The camel in the video sends greetings to everyone 👋 Yesterday's dinner in the photo)) During the day, there was wind, a red flag, everyone mostly relaxes by the pools, there is no wind there. But we are at the beach, there is wind protection at the loungers) Last night, there was no wind at all, we sat by the sea, it was quiet and warmer than during the day even 😅
Is swimming in the sea allowed at all, or does the flag not change? Or is it just for 1 day out of 4, for example?
Yesterday at this time there was a yellow flag, but we just arrived. Today it has been red all day. I am adding. Now a yellow flag has been hung up.
Hotel Review: Pros - a huge well-maintained pleasant territory, regular cleaning and good service, tasty food and decent imported alcohol, comfortable rooms, friendly but not overly intrusive staff, great parties, very beautiful and professionally done shows. Cons - strong wind on the beach, sandy beach is not suitable here (only rinsing in the waves at the edge of the pontoon, and that only when the red flag is not raised), poor Wi-Fi if the room is near the stage (middle pool or sea) - you will be part of the show until 11 PM, no mangoes at breakfast and lunch (only served at dinner), better not to go to the spa (not many people might need a bath in Egypt, but still) - 1 bath is not operational, hammam without steam (maybe we were just unlucky), the 2nd bath was working but reminded me of my grandmother's crooked bath in the village - nails sticking out from the shelves, the stone enclosure has tilted with age, the floor has rotted.
Well, I go to the bathhouse even in the summer when it's around 45 degrees. After the steam room in the evening, it doesn't even seem hot at all at 35 degrees 😅 As for the fruits, maybe it was just bad luck, or the manager should have been informed. During my visits, the tables were overflowing with mangoes. And as for alcohol, there's everything and more. And as for the meat... one Brazilian a la carte or a barbecue - you come out like a ball. It's better to stay in the third sector if the noise from the parties bothers you.
We were not bothered by the noise - you can't wake me up with a cannon, and my husband didn't go to bed before 12. We stayed in a Junior Suite - a decent room with a large wardrobe and bathroom, it left a very nice impression, despite its not very new condition.
I actually declined the Junior room. It was specifically because of the location. The third building is the most recently renovated, or rather they gave us a room right after the renovation. I don’t need a view. At least there is quiet.
I love adult. Party 24/7. I'm flying alone. I'm not ready to check in with someone, but I'd be happy to have company. Sunrise meeting at 5 AM. At 10 AM, activity at the pool. During the day, a beach bar at least. At 4 PM, a party downstairs. Then again, the bar by the shore. And at 7 PM, there is yoga and other beach fitness. Dinner à la carte. Show. Party until 1 AM. Then you can go to the lobby bar. Sometimes you can sleep. My favorite hotel. I was there in June and I'm going for New Year. No queues, food is fire as well as alcohol. Rooms after renovation. Three pools. Big beach - sunbeds and towels are all provided. Sports. Parties. Excellent à la carte. Service is just amazing.
A decent hotel if considered within the context of Egypt. There is imported alcohol, yes. There is plenty of food. For some reason, the fruit selection is surprisingly poor.
What about alcohol? What good imported options are free?
A lot of Europe. Everything strong, campari, whiskey, gin, etc. The only local thing is champagne, but it's generally not bad.
We are in Egypt for the first time and apparently the last.. We went to a show a couple of times at the beginning.. Then we traveled to the city.. To the old.. To the new.. To Farsha (it's delightful!).. We go to bed early... We sit in the lobby in the evenings and listen to music. The day after tomorrow we are flying to Luxor.. There is no sea at all.. Yesterday there was a yellow flag all day.. The wind is strong! Personally, the weather is uncomfortable for me.. Today the wind is blowing.. As for food, it seems we found our favorites.. We visited Brazilian, Mongolian, fish, and Turkish restaurants. We liked all of them except the fish one. Especially the Brazilian with incredible pineapples and good wine.

Top 157 tips for your stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh - Ultra All Inclusive
Good afternoon. What time does the beach disco start at sunset? Thank you in advance.

It's already going.
You can visit any Rixos or Swiss hotel.
Clarification: Entrance is allowed only from other Rixos and Swiss hotels. The procedure is simple - when exiting the same Radamis, you tell the security where you are going, they write down your room number, and upon arrival, you mention where you came from and your room number. They verify something there, and that's it. No entry from other hotels at all! Even for money, they don't allow it. The concept states that you can host guests from 11 AM to 5 PM. But in summer, the guys stayed with us for the party, so it's probably better to arrive earlier...
We are flying here for New Year (29.12-08.01) - should we take warm clothes for the evenings? And how warm should they be with a "normal" level of chill tolerance?) Thank you! And also - if anyone has been to the New Year's dinners - is it customary to dress up or does no one bother? My wife is asking 😀
Hi, I'm also flying there on these dates. It's customary to dress up every evening at the hotel)) Considering the event schedule from 30.12 to 07.01, I'm bringing a lot of stuff. Just Mike Williams is worth it. Sergey Oleinikov will also be there during these days - one of the best coaches in Russia - I'm bringing sportswear. As for the moderation - it's relative. The beach bar is already enclosed with glass windbreaks. There's plenty of alcohol and dancing. No matter how hot it gets.
I saw a review on the website about theft in this hotel. Is it true?
This is the first time I've heard about theft cases in this hotel. 😳😳😳
I confirm that nothing is missing. Neither from the safe nor from the nightstands. Even the items left on the tables at parties are not touched by anyone. I left a cap at the pool, and I even wrote in the chat bot. In the evening, they replied that I could pick up my forgotten items in the lost and found room.
What kind of chatbot is this, for future reference? 😊
On the business card in the room, there is a QR code. One is for the chat bot - I ordered both laundry and dry breakfast there. The second code is for the mailing group of events for the day and online reservations for à la carte.
In 4 years, there have been no questions, and I will say more, there is a lost and found room at the reception, I found my glasses there )))
I didn't find my glasses in the lost and found, but I did see a giant bag filled only with forgotten (lost) glasses.
Good evening. Does anyone know how to call an ambulance here? The reception was informed. They promised someone in the morning, but no one has arrived yet ((
There is a medical station on the premises. To the right of the middle pool, there is a separate building. There is a mobile doctor there. The consultation is only for a fee of 50 euros. An ambulance can help. If you want to use insurance, you need to call the number indicated in your insurance and wait for the ambulance. Faster and more reliable is taxi-hospital-cash payment for the consultation.
Hello! Are the pools heated? What time can we swim in the pool in the morning?
Oasis pool warm, I touched it yesterday evening. I don't know about the others)
Good) There is only one warm pool, yes.
From December, the upper pool is heated.
Until what time does the disco in the hotel usually last? Thank you.
Until one o'clock at night.
The biggest party of all the nearby hotels. Every evening starting from 16:30 DJs and until 00:00. After that, a disco. Most of the adults come from the neighboring Rixos for the evening party, because they don't have that there.
Good morning everyone) Can you tell me if you can go to the à la carte restaurant here again if you've already been? Not one free visit to each restaurant?
Can
Could you tell me what the beach is like at the hotel? Do you swim? Is the red flag often raised?
There is no access to the sea from the beach, it's shallow, and the guards whistle at anyone who tries to enter. You can only go from the pontoon. The pontoon is not long, the reef is rather poor, and there is a constant current related to the tide: it's very difficult to swim, the current sweeps you away. And the enclosed area is very small. At Rixos Seagat, it's a bit larger. There is a shuttle bus that goes there very frequently from the beach, and you can also walk. But the pontoon is 1400m🤦♀️, however, there is also an electric car that goes right along the pontoon. This morning there was a red flag, but at 9:00 they put up a yellow one, and it remained until the evening. Overall, it's not very good. The hotel itself, the rooms, the food are fine 👌. But just to swim 🤷♀️.
Hello, anyone who has vacationed, please advise where to check-in to avoid walking kilometers across the territory.
Superia 10, deluxe 9. Everything is very far from building 12.
We live further than you, across the street, and I believe everything is very close. Everything is within walking distance, we do not drive an electric car.
It all depends on what type of rooms you have paid for, the lagoon between blocks 3 and 4 has heating, the others do not + the main restaurant is at the other end, use the golf cart - on schedule it takes a maximum of 10 minutes, it is all faster than walking.
We are staying in 9, everything is very close. The beach, the main restaurant is 2-3 minutes away, the reception is 4-5 minutes away, and the shuttles constantly circulate around the area. It seems that the territory is huge, but in reality, everything is very close.
Do the pools have heating? Is at least one heated?
Heating the lagoon. Swim-up bar.
Is the reef worth it at Rixos? And is there an entrance from the shore just to swim?
There is a small lagoon off the shore, but it is shallow, and the lagoon does not belong to Rixos.

It looks like this)))
Tell me, where do the evening shows take place in the hotel?

Red circles indicate where the evening shows are. Until 01:00, the epicenters.
Hello everyone, a question about evening attire: do people wear heels, are cocktail dresses appropriate? Or will it be too much? 🤣
Someone in a dress, high heels (nice to look at), someone apparently just from the beach.
Although there is a sign that shorts are not allowed, people still walk around in them.
Where is it not allowed? This is only in à la carte restaurants.
Actually, at the entrance to the main restaurant from the side of the pool.

There is a large picture hanging there.
Can I wear denim shorts?
If you are in heels and a dress, it will only be a plus for you! You need to love yourself!
Does anyone know if there is a separate shower with all the toiletries somewhere on the hotel grounds? My flight is late tomorrow, and I don't want to extend the room just to take a shower before leaving.
Everything is available! Not far from the reception, it seems to be the spa area. You can wash up, change clothes, everything is quite convenient.
Could you please tell me more precisely, is it near the main restaurant? Because the reception and the spa are quite far apart 🤔
Not a spa, means (I thought it was a spa😊), but at the reception. To be honest, I indulged in all-inclusive alcohol for 10 days and spent good time at the bar by the reception + it was at the end of February, I don't remember, maybe just a changing room with a shower. We had a departure at 8 PM, we checked out at 12 PM, and before leaving we changed at the reception, I remember that 😊. UPD. Sorry, I asked my husband, he says it's the spa by the restaurant. That’s where we changed.
In the Spa, there is only shower gel. It’s better to bring your own shampoo. Towels are available there. And it’s best to find out until what time the Spa is open.
Which buildings are better to book rooms in?
The most comfortable buildings are located opposite restaurant 17 and 19, and a little further is 18, probably. During our entire stay, we never used the carts around the area; it takes a minute to walk from the room to the restaurant and then two minutes to the beach.
We were settled in 4, but they upgraded our room.
Building 6 is also convenient.
In the photo by the pools, there are individual cabanas. How much does it cost to rent one for a day?
Rented a beach hut with a jacuzzi for $300 a day. Without a jacuzzi, $200, they bring fruits, nuts, and champagne. And also a massage for $100 per session.
Are you talking about those by the sea, or was there information about those by the pool, or are they the same? Why do they then say it's free?
I will clarify, but I was told $200.
The information has been confirmed $200
They are paid $200.
Everything from A to Z is free. You are on Ultra All Inclusive.
Hello. Please advise if there is a diving center at the hotel? If so, has anyone tried it? Share your experience.
There is a diving center, you can check it on the map. Trial? Or with a certificate?
Trial.
It is better for you to combine the trial with some kind of yacht excursion, just make sure to inform about it in advance. Because there is no point in overpaying here. Specifically from the Rixos pontoon, I haven't seen any dives, the conditions of the current and waves are dangerous.
Hello. Please tell me what is the amount of the deposit charged upon check-in at the hotel?
No deposit
Good day, could you tell me which buildings are located near the heated pool? Is there only one or several? We are arriving in November, I decided to clarify. Thank you!
The deluxe rooms are located near the heated pool, which are the farthest from the main restaurant and the beach.
Which restaurant in the hotel is the most beautiful? I need to choose one for a birthday celebration.
In Sigait, sign up for the Italian restaurant, for example. They have a more luxurious atmosphere. Here, they are more or less the same. The Turkish one is nice.
Have you been there? Is the menu okay?
We didn't eat there, but we saw the atmosphere. I think the menu is the same. You just need to come to guest relations to sign up for the Seagate.
Which à la carte restaurant in the hotel is the best?
Barbecue and Brazilian
All are perfect.
Could you please let me know if there is somewhere within walking distance of the hotel to buy sunscreen? And can they upgrade the room category for a birthday? 😁
Across the road to the left, there are shops... across the road to the right, it's a 7-minute walk... there are a lot of shops. They are there. There are also some in the hotel... but they are extremely expensive. Regarding the birthday... we will see how it goes) $50 will definitely help.
Please let me know if it makes sense to overpay the tour operator for a deluxe room or if it is cheaper to pay extra on-site.
On site, of course.
Did someone pay extra on site? How much did they ask for?
You may not even have to pay extra, and the difference in the rooms is not significant.
On site, but better to negotiate.
Good evening everyone. Could you please tell me if there is a dress code in the à la carte restaurants for dinner? Are sportswear allowed?
Shorts, sneakers, and polo (T-shirt) without any problems.
Good afternoon! Please tell me, if staying at Seagate, what are the restrictions for being on the territory of Sharm? Can we use the main restaurants? How often do shuttles run between hotels?
Yes. Very often. You can't go to Sharm with children.
Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel? And is it good?
Yes. Good.
The tour operator just wrote that guests from other hotels aged 18+ can visit, including those with children 😳 I hope she is mistaken? (clarifying info) Have "flowers of life" been spotted on the premises?))
No, they evict with children, I've seen it myself a couple of times.
No children allowed, they will be politely asked to leave.
What time do the parties end at the hotel? Do people disperse after them or do they continue somewhere? What is the main crowd like? Maybe there are videos? I would appreciate the answers!
Daily sunset parties on the beach start at 5 or 6 PM, people begin to hang out, then after dinner, the show on the main stage smoothly transitions into disco. The crowd is mainly up to 45, very few retirees))
Thank you) Until what time does the party continue at night?))
DJ on the main stage until 00:00-00:30, then everyone moves somewhere else, but in 10 days we haven't been able to party hard even once 🤦
In the lobby near the big stage, there is a bar.. they hold disco events there until the morning.
Hello, can you tell me if the golf carts run 24 hours to the Seagate? Will I be able to get there at 7 in the morning, for example?
From 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. We walked slowly for 12 minutes in the evening. We were overtaken by a golf cart (not all of them go to the gate).
Hello everyone! Please tell me about the restaurants, who has been there.. What did you like the most? There are four days left here, and we have only been to the Indian restaurant (they say it's all booked, we can't make a reservation yet).
We really liked the Brazilian and Turkish, the atmosphere, taste, and presentation of the dishes were at a good level). We booked at night through.
QR code on the website.
Mangal and Turkish - TOP

The best chef in Mangale. You must definitely go to him.
The Indian was not liked at all, and the Japanese has a better name starting with S than the Indian, but there is practically nothing there either.
Hello everyone. Could you please tell me if there are hookahs in the hotel?)))
Here. From $40 to $65.
Hello, could you please tell me if the hotel provides beach bags or should I bring my own? Thank you!
Take with you
Good afternoon, a question for the guests at this hotel, we are arriving early in the morning at 6-7. Is it better to exchange dollars for the local currency right at the airport or can it be done at the hotel? (All the bills are in 100s🤷♀). Thank you.
Good afternoon! The hotel has a special ATM that will exchange your dollars for the local currency at the current rate.
Hello! We are flying to Rixos today))) Can you tell me how things are with mosquitoes now? Should we bring a mosquito repellent to the room?
So far, there have been no bites; there are definitely none in the room.)))
4th day in the hotel, mosquitoes have not been noticed either in the room or on the territory. The fumigator lies unused)))
Please tell me what is included in the bathroom amenities in the room?
Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, dental kit, nail file, shower cap, everything is basically available, shaving kit upon request,
Thank you very much. Is an iron provided or is it available in the room?
Brought with the iron.
Good day to the vacationers, how is the sea, are there many fish? Is the reef beautiful?
Good day, the sea has left today😉, low tide, red flag, the reef at the edge of the pontoon is not bad, with fish, but that's if you're lucky and there's at least a yellow flag after lunch)
Yellow, also rare?
In 5 days, I was there 3 times after lunch.
Please tell me the difference between a standard room and a suite, other than the size of the room?
In a standard room, there is only a bathtub, while the suite also has a shower.
Hello) Could you please tell me if I arrive at 7-8 in the morning, how much and to whom should I give to check in right away?)
We arrived around midnight and were immediately checked in, we waited literally about 10 minutes. 🤔
Checked in immediately without additional payments, if something goes wrong... give about 30 - 40 bucks.
Good afternoon! Whoever was interested :) We checked in right after breakfast, upgraded the room category for 30 dollars, and took into account all the wishes 🤪
Good afternoon, is it safe to leave belongings with phones on the sunbed while swimming in the water from the pier?
We left our belongings and phones in the bag, both on the beach and by the pools, everything was fine.
Should I give 💵 upon check-in to get a room in the building I want? I'm also bringing chocolates)))
I deposited $15 in the passport. I asked at the center. I had the 10th building. The last room with a sea view. 2nd floor. Although, probably, it could have been done without this))))). And I left chocolates and $2 for cleaning.
Thank you) I arrived, gave dollars and a chocolate bar), they should check me into building 10 with a view of the garden, not the pool. I'm waiting))
I read some reviews here and left 150 in hopes of getting a room upgrade. They didn’t upgrade me)))) It seems, judging by your comment, that I could have gotten away with just a chocolate))))
Currently at the hotel, during check-in they asked about a room upgrade, for $100 they changed the superior, the most budget option, to a junior suite and didn’t wait for check-in until 14:00, we were checked in immediately. Staying for 10 nights.
Yes, I probably just had bad luck) In any case, it doesn't change the fact that the hotel is excellent)
What time did you arrive in local time?
At 6 AM
The same theme)) we checked in - 10 minutes in a luxury room - all good. Last year they provided the room just as quickly, but without extra payments😇
Hello, could you please tell me if there is a currency exchange in the hotel? Or is it better to do it at the airport? I need to exchange dollars for pounds.
There is an exchange ATM on the 1st floor of the main lobby, to the left when entering the lobby from the street. You can exchange 10 and 20 dollars for pounds there. We used it several times, everything is great. Often the prices in stores and in taxis in pounds are lower than in dollars. But don’t exchange too much at once.
Please advise how to get to the A-la-carte - Brazilian or Mangal? I am trying to sign up on the website at 00:00, everything is available except for these.
Still at 00...Try during the day or in the morning.
No.
Through the girl at the reception then
100%
Hello. Did someone arrive at night, around 1-2 AM? What time were you checked in?
usually immediately.
Thank you for your response.
Hello everyone. Where can I find the schedule of activities in the hotel? 🥰
Subscribe to the daily newsletter via the QR code. It is provided at check-in.
Thank you
Hello everyone! Where do yoga, fitness classes, etc. take place? (Non-water activities)
We were at the beach at 8:30 in the morning. Fitness is in the neighboring building where the spa is.
Thank you 🙏
If you look at the sea... to the right at the end of the beach. There is also a detox bar there.
Thank you )
Has anyone extended the room until five or six in the evening? How much did it approximately cost? The room is the simplest one.
$50 was mentioned somehow.
Good evening, is the alcohol in the hotel imported as stated?
Yes, alcohol is fine.
Are there good discos in the hotel? I'm planning to come in about a week.
Depending on what you need, in my opinion, the events are excellent every day. During the day, different music is played on the beach and in the main pool, then from 21:00 to 21:30, techno, house, and other EDM genres are played, followed by an hour of a show program, then an hour of a powerful EDM set from top DJs, and then for another hour and a half, other DJs play a more relaxed set, featuring a mix of local music, Russian pop, foreign tracks, etc. In general, it's very vibrant!

This is the warm-up before the start of the musical show.
Good afternoon🙌 do they do animation, shows? Do they take you to clubs?

Daytime-evening shows are a blast!
The shows are made by themselves, they don't take you anywhere. There are more than enough entertainments)) The main thing is to go out a bit earlier. If the show starts in the evening at 21:00, it's better to go by that time or 5 minutes earlier, otherwise, all the cool tables will be occupied)
I confirm.
Hello, please tell me, is Red Bull paid in this hotel? And is there a good selection of alcohol?
Red Bull is paid. The alcohol is mediocre, I had gin and it was just okay, mostly beer! The sparkling wine, by the way, Brut is not bad.
Hello! Could you please tell me if anyone has stayed there in early December? How is the weather? And is the terrible entry into the sea really as described in many reviews?
In the sea, access from the pontoon... You can't reach the reef from the shore... just get your feet wet near the shore.
Hello. Please tell me, does the hotel offer photography services? What is the cost?
Services are available... I don't know the cost... we didn't use them.
Hello. Could you please let me know if there is an iron in the rooms?
Iron and ironing board are available upon request.
The board and iron were in the room upon check-in in the wardrobe.
Hello everyone, is it allowed to swim in the pools with inflatable rings?
Most likely yes, they were swimming on flamingos and mattresses when I was there.
Great, thank you 🙏
Good evening! Does the hotel not provide a mosquito repellent? Or should I bring my own?
With you. In the hotel store, it costs $15.
Thank you.
Good afternoon! Could you please advise me, I need a room on the first floor, which building is better to ask for? So that the location is good and the view is beautiful)) or in which building should I definitely not book (very noisy and the view is bad). I would appreciate your suggestions! I'm traveling alone to the hotel for the first time )
In any case. What a view from the 1st floor. Our room overlooked a meadow beside the hotel, there is a beautiful lawn there. Just describe what you want at the reception, put down $20, and your wishes will be fulfilled. It will be quiet almost everywhere.

Very lively! You won't get bored! Where the parties take place in the evening from 9 to 12-1 at night.

Red circles. Until 01:00 epicenters
Please tell me, is 34 the relax pool, and what about 11? Just a small pool? ) And also, is there really a shallow piece of the sea on the right for entering from the shore, where one can actually take a bath?))) Or is it better to go to the Sigate beach at the lagoon, which seems to be there in the middle of the pier?
9 is relax. 34 is neither active nor relax.... 11 is the pool for aqua aerobics, there are trampolines in the water. In that scheme, the lagoon is not visible.. it is to the left if you stand with your back to the sea at the border with the neighboring hotel. Be sure to visit Seagate... well, to see everything.
Thank you!
Hello) I'm going to a hotel for the first time. Can you please tell me why most people prefer rooms on the first floor? What are their advantages?
Not everyone wants to) usually the opposite, not on the first. Personally, I do because my leg hurts occasionally))
This is just an individual request.
We stayed in building 3, it was perfectly quiet, and not everyone likes the first floor, we stayed on the second, it was ideal.
on the first floor - on one side immediately to the pool, and on the other side a glade...
Hello, could you please tell me if it is possible to upgrade the room type upon check-in, how does this work?
Sure. For money. Say what you need, get the price, make sure to negotiate. Pay. Check in.
Thank you
Please tell me, vacationers, will there be any issues with booking at the restaurants on the ALA cards, like in the Blue and Tirana hotels?
You need to register at night starting at 12 o'clock directly through the app. Otherwise, it will be hard to get into top places like the Brazilian barbecue.
Thank you
No problem, we record every day after 00, but for some reason there is no Brazilian.
Upon arrival, can we immediately make reservations for the à la carte for all days of our stay? We usually do this in other countries; this is our first time here. Thank you.
Only one-day advance booking is allowed.
At the reception, the manager is taking notes at a separate desk.
Good evening, we are arriving on the 23rd, could you please tell me how things are with strong alcohol, is it worth bringing it with us?
Nooo... everything is fine there. No limit. P.s. take care of your liver.
Hello everyone, can you tell me about the spa in the hotel? How much does it cost and is it worth going?
The spa, to be honest, is weak in the hotel. My wife and I had a massage for $200 for both of us, but it wasn't great... There is a hammam and 2 saunas. In other respects, I think the hotel is top-notch. I am currently there and I recommend building 3 for anyone wanting peace and quiet.
Who knows what Tides Beach with snacks is? Where is it?

Room 15 on the map near the beach, but I don't really remember what it looks like or if it even exists...
As far as I understood, the bar by the pool is just on the other side, Hot dogs, shawarma, and fries, sometimes there were nachos.
Hello everyone, could you please let me know when there are many people entering the sea from the pontoon? Is there enough space for everyone or not?

Hello, we were there for a week, swimming in the sea every day, there was always enough space for everyone, it was not cramped, plenty of room, the only small "traffic jams" when getting into the water near the ladders, because someone is climbing in fins, someone who can't swim is sitting on the ladder, someone is taking off/putting on a mask, etc., but it's a minute matter to ask to pass.
Good day! We are planning to go with friends at the end of August - beginning of September. Can you tell me how it is at the hotel now? Are there many activities, is it fun? Discos?
Very fun, there is always something to do.
The evening shows are amazing 💣🔥 very talented artists, acrobats, you watch with your mouth wide open, beautiful performances, dances. Great music, DJs, singers. Every evening has an absolutely different program. But it’s always very energetic, not boring, and you can watch, listen, and dance. I will send some videos now. I didn't always record because it was so interesting that it was even impossible to tear myself away to get my phone or I was just dancing 💃✨✨

This video is from the last two evenings before departure; on the other days, as I wrote, I just enjoyed myself without my phone. During the day - snorkeling, volleyball in the pool or on the sand, there are games on the grass by the sea - cornhole, pétanque (look it up if you don't know, it's interesting; during the day there are animators who can gather a team and conduct a game, or you can simply play with acquaintances without a host), darts 🎯. There are board games - backgammon, checkers. There’s tennis 🎾, table tennis, billiards, a soccer field, and a basketball court. I saw aqua cycling sessions in the pool (pedaling on a stationary bike). There’s a gym, by the way, and a hammam. A spa center (programs and massages generally start from $100). In general, there are many activities. Time flies quickly, and it's already time to leave 😭😭😭 Plus, you can go on a full-day excursion or a short one, just to stroll around the city; by the way, we also went to the casino, we love that 😏😁. I also forgot that you can visit the Seagate and go to the water park! I forgot to mention that in the evening, from 6:00-6:30 PM, DJ sets and go-go start at the bar by the sea.

Here they are. The start is at 17:00.
Thank you very much 😊 Could you please tell me until what time the disco lasts?
I don't remember exactly, I didn't look at the time 🤭 in the video time 23:30-00:00.
Until 01:00
Please tell me, where does the shuttle go to SeaGate? Does it go from the beach +18?
There is a stop on the beach that says it runs every 15 minutes.
Good evening. How many kilometers is it to Laguna on this shuttle?

From the Rixos beach to the Sigeit is about 1 km by shuttle, as it travels, and for understanding the distance, there is a screenshot with a red line. In another screenshot, marked in black, is the Sigeit lagoon, which is fenced off by buoys. Near the Rixos, there is an 18+ lagoon very close by, which belongs to another hotel on the right, but it can be accessed freely - also marked in blue in another screenshot. The Sigeit has a very long pier leading to the depth and reefs, probably over a kilometer long, we got tired walking 😀 there are stops with benches and chairs for a "break" 😀 the shuttle runs, but since there are many children and families, it is always either full or on the way back you have to crowd and queue. But you can easily walk to and from the lagoon.
Is the alcohol in the hotel normal or not normal at all?
Good evening. I see that people in the bars are constantly getting and drinking alcohol. Both at the beach bar and by the pool. The drinks have a hint of alcohol to them. The Stella beer is very tasty. I don’t know about the rest. There is no imported original alcohol here. So I don’t know if this alcohol will suit you or not. We went to dinner at Seagate - there we had original Baileys and Martini Rosso right at dinner. If you want to savor something, you can go there. We were also there during the day. At the pool bar, we also had original Baileys and Martini Aperol in cocktails with champagne, all of which were original imports too.
I wrote to the hotel today about the alcohol, asking why it was counterfeit, and they replied that it was only imported. We'll fly in August, and I will demand only imported alcohol, and well, okay, certificates. 🤣
Are coral slippers needed at the hotel beach?
We didn't need them. You descend into the depth from the pier.
Hello, could you please tell me what the arrangements are for meals and internet in the hotel? Is there a safe in the room? Is there a way to get from there to a place where I can buy fruits?
The food is excellent, and the Wi-Fi was available everywhere. There is a safe. I don't know about the fruits. But it seems that if you exit the hotel and go to the right, there will be many shops. If you go to the left, it seems there are fewer shops. It's better to check the map.
There are plenty of fruits in the main restaurant. For breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Hello everyone! Could you please tell me about the dress code? For breakfast, lunch, dinner? What do people usually wear? Is it okay to move around in denim shorts and a t-shirt, or is everyone all "dressed up" there??? Thank you in advance 😘
I think what was meant by the dress code is that you can't come to the restaurants in swimsuits, swim trunks, and flip-flops, as if you're at the beach in general) denim shorts and a t-shirt I think are quite a casual style) but I'll also wait for responses from guests who have been here 👀
Not overly formal at all) Just like in other hotels. My husband went to the à la carte restaurants in classic shorts and a light shirt. I hardly saw anyone in trousers there. And in the regular restaurant, it’s even easier to dress.
Thank you very much for the response) So I don't need to bring dresses for dinner? Casual clothing is fine too.
If there is no desire to take a dress, then you can do without them)
Hello, could you please tell me if it's possible to get to Radamis from +18? Thank you.
Only at Seagate
I was told that with 18+ you can travel throughout the network, but upon check-in, they only mentioned the seagate.
Only Seagate
It's interesting to see what others are saying. We were told by the staff that no one from other Rixos hotels can enter the 18+ areas (I assume they meant that children from other hotels won't be allowed in, that's why parents won't come), but we can visit any of the other areas. Yesterday, we saw some guys with green bracelets, while everyone here has purple ones. This means we can visit 👍🏼 We comfortably traveled to Seagate and want to go to Radamis. The reception said that the bus will easily take us there. You can also take a taxi. And you are writing here that it's not allowed)))
We are relaxing at Rixos Golf. Today we were at the seaside, there are carts that go directly from the beach to your hotel and back) Check at the reception.

We didn’t register. We simply got to the seagate, and from there it was no problem at all to the water park. It's all on the hotel golf carts.
We didn't go and we didn't plan to. When we were sailing on the yacht, there were guys from golf, they said they came by appointment. When we went to Radamis, we talked to a family from Kazakhstan, they also made an appointment and said there was a huge line, that they only managed to get in almost at the end of their trip after about 2 weeks. And in the hotel, we were told that the water park is by appointment. Apparently, you were very lucky. 👍🏼 But we weren't going there, so I passed on the information from those who went.
We just returned from golfing. There were no records :) we just got on the bus and went :) And another day, we even took a taxi by ourselves in the evening to go to their dinner and entertainment program :)
Good evening, could you please provide the evening events program for the week? 🙏🏻 I can't find it anywhere.
When you arrive, you will be given.
We stayed at Radamis, we wanted to come to see the show.
From Radamis, entry is not permitted for 18+.
The manager told us that it is possible.
Everywhere it is written that access is allowed to all Rixos hotels except for 18+.
Strange... it turns out we were misinformed. Thank you.
The 18+ entrance was closed back during the May holidays.
Hello! Could you please tell me the hotel's policy for late departures? Can I stay on the premises, including dining, or extend my stay for half a day?
Meals are available, extension for 💰 if rooms are available.
In April, the flight was at 19:00: There are two options: 1. Pay extra and stay on the premises with a room extension (but it's better to approach one day before departure) 2. Check in your suitcases and spend time on the premises until your departure.
Good day everyone! We are arriving at the hotel on July 27th)) Could you please let me know if there is Baileys in the hotel? If yes, where?
Saw at the pool bar Oasis. Possibly in the lobby.
Baileys is everywhere! That's all I drank! At the sea, in the pool, and at evening shows! Don't worry, it's available everywhere and it's imported!
Hello. Could you please clarify? In the reviews, it was mentioned that the quiet wing is 4. Could you please tell me which side of the building is better for having a completely quiet room? Towards the pool or towards the garden?

building 4,3,12,16,15. Quieter towards the garden, but not very noisy by the pool either.
Thank you very much!
Hello. We had a room in Building 4, with a view of the pool. It was always quiet, except for the time when water activities are held at 11 a.m. or at 4 p.m. Just for about 30 minutes.
Thank you!
We are currently in building 3. With a view of the pool. It's quiet and calm. Just as we wanted. You can even sleep during the day.
Thank you!
Will they allow knee-length denim shorts in the hotel restaurant?)
My husband wore shorts to the restaurant. Not denim ones, but I don't think you will have any issues.
Are there mosquitoes? Should I bring mosquito repellent with me?
We didn't need it. There are no mosquitoes.
Were few in the room. Take a fumigator and liquid.
Hello. Can you tell me if alcohol is served mainly in the main restaurant? Or only in a-la-carte restaurants?
Alcohol is also available.
All alcoholic beverages are poured in all bars and restaurants.
Please advise, do they collect the bracelets upon check-out or do they leave them as a souvenir?
leave
Leave prompt
Please advise the secret of booking a la carte))) The most that has come up recently is an Indian and Far Eastern restaurant.
Here is the secret: Bookings for all restaurants open at 12:01 AM daily. By daytime, almost all slots are filled. That's how we managed to secure reservations... but there is still a choice.
Can you book for multiple days right away or only one day at a time is allowed?
I don't remember... we booked for the next day. Then again for the next.
Alexander, please tell me, where do I make a reservation? On which website?
In your paper cardholder from the room entry door, there is a card with a QR code that can be used to book restaurants. Alternatively, you can take this card with a QR code to the reception.
Please advise on the schedule of animation and DJ?

In your paper cardholder, there is a card with a QR code. Scan it to subscribe to the Rixos group on WhatsApp, where you will receive all the information.
Can you please tell me if anyone has had this experience? I specifically do not want the 1st floor, can they accommodate for free on the 2nd floor or higher, or is this only for an additional fee? Our reservation is for a superior room, are these types of rooms only available on the first floor?
From personal experience, I had a superior room, upon check-in they just said that it needed to be from the 2nd floor, and we checked in on the second floor. This hotel is very accommodating to the guests' wishes.
On the first floor, there was also a superb superior room with a balcony overlooking a green meadow.
From my experience. During check-in, they asked for our preferences (I also didn't want a lawn), I said I wanted the 2nd floor, so they gave it to us - their second floor is actually the third 😂😂😂, so now every day we climb to the third floor! We should have just asked for a balcony!!!
Please advise on the Wi-Fi connection by the pool, in the room, and on the beach. Does it have good signal reception?
Catches great everywhere
Good evening everyone! For those who have already stayed or are currently staying, in which buildings is the music not heard? Which are the quietest?
All music until one in the morning, you are on vacation. Why would you need silence))) especially in a party hotel.
In the hotel, there are buildings located closer and farther away from the epicenter of the festivities. I need to understand which buildings are located farther from the music.

Red circles. Until 01.00 epicenters
Take 3, 4 buildings. Deluxe rooms. Quiet
We are in room 4, here is calm)
Please advise, is the sea accessible only from the pontoon or can you enter from the shore as well?
From the shore only 10 meters. Further not allowed. The corals are alive. You can only swim out to sea from the pier.
Indeed. By the shore, you can only lie down in the shallows if there is no ebb. And even then, keep in mind that there are corals in the shallows, albeit dead ones. Small moray eels are often encountered there. To the right along the beach, there is a lagoon at the junction of hotels, but it is also shallow and crowded with people.
Hello, please tell me what type of power sockets are in this hotel. Will our Russian plugs be suitable? Or do we need to bring different adapters?
All inclusive... Top class hotel. Bring swim trunks... mask... good mood! Everything else is provided abundantly
Please, can you tell me if they serve Martini at the hotel?

Yes, white and dry
Hello. Please tell me if there is a photographer on the hotel grounds? And if so, how much does one photograph cost?
There are. We do not know the prices. Photo booth near the main restaurant.
Wild money. And they don't make them one by one.
Is the hotel far from the sea? Can I walk there or is there transportation available? Can I swim there?
As you wish! We rarely go out, especially when feeling lazy. It's a 14-minute walk from the entrance. The pier opens around 12 o'clock. There's a depth of 25 meters right beneath you... perfect for swimming.
If you come here for the sea, then even if the yellow flag (there hasn't been a green one in 11 days) is raised after lunch, the current still carries you away under the whistles of the lifeguards. And, as the Fan san representative said at the end of the vacation, there is always a current in this hotel.
Hello. Please tell me how often shuttle buses run from this hotel to Sigeit?
Every 15 minutes
What is interesting about Seagate? It's like a bazaar there right now! The courtyard is bustling with people from all the hotels...
In Sighet, the food is better - we went there for lunch and dinner, and the à la carte options are better, we haven't been there ourselves - based on reviews.
Every 15 minutes
Please tell me, where is the best place to buy souvenirs near the hotel? Should I go left or right from the hotel? Thank you in advance for your answers 🤝
To the right... there are more... to the left is also decent. 3 stores
Good afternoon, can you tell me if the sound of airplanes above the hotel is very loud? Thank you.
Good afternoon. It's almost inaudible... not distracting at all... doesn't bother...
Hello, we are planning to buy a tour for the second half of September. We have never been to Egypt before, I know absolutely nothing about it. They write about winds and red flags on the beach. What is the weather like there in September? We liked the hotel immediately, but I am concerned that there is no normal sea, the agent says that there is some kind of lagoon in the neighboring Rixos? Can anyone tell me more about this?
Everything is correct... it's a bit late for you... There will be winds. It's better to go to Turkey then. Move Egypt to May-April-June. And specifically to this hotel! It's great!
We visited in September, and not just once. Excellent weather! There is always a breeze (but it's not a strong wind, just a light breeze) at this hotel because of its location, which is great as it doesn't feel too hot. September to October is a great season! Not everyone likes the summer as it is much hotter, but it's perfect for me, the main thing is to swim in the sea more often) July and August have high humidity! But September is great!
In doubt about this resort in Hurghada, the one with more animation is certainly more appealing, but the sea is a bit off-putting. In another resort, they say there is a great beach, but the price is higher, the animation is not as strong, and there are also children.
You need to understand the sea - for example, I'm not a very good swimmer, and I couldn't handle the current from the pier.
Iron and ironing board are provided free of charge upon request.
Free
Good morning. Can you please tell me what color are the bracelets at the hotel this year?
Green)
Is the mini bar here paid? And what is included there? 😂😂😂 Just want to know if it's worth buying duty-free in the room)) Bringing your own diving equipment or is there a diving club in the hotel with everything you need (don't want to carry a lot, just my own regulator and rent the rest)? Oh, another question 😁, is there an iron in the room?
Iron on request. The minibar is complimentary, but water, juice, and beer are provided. If you drink stronger, you will need to purchase. We are not into diving. We brought our own masks for snorkeling. Did not see a diving club. There are fins at the pier. Personally, I don't think diving is suitable for this place, maybe for excursions, where yacht rentals are available.
Do cocktails here taste the same in all bars, or are some bars better than others?
I liked the bar on the beach more.
Strawberry Daiquiri is made there?

Yes. Both Margarita and Cleopatra. They just don't know what Blue Curacao and Brut Champagne are 🙈 also available in this bar and the pool bar. In the dining room it is more like prosecco.
At what time do the shuttle buses start running around the hotel grounds? And is it possible to have a nice cup of coffee early in the morning somewhere?
We were all within walking distance, I don't even know. But breakfast starts at 7, possibly from 7 am. They make Turkish coffee at the beach bar, it's delicious. I got some from 9, perhaps they have it earlier.
Thank you 💐. In which building did you stay? Did the music bother you at night?
At 15th floor. Could be heard, but not critical. The windows overlooked the restaurants and the sea. We were also partying until 12, then you fall asleep so deeply that you can't hear anything at all. When at home, I'm used to going to bed early 😂
Good morning. We are flying to the hotel at the end of June, and one question is bothering me. Can you tell me if it's not possible to swim in the sea from the pier at all?
It is possible, but there is a current and not everyone copes - like me, for example 🤣
On the right hand side of the beach, at the border between our hotel and the neighboring one, there is a lagoon without corals - the water level reaches chest high during high tide and waist high during low tide. We used to swim there all the time, even without snorkeling, even when the red flag was up. Affectionately named it "puddle" 😂 But it really helps to cool off. And you can also take salt baths.
Please let me know how many days in advance do I need to make a reservation to dine at A-la-carte restaurant in the hotel? Is there usually a long queue at the Mangal restaurant? Does the hotel have a hookah lounge? If yes, where is it located?
Booking from 00.00 for the current and the next day. The grill and Brazilian slot are fully booked within five minutes, you can easily book the rest. Also liked the fish and Italian.... Hookah on the beach, next to the bar.
We didn't manage to reserve the grill for the next day, but we were able to book it for the day after at the reception - no problem. I meant we didn't have time to reserve through the QR code.
Is there any app for scanning and reading QR codes?
Given at check-in OR and for it in the application
Sorry, can this app be downloaded in Russia in advance? Or only on site? Maybe there is a link? I can't find it in the App Store, only Rixos from other countries pop up 😁
No, at the reception they give you a sheet with the concept and a code on it, you follow the code. And the room number is requested, then you record it. Don't worry, go everywhere, the girls at the reception will write it down if the code doesn't work out. The guys were resting, they were registering at the Seagate through their reception, they have fancier keycards there.
Is it also by this QR code at the Gate or is there a list at the reception?
In the Seagate, reservations were only made at the Seagate reception.
Good day everyone, my brother and I would like to check in to this hotel at the end of July. Could you please tell us the usual age group of guests? We are looking for parties, alcohol, and nightlife)
This is a party hotel. Everything will be fine

It's now

Here is an example of a party
Hello, can you please advise on the animation here? Are there any parties?
Yes, every evening. Today's special.
Hello. The parties are always great in this hotel, the alcohol is decent, but there is premium alcohol in the Siagete. You can move between hotels endlessly. The bartenders are like busy bees in the evenings, they try to serve very quickly, and it is precisely because of the speed that the cocktails are not always successful. At 4:30 p.m., a party starts on the beach at the bar, girls and boys come out in beautiful costumes and a DJ. Many groups gather and continue dancing until morning.
So we can move to other Rixos hotels? And they can't come to ours if with children, but without children it's okay?
Children are not allowed in this hotel. It is for adults only. Adults are welcome. And we can visit Seagate 😊

How deep is it during high tide here? And what's on the bottom?
Up to the knees. Coral reefs at the bottom, small snakes 😐
Yes) There are many snakes, be careful) There were also two moray eels, fighting over food 😂 and a stingray hanging out near the snakes. We saw.
Good afternoon. Can you tell me if the hotel service is not affected? Are there no queues in the main restaurant? Is the water in the pools cold?
Everything is great. No queues. The water is warm.

Can you tell me, in the photo - is this an À la carte grill at the hotel? I don't understand, in the evening there are such magnificent grill displays, but the guide cannot say anything clearly, he sends us to the reception.
Grill showcases are available both in the main restaurant and in the al-fresco barbecue area across from the main restaurant - reservations were made via a QR code - the most delicious rack of lamb is there - it is definitely not available in the main restaurant.
Approaching the hotel, on the left side there seem to be many small shops - how to get there and what is the name? Has anyone been there? What kind of assortment is there?
Groceries, clothes, pharmacy, etc. Prices are reasonable, you can even bargain. Just cross the street (the hotel will write down the room number at the exit).
Good afternoon, can anyone tell me if Rixos Sharm 18+ allows access from Golf to the beach? Is there a transfer from the Aqua Park Siagite? I ask because they do not allow them to come to us. We saw one couple being turned away in front of us.
Allowed. At Rixos they do not allow under 18, but from Rixos 18+ they allow.
Can you only reach the Golf course by taxi? We want to go there out of curiosity and have a look :)
Yes, indriver, uber, cheap and fast👌🏻
Hello. Please advise, if anyone knows, are there shark nets in the sea near the hotel or not?
Hello. There are no fishing nets in the sea in Sharm - they are prohibited by law.
The nets attract sharks in reverse
What to do about the fact that the sea has been closed for several days now? We've been here for 5 days - it's been closed all the time. It opened for 1-2 days after lunch.
Wow, because of the waves?
Yes
Have you tried going to the neighboring Sea Gate or is there a red flag there too now?
Seagate is located 500 meters away, and the pontoon at the Seagate is three times longer. There is a 99% chance that it is closed and there.
I was on vacation in Seattle last week:) There were only a couple of days in the morning when it was closed (and it was at the end of the pier, where it's deep and there are rocks, but in the lagoon in the middle of the pier/pontoon there were people swimming). And it seems you can get there by golf cart if you're too lazy to walk.
The wind is blowing here all week. And the morning reef has been closed for at least the 5th day in a row.
Would you like to try going for a round of golf on the beach? It's really disappointing, of course, to be at the seaside without the sea 😢 (speaking from personal experience)
Question: Are guests over 18 allowed in the Golf club? I understand that a taxi will be needed to get there.
We were told that we could enter with bracelets, but we didn't go.
Play golf
Please share a photo of the hotel map and concept (usually a printout is provided at the reception upon check-in) 🙏 And if anyone knows which buildings have deluxe rooms, and which have simple superior rooms, please write ❤️
Superior room types are located in buildings 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18. Junior suites are in buildings 6, 8, 9, 11, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, some of them in 21. In building 21 on the first floor, there is a Swim up suite. Deluxe rooms are located in buildings 3 and 4 (next to the main reception desk and the relaxation pool). For more details, please contact the hotel. They communicate very friendly. The official website has both a map and concepts.

Here is the map.
Hello! It turns out that the main restaurant is located in building 41, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served?
Yes
Good day! We are considering this hotel for our vacation) Please tell me about the daytime animation activities, like volleyball, etc. I already understood that the evening entertainment is great ;)
Good, we play volleyball actively, but it's getting hot during the day. We enjoyed playing bocce ball and cornhole by the beach. There was also some activity at the pools, but I can't say for sure - we mainly spent our time at the beach.
Hello. Please tell me in which buildings or parts of the hotel you cannot hear music from the evening shows?
In the ones closer to the reception. We were with a child in room 21 and asked to move to a quieter room. We were moved to room 5 where we couldn't hear the evening entertainment at all.
People, how are the mosquitoes in May at Rixos 18+? Are they bothering a lot? Is it necessary to use repellents?
In May, I can't say, we arrived at the hotel on April 19th - got bitten a little, then started using a fumigator in the room - it got better.
Arrived 7 days ago, I haven't seen a single mosquito yet 😂 There are none in the room either, we're on the first floor.
Hello, does anyone put beer/wine in the minibar?
They are putting beer.
Good morning, can you tell me who extended the room number, and how much did late checkout cost?
Hello, until 15:00 - $60, until 18:00 - $90, our plane was at 00:00. We decided not to pay extra, but checked in our luggage and stayed in the territory, as many people do, and no one kicks us out.
Hello everyone! Tell me, do you have hookahs at the hotel?
There is
How about the quality? And are they paid?
Paid and compared to the Russian ones are worse....
Good evening, can you tell me about the situation at the hotel - is it possible to catch a moment to swim in the sea?
We've been here since the 8th, every day until 12-13 local time there's a red flag, after lunch it's always green, you can swim as much as you need (until 17:00 if I'm not mistaken), we've seen a yellow flag once, it's something like a maybe yes maybe no situation, I can't say for sure, but by the time we finished lunch it had already changed to green, so overall you can swim from the pier every day.
Good day. We are planning to check in at the hotel on June 15th. The plane is arriving at 6 in the morning. How are early check-in issues resolved? Are there any contact details for the guesthouse? Thank you.
If there are available rooms, they will be occupied. Or you can upgrade the room category.
Hello everyone! Please tell me, through which app can I book a la carte restaurants at this hotel?
No application, there is an IP address, but you can access it when connected to the Rixos Wi-Fi.
Please, are there flippers for rent at the hotel?
On the pier lie, you can take them for free, but the size is 40+, there is one fin in 38-39 without a pair, there are no smaller ones at all.
Dear vacationers!))) Can I ask a silly question? Are there any available sunbeds? Or are towels already spread out everywhere in the morning?
There are available, don't worry
Please tell me about the Turkish breakfast, maybe someone knows if it is available at the hotel? For an additional fee?

Turkish breakfast is available. Free of charge. You need to sign up for it in the Turkish A-la-carte. Sign up at the lobby.

And we signed up for gestalt therapy at the reception.
Good afternoon, please tell me, are there WhatsApp assistants at the hotel?
No. You can solve the questions through guest relations.
Good evening, did I understand correctly: early check-in from 50 to 100 dollars, we are arriving early, at the hotel at 8 am, do they offer to pay extra themselves?
We were there in November, they offered an extra charge for early check-in, they upgraded us, but they didn't check us in right away (there were three of us, $20 from each. Maybe we didn't give enough 🤣🤣).
We arrived at 9:00, they offered us immediate check-in and upgraded our room for an additional $100. We stayed in the 4th building, room 4012, on the first floor with an exit to the lawn.
What is the price for spa services at the hotel?
$100 massage if I'm not mistaken Thai.
Good afternoon, can guests of this hotel use the main restaurant of the Siagate?
You can use the main restaurant of Saigaita, the snack area, and everything else there. Electric cars run along the beach from 18+ to Saigaita. It takes about 5 minutes to get there.
Folks, I apologize.. Maybe I'm being stupid... What can you use in Seattle if you're 16+? Restaurants, a-la-carte restaurants?
You are welcome to use everything. What is available in the hotel area and in the neighboring Sigeit hotel. For a la carte, sign up using the QR code on the card from the entrance to the room, all online. All other entertainment - both restaurants and bars - do not require booking. QR codes are placed everywhere - simply point your phone and see what is included in that place right now. Wherever you are, that's all.
Hello everyone. Is there a Freddie Mercury show at this Rixos?
Yes
Could you please let me know if guests staying at the Rixos Seagate hotel are allowed to visit with children during the day or not?
No)
Thank God there isn't
Can you please tell me if there is an evening program for adults at 18+ and a nightclub, parties of all kinds, on the territory of 18+? Is it cool there? Maybe someone can share photos and videos?
Yes, absolutely :) Regarding the shows: since we are experienced and spoiled, it is very difficult to impress us, as we have seen world-class shows. But! I'm sure this is the best of what could be. Definitely very cool musicians! Live music at breakfast, lunch and dinner: saxophone, violin, today there was even a sextet performing (strings, keys and sax, I think) - delightful!!! The guys are Russian))) Cool Queen show, Brazilian from the evening programs. Excellent collective Afro mania The parties are also excellent, two DJs, a girl and a boy, I think. I don't like techno, so I can't say anything, but the girls have good sets after the shows.
Today we had fun until midnight - first a gala show, then DJ sets 🔥🔥🔥.
Is it true that you have to almost fight for a place for dinner at this à la carte restaurant? 🙈😵 Like people wait until 00:01 to reserve a spot using a QR code?
Not true)
Do you mean that there are no issues with seating in a la carte? :)
I don't know, we booked when we remembered) And there were always available seats.
Will you make it or not?? 😅😅 One says it's no problem, the other says it's difficult to get a spot...)))
It depends on which restaurant. In the Far Eastern, Indian, and a few other places, it is often available. In the grill and Brazilian ones, it is quickly taken care of.
They start partying early in the morning) Especially with a barbecue) You can't miss it.
What is the difference between an upgraded room and a superior room?
Is improved like regular? They will give you what will happen to you when checking in) they may offer to pay $ to upgrade the class.
Hello! I have a few questions: Is it allowed to go to Seagate if you're 18+? Which beach is better, 18+ or Seagate?
Sure) We went there yesterday. You can have lunch there and sit in bars) and swim too) Their beach is a little better in terms of entry... We are better in terms of pontoon.
And how's the sea?
It was warm two days ago. We were swimming off the pontoon. It was genuinely not cold. Today I touched the water by the shore with my feet - it's cold 😂
Hello. The same beach. Reef, pontoon, no sandy entrance. There are many children in Sigeit because of the water park, but the water park is amazing.
This will be our first time in Egypt, can anyone give advice on whether this hotel is inferior to any other hotel in terms of characteristics?
They said that Rixos Magawish is better. But this is Hurghada and it is not a fact that it is better. But overall, reviews of this Rixos are mostly positive. It is definitely better than most hotels in Egypt.
Can you please tell me if the beach towels are unlimited or limited to one per day? :)
Approach and take as much as you need.
Is it possible to access another hotel Rixos for guests of this hotel?
Yes.
Could you please tell me how much it costs to smoke a hookah in the hotel?
Hello. We paid $40, complete nonsense)) They will give you a bill at the reception, and then you can pay it.
Sorry, I have a question about alcohol 😅😅 if you happen to know, is there any quality Prosecco or at least sparkling wine in the hotel? Dry or even better brut, NOT sweet. And how about regular white wines? Can you drink them?))
Good evening. It's difficult for me to answer this question.... I'll write based on what I know. In the bar, there is Heineken beer in the room. There is also rosé wine, and for other drinks, there is Martini Bianco and Jack Daniels whiskey, and there was also brut.
Is the mini-bar replenished every day? Because I read that someone had it replenished only twice a week, although it seems like it should be replenished every day.
I think you shouldn't worry about it. If you ask, it will be replenished for you. We simply don't need it 🤗
Hello 🤝🏻 Are there expensive restaurants in the hotel?
I think everyone here is flying on an all-inclusive system. All restaurants are included in the price.
all à la carte restaurants are free
Hello, everyone! Can you please advise if the SPA is included in the program? Are there any additional services like massages available, or are they at an extra cost?

Here, take a look.
Are these real prices or is there a 50% discount? It's very expensive.
I was offered for $60, buy 4 and get 5 as a gift, negotiate. You can go to the sauna once for free. In my opinion, it's not worth it.
Friends, how is the atmosphere in the hotel? Are there lively parties or is it more for relaxation? Do guests make a lot of noise (with their speakers, shouting, or noisy groups) or is it generally peaceful?
It depends on the arrival... judging by the reviews, sometimes it is a quiet resort, and sometimes loud music can be heard from all sides all night long.
Can you recommend hotels with heated swimming pools?
One, which is closer to the reception. And the small one (with a slide) is mainly for aqua activities.
Can you recommend which restaurant in the hotel can be pre-booked for a birthday celebration?
Just inform the registration desk, and they will arrange everything for you.
There is no problem with that, I just want to choose a restaurant with tastier food.
It depends on what you like. Generally, the most popular ones are Brazilian and barbecue. Italian is also great.
Hello everyone. Can you please advise how to book À la carte restaurant in advance? We're concerned that there might not be any available seats when we arrive.
No, there they book through a QR code for the next day.
Generally, are there available seats if you book day by day?
There are places. In popular restaurants, you have to make a reservation almost at midnight.
Can you please tell me if the New Year's gala dinner at the hotel is a mandatory expensive option, as stated by tour operators Pegas, Anex, and others, or is it included for all guests under the all-inclusive package?
The price with the tour operator was $400.
So, it was a mandatory option, right?
No, it was not necessary to take it. I did. What's the point of flying without a concert?
Please tell me, just so I know for the future, is $400 per person? What does it include? Is it just the entrance to the concert? Or is there a dinner included? And is the dinner the same for everyone at a common restaurant?
I understood that this is the entrance to a concert. For one person, of course. The New Year's dinner was already included.
Can you tell me how the reef is doing? Are there any fish?
Just returned from a hotel. There were fish, but we liked the Segheita Reef more, and it is more comfortable to swim there as there is no underwater current, and the fish can be seen even without a snorkel.
And there is no worrying much about it now, right? About Seagate?
The red flag is raised almost every day, but not for the whole day. Usually, by lunchtime, it is safe to swim. Sometimes, it is calm in the morning already. We swam in the sea every day. The water was warm, and the weather was excellent. Usually, it is cool at this time, but we were lucky this year. I had heard a lot about this windy bay, but it turned out to be super!
Do they heat the pool without a bar in the hotel?
There should be a heated pool between buildings 3 and 4, but I don't know if there is a bar there. I will check.

I lived in building 3, which had heating and a bar. This one doesn't have a bar and there is no information about heating.
Is the sea and the reef of Rikseos good for adults only, who knows?
There is no sea in his understanding. Instead, there is a kilometer-long pontoon and strong ebb tides. People don't go there for the sea.
Thank you! And what about Meraki?
There is a great beach. The reef is good. And the pontoon is short.
And you should watch the reviews - there is no playable sea there as such. Especially in winter...
Do you have any sports activities with professional instructors (pilates, yoga, zumba) at the hotel?
Gyms with trainers. One is indoors and one is on the beach. Pool sessions are at 11 am and 3 pm.

Here is an example program.
It was in June. But I think something similar should happen in December.
What delicious cocktails would you recommend in the hotel, ladies?

Here is a mojito in the background. Everything was cool - mint, lime. Non-alcoholic mango fresh. They make a decent alcoholic margarita, both classic and strawberry. The mojito is delicious. They also have a non-alcoholic version of the mojito. The photo on the menu shows what they definitely make. But they might also make something without the menu.
Is this also paid? 😳
Who are not all-inclusive. Prices apply to them.
Can you tell me what water park is in the hotel?
Waterpark - you can go once to add some variety.

Once is fine.
Is the water cold in the water park? Or do they heat it? Is it comfortable there?
Comfortable. There are a lot of children there.
The water park is great👍 Just came from there. Decided to have lunch at the restaurant in the Aqua buildings, the restaurant is fantastic😍
Overall, it's a good water park. The only thing that bothered me was the slide at the very end with a huge inflatable mattress. And you have to carry this mattress up the stairs yourself. It's just not very convenient.
When it's just a man - it's fine, but when it's moms with children or just children, it can be a bit heavy to carry them. 😏
Is it worth visiting Sakura sushi bar at the hotel?

If you have a free evening and there are no other plans for à la carte dining, you can go. They don't really have a strong appeal for Rixos rolls))) I wouldn't go there again. I would replace it with Turkish cuisine. We didn't go there, but Turkish cuisine seems to be highly praised.
How late do parties at hotels usually go until?
I think until 01:00, maybe a little later.
Can you please tell me the difference between the superior and deluxe rooms in this hotel?
At the very least, it is larger in size, and its area is greater.
Superior has a chair, while deluxe has a sofa 😂
A little bit bigger, please 🤏🏻 deluxe
Is there a difference in terms of terrace/balcony/design?
I think both types exist in all corporations. It all depends on luck.
Is there a diving club at the hotel and do they have an international license?
There is a diving center. There is a license. Even for obtaining a certificate. We found out the other day.
Can you tell me what Turkish breakfast is like at the hotel? Is it worth going to?
We didn't go, it seems like you need to make a reservation in advance. But they praise à la carte dinners.

The same flatcakes and scrambled eggs)) I need to make a reservation at the reception. But it's nothing special overall. Almost like in a regular restaurant, just with a cool presentation.
Could you please tell me where to get a room in the hotel that is quieter?

Upon check-in, we were asked about our preferences and we mentioned that we wanted a room on the ground floor with a terrace. The staff showed us the price, but we found it to be too expensive and informed them that we could only afford $50. Initially, they showed us a deluxe room in the 1st building, close to the reception area, but we didn't like it as it seemed a bit worn out. We declined and immediately, they took us to the 16th building where we were pleasantly surprised to find a two-bedroom room, complete with two bathrooms. 😅
Good body? I'll keep that in mind)
It is the quietest and most convenient location. There is a pool nearby, as well as a restaurant and the sea.
We are in building number 15. We haven't really heard any music these days, only heard it yesterday. I thought maybe I didn't close the door to the balcony, but it turns out it is closed. But you can definitely understand the lyrics of all the songs 😂
Building 16 has the best location. It is close to both the sea, restaurants, and parties. 👍
Can we come to this hotel from Rixos Premium Seagate for shows and discos?
You can go to shows and discos from Siagate. An electric car runs between hotels every 10 minutes there.
Drive for three minutes.
Can I use the bars and restaurants at the neighboring Rixos?
Yes, except for a la carte dishes, which are by order.
Can you please tell me if the supervisors at the hotel are really bad or if they are bearable? Can I resolve the issue of upgrading to a deluxe room at the reception? If so, how much do they ask for?

Here we had a superior. Absolutely great room.
What about the floor? Did they provide something upon move-in or were you lucky right away?
I got lucky right away. It was the third floor. And the furthest room. There was a sea view from there. They didn't give me anything. I remember it was building 16. But I don't remember the room number.
More precisely, there was a second floor.
For 50 dollars, they changed the superior room to a two-bedroom suite, a very decent room.
