Hello everyone 👋 We stayed at Kozi Beach 3* from March 3 to March 15, 2025, it was our first time in Thailand and it won't be the last! We really liked the hotel. Pros: A beautiful, cozy beach. Yes, there is a staircase, yes, it's hard to climb, but it's just a matter of seconds. And what a view of the sea from above! Because the beach is below, there are amazing cafes and restaurants with a view of the sea and sunsets. You sit back, relax, and enjoy. In the morning, we took coffee from 7/11 and peacefully sat in the cafe area (it opens at 11:00, no one kicked us out) admiring the scenery. The sea is gentle, unlike Jomtien beach, cleaner. Yes, it's definitely cooler on the islands, but you need to travel there, while here it's just 2 minutes to the sea. Sunbeds are 100 baht, water, beer, coconut, juice, fried shrimp, fruits, ice cream, corn, everything is available on the beach, prices range from 40 to 100 baht. There are toilets and showers (a barrel of water 😅) several along the beach. There's a nice shower by the hotel pool, and you can wash off right after climbing up. They provide special beach towels at the pool. We took them for 2 days when we went to Kanchanaburi and exchanged them for dry ones several times a day, no fines were applied. The guy working there always seems sabai-sabai😁 The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed daily, bed linen was changed for us almost EVERY day. Next to the hotel, there's a street with everything you need: exchange office, food stalls, 7/11 (we visited 3 different ones), fruits, cafes, restaurants, laundries, massages. It's quiet in the evening! We had a view of the city. The staff is smiling, friendly, just smile at them and believe me, your mood will instantly improve! 😊 The furniture and plumbing in the room are of good quality, all textiles are of good quality, everything is always snow-white and clean. They provide shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and hand soap in large bottles. There are also cotton swabs, shower caps, and a sewing kit. If you need laundry, go to the coin laundry, they will wash a whole bag of laundry for 130 baht, dry it, and neatly fold it. Just 2 hours and everything is washed! We liked the breakfasts, yes, there isn't much variety, but in 2 weeks we had different things for breakfast, there is a choice. Definitely try the omelet made on the street terrace, it's very tasty! 🤤 There are few fruits, but right outside the hotel is a fruit shop where for 50-100 baht you can get fruits, they will peel them for you and give you a fork to eat it neatly. There they also make smoothies for 40 baht, cool drinks are just right in the heat! 👍 No deposit, free Wi-Fi. Cons: If you need to go somewhere, it's easiest to take a taxi. We used Bolt, each ride costs about 100 baht, sometimes slightly less, sometimes slightly more. By the way, if you can't call a taxi, or rather the app shows that the car is standing still and you can't see it, just know that it's not you being stupid or your close friend 🙈, it's just that the taxi drivers don't come for the order but pretend they have arrived. If that happens, just try again. And in the app when choosing a taxi, make sure to choose Bolt, scroll through the list. From what we understood, if the price is less than 100, drivers just don't want to go, but that's not certain 🤷♀️. There are little ants in the room, better not to leave any food on surfaces, especially candy wrappers. If nothing is left, you won't see them. There are few sockets by the bed. No scrolling through your phone if it's dead. Sound insulation is good. Wi-Fi is available, but it's not great, especially in the evening it can be slow. Overall it's tolerable, but it's better to get a SIM card at the Tops supermarket, luckily it's right at the street corner. But keep in mind that the SIM cards sell out quickly and might be unavailable in the evening, but you need to come the next day; they always restock. The bathroom is cleaned poorly, but I’m a cleanliness freak, and for me, a clean bathroom is when everything is perfectly snow-white and all taps are polished to shine. I can't say they clean thoroughly, but it's not critical. We really enjoyed our vacation and we will return here, specifically to Kozi. Thank you for reading! 😄💗
Thank you for such a detailed review !! Can you tell me which building you stayed in?
Which Wing 3*. We met a couple who bought a tour at 4*, the one across the street. So, their tour turned out to be more expensive than ours, although it had fewer days and the airport transfer was at their own expense (we had everything included in the price). It turns out that in the 4*, the only difference is that the repairs in the rooms are newer, maybe the furniture is more modern. But whether it's worth overpaying for that is up to everyone to decide 🙂
We also took Wind, with a view of the sea. I think we won't regret it )
The right choice 👍
You won't regret it at all! The main thing is to be on a floor above the 3rd.
We stayed at this hotel last year. Everything was great. The room was a family room with two large beds. In the building where the pool with elephants is located. Side sea view. It was clean in the room. Good breakfasts, in the evening we went to the market or had dinner from street vendors. After finding a cockroach in the cafe with the yellow chairs in Tom Yum, we stopped eating there. Within walking distance are the Big Buddha, viewpoint, market, and park. We walked a lot, even to the center. We only slept in the room. We took excursions from Manop. This year we are also going to this hotel. We chose it based on price, as we only need a place to sleep. We went to the islands, to BANGKOK. For lovers of Turkey and those who like to be "pampered for their money," neither the hotel nor Pattaya will be suitable. I work with Thais myself, and everything is simple and positive for them. That's the country and the people. Or in Thai — sanuk, sabai, and suai. These three concepts have been established since ancient times and still permeate all areas of life. Sanuk translates to joy, emotional comfort, pleasure; sabai — coziness, ease, or physical comfort; suai — beauty and the pursuit of the beautiful. Wishing everyone a great vacation! 🙏
I read a lot of reviews, and we decided to choose Kosi after all… today we checked in… terrible hotel, everything is dirty, the mirrors are all streaked, the furniture is old and wobbly, the outlets don’t charge (you have to put something under them for the charge to work 🤯) It's impossible to sleep, the soundproofing is just awful, all evening we listened to the neighbors deciding who would wash their daughter's bottom) the room is just a nightmare! of course, everyone has their own needs, that’s clear, but we are in shock… I asked for 1 bed, they gave us a room with two beds, they say just push them together, and I won’t even mention the soundproofing, we feel like we’re living in the same room as the neighbors, I am very upset… almost to tears… this is not a hotel, but a complete disappointment…
Don't be afraid, I spent 2 weeks choosing a hotel, and I also settled on Kozi, we bought the tour yesterday. I think I’ll bring a bit more optimism with me and close my eyes to the old furniture and the streaks on the mirrors. As a rule, during the trip, we only go to the room to wash and sleep..... Don't lose heart, maybe tomorrow everything will shine with different colors) Have a great vacation no matter what!!!! 🌹🌹🌹
Yes, everything is normal there. Hotels with a beach NOT across the road in Pattaya can be counted on one hand.
I’m usually not a pessimist, I look for the positives, there are always good people around, especially since we don’t plan to stay in the room.
Exactly) this is a "sleeping place" just to sleep) This is not an "all-inclusive" system.
If you are satisfied with everything, then I have no objections, I have expressed my opinion, and I definitely won't recommend this goat to anyone I know.
We were fine. No disappointment. I agree only about the outlets, and the toilet flush surprised me.
Photo, which building? What kind of room is it?
the highest, we were given on the 9th floor, grand wing which…
So this is considered the OLD building. Across the road, Ocean Wings is considered new and it is in better condition.
I know, we did not choose the buildings, unfortunately.
Everything is fine with us, everything is clean. We requested 2 beds and got them. I agree with you about the sound insulation and the outlets.
Wow. We were there last February. Our room was on the 14th floor, very nice.

The rooms are clean, cleaning was done every day! The breakfasts are good! We liked the hotel, I am attaching a small review of the room.
a good 14-story building, we recently returned. The rooms are normal, large. There is the main restaurant there. We were there in November, there were no mosquitoes at all. The room faced the street, you can't hear any noise when the windows are closed. And they are always closed due to the heat. The exchange is good at the yellow kiosk right across from the hotel entrance (the 14-story building). Next to the kiosk, you can take excursions with Oleg, everything is clear and cheaper than with others. A specific feature - the hotel is located far from the center. It takes us half an hour to walk to the pier and to Walking Street. That's fine for us. We took a taxi to the shopping center, not expensive and waited no more than 2 minutes, mostly first-class comfort cars. But in the shopping center, there is nothing to buy except food. It's all just junk. You can take a walk to the Golden Buddha and to the observation deck. These are different places. But nearly in the same direction. After the Buddha, we went to the observation deck, it took about 10 minutes to walk. About the excursions: The city tour - there is absolutely nothing to do, unless you need latex pillows three times more expensive than exactly the same ones on Wildberries. This is a latex factory, a jewelry factory, a royal pharmacy (which is all nearby at several times cheaper) and another jewelry factory. It's up to you to choose, of course. The only advantage was that we took the plus of the Sanctuary of Truth, we really liked it, and we fed elephants there, you can ride them if you need to. The excursion to Bangkok was nice. The most interesting excursion for us was to Cambodia.

Top 118 tips for your stay at Cosy Beach Hotel
Question for those who have been to Cosy Beach. How to differentiate between the 3* and 4* buildings? Our voucher is for Cosy Beach 4*, it says, room swing and pool, but we read here that it is 3*.
In our tour, we had a room of 23 square meters, upon arrival we were given a deluxe room of 40 square meters with a side sea view in a 7-story building for free.
If it was booked through Biblio Globus, then the entire hotel is listed as 4*. But if the room is in the Cozy Wing or Cozy Pool building, then it is 3* old buildings.
Biblio-Globus, cozy wing swing and pool room, so we don't know. We will arrive on the 25th and see. Also, it will arrive not in Utapao, but in Bangkok, package tour.
What "swing and pool" is quite unclear! 🤣 But on the hotel's official website, the information is as follows: "Cosy Wing, Pool Wing and Grand Wing 3* Accommodation designed with the tropical climate in mind includes rooms in the categories of Standard, Superior, Mini Suite, and Executive Suite. The room stock is located in three buildings of the hotel, which include Cosy Wing, Pool Wing, and Grand Wing. Superior rooms have a view of the city or the sea. Meanwhile, the Mini Suite, located at the very end of the building, is an excellent choice for ensuring complete privacy. The Executive Suite combines the Mini Suite with a Superior, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms with one large living room. Ocean Wing 4* A new building located on a separate territory, on the first line, across the road from the beach. This building contains rooms in the categories of Deluxe, Deluxe Pool Access, Deluxe Side Sea View, and Ocean Front."
Could you please tell me if there is a treadmill in the hotel's gym?
No
Is a deposit required for the hotel room?
not needed
Good day everyone, please tell me what kind of sockets are in the hotel? Is an adapter needed?
Regular sockets)
Hello. Do they take deposits in baht or dollars here?
There is no deposit here 😘
no deposit
Hello! Could you please tell me what the sea is like near the hotel, is it possible to swim or is it dirty and smelly? If there are photos of the beach, please send them.
You can swim, it doesn't smell, but the water is murky and not as beautiful as on the islands.
Thank you very much! We want to fly with our 8-year-old child and we are very worried.
Don't worry about the water. It's not as beautiful for photos, but it's safe to swim. If I were you, I'd be more worried about the stairs :)
A little calmed down) thank you🙏 And which stairs are you talking about? And how much does it cost to go to Koh Larn? And I wanted to ask, did you go to the military beach? How is it there? Or is it not worth it?

The local beach and that very staircase: very cool with steps of different heights and widths.
Thank you so much) you just need to be more careful… we have already walked on similar 🤪 stairs)
if you go a little further past the "chocolate" restaurant, there will also be a staircase on the right, also not very good, but the steps are wider, try it, it might be easier to go down there
Yes, it's a bit simpler.
Hello everyone! Friends, could you please tell me, are there sockets in the bathroom?
There is
Please let me know if there are safes in the rooms here?
There is
Hello everyone. Please tell me, the room is located in the Grand Wing, superior room, does this have a sea view?
Superior Grand Wing Sea View - this one is by the sea, the other Superiors have a city view.
Can you tell me if the hotel has smoking rooms? Or maybe it's allowed on the balcony?
Non-smoking hotel, there are only two equipped places. But many smoke both on the balcony and on the sun loungers. The choice is yours 😅
Everyone smokes on the balconies. Both outside and on the beach. Just don't throw cigarette butts. An empty beer can on the beach makes a great ashtray. Everyone smokes. In the room, it's not allowed to avoid the smell. This is the case in all hotels.
Please advise whether to bring aqua shoes, or will we not encounter anything in the sea here?
On the local beach - it's quite possible to do without them. There are no prickly creatures (urchins). But there are very rare coral fragments and muddy bottom areas, in "shoes" you can really not think about anything. In short, you can go without swim shoes without any problems, but with them, you really don't have to worry about anything. But I haven't seen anyone in such shoes on the beach...
Hello!) We are flying here on March 28, to the rooms of the Cosy Wing building. Could you please let me know if there is anyone currently in these rooms, or if there are any photos available?
Choose the Ocean Wing. The building is newer. The chance of a (side) sea view is higher. Even such a view is sufficient.
We stayed in Wing, 7103) view of the parking lot. The downsides are the noise from the condensate of the air conditioners. I didn't want to bother. I folded a large beach towel three times and sent my husband to lay it on the roof under the drainage outlet. The drip on the metal roof stopped)
Guys, could you please tell me if a deposit is required upon check-in?
No, it's not needed.
Please tell me from what time to what time breakfast is served at the hotel?
Until 10 o'clock, it seems.
Breakfast from 6 to 10 AM.
Hello everyone! Can you please tell me if anything is sold on the beach near the hotel? Fruits, any drinks?
Smoothies and coconuts are definitely available, and they are also delivering products. But I haven't bought anything myself yet, I've only seen smoothies and coconuts.
Fruits, ice cream, corn, and shrimp are sold along the beach. You can also buy drinks there, where the sunbeds are sold.
Could you please tell me if the hotel has a large parking lot? If we rent a car, will it be easy to park? Are there car rentals nearby? We have a 6-year-old child, so a bike probably won't suit us.
The hotel has no parking. Cars can only be left along the road.
The hotel has a small parking area, only for bikes.
Is there a kettle and coffee in the room?
yes, everything is there
Kettle, coffee, cream, sugar, mugs, spoons, glasses are available.
Good afternoon, compatriots🙂, I kindly ask you to take a video of what breakfast is like in the hotel. Thank you in advance.

I filmed this on the first day, they are almost the same every day. In the video where at the end about chicken porridge, it turned out that the broths alternate chicken day, pork day, with meatballs.
I didn't get a chance to try it, the name Pig Porridge killed my appetite.

Very tasty broths, there is rice and meatballs, you add the herbs yourself, we really liked it.
Well, I missed it this time, definitely next time! I don't really like breakfast. My favorites are cottage cheese and cheese. I don't eat pasta or potatoes for breakfast. It's good that there are at least vegetables and fruits. And the croissants were good for me! My husband was very pleased.
Good evening. Could you please tell me how the wi-fi is in the rooms at the hotel?)
Excellent both in the rooms, and in the restaurant, and at the pool.
Not always working. Slow.
We had no Wi-Fi in the room or in the lobby; it connects, but nothing works, we were on mobile the whole vacation.
Hello everyone! Could someone make a video of the superior room with a sea view in the 14-story building? We are considering taking it or the deluxe one across the road... The deluxe is 40m2 but for some reason, it's cheaper🤔?!
We stayed in a deluxe. All have a side sea view. We had the sunny side with a view of the parking lot. It’s hot on the balcony all the time. A view of the pool would have been better. There are significantly fewer people in this building, it's quiet. The rooms are partially renovated. I would pay extra now and take a sea view after all.

Not all deluxe rooms have a side sea view; it depends on luck) We had a deluxe room with a frontal sea view) But I understand that superior rooms have a more "isolated" view)
These are separate rooms in general) and there are not many of them. It’s nice of course, but to those who are not so lucky, I can sweeten the pill: You’re not sitting in the room eating, to look out the window) I don’t remember ever being bothered by the view from the window. We only sleep in the room. So the view from the window can only be considered a pleasant bonus, not as something mandatory 😉
We have a superior room with a view of Mountain Beach Hotel. It's wonderful on the balcony in the evening, not hot.
We have a deluxe side sea view room, 5th floor, but the room is nice, big, clean, cleaned every day, maybe a bit low on light, but it's not critical, we are hardly there, almost the entire vacation is spent on excursions. 🤷♀

Superior 14th floor
A month ago we stayed there. Great room😍 The Wing wing has a fresher interior, we have been coming to this hotel for the second year in a row and now only here in the future.
Is there a hairdryer in the rooms?
There is a hairdryer. I haven't used it once.)
Hello. Is there a safe in the rooms? Or is it available for a fee at the reception?
We have in the room. But, it may depend on the category.
We just arrived today, there was a downpour at the airport. There is a safe in the room.
Good evening!!! Could you tell me if the superior rooms with a sea view in the 14-story building are directly on the sea or are they side rooms? Thank you.
Right by the sea.
Hello, could you please tell me if there are superior, standard, deluxe rooms here with one large bed? I see that there are only single beds. If so, can they be joined together?
I stayed in a standard room, the bed was large.
Is there a balcony?
No, I stayed in the old three-story building.
Oh, great! From the photo, I see a bedside table. So it can be removed, and we can keep an eye on it, hooray 🙌🏻 Did you have a balcony? And how is the beach? Please let me know 🙏🏻
Yes, we moved the nightstand to the door that led to the neighboring room (we were shocked at first). We were at the beach once on the day of arrival 😂 in my opinion, it's not great, there are broken bottle shards lying around, it's dirty, but that's just my personal opinion... there was a balcony.
2 single beds, they said it's fine, although we requested a double bed, we pushed them together, it turned into a large bed 👍 this is in superior.
Hello everyone! Could you please tell me about the rooms in the hotel? Are they clean? Are there any insects?😅
Good afternoon, we haven't seen any pests in the rooms, but there were mosquitoes sitting on the balcony in the evening, so mosquito spray is needed. ))
Good day to everyone, please tell me, for 2+1 (12 years) which room is better to take, superior or deluxe?
We took a superior.
Is it okay for three people, not cramped?
There were 2 of us but there is a very large bed and a small sofa.
We took a superior family room with two double beds in the room.
Good afternoon. We bought a tour for March at Jomtien Thani 3*, but we've heard that there is renovation going on there, so we want to change to Cosy Beach Hotel 4*. Tell us about the hotel, what do you think of it? How is the location, the beach? And is it allowed to smoke on the balconies?
I liked the hotel, the location is good, there are not many drawbacks. I do not smoke.
The location is not great, there’s nowhere to walk, it’s far from the hotel to the tuk-tuks, we constantly order taxis. To the sea - down the stairs, but the sea is decent, better than in Jomtien. Last February we were at Avalon, liked the location there more.
Good afternoon! Can you tell me if a deposit is required at the hotel? We have 2 rooms reserved, if a deposit is required, how much is it per room?
No deposit is taken.
No deposit.
Good afternoon, can you tell me how is the internet at the hotel?
Wi-Fi in the lobby, in the room, in the dining area, no problem.
Good day to everyone. Could you please let me know if the hotel provides an iron or a steamer?
Yes, you can ask at the reception. They will bring an iron and a mini ironing board to the room.
Good afternoon! What color are the beach towels that are currently being issued? 😊
Green ones were issued.
Orange and green.
Hi, has anyone seen the gym in the hotel? Maybe there are some photos 🙏
The gym is available. To get to the beach towel distribution (main building, not ocean), the entrance will be on the left, under the lobby. I didn't go in and therefore didn't take any photos.

There is no photo, but there is a small one near the pool! There are a couple of exercise machines and dumbbells.
Good afternoon everyone, could you please tell me what kind of pillows are in this hotel? There is a real problem with them in hotels, they are often just stuffed with foam (at best).
Ordinary narrow pillows, not very comfortable, but there are no others...
Hello everyone! Are there dryers in the rooms?
Yes. On the balcony.
Regarding the condition in the room, please let me know who was recently there and about breakfast. The information is very necessary.
The breakfasts are good. There are about 12-14 chafing dishes with porridge, broths, eggs in different formats. Plus, Thai food and a bit of European cuisine. Separate areas for salads, fruits, pastries, tea and coffee, cold drinks.
Good afternoon, could you tell me about the rooms? In which building are the deluxe rooms located and where are the better rooms? There seem to be two buildings.
Deluxe in the Ocean Wing building. You cannot choose the view immediately upon purchase. All rooms are roh. But mainly, there is a side view of the sea, the 1st floor has access to the pool; I warn you, it will be damp in the room. There are literally 4 rooms with a sea view, you can't really see the sea because of the trees. In the 14-story building, there are superior and family rooms. The views can be chosen upon purchase, either sea or city. The family room has a very small balcony, just enough for one chair. Standard rooms are in extensions to the 14-story building, without balconies. You can use the entire territory. However, deluxe guests can have breakfast at the Grand, but they can't at Ocean Wing.

The balconies of the family room are surrounded. Next to it, there is a superior balcony. Find the differences 😂
Thank you, good information. We stayed in a superior room with a street view. We liked everything very much! We didn’t even think about the sea view. There was enough of it anyway.
Deluxe rooms are located in the Ocean Wing building. 3-4 rooms here have a view of the wall, keep this in mind. The others have normal views. We go swimming in the pool in the main building because the pool in the Ocean Wing is cold. And the sun hardly reaches here. The sound insulation is mediocre. But it is quiet in the evening and at night. Otherwise, we liked the hotel.
Could you please tell me if there is any bar in the hotel?😅😅😅 It sounds a bit odd, but I haven't seen anything like that around, and in the evening I would like to have a cocktail nearby.😁
There is a bar in the hotel, but there are also quite a few nearby.
Is there always staff at the reception here? If check-out is at 4 AM, should I ask in advance for someone to be there or not?
Open 24 hours
Hello everyone. Could you please tell me if there is a separate restaurant for breakfast in each building or do we go to one building? I understand there are two buildings and they have different room types. Is it worth paying extra for Deluxe or are the standards quite normal? We are a family of 4. The straight accommodation for 4 is not available. We’ll have to book two rooms.
My friend from the building across the road calmly came to have breakfast in our building.
Breakfast is available in any building. The menu is the same.
We stayed in the building opposite the main one and we liked it better there, fewer people. There is a dining room in each building, your own pool but you can go to another building.
Could you please tell me if there is a laundry with dryers in the hotel or nearby? I also have a question. We took excursions from the hotel guide. The free one in Pattaya was terrible, it was an attempt to sell us everything🙈. Could you tell me if the paid excursions to Ayutthaya and the full-day ones in Bangkok are also a hassle we should expect? Or are they normal, just overpriced?
The hotel does an excellent job of washing and ironing the laundry. We spoke to the maid, she picked it up, and the next day everything was hanging in the room. Perfectly washed and ironed. Everything on hangers. 👍👍👍
Is there a beach mat in the hotel?
Hello, no, the sunbed is 100 baht on the beach.
Hello. Is a deposit taken at the hotel?
Hello no
Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel?
Yes, there is.
Which room in the hotel is better to book? Do you have photos of the room? Please.
We had a superior room, quite decent.
Good afternoon! Who was at the sea near the hotel today? Is it really being dumped from the canal or is it just rumors?
These are definitely myths. In fact, Wednesday is a sanitation day for the beaches of Thailand. Loungers are removed, and the beaches are cleaned. The beaches can be visited. Moreover, during the pandemic, there were no sanitation days as such. They were resumed after the pandemic.
Thank you for the response! Will the sunbeds be returned to their place on Thursday? We are coming from Cambodia, thinking about how to plan tomorrow.
They will return. As far as I remember, only Wednesday is a sanitation day.
Is there a verified Russian food nearby the hotel?
Yes.
Good afternoon, is there an iron in the hotel?
Yes. You can ask at the reception, they will bring both an iron and an ironing board.
Can you tell me if there is a dental kit here, or should I ask for one or bring my own?
We had it in the room, but it wasn't very good. We used our own.
Hello! Could you please tell me if there is a gym in the hotel? I seem to have missed this moment🙈
The hall is there, but it's funny and empty.
There is
Who is currently on vacation, please let me know what the situation is with insects, should I bring any repellents or means for their bites?
The bathroom door should be kept closed, and there won't be any mosquitoes. If they do become a problem, everything is available at the store.
We recently returned, the mosquitoes bite in the evenings, we bought local spray at 7/11.
Good afternoon, if you plan to sit by the pool for dinner or hang out in the evening, take it, they eat in the evening.
Question to girls💃🙂 how do you like the hairdryer in the hotel? Is it better to take your own?

We have such in the room. I have long hair and it's fine for me.
I have short hair, there was enough hairdryer in the room.
I was fine, shoulder-length hair, quite strong.
Good afternoon, can someone tell me, or maybe even show, what the extra bed looks like in the Superior and Deluxe rooms for 3 people?
Hello everyone.. Can you tell me if there are swimming pools in the hotel?
Yes, 2.
Please tell me what kind of sockets are in the rooms..? Euro sockets or regular ones?
Regular. Our.
Outlets are adapted, but in some, everything is loose.
Hello! Could you please let me know if there is a deposit at the hotel and in what currency?
No deposit
Could you please tell me if there are Russian channels on the television?
The first two days after our arrival, there was one channel. Then there were no more.
Are there new televisions there now?
We had a flat Samsung TV in our room.
If it has a smart TV, you can stream any channel online.
Similarly. Smart TV.
Does the hotel serve brewed coffee?
There are two coffee machines at breakfast.
Good evening. Could you please tell me what time breakfast is served here?
From 6 to 10 o'clock.
Is the Wi-Fi free or paid here?
Free
Is Wi-Fi paid at the hotel???
Free
Free, although the website states that there is an additional charge.
Can someone post a photo of the coastline in front of the hotel?

I also filmed the staircase that everyone is scared of. The ascent takes less than a minute. This is the staircase behind the chocolate factory, the other one seemed longer to me.

Hello, we want to book at Cozy beach 3 for January. How can we understand which building this is? I want the one with the open sunny area by the pool! Or can you use any pool from any of the buildings? If anyone has been there, please share! 🙏
You can use any pool, it doesn't matter which building you are checked into.👍👍👍
The building on the left is the Ocean Wing, and on the right, there are three buildings: Cosy Wing, Pool Wing, Grand Wing. Cosy and Pool Wing are buildings with 3 and 4 floors, where standard rooms are located. We stayed in the Grand Wing - a 14-story building; we purchased a superior room with a sea view, but we were upgraded for free to a deluxe room with a sea view. We were thrilled.
Yes, you can use any pool.
Is there a deposit at the hotel?
No deposit
Good afternoon! There are many positive reviews about the hotel! Could you please tell me if tuk-tuks run near the hotel to get to the pier and shopping center? And can you walk to the pier, how long does it take? How long does it take to get to the pier? Are there markets and shops near the hotel, is there anything to do in the evening, to take a walk before bed? Is there something for kids, slides or a children's area?
There are no slides, there is a small corner for children with a table and mini games at the reception, quite sad. We get to the pier by taxi, and in general, you can only get out by taxi.

Here is such a corner.
Is the safe free here?
Free. We had a dead battery in the safe - it wouldn't close, we contacted the reception - they changed it in 10 minutes and that was all.
Good day everyone! Please tell me, I have heard a lot that hotels have thefts. How is this situation in Kozi Beach? Should I take a safe?
The safe is working, the suitcase with a lock is still available 🙄
Is the hotel breakfast decent now? I mean the selection of dishes.
Quite decent, you won't leave hungry. European + Asian cuisine. In the 3* building, they also prepare soup and Thai noodles for you on the open terrace.
More than👌 and even porridge ☝️ Last week I saw mashed potatoes 😉 Rice, fried rice, Thai noodles, stewed vegetables, chicken and pork sausages, country-style potatoes, porridge, omelet, and boiled eggs on the veranda (in the main building), fruits (watermelon, pineapple, papaya), vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, leaf lettuce). I won't describe dressings, yogurts, and other things. I think it won't be hungry! Some manage to (think they are not noticed) even pack some into their bags... And the Thais are looking askance 🙈 but some got caught🤷♀️
Could you tell me until what time we can swim in the pool here?
Towels can be taken from 7 AM to 7 PM, and swimming in the pool is available 24/7))
Good evening, what is the current surcharge at the hotel for a deluxe room or sea view at the reception, who knows? Thank you.
Good evening. Have you already booked a specific category of room?
Yes, standard
Then officially - there are no options left. Everything now depends only on the will of chance. In the low season, you could even ask for the best room for free, but the closer it gets to the high season, the less likelihood there is of this random luck. Money won't make a difference.
Thank you, but what has been the average surcharge lately, maybe someone knows..
There is no official version. Just by luck.
We got a room without a balcony, on the second day we forgot about it, no extra charges, every day at the sea, there are no jellyfish and plankton, people are swimming in the pool all night, the breakfasts are wonderful.
What type of room did you have when booking the tour?
Standard
Who is currently in Kozi?! How is the hotel, is it far from the sea? And how is the beach?

From the hotel down the stairs and you are at the beach (first coastline) The beach now.
We are currently relaxing here. The beach is literally a 3-minute walk away; you exit the hotel, pass by the pool, go down the stairs, and there you are on the beach. A few days ago, we went down, and I thought the water looked a bit dirty, a few jellyfish were floating around. Yesterday, I saw from the balcony that several people were even swimming there.
Are there sun loungers and a café on the beach? And can you buy fruits to take with you along the way?
There are sunbeds, you can also have a snack, and there are even speedboats, but it's expensive, and only if you gather a group of at least 6 people, it will cost 400 baht per person. If you don't gather 6 people, it will be 3,000. In Bali, we paid 300 per person for a round trip on the Tavaen.
How much is the deposit at the hotel?
No deposit.
Is it true that smoking is not allowed on the balcony in the superior room??? Where do people smoke then????
In the smoking areas downstairs. It is written that it is prohibited; the guide said that if you are seen, they will quietly inform the reception of your room number, and upon departure, a fine of 5,000 baht for smoking may be charged.
At the reception, there are photos of the smoking areas showing their locations.
Good afternoon, could you please tell me about the rooms on the higher floors - it says that children are not allowed. Has anyone traveled with children? Were you accommodated?
Two children. 12th floor
Check-in went smoothly? And what is the age of the children? We were about to make a reservation and then saw this note, so we started to worry. Did you enjoy your stay there?
Ages 8 and 11 years. Check-in was quick... we arrived just in time at 3 PM (Biblio Globus). This is our third time in Pattaya. The hotel is wonderful with kids. There is not much traffic on the road. Everything is within walking distance. Food and massage prices are reasonable. Breakfasts are good... the kids found something to eat😁
What category is your room? Did you like everything about the room?

Family. With two king-size beds
Is it quiet at night in the hotel area?
The windows close tightly. Noise was not disturbing.
Hello, who is currently at the hotel putting the gels, shampoos, and conditioner? Please take photos of the breakfasts, the sea, and the territory 🙏
They serve. The breakfasts are tasty and varied. The sea near the hotel is terrible, the sea is murky and there are lots of jellyfish. It's better to go to Koh Larn island for swimming. The sea, the sand, simply wonderful.
A deposit is taken upon check-in here, and how is the Wi-Fi?
No deposit required. The Wi-Fi is excellent. But if you will be (and you will be anyway) acquiring a local SIM card, then you won't need Wi-Fi much. The speed and quality of the internet are great.
Good evening everyone.. Could you please tell me if the superior rooms at Grand Win are good or would you recommend something else? These rooms are in a 14-story building.
There are different categories of rooms. The only thing is, it's better not to choose the standard room. There's a risk that you will be placed in a room with a view of a wall from the window.
The 14-story building is good.. We're looking at the superior there.. Is it a normal option? 🙏
Yes. A large double bed and possibly a side sea view. This is a 4* building.
Is it two twin beds or one large bed? Does this option have a balcony?
It's exactly one large one. There is a balcony.
Has anyone had breakfast or dinner here? If so, how was the dinner?

Breakfast 🍳☕
Dinner at the hotel restaurant, up to 500 baht per adult, extensive menu.
In our currency, this is about 1000?
1500
About 1500, but sometimes it's very difficult to eat for that amount.
The price is a horse. For such an amount, you can eat and drink to your heart's content at a good restaurant in the city. I won't even mention food courts. I can't imagine what kind of stomach one needs to have in order to eat that much for such a price)
How are the breakfasts at the hotel, please share.
Breakfasts are quite decent. There is a choice of both European and Asian cuisine. We always had dinner outside the hotel, fortunately, gastronomy in Thailand allows for that.
Question to those who are currently living in the hotel or have recently checked out. Tell me, is there a fruit market within walking distance from the hotel? There used to be, but now I checked on street view and didn't see it.
There are 3 "tents" for sure.
Hello, is it forbidden to smoke on the balcony in this hotel?
Fine of 2000 baht. There is a designated smoking area at the hotel.
We were there in 2023, you can smoke on the balcony, but not by the pool, and rightly so, we went to designated smoking areas.
Questions about breakfast. They say it’s excellent. They give you a coupon. So you can use it once? We were in Dubai, there we would go for coffee in the morning, and after an hour, we could have breakfast properly. Is it not allowed here?
No. They mark the entrance here. That is, you can stay there from 6 to 10 hours and eat all this time, but you have one entrance per day.
Tea, coffee, and water (replenished daily) can be enjoyed in the room before heading to breakfast. Every morning there is chicken and pork, oatmeal, omelette, fried eggs, rice, noodles, sausages, ham, pastries, fruits, and salads. Some kind of pork and clear soup (I didn't eat) fried Chinese salad))) (not for me either) and sweet eggs))) Everything else is edible😉
Are there no yogurts?
I don't remember them being there. There are flakes, milk, sweet fillers like Nutella, various jams.
There are two types, natural and strawberry, sweet)
1-2 were
Well, the breakfasts there are definitely decent and adapted for Europeans. I've always been surprised by reviews that complain about breakfast. It would be one thing if it were à la carte, but it's a buffet.. You paid for three stars, not five, right? What kind of breakfast were you expecting? Ten types of sausages and crab soup?? The breakfast is absolutely normal for this category, I think at home you don't have red caviar for breakfast and you don't have a royal selection. Price = choice. You won't go hungry.
Could you please tell me if there are irons in the hotel?
You can ask at the reception and they will bring an iron and an ironing board to your room.
We are flying on October 3rd, can you tell me what the precipitation is like, are there often rains at this time? Has anyone tried to connect to the remote desktop, or is the Wi-Fi weak in the hotel?
WiFi is fine throughout both hotel buildings (the only thing is that sometimes you have to reconnect with the login/password). If you get a local SIM card, you'll have 5G coverage. You can tether the internet from your phone as a hotspot. I connected remotely - there were no issues.
Who is currently in the hotel? How are the breakfasts? How is the water? How is the pool?
The breakfasts are splendid (plenty of food). The pools are also good. However, the sea is not very nice (we've been here for over 10 days) jellyfish every day and plankton/salp (the body constantly itches after swimming). By the way, it's the same at Jomtien, but there are also waves. That’s why we go to the military beach (the only place where the sea is beautiful).
Can you tell me if there is a hairdryer in the rooms? And what is it like? Should I bring one with me?
There is a hairdryer, a normal one.
Good day 🤗 could someone please let me know if anyone has dealt with an additional payment for a standard room with a balcony? Our voucher states ROH cosy wing/pool wing.
Good evening, yes we also have ROH, but we paid extra for a deluxe with a sea view.
Do you have a balcony in the room with seaview?
Yes, there is.
Hello everyone) Can you tell me if there are any compliments in the hotel for birthdays?
They didn't congratulate me) I went to the reception myself, they gave me a coupon for a 10% discount at the restaurant and free pancakes from 12:00 to 16:00 🤣
Help to understand the room categories and buildings here. When purchasing, a standard room was specified, standard (run of house)(cosy wing & pool wing)(non-specific view). I read that there is a high probability that this is without a balcony; we are currently rebooking to a superior room. What are the buildings, number of floors, and view from the room? Where is the best place to stay in this hotel? Thank you!
3-star building and 4-star building. In the 3* - the rooms are simpler, the building is older, meaning the condition of the rooms as well. In the 4* - the rooms are more interesting and the building is newer. Guests are checked in based on room availability. It looks like you have a 3* judging by the description of the room names.

One of these buildings will be 3* (there are two of them here). We booked a 4* and deluxe room. Sea view.
Please let me know, do I need to bring coral shoes or is there sand everywhere here?
Everywhere the sand is hot, coral sandals save the day)
What cuisine is offered at Cosy Beach?
Thai, Chinese, Mexican, in pots, oatmeal always, sausages, ham, potatoes sometimes fried, sometimes boiled, sometimes mashed, pastries quite normal, sourdough bread, salads, vegetables, fruits, the list can go on 😂 Eggs in any form, coffee, cocoa.
Good afternoon. I need help from those who have already been to this hotel. If I understood correctly, there are a total of 4 wings in the hotel: 1. Cosy wing and pool wing - 4 floors, the oldest wings, 2. Grand wing - 14 floors and you can book with a sea view, this wing is also quite old or are the rooms still better there? 3. Ocean wing - 2 wings closer to the sea and newer, but there are no balconies. Question: which wing is better to check into?
We stayed in the tallest building. The room was on the 7th floor with a very beautiful view.

Because of the view and the price. The rooms there are definitely not new. At least in our room, everything was old. But it didn't bother us.

Here is the door at the beginning, it looks all shabby. Inside, most of the things are in a similar condition.
Good afternoon, please let me know what time breakfast starts at the hotel and how long it lasts?
From 6:00 to 10:30 it seems.
Hello, is there a deposit in the hotel?
No
Good afternoon, can you tell me if there is an iron in the hotel?
There are no irons in the rooms.
In the room, there is a price list for ironing and laundry, but it's something like 30-40 baht per shirt.
Can you please translate the below text to English: "Is it only possible to reach the city center from the hotel by taxi? Is there no free tuk-tuk from the hotel?"
Only taxi, and in the evening it is also very expensive and hard to find a taxi, 225 baht during rush hour was after 19.00, tuk-tuks do not run, walking is not an option, it's very long and dangerous, the location is extremely inconvenient for going anywhere.
By taxi from the hotel to the city center costs 60 baht at any time of the day, moreover, during the first week there was automatically a 50% discount voucher.
Good day, we have planned a tour for September 1st at Cosy Beach in a superior room, and we would like to know more about the room. Does anyone have any photos? Is it possible to get a sea view room? Is there an option to pay extra for that? Has anyone experienced a similar situation?
Good afternoon. It is necessary to book immediately with a sea view. They usually do not upgrade the category on their own.
Hello everyone. Is it a long walk from the hotel to the pier with the ferry? And is it convenient, I read that there is no sidewalk.
Do not walk. Take a taxi.
Good day! Could you please tell me about the Wi-Fi situation in the rooms?
Good day! The morning is good. In the evenings, it's hit or miss.
Please tell me, is it possible to negotiate with Thai staff working at the hotel reception to upgrade the room category in exchange for a tip $$$, or is it better to do it officially through my tour operator? Which option is cheaper and more appropriate? We booked the wrong room by mistake.. 🤦♂😞
Here it's like a "roulette". Thai people generally tend to put you in a lower category, I've encountered that many times. And when you ask for the prices to upgrade to a higher category, they quote you one price, but upon arrival and check-in, they increase it))) Therefore, it's better if you have a letter from them with the prices for upgrading the category. But overall, try writing a letter to the tour operator requesting the cost of upgrading the room category!
Good day. Please urgently advise about the hotel? We want to change the hotel to Kozu. Are there ants in the room and how do you like it in general?
The hotel is good, no insects were found in the rooms.
Hello, can you tell me if there is an iron in the hotel? Not at the reception or on the floors?
There are no irons in the rooms, but if you ask at the reception, they can bring you one or provide an ironing service for an additional fee. You can also slightly dampen the garment and hang it on the balcony, it will dry quickly and iron itself out.
No. There isn't. There is a price list for the laundry services.
Hello, please tell me about safes in the rooms. Is it better not to bring expensive electronics?
Safes exist and it seems like money doesn't disappear.
Everything is fine both with the safes and with the room numbers. Nothing will disappear from the room for sure.
Hello. Please tell me, has there been any experience in changing a room with a city view to a sea view? How much is the usual extra charge? Who should I negotiate with? Do they speak Russian or do I need a translator?
We were there in March. There is no extra charge. There are no available rooms. Everything is booked for 1-2 months ahead. Only through a translator)
Good evening! Can you tell me, do hotels take a deposit?
No, they don't take.
Hello everyone! Can you please tell me which soap supplies are placed in the room? Toothbrush, toothpaste?
Shampoo, soap, check. But still, we brought them in small tubes with us. Liquid soap 🧴
Please advise. Can I pay extra for a sea-view room upon check-in?
As with places, but if it's a high floor, then it's worth it. And if it's with a sea view, then it's like having a pool view. And there, sometimes it's noisy until two in the morning. I had a high floor, with a pool-sea view, it didn't really bother me. You mean this applies to the large building.
Good day! Please tell me, do they take a deposit at this hotel? How much? In which currency?
no
How is the hotel and the beach in general?

Goat Beach.
Can you please tell me which floor is better to choose for the superior rooms with a sea view?
The higher, the better, if the view is precise. We lived on the 7th floor, with a beautiful view. And by the pool they make noise and drink until late at night, it's very loud on the lower floors.
Please advise, has anyone been recently, interested in the 14-story Grand Wing building, superior room, how are the rooms with a city view there?

We are currently in this building. Room on the 12th floor with a city view.
Hello! Please tell me, what kind of sockets? Are they suitable for our "plugs" or do I need to look for an adapter?
Hello, they fit us.

The sockets in the room are compatible with our plugs (Grand Wing plug types).
Can you please tell me if there is a market near the hotel where I can buy fruits and seafood?
Market near Pattaya Park
Can you please tell me about the Wi-Fi situation at the hotel? Is it free and specifically, how is it in the Grand Wing building?
Free Wi-Fi is available. I can only speak about the second building, but on the third floor, everything was excellent in the room 👍🏻
Hello everyone, I am going to this hotel in February, could you please tell me what the beach is like there? Can you swim there or is the water dirty? Also, how can I get to the islands from there?
At the end of November, there was a nice beach where we could swim without any problems. It is possible to reach the islands from the beach, but it requires a speedboat and is quite expensive. An economical option is to go to the dock (approximately a 15-minute taxi ride) and take a ferry from there.
Are there no sunbeds on the beach? Are there umbrellas?
It is for 100 baht. There are no free ones.
Good day, is it true that there are no balconies and closets in the rooms 😳 or is it another Kozey?
Hello, last year everything was great and everything was.
Hello! Can you please tell me if there is a hairdryer and an iron in the deluxe rooms?
Hello, there were fans, there was no iron.
Does anyone have a photo of the beach? Thank you.

We really liked the beach there and the sea of beautiful color, and there was no trash. We went to this beach most often from Jomtien. It's much worse there. The only downside is the steps, it's a bit difficult to climb back up 😅. In the end of the video, the steps are visible.
