India is my special love! Although this country may not be to everyone's taste, it definitely has its charm. The city of New Delhi is no different - bustling, colorful, with the smell of spices. It's worth starting your journey with a good hotel, as there are plenty of budget options here. And it's better to include breakfast! Then the trip will be even more wonderful. A charming hotel with a bright interior in the center of New Delhi with free parking. Overall, I would not recommend traveling around India by car, but in certain cases, it can be a very fortunate decision.
Every morning, guests are offered a la carte breakfast, which includes continental, American, and vegetarian dishes. The food is served on the terrace, or you can eat in your room. Convenient. I'll try both options!
It is easy to reach any point in the city from the hotel, there are many tuk-tuks nearby, the main market and the train station are close by. A good location to explore the city and go on excursions.
The rooms here are quite small – starting from 14 square meters, but there are also family rooms. For guests, there are comfortable beds and pillows. All categories will have armchairs, a desk, and a refrigerator. Pleasant interior: in white tones, but each room has its own color accent (purple, yellow, blue, and others). In some (the most budget-friendly), there are no windows, however, it is quieter in such rooms, so you have to choose – window or silence.
Not all guests liked the breakfast, and guests complained that they had to wait a long time for the ordered food. There is no shower cabin in the bathroom - only a shower, so the entire floor becomes wet. Unfortunately, this is often the case in Asia.
A decent budget hotel in the city center, suitable for a short stay and sightseeing for one or two travelers. I wouldn't settle here with a family.

I found a small boutique hotel near the train station. It's nice that there is a gym and family rooms there.
Breakfast may be included in the accommodation cost – check immediately when booking. Guests are offered several meal options to choose from; I would go for the familiar European or Asian dishes. I love trying something new.
Convenient location for those traveling by train, especially early in the morning or late at night. The area is quite noisy, but it will be easy to order a taxi or catch a tuk-tuk to reach your destination in the city.
I love when there is a choice, and here there are different options, from the simplest Deluxe to Aura Suite. The rooms accommodate from one to four adults, there are also family rooms. Some categories will have a bath or jacuzzi.
A good hotel for the money, but the rooms and bathrooms need renovation, and there are stains on the bed linen and towels. Hot water does not always work – or it is barely warm.
I would recommend this hotel to budget travelers heading to another city by train or arriving in New Delhi. It is suitable for a short stop, but a long stay here may be uncomfortable.

Hotel Le Benz is very conveniently located! It is situated in the city center, there is a shared lounge, currency exchange, and an ATM.
Hotel guests have access to breakfast in several options: buffet, a la carte, and continental. Among the dishes, there are even vegetarian options, suitable for people of different nationalities and taste preferences. Sounds wonderful and, according to the reviews, delicious!
The hotel is located in the city center near the train station. This area is popular among cyclists, and I will also be able to rent a bicycle, scooter, or car. I have never driven in Delhi, but I think it would be an interesting experience.
Clean rooms in good condition are what you need for a rest. All hotel rooms have a work desk, a coffee machine, a kettle, and in some categories, a balcony. The room area is small – 15 meters. The interior is quite typical for India, all in brown and yellow colors.
One of the best hotels in my price category, at least the breakfast here is definitely more interesting than anywhere else. But I also liked the interior more, and judging by guest reviews, it is cleaner here than in other places.

I liked this beautiful, budget hotel with free bike rentals and a shared kitchen. At the same time, they also serve a great breakfast, and the interior is very pleasant.
Guests are offered a continental (toasts, jam, cold cuts), American (omelet), and vegetarian breakfast (Indian dishes). The hotel does not have a restaurant, so food can only be brought to the room. In the reviews, guests note that the food was tasty.
Great location for sightseeing: there are restaurants and shops nearby, which is just perfect for shopping. There are many places to buy souvenirs at a good price. Public transport is easily accessible, with a metro station and a bus stop nearby. The street itself is quite quiet, but there is a lively market nearby.
Each hotel room has a bidet, a relaxation area (chairs or sofa), rooms in brown and white colors, but the chairs seemed not very comfortable to me. The area starts from 17 square meters, and family rooms are also offered.
Wonderful hotel, a great place to stay while exploring New Delhi. Reviews especially highlight the friendly staff, ready to assist with organizing leisure activities, excursions, and purchasing train tickets.

This is a modest and simple budget hotel, but so homely and cozy, with a delicious breakfast and bright rooms, that I wanted to stay in it. There are several options in Delhi from this chain.
For breakfast, north and south Indian and European dishes are offered at the buffet. They are mostly vegetarian, but eggs can also be prepared. If you need to leave early for a tour or somewhere else, sandwiches can be packed to take with you. Perfect!
As the name suggests, the hotel is located near the train station, however, it is not possible to walk from there with luggage, but you can take a walk to the main market. This location will be convenient for tourists, but there is a risk of getting stuck in traffic, and it is also quite noisy due to heavy road traffic.
I liked the cheerful design of this hotel: bright, white-yellow rooms. The size of the cheapest rooms is very small – from nine meters, higher-class categories – 10 or 14 meters. From this, I conclude that staying here is worth no more than two nights and preferably with a backpack.
The rooms in this hotel are very small, and you can also hear noise from the street, and there is a lack of sound insulation. It is a budget option for young people and backpackers.
This hotel may seem a bit overrated. But it has, unlike many others in the selection, a buffet and the most modern and fresh interior, for which it can earn a big thumbs up!
Hotel Grand Godwin

This nice, quite traditional hotel caught my eye with a good price for its location and conditions.
The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with Indian and European dishes to suit every taste. Food is served on the rooftop, which fully meets European standards, although the restaurant can be a bit cramped. If you need to leave early in the morning, they will pack a breakfast to go.
The hotel is located in the most tourist-central area within walking distance from the train station and Chandha Chowk; you will need to take a taxi to Connaught Place, but the staff is ready to assist with this. There may be traffic jams and very heavy traffic around, so this is not a choice for peace lovers.
There is a desk and a coffee machine in the rooms, with an area starting from 17 square meters – compared to other hotels, this is quite decent. Here I could work in a calm environment. Breakfast is included in all categories, and in some, complimentary airport transfers are also offered. Some rooms have no windows. That's it!
Somewhat outdated, worn furniture in the rooms. Very chaotic and crazy location - just like New Delhi in general! There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel.
This is a great choice for active travelers who want to see the real India and experience its bustling capital. It will be noisy here, you may have to deal with traffic, but the hotel will serve a delicious breakfast, and you can get a good night's sleep.

I added this hotel to the selection because, although it is located in the center, guests are offered a free airport transfer. In my opinion, this is a big advantage!
For breakfast, they offer a buffet with a wide selection of fresh dishes. You can take something familiar, as well as try an Indian breakfast. I am a big fan of their cuisine and highly recommend trying it too!
The hotel is located in the city center on a major street, near the railway station and Connaught Place. Judging by the location, it is suitable for business travelers and tourists who enjoy walking.
The good sound insulation in the rooms was pleasing: despite the large windows overlooking a busy street, it is quiet in the hotel. The floor in the rooms is tiled, and the walls are finished with dark wood panels, which is quite popular in India. There is an armchair and a workspace. The area is small – starting from 18 square meters. You can check in earlier for free if you inform them about it during booking. An interesting option.
I see that not all guests liked such a noisy, somewhat crazy location. However, if you want to see New Delhi in all its glory, noise and traffic are unavoidable.
I think this is a good hotel for the price and quality, suitable for groups of friends and couples who plan to spend little time indoors. I liked that there is a terrace on the roof with sofas. I would like to sit there.
