I want to share my experience of the stay. Pros: - a huge and well-maintained area. This is our first time in Thailand and we didn't pay much attention to this, but my sister who comes here often and has something to compare it to noted this. - delicious breakfasts - a wonderful spacious room with clean white towels and bedding. Yes, the furniture is not new, but everything is neat and clean. Cleaning every day. We stayed in a penthouse with a pool in the first building. A view of the forest and abandoned villas. I hear negative reviews about the rooms, only from those who got the 9th building. - friendly and approachable staff - presence of a water park. We went sliding almost every day. There is tasty food in the café at the water park. But the water park is quite old, as an addition to the hotel - okay, I wouldn't go for a fee. Cons: - the staff who clean the rooms do not know English at all, and there is no clear cleaning schedule. One time it happened that we came back to the room to sleep while they were cleaning on the floor. I asked to clean our room next, she said okay, but it seems she didn't understand anything and went to another room. We didn’t want to wait and stayed without cleaning that day. - high occupancy of the restaurant at breakfast; we went in the interval from 7:15 to 8:30. Earlier is better, after eight there are already a lot of people, but there were always enough tables. And I didn’t see any queues to enter. - the pool by the sea closes early. At 19:00 everyone is asked to leave. - inconvenient system with beach towels. They are not in the rooms. Only issued at the beach from 9:00 to 19:00. Also regarding thefts in the rooms. We left documents and money in the safe, all good. The kids often left their phones and pocket money on the table in the room. No one took anything. About the beach and the area. We are satisfied that we chose Mai Khao. It is calm here, there are no crowds on the beach. There are many cafes on the street with tasty and inexpensive food. We most often ate at Three Elephants. We got a massage every evening. There are also enough massage places in this area. The best exchange rate is at the pharmacy - just outside from the Splash lobby. We rented a car for five days and drove to other beaches. We really liked Naiton Beach. But we didn't appreciate Bang Tao and Patong - it was very noisy and bustling.

This is my 3rd time at this hotel. The water park has become like Venice during the pandemic. Quiet and serene. No people in queues and a lot of free loungers. All thanks to the new water park in the center of the island, no one comes here anymore. One thing is frightening, how it might completely shut down. When will people realize that May Kao is the last empty beach on the island and it will become uncomfortable here… For those interested, there is a one bedroom residence with a balcony in the first building. We have a very late flight and instead of extending, Coral Elite Travel provided us with another room at their own expense, so we weren't left out on the street. And by the way - the tents. 500 baht for the whole day is a gift. For that money, we can only look at the beach from a distance in Sochi for 5 minutes 🤣🤣🤣🤣. From the first day in the tents, when we're not on excursions, we book in the evening for the next day. They quickly figured that out at such a price. In the afternoon, loungers become available, and you take a couple near the tent to sunbathe until the end of the day. Items in the tent, went away, swam, walked around, returned to the shade - rested and started over. I am not imposing. I am sharing my experience. Being by the pool and in the pool are different things. We are in the tent by the pool, but we go swimming in the sea) It’s a question of comfort.
I didn't even know about these. Is this also Building 1?
Yes, both the first and second, and 3, 4, 5. 2 upper floors with 4 in each building.
Tents - are they those located on the premises?
Yes. A separate podium to the right of the pool.

Very nice hotel. Well-kept grounds. We stayed in December 2024. The room was a 2-room residence (without a kitchen) in the second building. They clean well, changed the bed every other day. Everything was great 👍, if it weren't for a few minor nuances. The hotel has a large selection of rooms for different budgets. There were always free seats in the dining room and a standard selection of dishes. Everyone can be fed, you won't stay hungry.

We returned 2 weeks ago. A wonderful hotel, perfect for three children! We went to the center in the evening by ourselves, the kids stayed in the room. The territory is magnificent. Many cafes, 7/11 and souvenir shops. We also went to the laundry. For two large bags of dark and light laundry, it was 180 baht with drying. In the hotel, it was the same, we paid 1,800 baht. Don't do what we did 🤣 No problems with food. On the beach, street food is all 100 baht, smoothies cheaper than in the city and tastier. In the restaurant by the pool, everything is also delicious, the water park is decent. Three visits were enough for us, and the food there is excellent too. That's why we went for breakfast at 10:30. No queues :) We had a Family room of 77 sq m. With a balcony, without a kitchen. I posted the photo above. Block 1 was. Overall, aside from the hassle with the kitchen, everything was great. I read about other hotels and realize I made the right choice. It was important for me to be away from noisy places so I wouldn’t have to look for the kids in the crowd.
So they chose a hotel on the runway? For the silence? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
It didn't bother us at all! Probably because we live in Tashkent not far from the airport, neither me nor the children were bothered by it. On the contrary, they always watched the landings with their mouths open, and in the room, nothing could be heard.

We arrived yesterday, we will be exploring today. For now, I'll show you the room. It is gorgeous. We are staying in Building 4. We went out to dinner yesterday and overate :)) the portions are huge, the prices are steep compared to Sri Lanka :) The hotel territory is vast, we are still getting our bearings, it took us a long time to find our building :))
Looks like a 2-bedroom residence with a kitchen without a balcony.
Well, in the application, it has a balcony :) but it's on the first floor - the whole terrace is a balcony :)

Top 94 tips for your stay at Splash Beach Resort Mai Khao Phuket SHA Plus+
Who lives or lived in building 9, what were your room numbers?
On the second floor, we had two rooms. One was a 3-room suite, and the other was a standard room.
Could you please tell me if the sockets in the rooms are suitable for our phones?
Yes, of course.
Good evening, could you please tell me if there are any cafes or street food vendors near the hotel?
Good evening. Everything is here. Food stalls on the beach during the day, a little further from the hotel towards the airport. And there are quite a few cafes along the road out of the hotel. Here are quieter family cafes, no discos and noisy bars like in Karon or Kata. For all the action, go to Patong on Bangla Road in the evening. A taxi costs about 600-800 Baht.
What is the deposit upon check-in?
200 $ or passport.
Good afternoon. Could you tell me if the room provides toothbrushes/toothpaste? And is there a hair conditioner or just shampoo?
There is no balm, the rest is available and is changed often.
The rooms have everything. Toothbrushes and toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap. But we bought very cool small ones at 7/11, our hair was so nice after them that we even took some home. Here we definitely have a different quality. There are umbrellas, an iron, an ironing board. We had two bathrooms. Accordingly, two hairdryers, 4 robes, slippers. Towels are changed non-stop. Every other day we leave 100 Baht as a tip.
Could you please tell me how things are with the beach towels, are they provided? And one more question about the safe, is it paid?
Safe without charge, towels are provided.

But towels need to be returned by 7:00 PM; if you don't return them, a charge will be deducted from your deposit for each towel. I don't know if they do this or not, but it is written this way; we have always returned them by 7:00 PM.
Is the water park for hotel guests paid or free?
If included in the booking, then free of charge.
Hello. Tell me about the sea for children? 🙏 Of course, under the supervision of parents. Often, it is written that it is not very suitable for children, sudden depth, currents, danger.
Everything is fine if the child can swim or is wearing armbands, supervision is necessary in any case. The sea is warm, but plankton bites.
Does it bite hard? Is there always plankton?
I am not here at all, my husband and daughter say that they feel sensitive. My daughter refuses to bathe at all.

Right now in the evening, the waves are stronger and no one has bitten at all.
Hello, are there enough cafes outside the hotel and shops?
There are very, very many cafes. There is plenty of everything. There are mini markets.
Can you bring your own towels to the water park here?
You are not allowed to bring your own towel, drinks, or food into the water park.
What towel do you need?
In the water park, after water activities, people have a desire to dry off, but bringing a towel from the hotel is not allowed. You can rent one for money, as well as buy food and drinks. A business!
Is the rental of towels expensive?
I don't know, we didn't mind going out wet while we leisurely walked to the room, drying off. I only paid for the ice cream.
Guys, do hotels put on bracelets?
No
What is the way to enter the water park (for free)?
You provide the room number you are staying in, and you are given a pass for the territory.
Wristbands are worn upon entering the water park, you deposit money for purchases in the water park, which is recorded on the wristband; you pay in the water park by tapping the wristband. Upon exit, you return the wristband, and the remaining money is given to you in cash.
What are the conditions for visiting the water park? Can you enter and exit once a day, or is it also allowed to go to the hotel and return?
Bracelets are given only if you pay a deposit of 500 baht, and you use it to pay for food and drinks inside the water park. We didn't take bracelets, we called our room number and went in to ride, and upon exiting, you get a paper that allows you to enter as many times as you need.
Let me know which rooms in building 9 to avoid? They are offering 2 days in an Executive Double Double, then 10 days in a Two Bedroom Residence with Balcony.
Yes, it seems to me that there are both categories in all of them.
Residence (with kitchens and without, with balconies and without) and Penthouse - these are buildings from 1 to 5, while 4 and 5 have not started operating after Covid, as far as I know. The old villas with kitchens and relatively large pools start at 10XX, 20XX, 30XX, and 40XX, while the new villas without kitchens and with smaller pools are numbered 50XX. The other variations of rooms are buildings from 6 to 9, I don't know how they are distributed.
Am I correct in understanding that if we have a residence, it is definitely not building 9, but from 1 to 5?
The residence is definitely not 9. *** The residence is definitely not from 6 to 9, but from 1 to 5, but not the villas, which also have numbers starting from 1 to 5.
Block 4 is open; our friends stayed there a week ago.
Possible. The last time I traveled in those areas was in early December 2024, I did not observe any signs of life. Perhaps since then they prepared for occupancy and started operations.
who is currently at the hotel, please tell me, what about mosquitoes? should I bring sprays and fumigators with me?
No insects, no one bites, the area is treated once a week.
Not a single person was bitten in a week. Although our friends are periodically "chewed on") I don't know how it works and how mosquitoes choose their victims)
Who is currently in the hotel, please tell me more about the breakfasts? My husband and I are not picky, but feeding the kids is a whole quest 🙈
Good afternoon, we just arrived from this hotel, the breakfasts are bad, the assortment includes: boiled eggs, fried eggs and in an omelet. Fried potatoes, sausages are inedible, turkey is also inedible, cucumbers, tomatoes. There are 2 types of cereal. For fruits, there are watermelon, melon, papaya. The coffee is normal and costs 100 Baht for an Americano.
Hello. Earlier, it was mentioned that there are three stations for breakfast: 1. eggs of 3 types - fried, omelet, boiled, 2 types of rice, fried chicken curry and beef, and noodle soup with various fillings, 2 types of porridge. 2. The second station has sliced vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce leaves, raw onions, fruits mainly consist of watermelon, dragon fruit, and melon every day. Fried eggplants and mushrooms or beans, then sausages and ham. 3. The third station has dough products, fried dough next to condensed milk, banana cases, croissants, buns, various types of cereals, and a lot more.
That's why I asked who is there now, because the description of breakfasts in this hotel differs among tourists even by a week's difference.
Re-read all the reviews on all the resources) 90% of the breakfast composition is the same, identical. And the ratings for breakfasts are indeed different: excellent, good, you won't stay hungry, sometimes - bad. We checked in today. We'll check tomorrow!) So far everyone is satisfied!)
It's nothing different there, every day is more or less the same, we've never left there hungry. We are all different, with different requests, and we see the same thing differently...
Well, you need to understand which country you are in, what the local cuisine and traditions are, which hotel you are in and at what price, and also that breakfast is indeed BREAKFAST!!!
Could you please let me know if there is a dry cleaning/laundry service in the hotel? Last time we were in Sunwing, there were self-service machines, which was very convenient.
The hotel has it, but it's expensive. There is a laundry near the hotel, we used it all the time, everything is fine.
Please tell me, they offer Ocean 1 and 2 or building 7. How is the location in these rooms?
7 is good, but 1 and 2 have a higher status, but 7 is closer and more convenient to everything, both the sea and the dining area.
Hello everyone! We've read a lot about building 9 😂 can you tell me in which buildings there are two-room apartments with a kitchen and a balcony?
In the 6th building, we lived in a two-room + one-room apartment.
We vacationed in building 9 in November. Room on the 6th floor. The building has been renovated. The room is gorgeous. The furniture, plumbing, household appliances, etc. are all brand new, much still in packaging. Check in without hesitation, the building is great. And the crews are accommodated in available rooms in buildings NN 6, 7, 8, 9. Everyone have a pleasant stay!
Hello. Could you tell me how the situation is with insects on the hotel grounds and inside the hotel? Do I need to bring mosquito protection with me?
Good afternoon! We slept with the balcony open for one night, it was nice and fresh, but we got bitten by mosquitoes... Then we started closing the balcony and they were gone at night) At breakfast, we always sit outside, but they can bite there too, although you can sit inside the restaurant) We didn't notice being bitten anywhere else!
Can you please tell me if anyone has been to the buffet dinner at the hotel restaurant?) What is the selection like? Is it worth it?
In April, we had breakfast and dinner, and in my opinion, it’s not worth it at all; it's better to go to a café, cheaper and tastier. We regretted it, let's say.
Hello everyone! Is there a deposit at the hotel?
$200
Is this for the entire stay, am I understanding correctly? Can we refuse it if we do not plan to use additional services at the hotel?
It is not allowed, this is a mandatory hotel rule, not a suggestion to think about.
During check-in, a deposit is required, which will be returned to you in your own bills upon checkout. I haven't tried to decline it; it is not only for additional services but also in case of damage to the room or loss of hotel inventory. It is unlikely that one can refuse.
You can leave your passport as a deposit instead of leaving $200.
You can leave the passport.
Good afternoon, what is a nice beach near the hotel? How long does it take to get there from the hotel?
Mai Khao is near the hotel.
Find Yang. It takes about 15-20 minutes to drive, either along the beach or on the road, and you can walk in 40-50 minutes, away from the airport.
Please tell me, I can't find boiled eggs in the hotel, where are they?
Hello. Honestly, I don't remember where the boiled eggs are) but they should be. The child says they are near the bacon, maybe try looking there;) but it's better to ask, the staff will help.
For the third day for breakfast, there has been no bacon once :)
We had both ham, and bacon, and sausages. Eggs were definitely available, fried, boiled, and omelets are made.
Boiled eggs are provided on request where they fry scrambled eggs.
Boiled eggs at the egg station on the right, where the scrambled eggs are. If they are not available, just ask. There are always some there! 💯
Good afternoon, could you please tell me if there is a Russian-speaking staff member at the reception?
Hello. It wasn't there last year. Just Google Translate for help. It's all simple now.
Hello everyone. Has anyone lived or is living in a 2-bedroom penthouse here, how do you like it?
We stayed in such a (the hotel upgraded us for free😊), great room, only the pool is small and the depth is up to the waist.
As long as it cools down a bit :)
As far as I know, the depth is 1.20. A joy for children.
For children - yes, just right.
Good afternoon! Those who have vacationed or stayed here recently, what can you say about the room stock and in general about the condition of the pools, for example? Has there been a renovation?
Good, the rooms are fine, the pool is big and clean, but the water park is very dirty.
Good day everyone! Please let me know who is currently resting in this hotel, how's the sea? Calm, clean? And one more question, has anyone been to the gym in this hotel, could you please tell me about the equipment, is the gym spacious?
Great hall! Everything is in working condition and of good quality.
Good afternoon. Are there any entertainment options at the hotel? For adults, children? I came across information that there are some events in the beach restaurant in the evening. Is that true?
We were there in April, no events were held except for the New Year celebration. There is no animation.
There is no animation, we were not at the beach restaurant in the evening, only during the day. During the day, nothing special. For children, it seems there is a children's room in building 6. The child is big, so I can't say for sure. But in the water park, there are entertainments for both small and big kids.
Yes, there is a playroom in Building 6, where 2 caregivers watch over the children (not very well). Children aged 5+ can be left there for 1 hour without parents, provided the child is not crying, but usually, they ask that smaller children under 7 stay with their parents. Older kids can stay there alone, but I noticed children around 7-8 years old left the room without parents, so I followed them and asked where they were going, and they replied "to look for their parents," so I had to look for their parents myself… The caregivers didn't care where they went.
Please tell me what the breakfast is like at the hotel, is it really as bad as they say?
Normal breakfasts. Everything is available. For children and adults. Fruits: watermelons, pineapples, papaya.
I am very troubled by airplanes, we are planning to stay here for a month, will I have to suffer all the time because of the noise?
The airplanes in the hotel are hardly heard, you can hear them outside, but they are not particularly disturbing.
Is there a note in the room description on the website - free Wi-Fi? Is this true?...
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and on the beach.
A question about breakfast: are there cereals, chocolate balls or white ones with milk to dilute? My child only eats them for breakfast when we travel...
Yes, there are cereal.
Are the drinks paid for at breakfast here?
free
Husband suddenly thinks that only water is served for free at breakfast...
Tea, coffee, soda, and everything like that. They don't serve alcohol for breakfast😂 And I didn't see bottled water at breakfast, but they put a bottle per person in the room every day.
Hello. We are flying on a tour to this hotel on October 19th. Could you please tell me how much the deposit is?
Good afternoon. They asked for $200, but you can leave your passport or even your passports in the safe; they put them in an envelope and give you a receipt.
Guys, is there a free iron here?
Yes, there was none at check-in, they asked and brought an iron and a board.
Hello everyone. Can you tell me if smoking is allowed on the hotel premises?
Hello, yes, there are specially designated places for this everywhere.
Can you tell me if the room with a kitchen has a proper kitchen? A stove, refrigerator?
Sure :)
Hello everyone. Is it convenient to get to the city center from this hotel? Are there any cafes nearby? What's the food situation like? What time do they usually pick up for excursions from this hotel, and if it's early, can we take breakfast with us (lunch box)?
lunchbox on order - will include 2 eggs, 2 limes, 2 sandwiches, juice, and milk
Good evening, could someone at the hotel please tell me exactly how much is the deposit for package tourists?
200 $
Please advise) I didn't quite understand, is it refundable or do you have to spend it at the hotel?
Refundable upon check-out.
I tried to spend money at the hotel. Dinner, massage. But when I checked out, they told me they had no change, so I had to pay with Gazprom card, and they returned the dollars.
Good day 😊 Could you tell me if there are many mosquitoes in the hotel? Do I need to bring anything with me?
The child was badly bitten, and the bumps did not go away for a long time (itchy). But it's his peculiarity, that's how he reacts to insect bites. Buy a mosquito spray at 7/11, and from home I would advise you to take something for itching, in case of bites.
Good evening! Please tell me if there is currently noise from renovations in building 9?
We stayed in room 6 - it was completely quiet, you couldn't hear a thing even when next to it, they are already doing the interior finishing inside.
We can't hear anything in the second room. We only hear our Chinese neighbors since 6 a.m. 😂
Please tell me what type of hairdryer is in the rooms? Is it a fixed one in the bathroom or a regular one?
Standard. It lies in a drawer in the closet in the room. We have never used it. I don't see the point)))
Please tell me, does the water park include in the accommodation or it may not be included?
This depends on the reservation. Some have it included, some for an additional fee.
Should it be specified in the voucher?
Usually yes
How much does the water park cost if it is not included?
950 baht for adults, 750 baht for children aged 4-11, other children are free.
Please advise on how to get to cafes when leaving the hotel from the aquapark side?
There is also one by the reception. You can walk around in a circle, there are plenty of cafes along the way.
Do they provide beach towels here? Where? How often?
At the large pool near the beach, we immediately took 2 each, I understood that the number is unlimited
from 10 a.m. Keep in mind)
Do mosquito sprays needed in the evening at the hotel?
The child was being sprayed, mosquitoes really loved him.
Agreed!!! I'm already all bitten, their repellent doesn't save me. Although my son doesn't get bitten even without it 🤷♀
Please tell me where on the hotel map is the dining room for breakfast?
Where it says breakfast is served from 6:00-10:00.
Maybe one word or phrase will come, you just have to translate it.
Hello! In the villa with a kitchen, the pool is definitely bigger, significantly bigger, we have stayed in both options.
👋Who is currently at the hotel, could you please orient and help 🙏 We are planning to come here in July, and it will be either building 6 or 8. And now the hotel has informed that building 9 will be under renovation just in July 🥺 I looked at the map and saw that building 8 is almost next to 9, but the map is a map, and in reality, things can be different. Could you please advise, based on your opinion while you are there and see the real location of all buildings - if there is some wild renovation in 9, will 8 be a mess and horror? Or is it not as bad?
We are currently staying in building 7, quite conveniently located, with an aquapark and a pond nearby, breakfasts, and access to local restaurants. We pass by building 6, around the corner from which there is an aquapark, breakfasts, and the above-mentioned amenities. If you prefer a quieter stay, then building 7 is better. I don't know about building 9, but you can hear the sounds of a grinder in the building across the way ☺️ However, you won't hear this noise in your room, only when you are outside waiting for the electric car or have gone out to smoke, the sounds of the aquapark and airplanes drown them out 😊 Overall, everything is great, especially the birds singing at sunrise, it is something special! It is worth waking up early to enjoy these sounds in peace while everyone else is still asleep, stepping outside with a cup of coffee in the garden.
Can you tell me, do they take a deposit at the hotel?
Yes
They do take it, but you can leave your passport as collateral (either yours or a family member's). If you are going to the exchange office at "Festival," you can show a photo of your passport.
Hello! Do you have photos of the villa? 🤗 How many bedrooms? Is the pool shallow? Where is it located on the hotel map? 🤗
Good afternoon! We are taking a two-bedroom villa with a pool for the second time. I want to say it's gorgeous! The pool is quite large. You can even swim and jump in with a run-up. There is access to the pool from each room. Overall, it's great! The renovation is good, not worn out yet. I recommend it. There is a video review available. Let me know if you need it.
Good day. Please tell me about the prices of alcohol at the pool bar. I am interested in beer.
100-120 Baht for beer. The Margarita cost 220 Baht, I remember that for sure)
Please advise if it is possible to visit the water park for those who are not staying at the hotel, and how much does it cost?
I cannot say about the price, it's been a while. There is a public water park near the hotel. You buy a ticket and enter.
Good afternoon! Can you please tell me if the water park at the hotel is open every day?
Yes, from 10:00 AM to 5:45 PM
There are sanitary days
We are checking in for 1 night-day, before continuing our journey. Somewhere it says that Tuesday and Wednesday are days off, somewhere that they work daily. And we will be there from Tuesday to Wednesday 😂
We were there at the beginning of May from Monday to Thursday. The water park was open every day.
On the website, there is conflicting information; in one place, it says Thursday to Monday, in another, it says daily. However, when we left there on the 1st of June, there was not a single day off in two weeks.
Good afternoon, please tell me, are there any grocery stores near the hotel? I am interested in baby food.
It should be at 7/11. It's not far from the hotel.
Good day, there is a grocery store 7-11, but there is no baby food there, occasionally there are children's yogurts. I didn't see any porridge there, dry (I brought it from Russia), I bought vegetable and fruit purees at a festival on the first floor where there is a supermarket (but it's about a 40-minute drive to the festival) and they have specific vegetable purees flavors - not everyone will eat that (it's better to bring it from Russia). Overall, we saved ourselves by cooking vegetable soup ourselves, we lived in a villa with a kitchen, but if you plan to stay in a room without a kitchen, it's better to bring your own food.
Hello, can I pay the deposit in dollars at this hotel?
Yes. $200
Thank you for the whole period?
Yes. Upon check-in, you leave them, and upon check-out, they return them to you.
Hello 👋 we are planning to go to this hotel in early June. Can you tell me if the noise from planes is bothersome?
Good day. It's not a big deal at all 👌🏻 We've been there 3 times.
Good day everyone, please tell me, has anyone stayed in 4-room villas with a pool? How is the renovation? How is the beach? (Perhaps there are photos or videos, I would be very grateful) 🙏
We stayed in a 2-room apartment, everything was great. The beach near the hotel was a bit dirty. If you walk away, it's empty and clean there)
Hello, who is currently staying at splash hotel, please tell me about currency exchange offices nearby? Where to eat. We are flying with family, I am very worried that there will be nowhere to walk and we will have to take a taxi all the time. Many people scare me that prices for food and fruits are high. Please dispel my fears 🙏🙏🙏
Exchange offices are available, there are about 3 cafés nearby. Massages are also available there. There are beach bars on the beach. You can walk around the hotel) there is not much space to walk behind the hotel. Only along the road.
Hello, can anyone advise me on this? If we arrive significantly earlier than the check-in time, let's say at 11 a.m., will we be allowed to enter the aquapark to wait for the actual check-in? I wouldn't want to wait until 3 p.m., and I understand that the aquapark itself is open until 6 p.m.
They will let us. If we're lucky, they might even let us in earlier.
Thank you! I understand that they didn't let you into the water park until 1:00 p.m.?
All day go back and forth and no one will say anything if the water park is included in the reservation. If only the hotel is booked, the water park needs to be purchased at the reception.
We also arrived at 11, checked in at 13.00. We went to have lunch and time flew by quickly. Personally, our hotel guide told us that if the word "AQUAPARK" is written in all capital letters, it means unlimited access; if only the first letters are capitalized, it's one entry per day. 🤷♀
My husband went back and forth to the Aquapark with the kids.
Could you please tell me if there are sunbeds in the shade at the water park? I saw somewhere that there is nowhere to hide from the sun((
Yes. But the shadow changes depending on the position of the sun.
Please tell me how to summon an electric car to take me to the reception?
In room 0, dial the phone and someone will pick up in the lobby. Ask for a buddy and tell them where you are calling from and where you are calling to. Phones are also available on the first floors in hotels.
Who is currently staying at the hotel, tell me, is it really as bad as the reviews say? We booked a villa, but reading the reviews is making me think about changing the hotel)))
You will only see a crowd at breakfast from 8:30 to 10:00. Breakfasts are solid four if you avoid the rush hour. There's a crowd at the pool, but not more than the number of sun loungers))) so overall everything is decent. The beach is huge and empty. Across from the hotel, there are people, and on the planes, there are people, the rest of the beach is at your disposal. The water park is empty. There are no queues for any slides. 75% of sun loungers are available. The cafe is half-empty.
Encouraged) I was very scared by the dirt in the rooms in the reviews.
Do not confuse the numbers, villas and room 9 for overnight stays for airplane crews)))
Hello. I can't understand, if you are staying at this hotel, is the entrance to the water park free or discounted?
Free
Admission is free, but if your voucher for the water park is not written in capital letters, you can only enter once a day. Once you leave, you can come back only the next day. Otherwise, feel free to come daily 😉 Towels are available for a fee, and you can't bring your own 🤷♀
Can you please share if it is possible to stay in the water park until the evening on the day of departure (departure in the evening, but check-out is at 12 o'clock), will they allow it and how did they check out if someone had a similar situation?
Both technically and conceptually, this is possible for the hotel.
Good afternoon. We had to check out at 12 o'clock, went to the water park at 11 o'clock and were allowed in without any problems ☝🏻 Moreover, we entered with the whole family, including the children, my husband calmly checked out of the room and returned to us in the water park ☝🏻
Is the 9th building completely run down?
Brutally killed room numbers. I'm worried about where our rat disappeared from the room. They say the Thais prepare and eat them. And we've already given her a name... gotten used to her))) And she squeaked But! She didn't enter the room, wandered along the ceiling before bed). At 9, all crews of all charters settle in, an endless stream. Naturally, those who just "stay overnight" don't care much about the condition of the room. Therefore, the battered ocean 9 is getting even more battered.
Can you advise which building to request for a room with a view of the airport and fresh renovations? Or which buildings are definitely renovated? Thank you.🙏🤝
Exactly 7
Hello everyone! Can you please tell me how much the laundry services cost at the hotel? And, is there a laundry nearby the hotel? How much is the charge per kilogram of clothing now? (Laundry)

Near 7/11. Did not check the prices.
Hello, can you please tell me if the water park is open every day? Can it be visited every day or only on specific days?
There are sanitation days. Visit at least 5 times a day every day. Thanks to the new water park, it is almost always half-empty)))
Last year you could only enter once a day. And now, does it really matter how many times?
We were walking back and forth, all of us, but we can only bring ourselves, nothing else.
Hello, could you please advise how far an adult (height - 180 cm) needs to walk in the water to find a place to lay their head on the beach? We need to have some reference points for orientation with the children.
The sea is almost deep right away, about 5 meters deep. When the sea is calm, you can splash around near the shore. When there are waves, they can wash over the shore. You can take armbands for yourself and the kids. We enjoyed swimming in them further away from the shore. There are jellyfish, but not many, you have to watch out for them when swimming.
Good evening. Can you tell me if there are mosquitoes here? Are there mosquito repellents in the rooms?
Good day. There are mosquitoes. It seems there are no mosquito repellents.
Hello! Could you please tell me on which days does the water park operate for hotel guests?
Every day🤗
Hello! Can you tell me if airplanes are not uncomfortable?
Honestly, while being in the room, I didn't hear anything at all 😂😂 On the beach, you just want to watch every plane fly by, no stress at all 🤗✈️💕 The ocean 7 building, first floor, the balcony faces the main entrance. Even the constantly arriving buggies didn't bother me 😎
Hello. Can you please tell me if cash deposits are the only method accepted?
Yes.
What is the condition of the rooms in the hotel, are there any repairs?
The room is clean, but it definitely needs some repairs. The furniture also needs attention, but overall it's fine 👌🏻.
Can you please tell me if the hotel has Wi-Fi everywhere and if it works well?
The hotel's Wi-Fi works fine on the premises, but it has a poor signal near the pool and by the sea.
Are there any markets or shopping centers near the hotel?
There are cafes and restaurants, as well as snack bars. Restaurants on the hotel's premises can also be visited for an additional fee.
Next to the hotel there are only stalls with fruits, a 7 eleven shop, various cafes, massages, and stalls with tours, exchange points. On the beach, there is also a food market where you can go for lunch, buy smoothies, fruits. There are no more markets nearby.
How much water is provided in the room daily?
I lived alone in the room, they would bring me 2 bottles daily.
Can you please tell me, is it possible to buy snacks and drinks at the beach? Like, for example, many beaches offer shrimp, corn, and drinks. 😄
There is a kind of market there, people come and sell, to the left of the beach café.
You can enjoy delicious grilled chicken on skewers and rice cooked with pineapple. Smoothies and ice cream are also available. And there are also macashnitsy.
Can you tell me, is the Eleven store far from the beach?
Eleven from the central exit of the hotel, go left and it's not far.
Can you please tell me if the aquapark is paid or free for hotel guests?
It is free for residents.
What about bazaars, mini shopping? Is there anything near the hotel?
There are fruits and baskets being sold nearby, which we bought to take home 🤗 and there is also clothing and shoes - everything is there, we even bought tunics and wore them on excursions 😂
Hello everyone! Is it possible to come here from another hotel and spend time in the water park for a fee?
Entering the water park has always been paid. However, now there are more interesting options, like Andamanda, for example.
Good day. We are arriving at the hotel on the morning of December 12th. Is there an exchange office nearby and where can we eat? Most likely, we won't have time for breakfast. Should we exchange some currency at the airport? 😊 Thank you in advance.
Right at the hotel exit there is a currency exchange office. It's not convenient to exchange currency at the airport. And the same goes for cafes as well.
The exchange rate is lower at the airport. It's better to go beyond the hotel premises. Even if it's a little further from the hotel, whether to the right or to the left, before reaching the 7-Eleven store - the exchange rate is more advantageous than right across from the hotel's central exit.
Will it be possible to have dinner somewhere at the hotel when we arrive in the evening at 9:00 PM with Aeroflot?
I'm not sure about the opening hours of the café. You can order food to your room, and there is a menu on the table.
Of course. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel.
Are children's swimming goggles sold near the hotel?
On the hotel premises, there are shops with various swimming accessories. The prices there are higher, but you can buy them at the Seven-Eleven. You will find goggles there)))
What time is breakfast served at the hotel? If I come towards the end, will there still be food available?
I haven't been up until 10 o'clock, I try to go earlier because the morning is the calmest sea.
Is the shadow on the beach of the hotel almost always from the trees?
Yes. And trust me, it's great because the heat is unbearable and it's good to hide in the shade. But during the day, there's still sunshine.
Yes, of course. That's exactly what I wanted, having a child is definitely a big plus. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Is it not too noisy in the hotel due to airplanes?
You only hear it on the first day, you can't hear it in the rooms at all. But it's actually fun to watch them: people specially come to take photos.
You get used to it very quickly. And it's really cool to watch, especially if the plane is big.
Do you have toothbrushes in the hotel but no toothpaste, is that right?
I don't remember about toothpaste, as I usually bring my own, but there were definitely toothbrushes. It's not a problem to buy toothpaste there, on the contrary, I always bring different types of toothpaste from there back home.
We didn't have toothpaste - we used toothbrushes😜. And slippers - we used airplane ones.
There is different information everywhere about deposits: how much should be left?
The deposit for the room is $200.
Can you please tell me what is provided in hotel rooms? What should I bring with me and what should I leave behind to avoid carrying unnecessary items?
There is soap, toothbrushes were also available.
Toothpaste is available, and it will be brought to the room without any problems if requested.
How far is it to the beach from the hotel? Is it a long walk, as it seems quite far on the map?
It depends on the type of room. Villas are closer to the beach, while the buildings are a bit further, judging by the map.
Can you tell me what the hotel deposit is?
I found the following information: 2000 THB per room per night. The maximum deposit amount per room per stay is 6000 THB. The deposit can be paid in USD, THB, EUR.
$200 for a regular room.
Last year there were 100$.
Where is the exchange office located near the hotel?
On the street near the hotel, there are 3 currency exchange offices. The exchange rate is similar, but if you turn right, it was higher. Near the hotel, there are 3 currency exchange offices, a good 7/11, and a pharmacy specifically for medications in case someone falls ill. If you turn right and walk down the street to the end (where the airport VIP zone is), there is a souvenir shop, Thai cosmetics, and other items, run by a Russian-speaking Tajik or something like that. He is very friendly and gave us discounts, even though his prices were already cheap. In the end, it turned out that everything in Patong is considerably more expensive than at his shop. There are also several nice cafes there, and everything is delicious. We also bought fruits several times: mangosteen for 80 baht, pineapples for 70 baht, mango for around 60 baht, and langsat for 80 baht.
