Arsi Enfi City Beach Hotel guest verified reviews

1.5 km from the city center. If you book a room, no one familiar from the street will be allowed! Small rooms. No animation. The food is normal. Massages at the hotel are done well!
Before you start reading - this is trash. Don't trust the photos. The hotel is terrible. It feels like a 2-star hotel, not a 4-star. I have been to Turkey 15 times, I have a lot of travel experience in other countries, and this is the first time I have encountered something like this 💩 and the first time I am writing a review. 1. One thing that really surprised me - the beach is NOT FREE! No one mentions this until you arrive. 2. Before arriving, there was a need to contact the hotel administration, but they stubbornly do not respond. I emailed them twice, once on the official website, and once tried to contact them through the tour operator - all in vain. Ignored. 4. The view from the room is either another room a meter away or garbage bins. There seems to be no rooms with a decent view. 6. There is no bottled drinking water in the hotel. No water, seriously! 8. There is no soap, shampoo, or shower gel in the room. For the first time, they didn't provide any toiletries, so we had to go out and buy them. 1. There are no towels for the feet! Apparently, you should step out of the shower and faceplant into the sink. 11. There are no cups for toothbrushes. Ours fell into the toilet, so we had to get a new one. We made makeshift cups and soap dishes out of plastic bottles. 12. There are no signs on the doorknob saying "do not disturb" or "clean the room." Because of this, the cleaning lady interrupted us naked several times. 13. There are no Russian-speaking staff members. 14. The pool is more like a bathtub. In the photos, it looks big, but in reality, it is tiny. If you came here without money and can't afford the beach, you probably won't be able to enjoy the pool either. 15. The length of the bed is a whole different story. I am 166 cm tall, and when I lowered the pillow slightly, my toes were hanging off the edge! If you are taller than 17 cm, you shouldn't even consider this hotel, otherwise, you will have to sleep like a hunched dog. 16. Most of the vacationers are poor Turkish families with a huge number of children. We joked that we were vacationing in a gypsy camp. 17. The food. There is no choice. The breakfasts are the worst. People just grab bread and eat it because the egg mixture looks far from appealing, and there is hardly anything else.
It turned out that I went on vacation alone for the first time. As usual, a long journey from the airport, then a 14-hour wait to check into the room. The girl at the reception desk was pleasant, knew several languages, and it was convenient to communicate with her. Then the check-in. In addition to the main building, there are two small two-story houses on the territory (very small, by the way, but it's a city hotel, understandable). I was placed in one of them. It was a tiny room, you open the door and immediately see the bed. There's a kettle and an empty fridge in the room. There's liquid soap in a dispenser, and one small round piece. There were no other shampoos, conditioners that I always came across in 4-star hotels. But what surprised me the most was that the balcony had a view of... another balcony! The balcony of the neighboring two-story house, just a meter away from my balcony. I didn't expect that. Also, the walls are paper-thin! I practically lived with the neighbors all that time. Every sneeze, snore, every word, and so on, it was as if there were still people in my room. We wished each other Good Morning and Good Night through the wall. It's funny now, of course. But not back then. The choice in the dining room amazed me! I have never seen such a poor selection of food in any 4-star hotel! I eat very little, so it was enough for me. But still, it's a 4-star hotel! I paid a considerable amount of money for the package tour, I thought it would be more civilized. The same food every day. The beer was like water, the wine was somewhat tolerable. Okay, it's not critical. I thought I would get enough sleep on vacation! But it didn't work out that way! I woke up at 6 am from the call to prayer! I love this call to prayer, but not so close! Right next to the hotel. Every day at 6 am! The closed balcony didn't help at all. I wanted to fall back asleep later, but at 8 am, I realized that there was a school behind the fence. The kids were singing the Turkish anthem on the street. Then they ran around during recess every half hour. This happened every day! I didn't get any sleep there at all! Not a single day. There is no entertainment at the hotel, one evening a man sang with a guitar. There was also a promotion for leather goods, and some artists danced a little. The free internet was terrible, so I bought it right away. It cost 76 rubles for 7 days. It worked in the room as well. It didn't always load well, but on average, it was not bad. The beach is across the road, it's narrow, and you have to pay for the sunbeds, so everyone just lay on towels. The location is excellent, 1-15 minutes walk to the city center. Overall, the good thing about it was making new acquaintances with nice people, who made my stay at this hotel more enjoyable.
We stayed at Arsi Enfi City beach hotel in March 222. We were with children. We enjoyed our stay! The rooms were cleaned daily; the food was very diverse, even though it was off-season and the hotel was half empty - they prepared a lot and very deliciously 😊😊 There is a spa center right in the hotel, where they offer many types of massages, you can visit a hammam; there is a beauty salon with a wide range of services! One undeniable advantage of the hotel is its location - it is on the first coastline; a beautiful sandy beach is across the road; there are various shops and cafes nearby. I would like to specifically mention the friendliness and hospitality of the staff!
