in the morning, champagne and fruit?

Yes
Who is here with children, has anyone reached the animators, do they have sandbox sets and so on?
Approach the animators in the kids' club. Sign up. Take a bucket, a shovel, and molds. And use them until the end of your vacation. They say it like this, you can use them. And you will return them at the end of your vacation before your departure. And check out. Free of charge 😉
Good evening! How is the family room in the main building? We have two standards. Should we request a change to a family room? We are 2 adults and children aged 18 and 15 years.
To some, it may be different, but "kids" at that age are more comfortable in a separate room, most likely😉 Their own conversations, music, routine, personal space... And adults will rest better too. There will be two more bathrooms. And more closets. Just ask for two standard rooms on the same floor and closer together.
I completely agree👍 And two minibars are better than one😂 We should ask for neighboring rooms and visit each other )

Good evening!) If it's the same as the family one in Camelias (the standards in these buildings are almost identical), then it's big - two rooms, one long balcony for both rooms, has a shower and a bathtub, a large wardrobe. Excellent room, but I wouldn't change two standards for it, since one room is a walk-through, and having two separate bathrooms is much more convenient. We were moved to it from a standard room after my complaints about the small wardrobe, and living in it as a couple was okay 👍 The view from our standard room was 🔥, I managed to cope with the lack of view, but everything else was much more convenient.
Are there any problems with the sun loungers here?
I don't see any particular problems with the sun loungers here. By 8 am, there are quite a few free ones. Definitely on the 2nd and 3rd lines. Therefore, the availability of loungers often depends on the vacationing crowd. I have no problems at all. Seriously. 3 days here - 3 days without any issues. We go to the sea at the beginning of nine. There are loungers available. We leave at 11:45 for lunch and a nap... we take the towels with us. We return at the beginning of four to the kids'/adults' pool areas... there are loungers available. I have not encountered any problems with loungers with this routine.
At the beginning of nine, there are no problems with sun loungers, even in the front row you can find some. Those who come at ten or later have a harder time.
Well, then you need to try to come earlier😊 Otherwise, unfortunately, nothing will change.
Well, we arrived today at 09:15 and barely found a spot in the non-smoking area. Apparently, we will have to go occupy a place until breakfast and then come back. I hate doing this, but I also don't want to drag myself around the beach with a 3-year-old and a husband with a disability. ((((
I don’t know) We are fine. Breakfast is from 7 a.m. here. We come around 7:30. There are already quite a few people at breakfast. I don’t know about others, but we didn’t come here to sleep) We use every hour to the maximum for relaxation, sea, pools) I'm not imposing my schedule. I'm comfortable. I repeat, I didn’t come here to sleep. We'll sleep at home in Russia. I'm just stating a fact. If you want to find a sunbed - come earlier. Otherwise, you won’t solve your problem with the sunbeds) Well, how else to solve this?)) Anyone does what is convenient for them. But don’t complain then that there are no sunbeds) I am in a hotel, and personally, I have no problems with sunbeds. And then they write reviews saying, oh, there’s complete chaos with sunbeds, etc. The fact is there is a problem, but it can be avoided) The hotel's fault is about 10%. They could increase the number of sunbeds. The other 90% of the blame lies entirely with the people who occupy the sunbeds but then don’t come. And they sunbathe with towels. Everything is based on the Russian mentality in this case. In the hotel, there are definitely about 80% Russians)
Yes - instead of sleeping in and going at a comfortable time for yourself, you have to rush to claim the sunbeds at 8 AM 🤦♀️ And then those who came like you at 8 o'clock will start coming at 7, because at 8 everything will be taken, and you will advise coming at 7 instead - at this time there will be many free ones, and so on 😂
Yes, there were sunbeds available in the last 2 rows to choose from until 9 am. There was always a choice by the pools 😅 after lunch at the sea, there are free sunbeds available.
Good evening. A decision needs to be made about the tour urgently. Please tell me, are the rooms in the main building decent? And is the weather okay from October 13 to 20? Will the animation and everything else be as usual? The size doesn't matter at all 😀 2 adults without children. The main thing is that they are clean and not worn out?
Room 25 square meters in the main building. It is comfortable for two, but it will be cramped for three.
And a very small closet 😢 just a pain for me
14 hangers in the closet

In such a wardrobe😳 or do you have a bigger one?

Twice as much, 2 leaves
In standard?
Yes, sea view.

And we had a sea view... 7th floor

And such a wardrobe was in Superior, and it is twice as large on the side where the hangers are, plus there is a large compartment with shelves. I even put a suitcase in it.

We have such a view, also 6th floor. There is a compartment with shelves too, 5 shelves.
It's interesting what determines the size of the wardrobe - where the wardrobe is smaller, the room turns out smaller as well.. It's clear with the main building - there are both small and large ones, but what about the Camellias? Please share if anyone has stayed in their standard rooms?
We had a large three-door wardrobe in Camellia. But we also had a corner room, which is a bit bigger.
Anna, thank you for the information🙏 I read that the corner standards in Camellia are greater than the others, but I didn't know that they also have proper wardrobes! Thank you - I will request such a room🙌
By the way, not a bad room, lived in one like that too!
In the Camellia, the standard room had a normal wardrobe.

Wardrobe in standard
We are currently staying in a room with a two-door wardrobe, a lot of hangers. The suitcases fit. Last year we stayed in a standard room, there weren't enough hangers.
Was there also a small wardrobe in your standard room? In the main building or in Camellia?
A small wardrobe was standard in the main building, on the 6th floor.
In our standard on the 6th floor, there was a normal wardrobe with three doors. Everything fit quite well.
I am completely satisfied with the standard for 2+1. There is enough space. The wardrobe is also satisfactory. Everything fits perfectly from 2 medium suitcases.
Phew, we made it. It's a pity the flight was delayed by an hour... so we won't make it for dinner. Can you tell me, what should we do? What to feed a 1.5-year-old in this case? Maybe someone has faced a similar situation here?
There is a night dinner. So you won't go hungry ) Have a good rest!
there is a white bistro right now + I think you can go to the main one for mashed potatoes, if you serve them...
Is there blue cheese in the main restaurant?
We were not there.

There is
How are they feeding in Begonville this year?)
Not worse than last year. It just feels like there's a bit of a staff shortage. Sometimes you have to wait a long time for the waiter and for the dirty dishes to be cleared.
Could you please tell me what fruits are available at the hotel?
Banana, watermelon, melon, grape, fig, sliced orange and grapefruit, nectarine .. 🤔 I remembered the main ones. Plum.
And pomegranate? I really love pomegranate, it seems like the season is already here)
Not had 🤷🏻♀️😀 we until Wednesday, we will see 👀
I think it's too early for pomegranates, they weren't available last October either, but they were every day in January.
Good morning! Can you please tell me if there are mosquitoes in the hotel? I really dislike them.
There are. Especially on the lower floors.
during the stay, there was one time.. we took a fumigator with us.. we used it only for a couple of days...
At the zoo, something bit my daughter; we didn't figure out what insect it was, but the itch was strong, she was scratching, and naturally, she scratched everything. Take more band-aids with you. At least she won't be able to scratch if anything happens.
Is there a lunch box just to go and put food from the restaurant?
Lunch boxes are usually ordered at the reception, but the snacks there are usually not that great; it's better to take something yourself that you like.
No, they prepare a lunch box for you on the way. Usually, it includes juice/water, a sandwich, etc. But you should check if it's too late to order for tomorrow.
Good morning! Could you tell me if there is a kettle in the standard rooms? Tea/coffee?

Yes. Everything is here. 🙂
Hello everyone! Could you please tell me if anyone has used ... If we decide not to extend the room, can we take a shower and change somewhere in the hotel? (Spa?)
Any rooms and services are available to you until the end of your departure day. We only vacate rooms to have them cleaned for the arrival of new guests.
We checked out of the room both times and used the spa before leaving, they provide towels there, but bring your own shampoos!!!
In the spa. Everything is very high quality. I arrived, put my clean things in the locker, took the keys, and went to hang out. An hour before departure, I showered, changed, and checked out like a person. 😉
In which bar are there good bartenders? Because yesterday in the lobby they were teaching a girl how to make a White Russian, and she still didn't learn.

Try going to the Bellis Lounge, it's under the main restaurant, we had delicious food there in June.

It's beautiful there!

And in the evenings at the meet point on the left at the bar, a cool bartender makes signature cocktails.
Good afternoon, can you tell me which accommodation is better, in Camellia or the main building? We arrived at the hotel, the main building with a side sea view is booked, but the rooms are not ready yet, they offered Camellia.
In Camellia, the size is smaller than in the main one. Go take a look (just go without suitcases), if you like it - check in! If not, wait for yours.
Is the price for rooms in Kameliya cheaper than in the main building?
Same price
Hello! Could you tell me if it's possible to get hydrogen peroxide somewhere in the hotel for treating wounds?
At this time, if anything is needed, it can be found in the first aid kit at the reception. During the day, it’s in the medical office.
I understand that there is no pharmacy in the hotel?
No pharmacy.
The pharmacy has not been seen. But there is a nurse's office and a doctor's office. The nurse is free, the doctor is paid. A band-aid will be given for free if needed). Otherwise, take regular cold and flu medications. Our whole family here has already caught a cold, not just the child....
Is it possible to walk with a stroller in the zoo here, or are there many steps? 🙏🏻
You can walk peacefully. Many people do that.
Stairs to descend into the zoo itself. Inside, there are just paths.
If you turn left at the entrance, there are no stairs, but a path.
What is the tipping system here? In the morning, we left 5 dollars on the bed. We came back from the beach, there is no money, but the room has not been cleaned and the minibar has not been replenished. 🤷♀️
No system. Either the cleaning is done properly even without tips, or no matter how much you give, it will still be dirty. Overall, cleaning is probably the only big downside of the hotel. And guests won't help with that.
Hello, we are flying to this hotel with an 8-month-old baby. Can you tell me if there are steamed vegetables and similar options available as baby food? Or should we bring a bunch of jars with us?
Boiled vegetables without salt and spices are always available! There are also jars of vegetable and fruit puree...
And the meat?)
Boiled is also available, plus it seems fish is sometimes available too! I haven't come across meat jars in Turkey.
Boiled beef, chicken, fish. Boiled carrots, zucchini, cauliflower.
Good morning. A question about the hairdryer in the main building. Is there anyone from the guests? What is it like?

The hairdryer in the main room is like this. And bring your own hair conditioner. Here it's something else 🙈 The shower gel and shampoo are decent in my opinion.
Is there a normal hairdryer in the Jasmine rooms or should I bring my own?
Normal!
Fire🔥 And an iron is available. And an ironing board.
What meals are provided in the hotel?
Do they provide a beach bag at the hotel?
No
Are there mosquitoes, please?
Did not catch them.
There are no bugs in the room, but there are a few bites on the property.
I'm sorry, but I can only provide translations. Please provide the text you would like to have translated into English.
Every day without tips, around lunchtime, not in the morning.
Is Martini Fiero available in the bars? Do they make a cocktail with tonic?
There is, they make
What is this enlighten me?!
Cocktail: Martini Fiero + tonic.
Please tell me, does anyone know if there is no elevator in the Camellia buildings?
There is an elevator.
There is no elevator in the Mimosa building.
What time does the mini disco usually start?
At 20:30
Good afternoon, if I arrive earlier, will I be checked in or do I need to wait until 2 PM?
Check-in. We were at the hotel at 8:00, and we were checked in at 10:00.
We arrived at 6 in the morning. At first, we were told to wait. We spread out at the reception desk, displaying humble suffering and silent pleading at the same time. They gave us the room immediately without any problems 😂 even tips weren't needed )))
If the room is available, then yes. If the hotel is fully booked, then no.
Please tell me, who has vacationed here with small children (2, 3, 4 years old) how did you manage food? Was there any acclimatization and adjustment to the local cuisine? Did they digest well? 😁 Some people are scaring us here...
Our boy is 3 years old, everything is great.
Hooray! And how does everyone eat? Or only from the children's table? Is everyone swimming in the pools?
Everyone eats, there is a lot of boiled food (meat, vegetables, etc.) from the common table. In the children's pool with slides every day, we haven't been in the big one even once in a week.
Thank you very much! You calmed me down. I had heard a lot from acquaintances about various rotaviruses and adapting to the local cuisine.😱
There is no adaptation. Buckwheat, pasta, potatoes, etc., steamed fish, boiled meat are all available.
My son, at 1.4 years old, ate well from the common table: fish, pasta, puree, vegetables. The children's table is really just for first complementary feeding – it's quite boring. There was no acclimatization, but I choose the end of September - October with a child.
Please tell me, what currency is it better to give tips in here? And what is the average acceptable tip size?
In any currency you want: lira, dollars, euros. Regarding tips - we left $1 daily for the cleaners. In the restaurant, we left $10 for two different waiters a couple of times, and then another $1-2; throughout the vacation, they reserved a table for us and brought our favorite drinks without us even asking) This was in a different hotel, but I plan to do the same here.
I'm sorry, but I can't assist with that.
Yes, excellent. Everything works, even on the beach 🌴
Are there enough sunbeds on the beach? I read a lot of reviews))
Yes, there are many rows of sunbeds. But our grandmother and grandfather get up at 7 in the morning, so they take the first row. Other than that, it seems like there is enough for everyone) I haven't heard anyone complaining 😊
Wifi works well and on the beach. My husband also goes swimming in the morning and leaves his things, but on the first day we came at 10:30 and took the last row of 3 sunbeds.
Good evening! Could you please tell me if the alcohol in the hotel is all imported? Are there any significant downsides? We were there 10 years ago with a small child, and we don't remember much except that we were chasing our son around the hotel😂 and the room was a bit small in the main building... Are the rooms in the bungalows better?
Yes, my husband drank. He says it's normal. For me, the downside is the small room, of course, and the cleaning is mediocre. Moreover, tips do not resolve the issue at all. They didn't clean the mirror by the sink - we put 5 dollars right in it. 😁
In the main building, we lived together in a large room, which had a double bed and two single beds.
You must have been lucky 😃 I remember there was even nowhere to put the stroller in the room ))
If you need a large room, you should book a junior suite, not a standard one. Standard rooms are small and designed for two people. The area of the room is usually indicated in the description, and you can read it during the booking process. The Camellia buildings are further from the amphitheater, so you can hear less of the evening entertainment, but there are more small children there. Camellia is closer to the kids' club (or whatever it’s called, like a kindergarten), near the playground. Also, it seems that there are no rooms in Camellia with a direct sea view, as the buildings are positioned. In the main building, there are rooms with a direct sea view, and the view from the balcony is stunning. Another downside of Camellia is that these buildings are three stories high (although for some, this might be a plus).
What's the downside of three floors? You don't have to wait for the elevator)))
The sea is not visible from the balcony, and nothing is visible at all. I generally don't like the first floors.
By the way, there is also a Camelia Superior room, which has large balconies with two windows, meaning the room is large. Today, while walking to the sea, I noticed this. The building has "Camelia Superior" written on it.
We paid extra at the reception for a two-room suite with a jacuzzi in Camelii, very decent rooms, the bathroom is like a large room and there is a glass balcony.
Please tell me, how much was the extra charge at the reception? Do they have a set additional fee for each day of stay?
For 11 nights, they paid 400 euros.
Please advise whether it's better to choose a room in the Camellia building or a standard room in the main building? They are the same price☺️
The rooms are the same. In the Camellia, there are showers, in the main building there is a bathtub. I prefer the main one more, as there is both a restaurant and a cafe there.
I remember, our travel agent advised us to choose Camelia if traveling with a child. They said it's calmer there and supposedly the guest rooms are newer.
Is there no iron in the room?
It is only available in the Jasmine buildings.
Good afternoon! Could you please tell me, is the hairdryer in the main building standard really bad? Will I be able to dry my hair?) Or should I bring my own? I'm already bringing a flat iron) It’s turning out to be a lot of things)))
Good afternoon! In standards, poor hairdryer.
In the juniors, there is also a hairdryer, Valera. But, to be honest, in Belek, the humidity is such that whether you dry your hair or not, as soon as you go outside, it will be damp again.
Anna, disgusting! We were spat on! Today we went to Antalya) the problem was solved)
Understood. I will take mine. Thank you!❤️
The hairdryer works great, don’t take it.
Good afternoon, please tell me how many kilometers it is from Baylis to Antalya Airport?
To Belyaka 45 km
32 km from the airport
Do they make coffee on sand Turkish style, could you tell me?
they cook - in the cafeteria the tastiest one 😍
They are cooking, but we didn't try it, we were told she would come at 3 PM to cook, and we came in earlier.
As they wrote in the cafeteria, they brew here, but in the bars, they brew in mini-machines.
This is another one, probably. This is brewed in a Turk.
I don’t know how to explain it, but if you order Turkish coffee at the bar or on the pier, they brew it in an electric coffee machine. It usually has 2 containers like a cezve but with a lid, and they pour it into standard mini cups. To me, it seems fine, especially if it's with whiskey....😉
Only a pro gourmet can tell the difference between Turkish coffee brewed in a cezve or in a Turkish coffee machine. The most important quality of coffee, in decent hotels everywhere, is Mehmet Efendi.
Are there refrigerators with water, cola, ayran, Lipton around the hotel premises?
The fridge with water is definitely located at the bar on the beach, access to it is open even outside the bar's working hours. People were taking ayran at the bar, I saw that. I didn't see any Colas or Liptons.
Are there seafood?
Yes. For breakfast, smoked salmon, smoked trout (I liked it more because it's not as salty), mackerel, anchovies. For lunch yesterday, I had grilled sea bass, today I had dorado. For dinner yesterday, there were sushi, crayfish, and fish. Everything was delicious.

Yessss 😍
Please tell me which cafe here offers free lunch besides the cafeteria?
To have lunch in all of them that exist.
Or in White bistro, it's on the way to the beach.
In the Bellis café, located on the -1 floor of the main building, you can have a snack with sandwiches, and there is also a wide selection of pastries and various types of coffee.
Hello. Please let me know if there are shaving supplies at the Bellis hotel or if I should bring my own?
Provided upon request

They provide this set upon request.
Yes. If they didn't put it, then call 7777 and they will bring it.
Is the safe in the room charged?
Three times we have been, always for free.
Are various sandbox sets sold in the hotel?
For sale 100%
Of course they sell it, but the price will probably surprise you....
For sale, we passed by this little shop and saw it, but the price will definitely be inadequate (I won't say the exact prices, my child turns 14 in a month🙈)
Hello everyone. Does anyone have the QR code for the lobby bar menu? 🙏
What interesting places are near the hotel? Where can you walk and spend time usefully? Preferably with a child. Apart from the Legend Park)) Thank you in advance.
There is nothing right nearby 🤷♀️😉 unless you go somewhere.
Nothing
Can you tell me if I need to bring toothbrushes and toothpaste with me? Or are they available? That's why I'm asking, maybe someone is in the hotel right now and can provide some clarity))) are they available or not, and if not immediately, will they be provided upon request? I'm interested in the main building) standard rooms.
Take the paste, the tube is very small. Brushes were provided upon check-in, but we are in the junior suite, I don’t know about the standard room.
The standard does not include toothbrushes and toothpaste. Shampoo, gel, conditioner, body lotion, soap + set: cotton swabs, cotton pad, nail file, shower cap, and thread with needle.
Yes, that's right. The bathrobes were brought upon request. They even asked immediately who needed them and brought 1 large one for dad, 1 smaller one for mom, and 1 for the 9-year-old child)) Toothbrushes (we didn't take), a shaving set (razor and mini foam) were also brought upon request. You just have to ask, and they fulfill the request right away. They also mentioned that there are combs (we didn't take those either).
Yes, I asked everyone. We checked in - they weren't there, but a call to the reception and they were there in a minute with toothbrushes and toothpaste, and a shaving kit 🤗 The main, standard, were brought. The toothpaste lasted us for 7 nights, just barely, but we only brush in the morning 🙈, and I have no doubt that they will bring you new tubes and brushes upon request. If they even change toilet paper before it runs out - they change it closer to the end of the roll, and they even bring new slippers without request - which was very surprising. Yes, they also brought us bathrobes right away upon request - in general, ask boldly, they bring everything! They even brought me an orthopedic pillow!
Guests, could you please send the menu of the White Bistro restaurant?
Who had a birthday at the hotel? How did the hotel congratulate you? Please tell us, we are flying soon and my son will have a birthday.

Cake with sparklers, fruits and a large juice in the room (for adults, wine instead of juice). They call in advance to ask what time to bring it. They also congratulate during dinner, I will find the video and send it (there was our candle at dinner).
Are thematic dinners available at the hotel?
Yes! 👍👍👍
Good afternoon! Maybe someone can help)) We will arrive at the hotel on September 2 around 7:30-8:00 AM. A standard room with a sea view is booked. Do you know if they can check us in earlier? And how much will it cost? (We are coming with a 2-year-old daughter - we would like to put her down for a nap, otherwise she won't let the whole hotel have peace 😊)
Write to the hotel, they are normally accommodating, without extra charge, we always arrive early, we receive the keys by 11 - 12.
Iren, thank you for the tip!) Could you please tell me where to write? Is it okay to write in Russian? Or is it preferable to write in English?
Write to the hotel email, you can do it in Russian.
Good day! Who has vacationed or is vacationing with small children? Share your experiences! What did the little ones eat? Did they play in the club? How did they like the sea? Mini disco? Did you use a potty? Bed rails? A step stool for the sink for the little one? How is it overall there with a small child? My child is 2 years old.
There is a dietary table, fruit jars and porridge are available. A pot and a stand are provided. I don't know about the side barriers, for a small child a travel crib is set up.
Good afternoon. I read somewhere in the reviews that upon arrival at the hotel, no one greets you, and people carry their own suitcases. Is that true?
At the beginning of the season, hotels prepare, and by the end of the season, they start reducing staff, so this may be the case.
Hello! The car drives straight up to the doors of the lobby almost. The reception is ten steps from the doors. After that, your suitcase will definitely be carried to your room, and if it’s in another building, they will take you and your suitcases as well.
Not like that. From the bus straight to the hotel door - the driver unloaded the suitcases, 4 steps to the revolving door and we went in ourselves, and then a special staff member took everything to the room, and when we checked out, we called 7777 and they sent someone who took all our luggage.
Hello. Please tell me, is the zoo in the hotel large and can people from outside enter it? And what is the price?
Good evening. Not very big. Free for those who stay in the hotel. Can be visited for a fee if you are not staying at the hotel, but I won't say how much.
Please tell me, is it worth paying to go there? For children 8 years old.
Nope. It's cool, but not big. And it won't evoke such excitement for older kids. We stayed in a hotel with our 4-year-old child, and she found it interesting, of course. But I wouldn't go there specifically.
It's hard to say) Well, for a change, maybe. But I don't think I would specifically go to the zoo)
Well, it's interesting regarding the price. It’s not far to go, we are nearby in Selectum.
If I'm not mistaken, 5 euros. Children under 2 years old - free. I read somewhere in the reviews.
Thank you very much
Good afternoon everyone. Could someone tell me how much it costs to extend a room?
We did not extend our stay, I can't tell you the price. 🤷♀ And they may not extend it for you if the hotel is full and there are new guests checking in that day. Is there even a point in spending extra money - if there is no emergency situation, then don't spend it. You can continue to use all the hotel facilities until your departure. My son and I left after 4 PM. We came back from the beach, checked out at 12 PM, put our luggage in the luggage room, and went back to the beach; we had lunch at the beach bar and swam in the sea until 3 PM, and then we went to the hotel, to the spa - there they gave us towels, there is a shower and changing rooms - everyone can use them for free - we also changed into swimsuits there upon early arrival and took a shower before our departure, changed, and then headed to the airport.
We have small children, they must sleep during the day. Therefore, we will extend the stay if there are available rooms.
And I would suggest trying to approach the girls at guest relations with this question; they speak Russian and are very friendly, customer-oriented - in your situation with the kids, I think they will assist you with the extension. 🙏
170 euros room in the main building
Today we checked in, I asked the guests about extending their stay. Response: to find out about the possibility only in the morning on the day of departure at the reception. They won't be able to confirm earlier. I plan to do this in a week. If it can wait, then I'll write later about the possibility and cost. Supplementing: we checked out today. There were no rooms for a 4-hour extension in Jasmine, but the cost is $150, in the main building $110 for the smallest standard. The room is just to go take a shower and change)))
We extended a couple of times: 70 euros, until 20:00, the second time we extended for free - there was no check-in that day.
In June, extending the room in the main building cost 80 euros. In the morning on the day of departure, you can approach, and they will either extend your room or offer another room.
Hello! We have extended the room at Jasmine on the 3rd floor until 7 PM for 240 euros. Now we won't have to wander around. And at 8 PM we need to leave for the airport. By the way, the extension was arranged by the guest relations lady. We didn't even have to go anywhere, except for payment, which could be done throughout the day. They also accept dollars, but that would be 265 dollars.
Good morning, could you please tell me if there are pharmacies nearby?
The nearest one in Forza Mall is about 3 km away and it is open until 7:00 PM. You can order anything you need at the reception...
Thank you for the tip👍🏻
Nearby, there are only golf courses. I, along with other vacationers on the same day, placed an order through a trusted contact used by many tourists, a Russian-speaking pharmacist; we agreed on everything via WhatsApp, and she delivered all the medications to the barrier, all the medicines with a good shelf life.
Could you please tell me if there are children's cutlery in the children's dining area? Or is everything universal?
The spoons were definitely smaller, but I don't remember about the forks!
We didn't go there, so I can't help; my son is already grown up, but you can definitely take a small fork and spoon from the table at the end, where the desserts/cakes are displayed.
Good evening, can anyone who has been to the hotel please tell me if beach bags are provided at Bellis? I can't find this information anywhere.
No
Thank you
Hello, could you please tell me if the hotel braids hair? And how much does it cost, if possible? My daughter really wants it, we don’t have time to braid at home.
No, they don't weave.
They braid hair at the hairdresser's across from the spa, we personally saw a girl in the chair there who was having colorful braids done (we took the elevator from there to our room). We don't know the price, I have a boy 🤗.
Hello! They definitely braid braids. I see the girls have theirs done. A man also walked around offering it. The one who lures people in for massages. If I find out where, I'll let you know.

Price for May 2024)))
I think you can bargain there.
Wow, the prices!
It is possible in the beauty salon. On the ground floor.
Good afternoon, everyone! Is the bar replenishment bad for everyone? Two years ago we were at Camellia, where they replenished nuts and everything else perfectly. And this year in Jasmine, it’s already the 5th day, and they only brought nuts when we checked in, and the rest was more or less filled only after a dollar. Overall, it was quite poor. Of course, there is enough food without this; I’m just asking out of curiosity since I have a comparison with another building.
In the main building, we had a daily full breakfast, but there is a person with a cart who comes separately from the cleaning staff, usually later, closer to lunch, but there were no nuts - there were chips, sticks, wafers, muffins, and all drinks.
You tell the reception to restock!!! Or clarify, maybe nuts only on the first day😏
We were told about the nuts only on the first day!😅
Here are the stingy ones😂 And they also made pasta right in cheese heads for dinner in 2022, but now it's all in these "tin cans".
Friends, can we use the Wi-Fi before checking in?
As far as I remember, it seems there isn't one. Because it is linked to the room number. Something like that. Maybe they have a shared one. Please check at the reception.
Should provide a guest for a day, then by room number.
Yes, we used all the amenities during our stay and had no problems.
Yes. We were given the password at the reception immediately, before receiving the room.
Hello. We are arriving early in the morning, and we will be at the hotel around 7 AM. Is it possible to arrange an early check-in in advance? Does anyone have experience with this?
We arrived 3 days ago, and by around 11 am we were already at the hotel. We were checked in exactly an hour later without any additional requests on our part.
Ideally, people check out of the hotel at night, but room cleaning begins only around 8-9 AM, so check-in can happen around 10-11 AM if possible; if it's very early, it's quite a stroke of luck!
We arrived at 7 o'clock and were checked in after 12. If the hotel is full, you cannot negotiate for any money. We calmly left our luggage at the reception and went for breakfast - you can already use all the hotel infrastructure. Then we rushed to the beach - I had packed clothes and slippers for the beach separately in the suitcase, you take a bag with clothes, there is a free shower and changing room in the spa, towels are provided, there is a luggage storage for clothes in the spa, but we changed and took the unnecessary things to the luggage. By 12 o'clock, we were told to come to the reception, and after some time, we were given a room.
Hello, are there mosquitoes in the hotel?
No. Only small mosquitoes in the zoo landed on my legs a couple of times.
Good day! Please let me know, if the room is in the main building, is it possible to take an iron for free? Thank you!
Iron with ironing board is only available in Jasmine rooms. It is not available in other room categories.
Thank you!
Good day! Please tell me how things are with evening programs here, in general with entertainment? Perhaps there is karaoke, hookahs?
Hookah every evening at the pool bar, can't remember the prices... Better skip karaoke, please....😇
Good afternoon, please tell me, what is the situation with discos at the hotel? Are there any at all? In the club or outdoors?
There is a nightclub in the main building - we haven't been there, so I can't advise. As for the evening shows/concerts near the bar on the stage - there is a dance floor between the tables and the stage, where guests can dance.
Yes, until 00:00 at the pool bar, and then at the club, we also didn't make it to the club...
Can someone please tell me, were the pools heated at the end of October? Is the kids' club open? When do they usually close for the season?
Hotel open year-round
The children's water park is heated, and adults have access to the indoor spa.
Good afternoon, please tell me, is there beach volleyball at the hotel and how active is it?
They are playing, and it seems to depend on the check-in.... On the beach to the right, facing the sea, there is a net...
Thank you! I hope there will be active players so that my son (19 years old) won't be bored)))
They played barrel on the lawn....😂 It felt more like billiards
Oh no, not our style))) We prefer an active lifestyle))
As far as I remember the schedule: volleyball at 11 am and 4 pm to the right of the beach. The schedule of activities is posted on the towel rental stand.
Hello! Please tell me, do children or adults play football in Belice?
I can't say for sure, but in the evening I saw boys on the football field near the children's club from the balcony.
Thank you! It seems that there are 2 large fields on the site. But I heard that there is not much football. My husband likes to play in the evening, but probably won't have anyone to play with))
My husband played with the boys 😆 their dads also occasionally joined the game
Thank you 👍
Now passing by - children are playing. There is a volleyball net on the beach, adults are playing water polo in the pool, but this is all in the morning and during the day. In the evening, everyone is already at the bars.

👆👆👆Someone asked about football - adults also played, it was around 6 p.m.
Adults and children play, and children with adults too)
Thank you very much!
Good day everyone) Please tell me, will the restaurant near the Jasmine building be open at the end of October - beginning of November? Is it worth taking a tour there? And how much does a visit to this restaurant cost for an adult and for a child? I can't find this information
Restaurant Begonville is only available for guests staying in the Jasmine buildings. Visits for an additional fee are not possible.
As far as I understand from the information on the website, visits for other guests are also possible. However, I do not see the cost.
The food there is the same as in the main restaurant.
There is a grill available for custom roasting and similar, as far as I heard.
Perhaps) But not for the same money. They charge 30 euros for a steak house, and that's a different level.
If memory serves, it was 25 euros, but that was 2 years ago
Thank you)
Very much anticipated.
Perhaps there have been changes))) The price is not adequate. They don't even charge that much for a la carte.
This hotel charges. Standard price.
Higher-end hotels charge between 5 and 15. The most expensive steak is 25. So the price is far from standard.
25€ per person
Has anyone been to the hotel for New Year's Eve? How fun and active is everything, is there plenty to do?
I have been. Nothing special)
So is it completely dead here? Kids club, service - everything is frozen? We were at Gloria Golf for New Year's, we liked it - kids were busy, everything was enough. Bellis seems to have a large territory and even a zoo. I am choosing a hotel for this New Year. The choice is currently between Bellis, Dobedan (Belek), Voyage Sorgun, Dolphins...
In Sorgun, the outdoor pools will not be heated
Yes, I know. But here it's a matter of priorities. If the service there will be stronger, then perhaps we will only settle for an indoor pool. However, what stops us is that this is their first winter season in Sorgun.
In Dobedane and Bellise, both were excellent hotels. But for New Year's, I would probably choose Dobedane. They heat the main pool, have a water park, plus they have two spas, and the pools are also heated. And in Dobedane, they know how to entertain even out of season. I have not been to Voyages and Dolphins, the heated pool area is important to us.
Thank you very much for the advice. Entertainment is certainly very important off-season so as not to get bored.
Hello. Do the pools here get heated in October? Is there a club for teenagers?
In January, we enjoyed the one with the mountains and the children's one.
In 2023, it was mid-October, the main pool was not heated, but you could still swim as it wasn't cold, the sea was warm! I'm not sure if it's called a club or not, but there is an entertainer named Sultan who interacts with teenagers, they play games in the evenings, they have a group on WhatsApp.
Is a regular room at Jasmine being renovated? Who is renovating it? How much does it cost?
About jasmine, I can't say, but we paid an extra $400 from Camellia for a two-room suite with a jacuzzi for 11 days. But that was only once, the next times they did not switch us because the hotel is almost always 100% full.
By the way, when we booked, the main thing was more expensive than Camelias.
Someone wrote that they renovated, but it was not in season and they said the Jasmine restaurant cannot be used.
Please tell me about the à la carte restaurants, are they really paid?
Yes, if you do not stay at Jasmine.
Yes, they are paid. We didn't go, there's plenty of food in the restaurant, we didn't see the point in spending money.
We're flying on the 31st with the whole family; according to reviews, it's a really good hotel with a lot of entertainment programs. But I found other reviews, and it's just one disappointment (we're flying for another 15 days, it's sad to look every day at just the girls, sigh(((
I didn't quite understand, the go-go girls are on stage, and in the amphitheater, we had shows every day at 9 (or 10, I don't remember) during my 5 stays at this hotel. In spring, summer, and autumn, there are always performances. This year, there were no shows for a couple of days after Valeria's performance, apparently a lot of money was spent on her))) but otherwise, every day there is either a circus, or performances of "Madonna", or "Michael Jackson". Alice in Wonderland show, white show, magicians, and there was a lot of everything. Local singers were invited on stage, but we didn’t go, actually.
Show every day after the mini-disco in the amphitheater. After the show, there is a DJ and a party with go-go on stage.
Yes, yes, exactly. That's why I found it strange that they wrote there is no show.

The show every evening at 21:30 in the Amphitheater, and at 22:15 on the stage by the bar. Those in the Amphitheater are variety-circus shows with dances. Performances by power acrobats, equilibrists, gymnasts, etc. On the stage by the bar yesterday there were belly dances, before that a musical group performed, there were dances in the Gatsby style, and a DJ.

We had such programs. Well, these are go-go girls in different outfits.
Please, let me know what hygiene items are provided in the bathroom besides soap/shampoo? Is there toothpaste/toothbrush available? What should I bring from home and what is not necessary?
In the building Jasmine there is shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toothbrushes, shaving kit, soap, loofah
Is toothpaste available? Or should I bring my own? We will have the main building, most likely everything will be the same there. Thank you!
Dental services are also available.
👍 Thank you!
Most often toothbrushes and toothpaste are not included in the standards. Possible upon request

In the main building, everything was perfect.
In the standard room? We did not have it in two rooms. Only in the Junior Suite.
Ask and they will bring it. We also had it right away, we asked for bathrobes last time and a crib for the child.
We didn't need it) others ask for it. That's why I'm writing that it will be brought upon request. But we didn't have it
🙋♀ I'm asking. Last year, we stayed in a triple room, but this time we are going to stay in a standard room for two, that's why I asked. In general, I won't bring anything extra then, if needed, we will ask.
Yes, robes for adults were also provided in the room as standard.
Mini bar is replenished here every other day???
No, each
Every other day for us. My sister is in the room less and less 🤷♀️
Please contact Guest Relations.
Reported. Room numbers were also mentioned. The situation has not changed
Good afternoon. In which building are you staying?
Hello, we are already home 😊 we stayed at the Camellia (two families, different buildings, same issue). The parents (third family) didn't have this issue in the main building.
Yes, yes:) we are focused on the main building:) we will note that there are no issues with the mini-bar in the main building. 📝🙂
Are there children's curd snacks, kefir, milk in factory packaging at the hotel?
Yes
We are planning a trip to this hotel in October 20s with 2 girls aged 5 and 12 - is there entertainment for each age group, or only for younger children?
For kids only.
Is it better and more fun in the neighboring pavilion?
In the Papillon, there are many areas - including LEGO, a cinema, and game consoles for older kids, as well as games, crafts, and drawing activities for younger kids. In the evenings, there are entertaining contests, as well as a football field. In Belisa, my 10-year-old enjoyed nothing, while my 5-year-old found it interesting - they were molding, gluing, and drawing.
Regarding the kids club, I agree that it's suitable for a 10-year-old child. Mine is 9 years old. In the club, I only saw little ones or girls. In the evening, I saw that the boys were playing football, but mine didn't want to. We play table tennis with him, go to the game room with slot machines. 15 games cost 20€.
Thank you for the information 👍 What about darts and stuff like that? I saw some shooting games on the poster - probably not for teenagers? My son is 13, he played darts and tennis at another hotel, if he found a company. Is it only in euros in the game room? Do they accept dollars?
Yes, there are various sports activities, I don't know about the age. Once I saw people playing darts at a cafe near the beach, there were adults. We somehow don't have time for various games, there are many of them during the day. We like going to the zoo, we bring food for the animals. Raccoons like walnuts, 2 orangutans (a girl and a boy) like packaged juice and bananas. Approach their enclosure, show what you have brought and toss it up, they catch it, open it themselves, and drink/eat. For the other animals, we bring apples, cucumbers, or lettuce leaves. I write openly because we first consulted with the zoo employees about what exactly can be given to the animals. We did not ride the horses.
Great! 🔥 Very interesting! Monkeys 🔥🔥 will go to everyone with treats. We were there in early April last year for 3 days, there were very few people, we went to the zoo once, only saw how raccoons were fed - they are so adorable
Good afternoon! Please tell me, is there a public transport stop near the hotel? If not, how can I get to the nearest store? How much does a taxi cost? Thank you!
There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, but the bus does not run. It's $10 to Legends Landing with its shops or to Kadria with Turkish stalls. It takes about 40-50 minutes to walk to them.
Thank you for the information.
Does anyone know if there is a luggage weighing scale at the hotel?
A couple of years ago, you could definitely wrap it! 😊
This can be done right now
Hello everyone! Please let me know who is currently at the hotel, is there construction going on to the left of the hotel?
No signs 😊
Thank you for your response. Please clarify, is there sound or image?)
Nothing found)
We were at Bellis in April 2023, it was quiet there, no movement. And somewhere I also saw the same question this season - they answered that the construction is frozen
Please, let us know when we arrive at the hotel on our son's birthday. Do we need to make sure he gets a birthday greeting, or does the hotel track it on its own? Also, does their greeting only include bringing out a cake for dinner, or are there any other treats?
To have a cake brought to your room, you need to arrange it specifically through the guest relations, or on the spot in the restaurant with the manager or hostess. I believe they will already bring a card and a compliment to your room.
Thank you!
Good day! On the day before the birthday, come to guest relations for a reminder. In the room, they bring a cake, juice, fruits, a card, candles, and sparklers. Plus, yesterday my daughter was congratulated after the children's disco. During the day in the kids' club, she said it was her birthday. And in the evening, she was given balloons. The child is happy)
Thank you ☺️
I always approach the guest relations within 24 hours and arrange when and where the congratulations will take place. Usually, I ask to decorate a specific table for lunch and bring out a cake. For us, it's somehow more fun than just receiving a cake with a card in the room. If the child is little and goes to the kids' club, I discuss in advance with the girls from the kids' club. In any case, I would discuss my wishes regarding the congratulations with the hotel staff in advance.
Hello, we are planning a vacation at the beginning of October with an 8-month-old child. This hotel is recommended to us as decent and inexpensive. Please advise on which rooms to consider for a vacation with a child? I am leaning towards the Jasmine rooms.
In the main building overlooking the sea, you can hear the disco with closed balconies. The disco is until 00:00. I changed the room with a sea view to a garden view so that my sleep does not depend on the disco. So for those who have an upgrade, it's not just a great hotel, but it's possible that your room was taken and therefore they offer a vacated room, but of a higher category)) But with a garden view (towards Papillon) - the technical side: both buses and trucks, and a generator. But with the doors closed, it's barely noticeable.
Jasmine with a small child - a great option.
Jasmine - a great choice!
If you don't mind overpaying for Jasmine, check out Voyage Sorgun. The child won't mind, and you won't regret it.
Voyage Belek also offers Megasaray
Belek went down in terms of service. Megastar is not it)))
The service at Voyage Belek has not changed. Nothing has deteriorated there, we have been vacationing there for four years in a row. Voyage Sorgun has always been a more cozy and welcoming hotel.
Of course, Voyages on another level. If they are offered to you, then within your budget, then of course them. It's just a matter of price - you listed hotels of different levels in principle, and naturally with different pricing policies.
As for the noise level in the rooms - we are staying in the camellia and seemingly further away from the evening program. However, everything is heard very well. Not only the music, but also the applause and what is being said on stage.

Good afternoon! Did anyone participate in aqua fitness at 11 and step aerobics at 15:30? I found a photo, tourists sent the schedule. Where do they take place? Is aqua fitness in the sea or in the pool? And where is step aerobics? In the intense heat?
All aqua fitness activities take place in the main pool. Regular aqua aerobics at 11:00 on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. On Tuesdays, aqua bike (bicycle) at 12:00. On Saturdays, aqua trampoline at 12:00. During the classes, it is better to cover your head with a baseball cap and apply sunscreen to your shoulders/arms. Fitness in springy shoes on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 16:00. There is a small area with a soft flooring, like on a playground, between the main pool and some small pool covered by a canopy. But under the canopy, it's very stuffy; my husband and I almost fainted more from the humidity and stuffiness than from the physical exertion. I couldn't find Step aerobics, but it might also be on this covered platform. Ask the entertainers sitting in a small gazebo near the main pool, who announce all these moments over the microphone.
Good afternoon! Question for those who have vacationed with children: please advise if the hotel sells life jackets, floats, buckets, and shovels for playing in the sandbox? If yes, are the prices reasonable or is it better to bring everything with you?
Good afternoon! There is a shop on the premises with various odds and ends, but my friend went in to ask about the price of sunburn cream, they were given an unreasonable price and the salesperson was rude, she wrote a complaint... I think it's better to bring your own.)
Everything is for sale. In April, the cheapest sunscreen cost $10, while Nivea cost $75 🤪 children's swimsuit $55. I think the prices are completely inadequate. Try asking for buckets and spades in the kids' club. Many people leave them when they leave the hotel.
Good afternoon. Is there anywhere nice to take a walk near the Bellis Hotel?
No. Along the beach line, next to other hotels, it is possible.
Support, turned left to Max Royal, and right to Kalinan.
And what about the waterfront?
No beachfront, but overall it's nice everywhere, we walked barefoot, the beaches are wide, unlike Belis and Belville... We usually went for a stroll after breakfast! Morning sunbathing! 😎
Is there any civilization beyond the hotel grounds? How can I get to Belek?
Just beyond the gates are the road and golf courses, civilization lies behind them, about 2-2.5 kilometers away.
Thank you, what are the options to get to civilization?
Judging by the reviews and Yandex Maps, it seems you need to walk a couple of kilometers from the hotel to the main road - from Bellis turn left and then right, and there will be the main highway and bus stops - left to Antalya, right to Belek. Alternatively, there is a taxi, but the prices are inhuman.
From Legend of Legends to Kadrie - taxi costs 10 dollars. In spring, we walked - about 50 minutes, now, I think it will be too hot.
In Belek itself, you will have enough time to walk around for 2-3 hours, wander, maybe buy something non-branded. Pharmacies there are now a favorite type of shopping. Souvenirs. Sweets. Therefore, you can also take a taxi from the hotel. Do not rush to the buses. And do not walk in the heat. And if you are planning to travel to different places, ask the Russian-speaking staff at the reception for options other than taxis.
Hello, is there nowhere to eat in the evening here? Before bed, I mean?
From 9:30 pm to 11:30 pm, only pizza and burgers are available in one place, and it closes at 10 pm.
Very strange. And what about the night soup?
From 23:30 it begins
It starts at 11:30 PM.
Good day! Please tell me, who stayed in the Mimosa building at this hotel? How are the rooms? Is it too dark there? And a question for those who stayed in the main building 😊 How is the noise level there? Is it worth checking in with a child or choosing a building further away?
In Mimosa, the lighting will be moderate. There are trees around the building, but they are not planted too densely. The sun breaks through. It will also depend on which side the room faces. The north side is darker. The south side is brighter. It depends on the floor. If you prefer a brighter room, choose the third floor. In relation to the main building, it is necessary to consider the child's age and when they go to bed. On the side facing the pool and water park, it is noisy all day. All activities are on this side. But there is a direct view of the sea. However, it is also the hottest side. The sun shines through the windows during the day. The noise stops at 00:00-00:30 after the end of the disco.
We are staying in the Camellia room, we asked for a corner room, it is slightly larger and has an extra bed instead of a cot. But we also have a 16-year-old child. There was literally not enough space on the first day, but now it's fine, no worries. We really like the location of the building though.👍
Hello, please advise regarding cellular communication in the hotel, is there no connectivity without a specific SIM card there?
Hello. There is a connection, the network switches to local. We never bought an additional SIM card. But to avoid high costs, we communicate through Wi-Fi (using WhatsApp, for example).
Are there any snack bars on the premises? Sometimes you feel like having a snack between lunch and dinner...
Yes. Enough! 😊
Where are they? I've only seen them in one place where you can get ayran and they make flatbreads. In the other places, it seems like only drinks are available... I'm still getting used to it here)
Kalamata Snack restaurant (fruits, salads, burgers, sandwiches, pizza) 12:00-16:00 near the beach. White Bistro restaurant 13:30-17:30 / 18:30-22:00 near the relaxation pool.
As you walk along the main pathway to the beach, there is a small café on the left before the beach.

Here is the arch ahead - the entrance to the beach (video April 2023), and on the left, the white structure - that's the beginning of that bar. There were a lot of hot dishes back then (including grilled meat, grilled fish, hot dogs, etc.), salads, ice cream, fruits, non-alcoholic drinks, beer and alcohol, cocktails.
Take a card-key, it has a QR code on it, point your phone camera at it and the Bellis Hotel app will open, where you can check the schedule for when and where everything operates.
We usually travel during the high season, but this year it doesn't really work out in terms of both time and money, and here I read reviews that many people travel in the autumn, I didn't even think about it 😂 and the prices are nice, and as I understood, the weather is great! Can I also clarify if there is anything else that differs from such a vacation not during the high season? Are there fewer people? And do hotels still operate the same way?
Last year hoteliers extended the season until November
Last year in October was a full house! The beach was full of people, the amphitheater was full during the entertainment, and after the show, there were a lot of people around the stage.
In October, children have school holidays, which is why October is so popular; the weather is still suitable for swimming, prices are lower, there is an opportunity to stay in a great hotel at a good price – but you have to catch the discounts now.
Please tell me where is the best place to stay? And what are the differences between the buildings? The tour agent didn't say anything
There is a main building and bungalows. There is a separate area with its own restaurant and pool + a privileged bar. The choice is yours, to chase such a tour operator back.
There is the main building, separate Camellia buildings, villas with a pool, a few more Mimosa rooms, and separate buildings with their own restaurant, pool, and Jasmine bar.
Hello! We are planning to stay at this hotel in the second half of October. Is everything operating as usual? Are the outdoor restaurants and entertainment programs available? Also, could you please provide some information about the food options at the hotel?
Good afternoon, we vacationed last year in October, everything was working) the food was as in season) we are also flying in October 😄
Good afternoon! Please tell me, does everyone currently resting have a large bed in all rooms, not double, but twin beds? We are planning to stay in Belis in 2 days, and we want to understand whether we should ask guest relations to handle such nuances in advance.
We have two separate beds, but we requested and were provided with a large mattress topper, so now it's like a double bed.
There are different preferences))) It would have been helpful to specify bed preferences during booking
I understand that in all, we didn't even ask, they connected them right away and put a topper on top, in general, we didn't feel like two separate beds.
Is there volleyball at the hotel? My kids love to play. In Seven Seas, it was different, in Baruts it was difficult, they hardly played at all. How about here? Do they play? For daughters, pier, volleyball, good shows - this is the main reason they travel.
Playing and very active. Animator Yulia is doing a great job there.
I'm looking at the rooms in the hotel, and there is an option for a bungalow, but I can't understand neither its size nor its location. In the reviews, I only see Camellia, the main building, and Jasmine. I also know about Mimosa, with them everything is more or less clear. So, what does a bungalow ultimately mean? What is the size and where is it located on the map? Also, a question about Jasmine, is this exit to the pool necessary (1st floor)? It's me, my mom, and two daughters aged 13 and 20 going. Has anyone stayed in Jasmine, is it farther from the sea, and is it necessary to pay extra or not?
Is it worth paying extra for Jasmine, it depends on what is important to you on vacation! Here you will have a separate restaurant, quietness, and your own bar. I think the sea is not so far away, but to each their own.
If you have the money to overpay for Jasmine, it is better to choose a better hotel in this budget. Camellia is a bungalow.
Jasmine is great with pool access. You will have a separate restaurant called Bougainvillea.
Can you tell me, are there mosquitoes in the rooms?
There are no mosquitoes in the rooms, but on the street, especially in the amphitheater, there were some, they really were. They bit a little bit, but then disappeared 😁
Please tell me, did I understand correctly that all à la carte options are paid, and the pastry shop is free? And in the room, only drinks in the minibar are complimentary?
It seems like the entire minibar is complimentary.
Pastry shop and mini-bar are complimentary
The mini bar is completely free, there is no paid option there in principle. All a la carte options are paid, the coffee shop pastry shop is complimentary.
Please tell me who stayed at the hotel in October? (We are thinking of flying 12-22) Is the hotel's concept fully operational? How is the weather?
In October we were there, everything is generally working, the only thing is that there were no daytime activities on the field except for Oktoberfest, we stayed for 10 nights... But overall everything is good! The water in the main pool cools down every day, the sea is very nice... it's hot in the sun during the day, in the evening it's fine in shorts and a t-shirt, not cold...
We were there last year from October 11th, everything was fully available
Please tell me, do Junior rooms have the same balconies as the standard ones or are they bigger? And are they also adjacent to each other?
Junior suites with direct sea views have huge balconies. It's almost like having an additional room space. As for those with side views, I can't provide information.
The room with a side view is the same, with a corner.

We stayed in a junior suite last year
On the terrace of the main restaurant, the question is, do mischievous sparrows still fly inside this year? In April of that year, they were flying around because some windows were open - we had to leave one person at the table to guard the plates from them while the others went to get food 😂
Flying 😂
Good day to everyone! Who stayed in the main building in standard rooms with a sea view? There are two types - a sea view from the side and a direct sea view - the price difference is about 5 thousand rubles. If there are photos of the view from the balcony, please show them! 🙏 And what floor and room number did you have? Some say the rooms look tired, but looking at the reviews - it seems all is well - is that true or not? Are the beds comfortable? Is the plumbing working fine?

Both times the view was like that. 5th floor. At the reception, we asked for just a good view and a courtyard room. We bought regular standards.
👍 This is probably the one with a side sea view
Yes, they asked for a higher floor. There were no problems with the elevators.

We were on the 6th floor. We did not specifically book a sea view, but we had a partial view of it. You can see the view from the room in the photo. Yes, the rooms look a bit tired if you look closely, but these details are not visible in the video. Nonetheless, everything is still good, solid. The plumbing works well. We checked in and found a leaking shower hose, we called and asked for it to be fixed, and within 10 minutes everything was done.
Take a higher floor, so you can see the sea better, on lower floors you will see the garden, mostly trees.

We stayed on the 2nd floor. We liked everything. In reality, the sea view is even better). But, probably, the view will be even more luxurious higher up🌊
What are the differences between the buildings in Bellis? What is special about the Camellia building?
I think they are the same. Only in the Camellia there are shower cabins, and in the main building there are baths.
Camellia is a three-story building?
Yes, there is also mimosa. I don't know what the difference is between the standard room in the main building and the camellia. The area seems to be larger. But the mimosa is more expensive.
Mimosa - a separate building located to the side of the main one. Junior level rooms are in the main building, with only a smaller balcony. Ideal for those who want to hide under the trees in the shade. The Mimosa building has 3 floors and no elevator.
I do not plan to travel outside the hotel; I want to buy gifts at the hotel's own store. Can you please tell me what currency to use for payment: dollars/euros/liras? What about cards? Which one works?
I bought gifts at the jewelry store - cash dollars, Gazprombank UnionPay card, and a transfer to Sberbank. In general, I think they may even accept rubles.
Last year in April, we paid for the suitcase in cash rubles.
By the way, there is a nice souvenir and sweet shop in the hotel, prices are reasonable, we paid in dollars.
You can pay in euros and dollars, and rubles are easily accepted at Sberbank. Cash in rubles is also accepted. Although the exchange rate is 1 € = 105 ₽. The sweets are excellent, everything is fresh, especially the bulk ones, they are just amazing, there are both sweet and sour options. The sour ones are not too sweet, I really liked them, they paired great with coffee 😍😍😍 Great souvenirs and magnets, many and varied. Prices are reasonable. But at the airport, the prices are double, and in some cases even triple. I deliberately compared and was shocked.
Are à la carte restaurants included in the price? At least one visit?
There is no charge in Bellis
What about dining? Is there a children's menu at Belis hotel?
There is a kids' table and a children's area in the main restaurant. Jarred baby food, milk, milkshakes, and kefir in Tetra Pak.
Good evening! How is the soundproofing from neighboring rooms? Can you hear the neighbors loudly?
You know, everything depends on people, we are always in the main building, out of 5 times, only 1 was in the camellia. So, only this year the rowdy ones got caught, the rest must have behaved very culturally and were not heard at all! Moreover, we were there for 18 days and during this time 3 families of vacationers changed.
We didn't hear anyone at all, it felt like there was no one else besides us 😂 We only occasionally met each other in the corridor and greeted each other on the balcony 😁
Please tell me, with a 5-year-old child, where is it better to stay? In the main building in a standard room or in the camellia?
In the main building, there is a bathroom, while in the camellia there is a shower. I think that's the difference. The restaurant is in the main building, and there is also a coffee shop. We found it more convenient in the main building. Everything else, in general, is nearby in both places.
We have a 6-year-old child, we stayed on the 6th floor in room 1609 in the main building, we had a great time 😁 However, the bed in the room didn't have side rails for the child, so please request them in advance, after all, kids move a lot in their sleep. There was no music heard in our room 😊 And there were no problems with noise on the floor or with the elevators, we had two exits to the elevators. One exit was closer to the sea, and the other was closer to the main restaurant 😁
Can I request a bed rail? Is it free of charge?
Yes, free
This is a personal preference for everyone))) Some prefer the main building, some prefer bungalows. Pay close attention to the room descriptions and square footage. In bungalows, the main thing is tranquility, while in the main building there may be more noise and activity. The standard rooms in Camellia are very small.
Can you tell me, is a lifeguard always present at the sea? In 2022, he was not visible for half a day.
Always, both on the beach and in the water park, for both children and adults 😊 We sat and watched all the time ☺️
This May, I also remember that no matter how much I swam, I didn't see him on the tower.
Please, let me know, do you have soups or broth (non-creamy)? Do you serve borscht? 😂 We can't do without something liquid
Yes, the borscht was very tasty, we had it for dinner once and didn't regret it, as it turned out to be insanely delicious. There are non-creamy soups as well, so check the children's menu more often, where you can find non-creamy soups for both lunch and dinner, although slightly under-salted, but you can add salt and it will be delicious. Don't worry, the food there is excellent, everything is very tasty and diverse, especially a lot of seafood every day.
For the 5 times we stayed at the hotel, we never got borscht once, the last time we stayed for 18 days. If you want non-cream soups, you should check in the children's section of the restaurant.
Can you assist, Jasmine = pool access?
If lagoon, then yes. If ocean view, then floors 2 and 3. The price differs significantly during peak season.
Thank you. I will save it. About the excellent 1st floor separate from the rest too. The agent recommended considering Bellis, but strictly Jasmine (knowing our level of hotel preferences).
If you have any special requests, then do not forget to take into account not only the jasmine but also the boar in the price. The beach in Bellise is to die for, even though this year they have expanded it and added two rows of sun loungers. It didn't get much better, in my humble opinion. We didn't leave Cabana for two weeks. And, of course, this adds to the expenses.

Bellisa Cottages
What is the cost?
150$
Hello❤️ Is the construction near Bellis frozen now?
In May, it was practically frozen. That is, we noticed some sort of "movement" there only once, and the rest of the time it was silent.
Good afternoon. Yes, we were there in June, it seems like the construction site is abandoned, just like before.
Can you tell me, are the standard rooms very small for 2 adults and a 3-year-old child? We want to stay at Bellis, but we are concerned about the room size. We are deciding between Bellis and Dobedan.
We were a bit cramped; if we had known, we would have taken a larger room. However, on the other hand, we only slept and showered there, so it was okay. And as we understood, there are also other standard rooms that are larger.
There are no more available dates for our stay, unfortunately(
The room is absolutely fine, I don't think you will be there often. You can try asking for a slightly larger room at the reception if it is very uncomfortable.
It will be a bit small for three people, especially if a bed is added for a child. They would have to remove the armchair (there is only one small armchair, a second one simply wouldn't fit) and the small table, so there will be nowhere to sit except on the bed. In general, the rooms for this price leave much to be desired.
We didn't have a chair, there was some kind of big chair, but they didn't remove it.
I probably called it by a chair. Well then, it's not going to unfold at all. A comfortable room, in my opinion, is already half of a successful vacation, no matter how long you stay there. This room is suitable for two, it is even cozier than a junior one, which is larger but not as cozy. Poor rooms for a hotel of this level, what can I say.
If you stay there overnight, it's okay to sleep, get yourself together there, and leave. They are a bit small, but tolerable.
Hello! Can you please tell me if there is an iron in the standard room in the main building?
No. And in the junior suite either.
What if I ask? Will they give it? How to iron clothes? Only for a fee?
I can't say for sure, I didn't use it, I think if you ask, they'll give it for free. I came to the conclusion that this hotel is deluxe on request 😁. If you don't ask, you won't get it... When I didn't find the shower cap in the room, they told me at the reception that it's available upon request 😁. There were a few similar moments as well. Now this hotel is called "Bellis Deluxe on Request" for me.
Hello! Who has been or is currently on vacation, is there a photographer? Interested in the price. And if someone has used the services of a photographer, please share your feedback.
In April 2023, the price was $10 per photo, in other hotels in reviews, I also saw prices of $9-12 per photo. He asked for $300 for the entire photo session or photo album 🙈
The photographer is now asking for $700 for the photo album, while one photo costs $50. His name is Ali-Baba, that's how he introduced himself
What a scam! I don't remember his name, but his photos were not worth 5$ a year ago - he can't take photos at all, just presses the shutter button on the camera. During the pandemic, I completed a 2-month training + a full year course at a photography school, and I know what I'm talking about when evaluating the quality of that miracle "photographer's" work.
Hello! Can you tell me about the dining options at the hotel right now? I'm interested in the overall quality of the food, is everything tasty and diverse? Specifically, is there grilled fish (and which kind?) available every day? What about the meat dishes, are they deliciously prepared? We stayed at Bellis in early April 2023, it was not yet the high season, not all bars were open, and there weren't many entertainment activities yet - but we still liked everything. I remember that grilled dorado/seabass fish was available every day in the main restaurant and at the beach bar. Is it the same now? As for the beach, is everything comfortable there, are there enough sun loungers? I read that this year the beach has been significantly expanded.

The beach has indeed been greatly expanded, instead of the grassy area near the pool, there is now a beach, and the gazebo has been moved closer to the snack bar. The fish is still plentiful, there and everywhere, daily. The width of the left part of the beach)) May 2024
Are there souvenir shops at the hotel?
Yes, including weight sweets👌
Please let me know until what time the kids club is open?
20.00, then just the playground, mini disco, and show
Good afternoon! Please tell me, on which floors are the family rooms located in the Camellia?
Rooms are located on floors: 1, 2, 3
Hello everyone! Can you tell me, who is at the hotel. It seems that everything is bad with normal whiskey in the bars according to the QR codes? Essentially only Ballantine's and J&B are more or less normal. Just when the hotel employee sent me the concept for this summer, the selection was much larger. There was Chivas and Black Label. Does it mean we were misled during booking?
In May, Chivas 12 Year Old was there, I don't remember about Black Label.
In May, there was Chivas, Glenlivet 12, Metaxa I think 5, Jim Beam, Jack Daniels.
Everything was fine, the husband was just drinking Chivas and Remy Martin.
Good morning🌸 a question for those currently staying at the hotel. Please tell me, do they serve strawberries for breakfast? We just come after 9 for breakfast and there are none. Yesterday I accidentally saw the last 5 strawberry berries on a plate where all the fruits are. The question arose, maybe they only serve it early in the morning? Whoever gets there first) 😅
The early bird catches the worm 😁
The day before yesterday we managed to catch her for dinner, we didn't see her at breakfast after 8.30 once.
You can see that by coming exactly at the opening for dinner 😁. We never made it for breakfast or dinner during the week)) but we always arrived late at the restaurant 🙈. And a couple of days ago, when I saw a few berries on the tray, I approached the man in the chef's hat, who turned out to be the chef 😁🙃. He laughed that I decided to approach the chef right away and after 5 minutes he brought us a plate of strawberries ))
Hello, does anyone know how much a taxi from the hotel to Legend Park costs? And is it possible to get there by bus?
One-way taxi fare is 10 dollars or 350 lira (once a taxi driver calculated in euros one way, and another in dollars for the return trip at the rate).
There is no shuttle from the hotel, it's a one-hour walk, a taxi cost $10 in spring, now it seems like $15).
We called a hotel yesterday, like we did 2 years ago for $10
Are foam parties held at the hotel?
No foam(
And tell me, is there a juice bar? 🙂
Unfortunately, no, orange juice is only available during breakfast.
And even that, not quite a fresh juice after all, at least in May it was diluted, and they themselves talked about it. I was also surprised, the food at the hotel is good, abundant and high quality, but the fresh juices were a failure. We bought oranges for the child, they were excellent, squeezed them in a glass. And if you order fresh juice in the main restaurant, $4, it took a long time to find out and they still couldn't say what types of juice there are.
In the Bégonia restaurant, which belongs to the Jasmine rooms, orange juice was served for breakfast. 👌
Good evening! A question regarding the rooms. Is a Junior Suite with a partial side sea view considered to be a side room, which will have a direct view of the Papillon? And regarding the rooms in the main building, what view do the Famili rooms have?
There is a Junior at Papillon, sunset, and there is the other side, by the pool and the sea, sunrise, I don't know about the Femeli.
Are drinks served in plastic or glass at the bars on the pier and near the main pool?
On the pier is plastic. At the main pool, if you are drinking there, it's glass, plastic with you.
Can you please tell me, do you have hookahs?
Yes, we have hookahs)
Hookahs available, 30€
$30 for a hookah
Can you please tell me if there is a bar on the pier?
There is a bar. But the drinks are very simple.
Champagne and whiskey cola are available? We have enough of that at the bar on the pier 🙂

Last year's bar on the pier. The beer was in tin cans.
There is champagne, wine, canned wine, Ballantine's whiskey, Martini, Havana Club and Bacardi rum, and much more on the pier) but the selection is certainly better at the beach bar and lobby bar.
Please let me know from what time to what time the zoo is open? How do I get there from another hotel?
Last year the zoo was open from 10:00 to 20:00. Excursions from other hotels are available for a small fee. You need to inquire at the reception of your hotel. Last year there was an excursion from the nearby Papillon. It was $10, if I recall correctly.
Please tell me which rooms are better to request in the main building? We have a sea view - are they far from the elevators? There was information that it is not very comfortable near the elevator, and as I understood, it is better to take a higher floor to have a quieter experience from the entertainment. Thank you!
Sea view and higher floors - good rooms
Are the elevators far away? By the way, are there any issues with elevator speed, do you have to wait long? Or is it easier to take 2-3 floors and walk?
The issue is not the speed, but the fact that it's several floors up. I would easily walk up 2-3 floors. Right now, there's a big conference happening, so sometimes we stop at almost every floor starting from the 6th.
Understood, thank you. What about the noise? Would you have kept the 6th floor for yourself or would you have chosen a lower floor?
The elevators are generally not noisy. It's just people making noise while waiting for the elevator or getting out. But you can't avoid this noise even in the corridors far from the elevator. It's already about people's manners. Although such a thing is very rare in a hotel. For the 6th floor - I would definitely choose a high floor. If you have to choose between a view from the room or waiting for the elevator - well, the view wins. We were in the hotel in July 2023. The hotel was full. But waiting for the elevator never bothered us. Of course, there were people with a psychosis, to whom everything had to be instant: once they approached the elevator, it should have been on their floor in a second. But to a normal person, it's clear that some waiting time is inevitable.
We stayed there too. And yes, it's not the elevators that are noisy, but brainless people.
Good afternoon! Please tell me, what thematic parties/discos are available? Maybe Total white? What wardrobe will be needed?
The wardrobe is the most democratic. There are no dress codes in the hotel. This hotel is not for showing off or flaunting brands. It's all about relaxing and not worrying about clothes. Of course, you won't be allowed in swimwear or naked to dine. But the crowd there is friendly and intellectual. There is no blatant showing off. Overall, there is no extravagance. 😊 No events with special dress codes have been noticed either.
Can you please tell me, is Chivas included in the all-inclusive or is it available for an additional fee?
Included in the all.
It depends on the type. The all-inclusive package includes activities for children aged 12 and under, while those aged 18 and above are subject to an additional fee.
Which cocktails are delicious? Please tell me.
I loved the cocktail "Summer Daydream" so much that I bought all the ingredients and now make it at home 🤪
Oksana works at the main pool bar where bartender Nikita works. I just tell him what I want based on my preferences (sour or sweet) and all his cocktails turn out great.

In the main building bar, the girls made a very tasty pina colada yesterday.

Here's an example (ice in a blender with alcohol and syrups is also super. It cools down in such weather.

Very strong cocktail for those who like it stronger (Baileys, Jack Daniel's, banana syrup, coffee syrup, milk, ice and cream) 🥰😊
In the bars in the morning/ during the day, I highly recommend trying the Ice Latte; it is very refreshing and tasty without any syrups ☺️

We also had a delicious cocktail at Bellis Lounge yesterday, the Porn Star cocktail🥴
Hello! Can you please tell me if the hotel has a system for ordering drinks via QR codes in the bars and on the beach?
It only works at the main pool, as we understood.. they efficiently deliver trays on rollers)) Or maybe we didn't figure it out.. At the beach, everything seems to be self-service for the bar.
Works where QR codes are attached to umbrellas, our children used them))) But there are bars everywhere nearby, you can walk)
Is there evening entertainment for adults? Shows, performances, discos? Are there professional entertainers or local animators organizing it?
It's fine, but we miss everything because of the kids' schedule)) It starts after 10 p.m. when all kids-related activities are over. There is a new poster in the elevator every day. Yesterday there was a Great Gatsby themed party, everything was decorated very atmospherically. I don't know who organized it)) And on June 5th, Leonid Agutin performed in a concert 🔥🔥 Since April, it seems like once a month some star performs here, check the poster on the website, you might catch one
Please tell me, when are the concerts held, for example, Agutin recently performed, is there enough space for everyone? Or those who didn't make it, stand. Do they set up tables there or just chairs?
We went to Valeriya in May, do not even think about buying seats behind the couches. Those who bought them stood and watched, because they couldn't see anything due to the people who were just standing there, no enjoyment at all. But we immensely enjoyed the concert, we would gladly go to Agutin's as well. You can easily approach the stage, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to push through.
This is a summer concert, like an open air. Standing)) 1.5 hours to dance.
Valeria exactly an hour, before that 30 minutes warm-up
Is the hammam here only available for a fee? Or can you visit once upon arrival?
Why is the hammam paid? It is if you want spa treatments - then separate cabins with massages yes, for money. And so - I really liked the hammam there in terms of temperature, humidity - I went every day)
2 saunas, a steam room - banya, a hammam (with hot stones) - all of this is free, feel free to sit there from morning till night)))
Good afternoon! Please tell me about aqua fitness. Is it just regular exercises in the pool or are there elements with a water trampoline/water bike? We visited Papillon nearby, really liked the aqua fitness on the trampoline 🔥
Charging is not ordinary))) Water bicycles were also available. In general, there is a cool girl leading these activities. There is also aerobics on special jumping sneakers))))) Sorry, I don't know the correct name for them 🤣🤣🤣
Good morning everyone! Tell us about the turtles that children feed with strawberries. We are on the sixth day at the hotel, and so far we haven't met any turtles. Maybe we are not looking in the right place? Where can we find them?
We saw it behind the white bar
In March, they were crawling everywhere, also near the children's club) just in case - there are a lot of apple lovers in the zoo, the desire to feed them won't disappear)
Good morning, please provide the schedule of activities for adults 🌸🤗
Hello! For those who have stayed at the hotel, please advise on the kids' club... what was the age of your child? A question to all those with children aged 5-6, were the kids interested in the kids' club, and what is there for children of this age at the hotel? I have read many good reviews before, including about the kids' club, but the latest one is not so positive.
Here you need to understand what each person wants from the kids' club. Some parents just leave their child there, they keep an eye on them at the club for a while, he plays with toys there, and then the parents come. But some people want there to be contests, events, and prizes in the kids' club. That's how it seemed to me from the outside (my own child has already outgrown the kids' club), there aren't many activities with kids in Bellis. The animation is quite moderate. We were at the hotel in July 2023. In the neighboring Papillon Belvil, even from the outside, from the balcony, you can see that there is constant activity with kids. Therefore, the impression is that Bellis is not quite a hotel for vacationing with young children, if you are not willing to entertain your child yourself. The food is good. The area is great. There is a small water park. The entrance to the sea is good. Everything is fine for kids. But in terms of entertainment and animation - it's lacking. But each parent weighs the pros and cons. Everyone has their own expectations from the kids' club and the kids' concept.
I agree with the previous review. The children's animation is so-so. When you bring them to the club, you realize that they are not eagerly awaited there. Also, the timing is not very convenient. From 10-12 and from 14-17. You have to pick up the child for lunch. As a result, my 6-year-old daughter did not want to go there. This is my only downside of staying at the hotel. Everything else went perfectly for me. My daughter had nothing to compare with, so she didn't worry and spent whole days in the pools.
Here they are not welcome. My sociable five-year-old child went there once and that was it. He never wanted to go back there again. It feels like they are not really child-friendly, just going through the motions.
Good afternoon! We visited in July 2022, with children aged 10 and 5. We really liked the kids' club, the girls were very hospitable. The children cried when we were leaving. I am surprised by the reviews, that's why I am writing mine. We played cowboys and Indians, went to the zoo centrally, and had quests all over the hotel. Maybe something has changed over the past year.. 🤷🏼♀️ but both me and the kids were thrilled!
My child is 7 years old. He has been to the kids' club 2 times, communicated well. He is sociable and can find common ground with everyone. He mostly played with other kids at the playground in the mini club. Most of the time we spent by the sea and pools... I am also not very satisfied with their working schedule. Not enough time. Long breaks. If you need to leave your child and, for example, go shopping, you won't be able to do it easily... but they do activities with them, face painting, sculpting, drawing, take them to the zoo... our child is not interested in all of this. He was having fun with us by the sea, building sandcastles with the other kids. The girls in the club are nice. They treated our son well, friendly. I can't say anything bad 🙂 There were several people working there and they all seemed normal. I haven't heard any complaints from other parents about our vacation. There are activities and classes. Every day they have something interesting and different. They had children's water polo, played ball, made drawings, crowns, purses, and at 12:00 there was a medal game that was different each time... it was interesting. Our child won a medal. They had to throw balls into baskets from a distance. They had 3 attempts. The winner was determined by the total score. All participants received sweet prizes (candies). This game was at 12:00 every day. The little kids were not mistreated, they helped them play 😉
Good evening. We were in the middle of October 2023 with our 6-year-old daughter. We have pleasant memories from the mini club. The girl animators were nice, but different in character (as everywhere). Our daughter wanted to go there every day. The schedule suited us perfectly - in the morning we were at the sea, after lunch my husband played volleyball, and we were at the club). The activities were different every day, with a schedule for the week by day. We made necklaces from pasta, paper crowns, face painting, painted t-shirts, and played board games. There were competitions before lunch, evening shows on stage, and after the mini disco, the winners were awarded medals). It was all very cute and soulful, we remember it warmly. I read a comment somewhere that they changed the senior staff member in the mini club this year and it got even better. But we haven't checked it ourselves yet, there's still a long time until the vacation)
It's strange what happened to the mini club? It seems like the same girls have been working there for several years. We have been to Bellis several times, there were no issues at all. They were great with the kids, had different programs for them. It's a pity if the mini club has become weak. 😔
This year some girls left. Some stayed. Overall, the atmosphere is good and the son was satisfied. The animation this year has really become better, more fun, and interesting for children. The mini club at the hotel is great. We personally have a suggestion regarding the operating hours, without breaks and a bit longer, like in other hotels. 🙂

Good evening, here is the photo of the schedule of events at the children's club that I took yesterday.
Bélisa has a very good entertainment program. Sometimes cartoons are shown for children in the kids' club on a big outdoor screen. The child was torn between watching the show after the disco or going to the cartoons.
Good afternoon! Please tell me, is there any shopping center near the hotel?
40-50 minutes walk - is it far? Land of Legends or Kadriye. or 10 (now seems like 15) dollars by taxi
Thank you, I understand there is a huge hypermarket there, I want something simpler. To buy swimming goggles and swimsuits for children.
In Lende - a bunch of official shops, in Kadri - cool local stores. There is also a small Migros, somewhere halfway. But I haven't been there. There are also little shops on the hotel territory.
It is better to have a shop with you or at the hotel, but it is very expensive. However, considering the cost of a taxi, it may be cheaper to shop at the hotel 🤔

We used to walk to Forza on foot somehow. But it's a walk for enthusiasts. Some people find it okay, but it can be tough. The main shopping center is of course touristy (meaning expensive). But if you got there on your own, not with a group (they are brought in by bus, for example, and given badges at the entrance), you will get a discount. And if you need fins/masks/goggles, you can find them on the 1st floor at Migros with regular prices. We bought fins there.
Forza Mall is one of the closest malls, you can get a free taxi from the guide there, but prices are almost like in a hotel, maybe a bit cheaper, about a 10-minute drive away....
Good afternoon! Who has been to Bellis in the summer, please tell me, what tasty food can you eat in the bars? There are so many of them, but so little time)
In October we were there, I remember the breaded chicken strips at the snack bar on the beach, my wife always got the salad, it's pre-portioned there, and the pizza at the bistro bar is really good, well, there's nothing to say about the lahmacun, it's always delicious... And at the beach snack bar there's always grilled fish, often sea bass and the standard set, pasta, burgers, and by the way, there was also soup there...
Thank you, in general, all of that is available except for burgers in the main restaurant:) I thought maybe there is something special there, when I was choosing a hotel I saw in some reviews that there was delicious meat in one of the bars, not like in the main restaurant))) So I wanted to know where and what is worth checking out:)
This is at the Begonville restaurant for the Jasmine block, cooked to order, it seems for dinner...
In the bars, there is a small selection of food. Patties for burgers are fried with the addition of lamb fat. Chicken strips similar to KFC, spaghetti, salads with red fish or tuna, are okay. Grilled dorado is tasty. Gözleme is very tasty. In the White Bar, they prepare delicious pizza, waffles with a scoop of ice cream 🍨, and beef meat is also grilled on a skewer.
We are traveling with a 2-year-old child. Very picky eater. Is there anything for kids here? For example, just plain pasta (without sauces)?
Of course. And there is rice (our child at one and two years old happily ate) and pasta and broccoli, so don't worry.
There are options available, even for dietary needs, for vegans, and there is always a wide selection for children.
Are there scales in the gym or in the room?
There is a gym, right across from the entrance.
Good afternoon. Can I request an iron in the room, please?
In rooms, an iron and ironing board are provided by default.
Good afternoon, can you tell me, has anyone been to the gym? What is it like, is it worth bringing workout clothes?
The gym is excellent, all the equipment is new. Located next to the spa, Turkish bath, sauna, and indoor pool.
Thank you very much! Do you have dumbbells, please advise? Is there an air conditioner there too? I just had a bad experience 😅 I'm worried
Air conditioning is available, dumbbells seem to be available as well, I will check about the dumbbells tomorrow

I was working out. Dumbbells are in the far room. The air conditioner is working.
Good afternoon! Can you tell me, is there champagne at the hotel? Will it be available in the restaurant for lunch and dinner?
Champagne 24/7. Available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The lobby bar is open 24 hours. Any drinks are available there at any time.
Elena, thank you) So in the lobby bar you pour yourself a drink and then go to eat? Or do the waiters bring everything to the table?
In the restaurant, the waiter takes orders at the table, or you can go to the bar yourself, where the bartender will pour the drinks.
Good afternoon! Please tell me, is there imported champagne in the hotel bars?
Good day, only for an additional fee. Turkish is served on an all-inclusive basis.
Good afternoon! How much does it cost to rent a gazebo on the beach this season, maybe someone has information?
On May 16, we took the largest suite for over 150 €.
Good afternoon. Our tour includes "Express" transfer - as I understand, most likely directly to the hotel. Could you please advise if it makes sense to order a separate transfer in this case? Or are the included ones usually fine?
we traveled. separate room, our family and one more. two hotels
Good afternoon. We went there last year, we got a minibus to and from the hotel, it takes about 35 minutes to get to the hotel, I don't see the point...
We stayed at 3 hotels there (Bellis first), on the way back our last one - straight to the airport.
We had an express transfer, a minibus, three hotels, ours was the second one. Usually, we go through Kadriye and reach the hotel in 35 minutes, but this time we were taken through Lara, it was awful, we were stuck in traffic, with all the traffic lights, jams, in short, it takes much longer to go through Lara. Luck plays a big role. On the way back, there was also an express transfer, our hotel was the last one, but man, for the first time ever, they took us to a shop, wasted 15 minutes there only. Before, we always used individual transfers before opting for express deliveries.
We also had an express transfer by minibus to the hotel, our hotel was the first one (there were only 2 hotels in total). It took about half an hour, pretty quick. On the way back, we had a group transfer, a regular bus, but we were picked up last, no other hotels were visited. And there was a 15-minute stop on the way)) so in the end, we were driving to the airport for about 45 minutes in total. Tour operator Coral Travel
How to order a proper transfer from the hotel, do they provide such services? Because we ordered, an old Volkswagen arrived, almost fell apart on the way, and there were no seat belts at all.
At the guest and reception desk - everything costs $10. And taxis are waiting at the hotel exit, also for $10 as agreed.
Everything has probably changed. At the reception desk 15, at the entrance 15, this information is up to date for today, 24.05.24. Thank you for your response.
We left on 21.05. They raised prices with the start of the season (((
10 minutes to Legend Park, 15 to Belek.
Taxi to Belek was on May 12, back and forth for $20. They take you to a specific store, give you a business card, you walk around as much as you need, come back to the store, hand over the business card, and a car arrives to you within 10 minutes. We always order a transfer through the Gettransfer app, where you can choose the car, language, and Wi-Fi.
So they raised the prices. When we arrived on May 5th, I also remember that they mentioned 10 to Belek. And then I thought that I mixed it up with Park Legend. We got there for 10, and then when we called a taxi to Belek after May 12th, they said 15 dollars. And the same thing with going to the store, then back for 10 (total of 25 round trip).
Can you tell me if there is a possibility to get sand toys in the kids' club so we don't have to bring them with us?
There was no availability in April.
I would say that there are generally no toys, building sets, and board games there.
Good afternoon! Can you tell me if anyone is staying in the Mimosa building? We booked the Mimosa building for the beginning of August, and then we found out that it's very small... Is that true?
Small Camellia
Mimosa is a standard-sized room
Camellia 22 sq m, Mimosa 35 sq m.
Good day, please send a photo of ice cream in packages at the hotel. Thank you.

Here it is.
Who is currently at the hotel, please tell me, are there any mosquitoes? Should I bring repellent? Thank you!
At night we sat on the balcony and didn't notice a single mosquito. The scent of jasmine.
We have small ants crawled into the room, the remedy helps. And strangely enough, one evening a mosquito attached to me on the beach, but I don't know, this is probably an exception to the rule.
Do à la carte restaurants here not included in the system and need to be paid for separately? What about Jasmine bar?
A la carte is not included, but the jasmine bar is included.
Are the rooms not old here?
In Jasmin it's fresher. In the main building - older. But everything works fine and very clean. Bedding, pillows, mattress, etc. - all new.
Good evening. Have a nice rest. Please tell me how is the entry to the sea on the hotel beach? Gentle? Sand or pebbles?
Smooth, sand. Perfect entrance
I wouldn't say it's completely perfect - because of the presence of pebbles on some parts of the beach. And here, "pits" are formed by the waves - you walk out of the sea, everything is smooth-sailing, shallow, sandy, and then suddenly there's a steep pebbly slope. It's no big deal for an adult, but if it's a little one, it's not ideal. But it's not like that on all parts of the beach. I'm just comparing it to the beach in Side, where we vacationed last year, now that was truly perfect, without pebbles and completely smooth.
How is the animation at the hotel? Is it lively or just average? Are the evening programs interesting?
Maybe those who are at the hotel right now will share their experience) But for me, the adult entertainment was a bit dull last week, the animators were not very cheerful or sociable. Everything was great for the kids though👍
Is beer only available in cans/bottles in the minibar in the room? And what kind of beer is available in the hotel in general?
No, they have it in bottles at the bar. But you have to ask for it. Tuborg Dark

Near the tennis court, there is a minibar. Any beer in bottles. We only go there, they also have cola in bottles.
Is this not Jasmine Bar??
He
I asked the guest relations about him. They said that according to the rules, he is only for those living in Jasmine, but everyone uses him)

I went there with my younger son to the playground after breakfast and got a latte).
I am interested in seafood, what do they offer here and how often?

Here is what is.
I didn't see any lobsters 🦞)
I haven't seen any crabs there for a week, but they still don't taste good in Turkey, they don't know how to cook them there (tried in another hotel)
Cancers are very common
We were in October 2023, and the crayfish were very delicious, not dry, but salty. We had them for dinner every day.
Please advise on fruits. Are watermelons available yet? Has the strawberry disappeared? Maybe apricots, nectarines, cherries have appeared?
Watermelons and strawberries are always available. No cherries.
Does anyone know why the rides are not working for the second day?
They work. They are on schedule from 10-12, 14-17 hours.
Who remembers if there is a football field in the hotel? With gates?? And can guests use it, or is it for a fee?
There is a field at the entrance. I am not sure if it's paid or free.
At the entrance, this is for professionals, not for guests.
Free parking in front of the children's club next to the snack bar where there is a mural of Marilyn Monroe.
I have a standard room number with a sea view. Probably not Jasmine?
Of course not, this is the simplest corpus.

It's here
Well... is this not good? Where is the sea?

This is normal, in the center of the hotel. And Jasmine is far from the sea.
Jasmines have access to their pool either directly from the room or by descending a staircase. They are at a distance, but in their own private quiet area.
Good evening! Please tell me about the ice cream at the hotel. Is it sold by weight or pre-packaged?
Good evening! Exquisite, premium Carte D'or ice cream, 12 varieties of French. And in packages at the restaurant on the beach.
Hello everyone! We are planning to come here at the end of May. Can anyone who has been here before give an idea of the cost of a spa (hammam + massage) and separately the price of a massage? Also, we are interested in how to get to the center of Belek.
Hello) I went and was very satisfied, paid 70 dollars for 30 minutes of hammam and a 40-minute massage) In Moscow, I often go for massages and spa treatments but I liked it more here, honestly, it feels like they are not doing it in a rush but actually putting in effort))
Hello) Thank you very much for the info! 🌸 I watched a blogger's review the other day, she said it cost 250 euros for two people, it seemed like a lot to me, so I decided to clarify right away)
There is a man there who is actively offering, and it seems to me that he is even willing to negotiate. But I remember from the official price list that it is $60 for 30 minutes of a hammam and a massage. I just asked to add more massage, and it ended up being $70. I think he said it would be double for two people, and that's all.
As far as I know, the hammam is free, but I could be wrong.
Free yes, there is a sauna, hammam, you can come to warm up, they seem to work until 17:30 but not sure) we are talking about the spa program) there is a foamy massage in the hammam and separately an aroma oil massage)
How is the water in the pools?
Cold, especially when windy, only water parks provide warmth. I think the sea is warmer.
Freshly squeezed juice included or for an additional fee?
Morning orange
Do I need to order it from the waiters? Is it really freshly squeezed, not diluted?
It is readily available, looks freshly squeezed, tastes fresh too, but it didn't appeal to me.
Did not like it, because diluted it still is. We specifically asked the guest relations, they said they dilute it because in large quantities it spoils quickly due to the pulp 🤷♀ In my opinion, it would be better to offer real freshly squeezed juice instead of a huge amount of snacks, and not just orange juice, but also other varieties... overall, cost-saving in such matters is evident in many aspects at the hotel
I don't drink juices, so I didn't really care, the main thing was that the coffee was tasty for me.
Yes, the coffee is excellent!
Diluted nonsense)
Is the snack bar already open?
All bars are open

Yes, of course. Well, usually there is grilled fish, one type of soup, fries, strips, two types of salads, fruits, hamburgers, and pasta.
Citizens, are there sewing kits in the rooms? I've looked around... Or do I need to ask separately at the reception?
I asked at the reception yesterday, and they brought it to the room in 10 minutes.
Hello! Please tell me, what is the schedule at the kids' club? Could you please share a photo/video of children's animation? 🙏

Today I was a bit shocked by the animators in the children's room. A little boy started feeling sick while sitting on the bench, one mother pointed at him to them, and she (the animator) just approached him, looked at him, and walked away. She didn't provide a napkin, didn't take him to the bathroom, didn't do anything, and there was also no contact with the parents. He remained sitting there, his grandmother sitting next to him, saying she was leaving so they should keep an eye on him, move him to the shade, but they said he was fine sitting almost in the shade👍 later, while distracted by her own child, this boy disappeared somewhere🤷🏼♀️
Tell me about the kids' club at this hotel! Do you need to register children there or can a child move around freely? There's just a locked door with a button and girls writing something on a tablet.
I understood that you just bring it and leave it.
But the rooms are empty, what are they doing there? You don't leave a child alone, do you?
All children are different, you can't leave our child in the children's room, he needs to be with us) Self-entertainment in our case is in the children's pool where he can play by himself while we relax)) We come there so that the child can run around, and I often see girls playing with him, drawing, etc)) but he's only 4 years old and he's not interested in that.
No. If under the supervision of animators, then through recording in the log. If the child can go there on their own, then the animators are not responsible.
It's clear, I meant that you don't need to sign up in advance, just come, leave your belongings, sign up, pick them up, and also mark in the journal.
There is a schedule of activities, they draw, sculpt, paint something, our five-year-old doesn't even want to go to the pool, only the kids' club. But compared to Papillon, the kids' club there is better.
Please advise, do Jasmine pools have heating?
No
Only water parks are heated on the street, the main pool is always unheated
Can you please confirm if ironing is charged here? Ironing one item costs $5. Is that correct?
They wrote that if you ask the maid, she can bring it for free, well, for tips, of course.
Hello! We are planning to stay at this hotel with our 5-year-old child. Could you please tell us if she will find it interesting there and if there will be food options to suit her? Are the purees not powdered, like in other hotels? Are there many spices used in the food? What is the beach entry like? And overall, is the hotel worth the amount they are asking for? We are a family of three, planning to stay for 10 days in September for 420,000 rubles. Thank you very much for your answers!
Hello. You will definitely find something to feed. I have a child with allergies who cannot have gluten, dairy, and sugar. It was easy to find food for him. The purees are normal, not powdered. There is a separate children's table, yogurts, fruit puree in jars (I used to get it for my child as a dessert, and I also tried it, very tasty). There is a diet menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The club in the hotel is good for children up to 10 years old. Older ones might get bored. There is a high-quality children's water park with slides and various climbing frames.
Hello, you will definitely find something to eat here. There are no problems with food. My 4-year-old child finds it ideal here - pools, shallow entry to the sea, etc. But honestly, I wouldn't choose Turkey for 420k, I don't understand why they charge so much. 🤷🏼♀️

Good afternoon, my seven-year-old enjoyed the mashed potatoes.

Good day. Who knows, does the camellia with garden view imply accommodation for 2 adults and 1 child? It simply says a maximum of two people, do they provide an extra bed?
Yes, we purchased the tour with this number specifically for 2+1.
Yes, they will bring another bed.
Hello! If possible, take a photo or video of the mimosa tree. We took it, but there is almost no information available.

Mimosa. Here is the road, the entrance to the hotel, right behind it is the zoo. There the damn peacocks scream day and night. We were in the main building in a room with windows overlooking Papillon Hotel and we could even hear them at night.
Thank you, Evgenia! We also took a room in Mimosa. The main thing is that the lobby bar is nearby. My husband will be pleased. But overall, of course, it's a bit far from everything!
Actually, it is 100-200 meters further away than the main building. Oh, the lobby is just a stone's throw away)))

This is right from the lobby doors, and over there behind the trees is the building of Mimosa.
Please tell me, how strictly do they monitor taking food out of the restaurant? For example, if you take a plate of fruit to your room...
Well, yogurts and buns don't count, I don't know about a plate of fruits)
Do not carry openly on plates. Take a couple of containers and a small bag with you. Put everything you want in them, at the table. And on the way out, no one will see what you are carrying 😊
Please let me know, is there no pharmacy at the hotel?
No, but the girls suggested ordering for delivery.
No, but you can order for $7, they will bring everything you need, write on WhatsApp directly to the pharmacy (Russian-speaking) and they will deliver.
Can you tell me if the indoor pool is heated? I feel like I'll have to spend the whole day there on Sunday((
They are heating.
I haven't been there, everyone is swimming in the streets, but I will ask as I walk past the reception.
Specified) they won't heat the indoor pool, the water there is 22 degrees, they said it's fine as is) well, 22 degrees is indeed normal for swimming
Is the beach at the hotel large? Is the entry into the water gradual? Is there a pier? Can you dive from it? Thank you for the answers in advance.
There is a pier. Good. During the season, it seems that the sunbeds are taken from night 😅 You can dive. The entrance is normal. The beach strip is narrow enough. It's crowded on the beach during the season.
Could you please take a photo of the children's table in the hotel, if there is one?))

Here are the pictures I took, but it was a week ago, we have already returned from vacation)
Is there decaffeinated coffee available at the hotel? My child has an allergy to regular coffee (I can't live without coffee, so I'm thinking of taking some with me...)
Take it with you.
Please, tell me, does the wifi not work within the hotel territory?
It works
Works. Husband works every day
Please tell me, how should I ask for good drinks to be poured?🙂. In Russian? Do I need to mention the brand? Or if I want Italian dry wine...😅
Yes, ask for a specific brand. Everyone is hiding it now, I've already understood that, many locals.
And is this probably only in bars? Is it worth asking for imported wines during lunch and dinner at the main restaurant, or can only Turkish wines be poured there?
In Russia 😁. But there is only one brand of wine there, local. White, red, pink, but only from one producer! I also prefer Italy, white dry wine, but alas... So I drank Aperol (asked for the original or real one 😁) or bottled beer (they give you the whole bottle). Only Turkish wine!!! There is no wine at all in the restaurant bar. Waiters pour it by coming to the table.
There is no imported alcohol in the restaurant bar and there wasn't any during the season.
Have the pools warmed up enough?
In the sea it is warmer, but many swim in pools.
Hello everyone! We are going to the hotel at the end of September. 2 + 1 (infant) What is the weather usually like at this time? Will we avoid cold/rain? And is the sea view standard room in the main building too small?

25 meters
Can you also take a photo of the bathroom? )

The bathroom is very small
Hmmm, I wonder where they will fit the children's crib))
in the corner, where a small table with a chair
Is toothpaste included or should I bring my own?
There is actually. But if, like me 😁, you can't find it, contact the girls in guest relations (there is also a boy there). They sit opposite the reception.
There is
Please tell me, who has been to this hotel regarding the sea access?
sand, shallow water lasts quite a while
Please. We are looking at the main building with a view of the garden and the sea. For a sea view, there is an additional charge of 9000 rubles. Is the view directly facing the sea? Is it beautiful?))) Or is it some kind of side view?

Most rooms have a side view. In the photo, one room faces west, where there is immediately a neighboring hotel, and the other room in the same wing faces east (toward the property). In another wing, the rooms facing west overlook the property, while those facing east have a view of the Camellia buildings and the construction of the neighboring hotel. The photos are taken from the 3rd floor. The higher, the better. There are not many rooms with a direct view. Whether it is a side or direct view should be specified when booking. And this is a video from a room in the second photo.

Found a review of Junior with a direct view. Sorry for the speech. I shot it for a friend 🙈
What floor and room number is this?
Room number already forgotten. The highest floor.
We choose between the Camelia option and the main building with 3 kids. It's concerning that Camelia doesn't provide 3 separate cribs for children. Where would it be better to stay in our case?
We chose Camelia, it's quieter and beautiful there. Are there four people in the room?
5 people, 2-bedroom. Offered are a double bed for adults, a sofa bed, and a crib. We have children of different ages who cannot sleep together.
Oh, is this Camelia Superior? Well, it will be a bit tight for various ages. I can send you my video of this room.
Yes, correct
Yes, please send.

Here it is.
Good afternoon. We are choosing between Dobedan Kemer and Bellis at the end of June with a 6-year-old child. Please tell me, is there children's animation in Bellis? Is it interesting? And overall, if comparing these hotels, which one would you recommend?
Good day, last year we visited Alva Donna Kemer in June and Bellis in October. Our family definitely preferred Bellis, so we are going back to Bellis in June, but this is purely our subjective opinion! Regarding the entertainment, it's hard to say, all children are different. Last year our child was 7 years old, and in the kids club at Alva, the entertainment seemed more suitable for younger children, while the teenagers' club was for those 10 years old and above. In Bellis, our child played darts, shot, played in a barrel, and golf. In our opinion, the food at Bellis is tastier and the bar is much better.
Good day! Can you tell me, do the rooms at the Mimoza hotel have balconies?
Yes
Hello everyone! We are going to a hotel with a 1.5-year-old child, can you please tell me if there is children's kefir in packaging available on the children's table?
Hello. Yogurts are definitely in the refrigerator with purees.

Here. Here is only puree and, apparently, sweet milk. Previously, there were also yogurts here. The photo is fresher. Lifehack. Approach the managers (they are always in the restaurant). And ask for kefir for the kids. If there is none right now, it will appear the next day)
In the morning I saw yogurts in bottles next to the bread, where usually strawberries are placed.
There. In plastic bottles.
Good day, guys who have already stayed at the hotel, please tell me if they organize water polo games at this hotel?
Good afternoon, last year we conducted it.
Good afternoon, is Corona beer in bottles part of the concept?
Tuborg only, in the Jasmine bar there is a variety of bottled beer, but this bar is only for those staying in Jasmine.
We used to buy drinks there all the time. But they didn't let us into their restaurant.
We did too, and then the tourists said that they were not allowed to buy beer there because they were not from Jasmine 🤷🏻♀️
Hello! Who is at the hotel, please check if there is food for the little ones)? Jars of puree vegetables, meat, fruits))
In Turkey, usually only fruit or vegetable combinations are available, I couldn't give my child (like strawberries with cream, sweet potato, apple banana kiwi). But there is always a blender in the children's corner. Boiled meat (chicken, beef), broccoli, boiled carrots. I used a blender to mix and give it to them.
Tell about the food at the hotel, do they serve crabs?
There is
Can you please tell me, have you noticed if they congratulate children who have a birthday at the mini disco?
At lunch, people congratulated [someone] at the restaurant. With a song, a little cake. There were three congratulations in one day, so [I/she] definitely remembered it.
At the mini disco, children are awarded for their placements in competitions.
Competitions take place at the hotel? Darts, bocce, tennis? Are medals awarded?
In darts and shooting - for sure 👌

My award last year))) Actually, we never played anything in 4 rounds 😁 The medal - the only time we hit it, we were walking from the sea, and there were ring throwing competitions, so I got carried away there.

Son got into the taste of competitions) and my husband and I a little) In October, we only attended tournaments and were at the pool at 12.
Please, tell me if there are any shops near this hotel? Where can I go shopping?
In the hotel itself is a bit. There is nothing nearby at all. 4 km away is Park Legends with brands, a little further is Kadriye with bazaars, and approximately 6 km to Belek.
I understand that only The Land of Legends has many shops. However, prices for everything in the hotel are inflated, and there are no price tags - sellers just name them as they wish. I was offered chewing gum for $3, and a simple child's keychain for $14.
Good afternoon, please tell me, are there refrigerators with cola, ayran, water, juices on the hotel premises, or are drinks only available at the bar?
There were no refrigerators. In the bar, bottled, canned, or on tap. Take your pick.
Ayran is definitely in the refrigerators near the gezhleme, I think there were refrigerators on the pier, but I'm not sure.
Refrigerators usually stand by the bar on the beach and a little further away, where national flatbreads are baked.
During my stay here, the questions just keep piling up😂. Can you tell me, what's the deal with the minibar here? There is absolutely no information about the hotel services in the rooms: what, where, how much (even in weak 5* hotels they usually have brochures). The minibar is filled once upon check-in, the rest is for a fee (there doesn't seem to be a price list on the fridge, if it's for a fee🤔)? Or is it just replenished daily? Everything seems a bit strange to me this time😁

Every day, it's being replenished. A man comes separately and brings everything we asked for. If we ran out, there's Coca-Cola, Fanta, Coke Zero, water (also always placed a liter of water on the table). He also restocks tea, coffee, cups. In the mini-bar, there are chips, juices, sparkling water - can't remember exactly what else goes there, maybe a small cake or a chocolate bar, something like that.
We recently vacationed in early April. The refrigerator was replenished every day with everything in the photo.

In October, the mini bar was constantly restocked.
Hello, please remind me, do they not accept international credit cards at the hotel?
They are not accepted anywhere in Turkey, only UnionPay and not all banks accept it.
Will they accept a UnionPay card from Gazprombank or Rosselkhozbank?
I think that most of Gazprom
Please tell me, has anyone already seen - what is the cost of horseback riding/walks at the hotel?

Here it is.
Good morning! A big request to those in the hotel - to photograph the wines/bottles served in the hotel. Thank you

If it's visible, the sun is in the way. The poolside bar, the boy said not everything is worth it. Aperol and Campari are originals, Turkish Baileys.
I am interested in red, white, and rosé wine. Which brand specifically, could you take a photo of the bottles, please? 😍

In the main restaurant, only this "brand" 😁 in all colors. Moreover, I approached the bar, asked for a glass of red wine, and the bartender said that the wine is only available from the waiters. I understood that there are no other options 🤷♀
Thank you very much! I like this pink one. And also, there was wine with a label in front with a bunny. Also fire!
Let's try the pink one 😁. I haven't seen the one with the bunny yet.
Try asking for rosé wine in bars. There is a bunny silhouette. It might be available in the lobby. It's tastier.
The main thing is that they are all dry🥳
Good evening! Is anyone swimming in the sea at the hotel beach right now? We are thinking of flying in a week, or is it still too early for swimming? And a second question, are the water slides still being heated or not anymore?
Swimming, the water is around 22 degrees. The slides are heated.
Good afternoon! We are currently at the hotel, all of us are swimming, including our 2.5-year-old child. In both the sea and the pools. We are from the Ural region ourselves, so the water feels really warm to us) everything is great
Please, our family of 7 is traveling. Can we find a table for lunch/dinner for everyone? Or should we not hope for it?
There, the tables can be easily moved to accommodate the required number of people.
Yes, there are round tables, each for exactly 8 people.
Yes, both the round ones inside and the rectangular + square ones on the veranda need to be moved closer.
But is it hard to find free?
We always sat on the veranda, there are no round ones, these are like building blocks. Always there.
But is it a problem to find a table nearby for combining? Move it yourself or ask the waiters?
We moved ourselves, perhaps we could have waited for the waiters as well. There were always options to move tables nearby. Today the waiters were waiting for the Italian footballers and moved a few tables just for them.
You should tip the waiter. Try to sit at the same table, leave a tip of 2/3$. And he will serve your table well.
Yes, thank you, that's exactly what we're planning. But I think they work in shifts there.
Well, take a closer look, usually the same shift in the morning. And they either have lunch or dinner.
We can't find any photos of the mimosa case, we were advised to get it because the rooms there are larger in size. If you have a photo, please send it 🙏

Listen, well if you're unlucky and the view won't be overlooking the courtyard, then you'll be watching buses with tourists arrive and depart. It's right on the road leading to the reception.
And the windows that face the courtyard directly towards the exhaust from the restaurant, there is both heat, smell, and noise, also not very pleasant.
This type of view I understand in the courtyard, do you need to ask for such a room number?
Yes. Take this corpus. It's rarely taken at all. We'll be waiting for your report) Interesting!
Yes, we have booked it. And now we are thinking maybe it's bad being close to the road.
Well, take a look. Well, I think we can come to an agreement if necessary.
I don't remember the roads there. Buses arrive from the other side of the main building. And the Mimosa is on the back side of the main building. Behind and slightly to the side. There you can see a part of the open terrace of the restaurant, part a la carte, and the back wall of the main building where the ventilation comes out. We had booked a room in this building for July 2023. But when we arrived, we were offered a Junior room with a direct view of the sea. They said the Mimosa was suffering from the strong heat, which caused the air conditioners to fail. And we agreed when we saw the Junior room 😃

In the diagram, Mimosa is labeled as number 2.
Do they provide beach bags here?
The question is interesting, it seems not, or only in specific categories. By the way, you can always buy a beach bag for an additional fee at the hotel if you really want the collection)
No, I haven't seen the bags in 4 times.
Yes. There are no bags.
Question: Is it possible to use the hotel's infrastructure and restaurants until the evening after check-out?
Of course you can!
Please, is there a playground only in the mini-club area? Does it mean that the mini-club closes at 5:30 pm and there is nowhere else for children to play??
They only close the little house, but the playground itself is always accessible! Cartoons are watched on the projector from 9 PM to 10 PM.
Is there a place to walk on the hotel grounds? In silence?
Yes, of course! The area is large, paths are everywhere behind the main building in the forest, behind the stables, behind the zoo.
Are there seafood dishes available at the hotel?
Yes, in stock.
Please advise on how children are entertained at the hotel? Are they actively engaged or more passively entertained?
The animators are good, but I admit that it is possible to involve them more actively, they are unobtrusive, which I actually like, they do not like pushy ones.
Good children's animation. The elder son (who was 11 years old) used to run away after breakfast, then we would meet at lunch, and he would run off to the mini club again until the evening. The younger daughter (5 years old) also enjoyed everything - crafts, drawing, various competitions. But now the elder one is 13 years old, and probably he will be bored already. There is no full-fledged teen club there, as in other hotels.
How to get from the hotel to Belek besides taking a taxi? There seems to be a bus stop not very close (900 meters on the map) but it's there. What is the connection from there to Belek? And on which side of the road should you WAIT? It's not very clear on the map as the road winds.
There is a bus stop near the hotel. You can take a bus from there to the Legends Park and further to the small town with local shops. It runs every half an hour, or whenever it's convenient.
Are you asking about Kadriye? Does that mean you can't get there from Belek?
On this bus there isn't. But probably in Kadriya you can transfer to another one. There are many different buses there.
You can exit the hotel to the left and then turn right towards the main road and take a bus to Belek from there.
What do you call a major road? Can you roughly orient by distance? I'm looking at the map, one is closer (about a kilometer to it), and the other is over two kilometers away (where the buses go to Antalya). Which one are you talking about?

Here it is
Here you show the bus stop in Kadriye already . So from there, can you go to both Antalya and Belek? And on your screenshot, there is another bus stop much closer to the hotel. Where is it?
I understand, so the main road leads to Kadriye or Belek. But as for the one near the hotel, I can't say, I don't know.
Near the hotel, the bus only goes to Kadriye (if nothing has changed). We walked to the road and took a bus to Belek. Buses are more frequent there. For example, you could get to Belek Center and back from the hotel by taxi for $20, and by bus for $2. It's also great to ride the local public transport. The arrow points to the stop in Belek, if you cross the road and turn left, the stop is in Kadriye or Park Legends. There are more buses and they run more often than from the hotel.
Yes, I know, but I don't know the bus numbers, most likely they all go to Belek, but as for Antalya 🤷🏻♀️
The animators at the hotel will help with everything. Especially in the mini club, there are wonderful girls.
Hello, do they heat not only the water park? Any other pools?
Only two water parks
Another indoor pool is warm, there is aqua aerobics, for example. And both children and some adults are already swimming in unheated pools.
Children's and adult water park with a pool inside.
Photograph what the camellia bushes look like 🙏🙏🙏

Camelia Garden: I was scared by such an anthill of balconies in the photos, but in reality there are never many people on the balconies, I sat a couple of times all by myself. But our second room is at the corner, on the same floor, and it's not so pleasant - you can even see what's happening at the neighbors' from the windows. It's a corner room ⬆️ The kids are sleeping there, they don't care - they arrived at 10.30 pm and went to sleep. But overall, not very comfortable, of course. This is how Camelia looks with family rooms, where the balconies are large. About Mimosa, it was written that it is next to the main building's ventilation outlets - and indeed, as seen in the video, the vents are noisy. If the windows face the other way, I think it's fine.
Please tell me, what category does this room belong to? If I am offered a standard room in the camellia, will it look like this?
Yes, standard
Is the balcony in the standard so long?
This entrance is like a corridor, only outdoors.
For older children, can you tell me if there are playrooms with PlayStation here?
About PS, they wrote that there isn't any. But they have age-specific mini clubs. Age groups of Pony Kids Club: 4 - 7 years old, 8 - 12 years old, 13 - 16 years old.
For children aged 11-12, there is nothing particularly interesting. We didn't find anything)

My 10 and 12-year-olds play table tennis all day long besides going to the water park and swimming. It's nothing special, but we are inexperienced, so everyone is happy, they just don't know that there are hotels with game consoles. Thank God )))
Great, there is table tennis. Can you tell me, is it free?
Yes, it's free, they provide rackets and keep an eye on them, they stick them on. And there is also darts. And the boys also played football, they seems to have taken the ball from the animators.
Who knows the operating hours of the children's club?

This is the schedule for children from last week.

The schedule for this week is attached. It's not mentioned here yet, but after the mini disco at the children's playground, cartoons are shown on the projector, until around 10:00 p.m.
Thank you! And in which language were the cartoons shown?
Tom and Jerry were here yesterday :) Generally, all communication during the animation is in three languages: Russian, English, and Turkish. By the feel of it, the majority here are Russians. There are many Brits. There are also foreigners of unidentified nationalities, very few. Almost everyone is with children. We specifically tried to find vacationers without children, you can count them on your fingers. In the kids' club, you can leave children with badges - then they are looked after. But if the children are older and independent, they can come and go as they please. They always have water in bottles and children's comfortable toilets.
Thank you! Do you happen to have any photos/videos of the children's club itself?

Video from personal archives. Water park, kids club, Jasmine territory a bit.
Do you know if there is a store near the hotel where I can buy hygiene products for the baby, so I don't have to bring them with me?
Migros 2.5 km +-.
Please tell me how to get to the hotel conveniently without using the tour operator's transfer? How do you order a taxi from the airport?
Gettransfer. If you have a Turkish SIM card, you can order a transfer from the airport in Antalya. It is possible to pre-book before departure from Moscow airport.

We either order a taxi from Moscow or activate roaming upon arrival for one day. The flight number is specified, so the taxi driver can track the arrival time on their own. You can also contact the driver directly and arrange where they will be waiting for you.
Good day! Please advise which floor is best to request? (I do not want the first or second.)
We had the top floor (like, the fifth). With a direct view and a terrace. This is a Junior. Not all Juniors have a direct view and a terrace.

View from the balcony, 6th floor, November 2022. Junior. Took the standard room, additional payment on-site, but somehow expensive... 140 dollars per week. But no regrets) the room is great! Everything is superb)

Here is the view from the room, the right wing, slides of the neighboring hotel

This is the view from the veranda of the lobby bar on the left wing of the main building.
It's amazing how... and they gave us a room with a direct view of the sea and a huge terrace at no extra charge. I've always been curious about what principle they use to decide who gets charged and who doesn't?)))
We didn't ask for anything. But! Life hack. Write them an email with some request. A potty for the child, for example. Write the arrival dates and surnames in Latin. I wrote, asked for a potty and a footrest (by the way, upon arrival, they provide it if available). Maybe they take note of it somehow.
Honestly, I don't know what their principle is))) They initially gave us a standard room, but we realized that it would be very cramped for the three of us))) so we asked to change it. However, we had already checked in at 10 and checked out closer to five in the evening without any additional payment.
Good afternoon! Please tell me, is beer, cocktails, wine in the hotel on an all-inclusive basis or for an additional fee?
Ultra all-inclusive, for free
Beer, cocktails all inclusive, wine too, but there are also paid bottles.
I somehow thought that all Junior Suites are the part of the hotel with large terraces and direct sea view. It turns out there are others?
Yes, we had a Junior Suite with a partial sea view and a small balcony. They are located in the farthest section, next to the rooms with large terraces.
Good afternoon to everyone! We are flying to this hotel for the first time on the 17th of April. Our flight is overnight, and we will arrive at 6 a.m. The tour operator said they would leave a note at the hotel about early check-in, but this does not guarantee it. We are traveling with a child and would like to be on the safe side. What do you recommend? Where and what should we write?
We arrived at 7:30, checked into the hotel at 9:30. We were given a room at 11, until then we were able to have breakfast and take a walk. We are with a child.
Good evening! Please tell me, is there a clothes dryer on the balcony?
Hello! Yes, there is a small one.
In Junior rooms, there is a full-size cot with folding sides.
😳 Three times we've been to the junior, none of them had this. Maybe they put it on request?
This is only for juniors with a direct view of the sea, with a large terrace.
Hello! Please tell me, is there an iron in the room? Or can I ask for one to be brought? Also, how are things with laundry?
Hello. An iron can be requested. It was brought. Laundry service only. Prices are not reasonable, as in all hotels.
I was surprised that there was no iron. Nowhere at all. Only a paid service for ironing and laundry. So bring an iron if it's relevant.
Strange, we approached guest relations and were told that this service is chargeable, but if it is available, they can bring it for half an hour. Then they brought it to the room, we ironed for 5 minutes, called, and returned it.
I asked the maid how they arrived, they provided both an iron and a ironing board. I gave them chocolate and that was it!)
Last year we stayed with a baby and rented an iron. Initially, there was a charge for the service, but it became free after a certain time. We asked at the reception and they brought everything to our room without any questions.
I saw there was a board and an iron by the room number. I think they will bring it upon request.
Good afternoon! Can you please tell me if the hotel has a game room with consoles?
There is a small separate room on the way to the beach where there are several arcade machines. Not consoles.
Thank you! And children's entertainment for a 12-year-old, can you suggest any?
This hotel does not have special entertainment for children. It is more geared towards a laid-back experience for adults. And children are almost always with their parents. That is, it's a family-friendly format. To a greater extent. Well, a few contests for children will be held by the pool. The same ones every day. Water polo. Darts. Bocce. But very few people come. This is not a hotel for an active and lively vacation. It is more of a relaxation format. And there's also a water park for entertainment.
The game room is a paid one, there are no game consoles, only regular arcade machines like racing motorcycles and cars, air hockey, throwing balls into the ring to score.
Good afternoon! Are they gradually transitioning to the summer concept at the hotel, do you know?
I don't really know the specifics of the summer concept, but it's for sure that there are some changes happening. Every day there are changes on the territory, this I can see 😁
Good evening, everyone. Experienced ones, please advise which room number to choose? Which building? My eyes are running around, I don't understand what is what. Given: two adults, a three-year-old child. Desired: a spacious and quiet room, a separate sleeping place for the child.
There is the main building (the oldest rooms on a small square), camellia, cottages next to the main building (slightly newer, but also small rooms), and jasmine (the newest and farthest from the infrastructure). Jasmine has its own pool, bar, and restaurant. You can order a car and they will take you closer to the sea for some action. It's the calmest there. There are rooms with direct pool access, and there are rooms on the second floor without access. But they are the most expensive in the Jasmine building.
And what is a mimosa?
Mimosa, is, like right at the entrance to the main building. Honestly, I don't know what it's like there and whether they can use the jasmine facilities. You can't access the camellia and the main building from Jasmine, but you can use the bar and pool.

Video from personal archives. Water park, children's club, Jasmine territory a bit
Yes, it's very beautiful there, and I would also recommend going there to anyone who is not lazy. Although it takes a maximum of 2 minutes to walk to the main building nicely.

We had a second arrival Junior with a direct view of the sea and a terrace where we could organize parties)) Either we upgraded ourselves in the hotel, or we bought the cheapest room mostly.

A little children's water park. The slides for children are good. And there are all the main ones for adults too. There is also a relaxation pool. It seems like it should be without children, but still, the vacationers bring children there.
Oh, where is that? I haven't even heard of it.
Next to the beach snack bar
Where are the white houses standing and loungers on the grass?

Here it is, in my opinion. It's very small. Yes, there are also loungers on the grass nearby.
Got it, didn't understand at first what snack. The one that's white, not far from the kids' playground. Didn't know it was child-free.
If I'm not mistaken, there was a sign saying 16+. It's possible, of course, that I confused it with Regnum 🙈.

About the building of Mimosa. Here is where it is located. Number 45 on the map. It is a three-story building. Without elevators. To the side of the main building. Surrounded by pine trees. It is pleasant there in the heat. The rooms are slightly larger than standard. The balconies are ordinary. Not large. The side of the complex that faces the main building is located next to the ventilation of the main building. There is often a humming noise there. Keep this in mind.
We were walking there - besides the noise from the ventilation, there is also a smell coming from the main restaurant near the building. But maybe it's not noticeable inside the rooms themselves.
Yes. There is such a thing.
Yes, that's correct. There is also a junior suite, which is the main building, it is very spacious, but not very modern and the decor is very simple. But we really like it, I'll look for a photo now. There are also double rooms, with a door between the rooms. To be honest, we always get this room as a bonus)))
Do you buy a regular one? Are you also with a child? Does this mean it's a family room?

We buy simple, but they always settle in this, but we never come in season, always run away from the birch.

View from the second floor Junior

View from the 5th floor junior
Hello! Please tell me, what is the composition of the guests at the hotel? Are there any foreigners?
Many Kazakhs, Europeans are encountered, well, and the majority are Russians. And it also depends on the time of year.
In March, in the second half, there were Iranians.
Can you please tell me if there is a pharmacy near the hotel? And are there any stores or other amenities outside of the hotel?
We went to Belek, there is nothing close by.
We were told by the girls from the guest service that it was possible to order something from the pharmacy to the hotel, but we went to Belek by taxi.
The pharmacy on the map is a couple of kilometers away, I think there is nothing closer. We were there last year, there is definitely nothing nearby.
Stores at Land of Legends, with a village nearby where Turkish shops are located. It's a 40-50 minute walk or $10 by taxi :)
Can someone ride horses at the hotel? Is it possible to ride along the sea, or are horseback riding activities only available in a fenced area?
They have never seen anyone riding horses along the sea. Most likely, only in an equestrian club.

Horseback riding. Prices for 15, 30, and 45 minutes. If 45 minutes, then also on the beach. Riding lesson costs 70 dollars. By the way, I shot the video on the territory of another hotel being built nearby the beach.
Oh, is there a hotel being built nearby? And is there any noise from the construction, does it bother you?
I'll go after lunch and take some photos. You decide for yourself. The villas of our hotel are adjacent to the construction site, but I can't say whether there is noise in the villas or not. There is definitely no noise in the main building.
Construction, it turns out, is frozen. There is no noise, but the view from the villas is of the construction site. Management is aware of this, the issue is being addressed.
Hello! This construction has been there for several years already. Yes, it is on hold. We were in Baileys in 2022.
That's right
Is there a heated pool in April here?
Two pools with a water park are heated. The temperature is amazing, the water is very warm, 29 degrees.
Please advise: Are the beach loungers and pier already set up?
on the beach - yes. the pier has not been completed yet
What does the pier look like now, before it is assembled?

So 😆😆😆
Can you walk on it?
No. It's wonderful there even without a piercing))
The pier was built by the end of April last year, if I remember correctly. In the first days of May, we were already using it.

It's somewhere around April 20th.
Are there bathrobes, and what cosmetics are available in the rooms?
robes, slippers, all gels, soaps, cotton pads. no toothpaste or toothbrushes, no razors
There is a razor and shaving foam 😁
They didn't tell us !!!!! 😂😂😂
Which building and room are you in? It depends on the description of the rooms.
mostly, in a simple one
The description says that even a bathrobe shouldn't be like that 🤷♀
There were bathrobes))). Comfortable, by the way) I think if there is no one at the reception, you can definitely ask.
Sorry, they do not refuse anything as much as possible. 👍
Yes, good reception and guest service :)
Maybe we have a special room 🤔 By the way, the bathrobes are amazing. Soft and cozy.
Yes, robes available in all children's sizes is quite amusing) Two-year-olds in little robes)), five-year-olds in little robes)), nine-year-olds in little robes)
We are in the main building, in what seems to be a standard room. There is a razor and shaving cream in the box in the bathroom. Brushes, toothpaste, two bathrobes. Asked for a child, brought immediately ❤️🔥
In our upgraded room, we have a comb, a razor with foam, cotton swabs, toothbrushes with toothpaste, and a box of paper tissues. Today we measured the sea temperature, 21 degrees.
Oooh, the sea is so comfortable already! What room do you have? We always stay in the Junior suite.
1621, great room, but the sofa looks like a hammock) but the room there has a great location
Hello! Are you available at this number right now? Is this the usual standard?
Yes, superior
We had bathrobes in both the main building and in the Camellia.
Please tell me, where is it better to request rooms, in the main building or in the cottages?
When it's cool - mostly in the main building. When it's warm - I would choose the villa. But it's up to you) I think while the hotel is not fully booked, you will have a chance to move. The girls at the reception are wonderful, they will help.
Hello! Is anyone in the hotel right now? Can you tell me about the food?

Very good food). There is something to compare with. I will now send a small video - a table of snacks for lunch. Dinner is even more intense. Not a diet hotel). Although there is also a separate table for nutritionists). And everything is really tasty, not just "you won't be left hungry".
Hello, we are traveling with a small child, so please tell me if the hotel provides potties or toilet seat inserts for such children?
Hello. They provide it upon request in the room. They gave it to us. There are no potties in the kids' club. Only children's toilets.
Let's decide on the room type, Junior Suite Main Building Side Sea View or Mimosa Garden View, please advise which one to choose? Are there any nuances or is one location more convenient, I would appreciate any comments.
Juniors are mainly in the main building. The area is large. Huge terrace. With sun loungers and laundry drying rack. But they face all the hotel events. Not quiet rooms. They have a shower and a bathtub in the bathroom. Mimosa is a building to the side of the main one. Three floors. No elevator. Balconies are smaller in the rooms. More shaded. And next to Mimosa is the ventilation of the main building. Rooms with a sea view, if standard, are the smallest in size. They face different sides of the main building. The sea view may be partial. A lot depends on the floor. The final choice depends on the amount you plan to spend on vacation and the composition of the vacationers.

The standards are very small, the toilet with the shower is just tiny. I attach a photo. We were moved to this room, before that it was smaller, the distance between the bed and the bedside table with the TV was so narrow that we could barely pass through.
Is this a camellia building? The tiny numbers match, and the balconies are close to the neighbors.
Yes, Camellia

Here you can see how the balconies are close to each other

Yes, we also stayed at Camellia, the rooms were very small, we couldn't even open our suitcases properly because everything was so tight. Then they moved us to a room with windows overlooking the sea in the photo (also at Camellia), it was really nice there.

Balconies are like this, you step out and you're right next to the neighbors)))

This one has a balcony and a window overlooking the pool and the sea.
Oh, I wouldn't want to end up in such a room - we have Camellia reserved. And how did you move?
Approached the reception desk and the husband asked to change the room.
For a reward or something like that?
No, without reward
Can you please tell me, based on experience, if we have a night flight and arrive early at the hotel, will they check us in early? Room mimosa
We rested in October, the hotel was full, everyone was sitting and waiting...
Hello, I'm not sure. Last year we arrived with the baby on a night flight and in the morning we were at the hotel. We were only checked in at 2. In October, the hotel was very busy. I think it's better to fly to this hotel during the day.
All 4 times we arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m., check-in times varied, once we checked in at 11, the next time after 12, and the last two times only at 2 p.m.
Hello, tell me - where to swim in Belize in early May? I understand that there is only a heated water park, and there are no outdoor pools with heating? So, you can swim either indoors or in water parks.
Hello. Yes
Can you tell me about heating swimming pools in April-May? I know in the former Alve they are all warm at this time, but what about Belis?
They wrote that they will turn off the heating in Bellis on May 10, but everything will depend on the weather; if it is cool, they may extend it. Last year, we were there only until May 4, they were still heating.
And from Papillon, you can't go to Ballys Pier?
Cameras may be in the beach area, but if you visit once, probably no one will ask you to leave.
Well, on the beach, they probably won't kick you out, unless you pass by the bar on the beach and pier.
In Bellise, you can have bracelets, no one really checks there. I don't know about bracelets in Papillon.
In Papillon there are no bracelets too
How do they determine using FaceID? I also think it's possible. No one is walking around and tracking. At most, they walk around collecting garbage.
When we entered through the main entrance, they asked us to show the room key card. Sometimes they ask for a voucher. If you enter through the beach, I've never seen anyone being stopped and checked. Maybe they identify through cameras. But I've never tried to enter the adjacent hotel to look around, at most just walk along the beach.
At the entrance, yes, they asked us for either a card or just the room number and last name.
Is there a playground in Bellis?
Yes. Not very fancy. But it exists
Please provide me with current information about the working locations and entertainment at the hotel 😊.
Two water parks in April should be heated, plus an indoor pool. The Park Legends is a bit far, but you can walk to the bus stop and take a bus, just like to Belek Center. The hotel is actually quite good, at least the pools are cool and heated water parks are a solution! I was here in November 2021 and in June 2022.
When do hotels stop heating pools?🙈
Pools are heated depending on the temperature, but I think they are turned off in mid-May.
I am aware that there is nothing near the hotel. I chose the hotel precisely because of its relative proximity to the town and the park of legends, which we can apparently reach on foot. But can you tell me how to get to Antalya? Is there a bus stop nearby or something like that?
They take you to leather stores, go for a walk for decency, and then you can spend two to three hours at Antalya Mall. Everything is free) Right from the hotel, either at the reception they were signing up, or warning, I don't remember. Daily. Taxis are expensive now.

You can't walk to the park, it's very far. We took a taxi to Antalya. I can't tell you about the bus stop. I think you need to go to the main road. You can take a taxi to the park, they are on the left when you exit the hotel's checkpoint. To Belek it costs $20 round trip, the same to go to Legends. Although, if you enjoy walking, it takes about 1.5 hours to get there. We tried once, got to the main road and turned back))) maybe even less.

It's hard in the heat, but in April you can manage 4km 😁
Hello. Is there beach volleyball at the hotel?
Good day! Yes, if you stand facing the sea, it will be in the right part of the beach.
If the departure is at 21.00 and the hotel pick-up is at 17.00, do I need to check out of the room at 17.00 on that day or still at 12.00?
If you extended until 17:00, it means exactly at 17:00. If you haven't extended, it means the regular check-out time is at 12:00.
Is the extension paid?
Of course.
Hello. Could you please suggest what entertainment options are available for two-year-old children at the hotel?
There is a water park for very young children. The children's club is good, with a lot of activities.
