It so happened that for work I had to spend several weeks in Naples. Renting an apartment was not cost-effective, as I could leave any day, and overall it's a very expensive pleasure in Italy. Therefore, in order to save money, I stayed in three-star hotels with breakfast included in the price. It was an interesting experience, and so that it wouldn't go to waste, I decided to make a selection of the hotels I liked the most. A very colorful hotel in the city center offers a wider variety of breakfasts and a unique Italian atmosphere.
For breakfast, the hotel serves fresh fruits, vegetables, cheeses, sausages, croissants, and pastries straight from the oven. Overall, everything is very tasty and diverse! By the way, in the afternoon, a completely free buffet with snacks, pastries, and sweets is served for the guests.
The hotel is located in the city center, on a pedestrian street, right by Piazza del Plebiscito. Within a 5-minute leisurely walk, you can reach the waterfront and the port, from where ferries depart to the island of Capri! There is also a metro station and public transport stops nearby.
I would describe the rooms in this hotel as very elegant. There is antique furniture, vintage accessories, and paintings on the walls everywhere. Yes, perhaps such an interior may seem outdated to some, but on the contrary, I really liked the local charm. After all, this is Italy!

Another great authentic hotel in a 17th-century building, located in the oldest district of Naples. It has simply magnificent reviews, with tourists noting the excellent service and very hearty breakfasts made from local products!
The buffet breakfast includes several salads, cheeses, cold cuts, delicious desserts, and freshly baked goods, a wide selection of beverages, fruits, berries, and vegetables. To be honest, I haven't seen such a plentiful breakfast in 3-star hotels in a long time!
Very convenient location for tourists – the very center of the city, but a quiet cozy street. From here, you can walk to almost any attraction, there are public transport stops nearby, it's just a 2-minute walk to Toledo metro station, and only 10-12 minutes at a leisurely pace to the waterfront and the port.
The hotel is very colorful both outside and inside! Comfortable and cozy rooms without frills, but with everything necessary inside: air conditioning, television, and a private bathroom. Some rooms have balconies and terraces, and from the junior suites, you can access the blooming garden on the roof.

Also a very colorful hotel located near the city center, there are very beautiful rooms with balconies and terraces, from where an incredible view of the entire city and the sea opens up, and for breakfast they serve delicious dishes made from fresh Italian ingredients!
This hotel also serves a buffet breakfast, with a quite large selection of dishes. Here you can find eggs with bacon, several types of cheese, fresh pastries (very tasty croissants), fruits, vegetables, and various drinks. Upon individual request, gluten-free dishes can be prepared - a wonderful option!
The hotel has a very good location, it is located 300 meters from the Dante metro station and a 3-minute walk from the Spaccanapoli shopping district. The National Archaeological Museum of Naples is nearby, and the city port is easiest to reach by public transport. By the way, there is a famous street nearby that is home to numerous pizzerias in Naples (including the one from the movie "Eat, Pray, Love"!).
The hotel rooms astonishingly combine modern comfort and authenticity. All of them are different: there are standard rooms, two-level rooms, and there are apartments with a private kitchen. I really liked the room with a terrace, where you can enjoy a pleasant time after a long day. Moreover, the rooms are decorated with paintings by local artist Alessandro Coccia; I spent several minutes looking at the works, and I really liked them! All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a television, and the wooden floors with their distinctive scent add an Italian flair.

A classic Italian hotel in the city center is located in a historic mansion from the 16th century. You should stay here at least for the breakfasts – because, in addition to the standard items, a real Neapolitan rum baba will be waiting for you at the buffet!
Every morning, the hotel serves a continental breakfast with signature Neapolitan dishes. The highlight of the menu is the rum baba and pastiera pie, which you must try! In addition, you can enjoy eggs, sausages and cheeses, fresh pastries, fruits, vegetables, various yogurts, and cereals for breakfast. Everything is very tasty and filling!
The hotel is located on a pedestrian street just a minute's walk from Toledo metro station. Nearby is the San Carlo opera house and Piazza del Plebiscito. In general, all major attractions can be reached on foot. For example, a walk to the city port will take no more than 20 minutes.
Classic, yet very spacious rooms with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a television. Some rooms offer views of the Spanish Quarter of Naples and Via Toledo. There are different categories available: from standard to family deluxe.

Very unusual cozy hotel located a 30-minute walk from the city port. There is a beautiful inner courtyard – a true oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Naples. Additionally, the hotel serves nutritious breakfasts outdoors, as well as brewing one of the best coffees in the city!
The breakfast in a buffet format is served in the inner courtyard under the open sky. There are fresh pastries, seasonal fruits, berries, yogurts, sliced cheeses, and much more. I wholeheartedly recommend trying the cake made in the hotel, it's simply magnificent! You definitely won't go hungry here!
Bright, clean rooms impress with their comfort. To be honest, for such a price, the rooms are simply luxurious! Inside, there is air conditioning, a television, and a bathroom. Some rooms have balconies. The rooms vary: double, triple, and family. It is worth noting that the hotel has simply outstanding reviews!
The hotel is located right by the National Archaeological Museum, a 10-minute walk from the historic city center and half an hour from the city port. There are public transport stops nearby and even a metro station. The area is very pleasant!

Another worthy hotel with great reviews! Guests note the excellent location, friendly staff, and wonderful Italian breakfast every morning!
The hotel serves a buffet breakfast, with a standard selection: yogurts, cheeses, meat assortment, cereals, pastries (lots of pastries!), various cakes and pastries, as well as very good coffee!
The hotel is located close to the embankment, just a short walk from Villa Comunale. There are many public transport stops nearby, so reaching the historical center and main attractions will be easy.
Honestly - the rooms are ordinary, they have air conditioning, a bathroom, a television, and other familiar conveniences. You wouldn't call them colorful, but that doesn't prevent them from being comfortable for living. Some rooms have balconies with a beautiful view of the sea!

This small but cozy hotel on the 3rd floor of a historic building in the city center attracted me with its affordable price and the availability of free breakfasts. A good option for a few days if you are a tourist!
Breakfasts here are modest, but you definitely won't go hungry. The buffet includes cheeses, sausages, pastries, eggs, a couple of desserts, and drinks. A small bonus – on the first floor of the hotel building, there are 3 good restaurants where you can try local pizza and other dishes of traditional Neapolitan cuisine.
The hotel has a very convenient location - it is situated in the historical center of Naples, close to the Neptune Fountain and the metro station. There are many restaurants, pizzerias, shops, and markets near the hotel. A very cool place for tourists.
The rooms here are small but very comfortable. Inside, there is everything you need: air conditioning, storage space, a TV, and a bathroom. Some rooms have cozy balconies that offer a wonderful view of the city!
