Regarding breakfast: during peak time around 9:30-10:00, there are a lot of people at breakfast: you have to look for a free table and go get your utensils by yourself, there might be a small queue at the coffee station and at the station with eggs/omelets. Everything else is okay, they replenish the food at the buffet right up until the end of breakfast. There's no noise during the day either, it’s quiet. We also rest in the hotel during lunch. All the rooms are renovated. It's a good Asian three-star hotel, without special luxuries. The huge plus is the location in relation to the sea.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days in July. The pros include: location, the sea is across the road. During the off-season, you have to walk to the sunbeds, but we actually liked that they were not there. There are practically no people on the beach. There is a foot shower in the parking lot. The water in the pools is clean, we ordered food to our room from the hotel restaurant - tasty pizza, club sandwich, fries, no insects in the room, cleaning is quite decent for Thailand. The selection of water provided is good. The bedding and towels are clean, without stains. You can get a beach towel at the reception. The family room is spacious. Now onto the cons - the air conditioner in the family room works terribly, it blows very strongly, is cold and noisy. The location of the family rooms is wrong and unclear. Near the restaurants, you can hear music and bass in the evening, and there is a smell of kitchen when exiting the rooms. The furniture is worn out, in general, the room needs renovation. There is very little lighting. Two light bulbs on the ceiling. The bedside lamps did not work. Due to the connecting door, you can hear your neighbors breathing. The breakfast selection is poor, there is cheese and sausage, but honestly not tasty. There are a lot of birds flying around, they are not afraid to land on tables and steal food right in front of people. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days in July. The pros include: location, the sea is across the road. During the off-season, you have to walk to the sunbeds, but we actually liked that they were not there. There are practically no people on the beach. There is a foot shower in the parking lot. The water in the pools is clean, we ordered food to our room from the hotel restaurant - tasty pizza, club sandwich, fries, no insects in the room, cleaning is quite decent for Thailand. The selection of water provided is good. The bedding and towels are clean, without stains. You can get a beach towel at the reception. The family room is spacious. Now onto the cons - the air conditioner in the family room works terribly, it blows very strongly, is cold and noisy. The location of the family rooms is wrong and unclear. Near the restaurants, you can hear music and bass in the evening, and there is a smell of kitchen when exiting the rooms. The furniture is worn out, in general, the room needs renovation. There is very little lighting. Two light bulbs on the ceiling. The bedside lamps did not work. Due to the connecting door, you can hear your neighbors breathing. The breakfast selection is poor, there is cheese and sausage, but honestly not tasty. There are a lot of birds flying around, they are not afraid to land on tables and steal food right in front of people.
