Hello, we stayed at this hotel last year. I want to say that this hotel is more suitable for those people who just want to relax without being disturbed. It is not suitable for young people, it’s too boring, there is no animation or music on the hotel premises, it is always quiet. I would call this hotel a "boarding house." Only one woman from the entire staff speaks Russian, so if you don't know English, you are unlikely to get help there. Wi-Fi is free only at the reception. The descent to the sea is not very safe, but there is an elevator. The food has a monotonous menu. There are few dishes. There are many guests from Germany and Poland at this hotel. The only thing I liked was the sea. It is very beautiful, warm, and clean! The hotel does not correspond to the claimed 5 stars. Its rating is a maximum of 3. I forgot to mention the rude man who takes the suitcases upon arrival at the hotel (he speaks Russian), but when he takes you to your room, he will stand and wait for a "tip." We gave him 100 lira since we had no more Turkish currency, and he shamelessly said that it was little and asked for more. I was completely shocked by that. 🤦🏽♀️
Hello, we stayed at the end of July. There is no beach as such, there is a pier with access to the water. The bottom is not felt. The water is very beautiful and clean, plus they feed the fish there every day and it is very interesting to swim with a mask. In terms of food - it was hit or miss, watermelons, melons, tomatoes - all tasteless. Every day they cooked dishes on the grill - fish, potatoes, meat. The alcohol seems to be normal too, but we didn't try it. There are bars near the pool and near the beach. Overall, if you need a city hotel specifically, then it is an excellent option, but there is no entertainment there at all. Personally, I wanted a beautiful and clean sea, and it is there)
Updated room with repairs, but the bathroom needs renovation. The room cleaning is not very good, there are slippers, bath accessories, a tea set, bottled water, 5 per person daily. The food is excellent at the hotel, every day there is fish of various kinds (such as bass, dorado, and red fish), beef tongue, lamb, chicken. The desserts are not very tasty, with fruits such as watermelon, melon, apples, apricots, plums. The coffee from the coffee machine is tasteless. The pool and access to the sea are available according to schedule, from 8 am to 6 pm, but you could stay longer. Beach towels are provided and can be changed several times a day for dry and fresh ones. It's stuffy in the lobby, restaurant, elevators, and the air conditioners don't work well. The disco bar (located indoors) is impossible to be in due to the heat. The entertainment consists of one girl who organizes water aerobics, dancing, darts, and other activities in the morning, subtly and fun. There are no evening shows. The hotel has parking, and we rented a car without any problems parking it on the hotel premises. The hotel is 5 km away from the old city, and a taxi to it costs around 6 to 8 lira on the meter, and it is also 5 km away from the Duden Waterfall. It is a half-hour drive from the airport. There is a city taxi call button near the hotel, it operates perfectly 24/7. The Terra City Shopping Center is a half-hour walk away (chain stores), and the Mark Antalya Shopping Center is in the old city. The hotel doesn't have a specific territory, the beach is small on a pontoon, there have never been any problems with sunbeds, there were always places available: in the morning, at lunchtime, and in the evening, both by the pool and by the sea. There were also no problems with tables in the restaurant, there were always seats available. Overall, the hotel was liked, most people were satisfied. We were on vacation with a child and constantly found peers to socialize with, it was never boring. The biggest downside is that free Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby, and you have to pay for Wi-Fi in the rooms and by the pools. MIR cards are accepted in all shopping malls, and lira can be withdrawn from MIR cards at ATMs near the hotel.
Not worth 5 stars! The food is like a 3-star quality. Everything is average, reused, especially the desserts - not fresh. The reception is unfriendly. The beach is closed, and travel agencies don't inform about it. Tea and coffee are undrinkable. The hotel is used for overnight stays only for traveling tourists. They arrive in groups every day on several huge buses. Therefore, it is impossible to have a peaceful dinner or breakfast. Noise and chaos everywhere. Wi-Fi is not free, it costs 1.5 euros per day, and it is only available in the lobby, which is always crowded, including tourists passing through. There are only 4 sea view rooms on each floor. Only 2 floors are operating - 8 and 9. When it gets crowded, they open other floors, so the noise and chaos are always present. And there is an additional charge of 1 dollar per day! No one speaks Russian. The spa is extremely dirty and old. The feeling of disgust never leaves. The hammam is covered in black mold. Brrr. The massage costs 2 dollars. Amateurism, not a massage. Be prepared that they will pour a lot of low-quality oil on you, which you will only rinse off after the third wash. The massage therapists are former salespeople (admitted by the massage therapist themselves). It is a complete disappointment. I do not recommend it to anyone unless it's a last-minute offer and almost free, then maybe. We were on all-inclusive. Only in name. The instant coffee we bought was even better than the one they served at the hotel. And the black tea was bitter and overbrewed. When milk was added, it turned gray. We aren't picky, but it is clear that this hotel is not for relaxation. There are restaurants near the hotel where music blares and drums pound until late at night! We want to warn everyone considering a trip to this hotel. Don't waste your time and money.
Just a few days ago, we returned from this wonderful hotel and we want to go there again! IN ORDER: 1. Location: The hotel is located in a beautiful place, almost in the city center, close to shops, parks, taxis, and places to go for a walk! If you leave the hotel and go left, there are three parks. First, there is a park with turtles, we went there around 4-5 in the evening because it gets very humid. Then, there are two more parks along the way. We also took a taxi for $4 - a 1-minute drive and you're in the old town, the Kaleici area, which has a great atmosphere, narrow streets, beautiful old architecture. I regretted not going there until the last day before leaving. 2. Food: Excellent, always varied, no one will be hungry. The food is delicious! The waiters are great - they work quickly! I am attaching photos of the food, it's just a shame they didn't serve ice cream. 3. Entertainment: It's a bit weak here as the hotel is more of a quiet city hotel. Every evening they play pop music when the DJ is working, and when he's not there, it is just pleasant lounge music. There is an animator who tries to bring people together. 4. Room: Cozy, beautiful, stylish, everything worked. Only the shower partition leaks a little, but other than that, everything is excellent. They provide shampoo and shower gel, the safe is free, there is a kettle and a fridge in the room, and they provide water every day. Housekeeping is done every day. 5. Beach: Clearly not for children. There is a terrace and an elevator to get to the beach. They provide towels. The water is amazing, plus it's around 30 degrees Celsius in August, the sea is crystal clear and beautiful like in Greece or Cyprus. Bring masks and goggles because there are many fish there. My daughter was constantly diving, and I regretted not bringing a mask. There is also a platform for jumps, and the lifeguards do a great job. There is a water cooler, and a little higher up there is a bar with non-alcoholic drinks. 6. Internet: Free only at the reception, but in the room, in the hotel itself, and on the beach, it is chargeable - $13 for 7 days. CONCLUSION: THANK YOU VERY MUCH to the hotel management, everything there is fantastic! They gave us a compliment on the last day of our vacation!
