The rooms are clean, cleaning was done every day! The breakfasts are good! We liked the hotel, I am attaching a small review of the room.

Breakfast is excellent (a lot of options from oatmeal to pork), we probably won’t be able to try everything), dishes are clean, tables are cleared quickly, so there's always a place to sit. In the room, there's a bath, not big but a bath, excellent water pressure, and the toilet is super. There are no animals so far, and the safe works. The stairs at the “chocolate factory” have 70 steps to climb). The sun reaches our balcony around 1:30 PM, you can continue sunbathing here). I recommend the hotel! Those who are hoping for islands should either fly to the islands or spend a lot of time getting to Koh Larn. The beach at the hotel is decent, the sunbed area suited us. The sea is nice too! And let me get pelted with tomatoes, I have been to great beaches of the Red Sea, Similan Islands, the Mediterranean Sea, etc.… But everything else was not for us 🙄. The infrastructure is completely absent! All cafes cater to Russian cuisine (Tom Yum with dumplings 🤣🤣🤣)… There is nowhere to stroll! A big thank you to taxis! The hotel is excellent👍 Our vacation has ended, it left a lot of impressions. And adventures😂 We met wonderful people, didn’t get sunburned and didn’t develop blisters. It was a bit physically difficult, well, the age makes my knees not bend well😊 It was not a beach, lazy holiday, but rather to gather impressions. On the way back, we flew in a plane with empty seats, we sat together on three seats, but it was harder for us to fly back. In Bangkok, the inspection was more thorough than in Egypt, they confiscated a small juice, though it was allowed everywhere else. At the airport, all 40 people gathered in one bus and went straight to Kozi Beach without stops) We bought a superior room, then we saw that there is a superior room with a sea view, decided to fix the situation on the spot rather than through the agency. Upon arrival, we were assigned a rather terrible room on the 2nd floor with no view (photo attached)), and on top of that, with separate beds, although we requested a double. The reception staff were very unhelpful, they weren't interested in our money and said they were fully booked a week in advance, there were no available rooms at all. We sadly trudged back to our room, and then we met a bellboy, who had just delivered the luggage and apparently asked out of courtesy, "Everything okay?" 😂 We explained our problem to him, and for 100 dollars, he found us an excellent large room with a sea view. We liked the hotel itself, but the location was not very good, the views are certainly beautiful (if you have a good room), the breakfasts are filling, there's plenty to eat) but most of the time we went to the Russian market at Pattaya Park (it turned out to be cheaper to eat there than at the PenShop restaurant😅) and we visited the Jomtien night market (there's a really good selection there). We have a Superior room. On the 11th-14th floors, there are rooms after renovation. This one is on the 9th. Regarding food: our standard breakfast and a cup of coffee (almost in all countries: egg, vegetables, fruits, pastries, and coffee 👍).

Yesterday we checked into the hotel, the rooms are nice, they clean every day and provide 2 bottles of 0.5L water. There is Wi-Fi in the room and at the reception. There is a good exchange office right next to the hotel. The weather is nice, although there was a strong thunderstorm last night. (While it was happening, we took a nap after the flight). Today the sea is clear, there were no jellyfish. The breakfasts are delicious and varied.

We took a Superior room in the Grand Wing building, but with a sea view. As a result, today at check-in at the reception, we received a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe sea view. Good afternoon! We were there in 2017, the hotel is decent, a full 3 stars, two pools for all buildings (they didn't kick us out of the pools late at night if no one was noisy), there is a private beach. During our stay, there was a situation with ants in the room at night, but they quickly moved us to another room of the same category without any issues. There were many Russian vacationers around, everything was in Russian. The only downside for us was the location; it was our first time in Pattaya and we came with a package. The hotel was recommended by the tour operator, and we were interested in exploring the city, but it turned out that it was far from the center, and it was quite a walk to the tuk-tuk (we also needed to figure out where and how it actually goes). It was a 50-minute walk in the heat along the road to Central Festival downhill (and back uphill, accordingly). We could go about 1km to catch a tuk-tuk and then ride, or take a bike taxi or regular taxi, but we resigned ourselves to walking. Now they say that dogs also occasionally run around those roads.

Breakfast: there were some porridges. Croissants, omelets, and after 8 am they make omelets with vegetables outside. The sausages are tasty, there's also potatoes, rice, and some other stuff. Hello, everything is fine, the standard room has both a wardrobe and a balcony. The room is nice. Overall, I like everything. 👍

No deposit is required! We stayed there on March 23 and are flying back there again in February. There was a small additional charge for a room with a balcony. We enjoyed everything, and the fact that we had to go down stairs to get to the beach didn't bother us at all. There is no need to cross the road. The breakfasts were excellent and we didn't get tired of them during the 10 days. There are also two 7-Eleven stores, currency exchange offices, fruit stalls, and cafes nearby.
