This small hotel is part of the Club Hemingway complex. The rooms have a full kitchen and you can cook for yourself, but for breakfast, we will definitely go to the restaurant with a great buffet. 

The hotel offers a good, though not very varied, selection of breakfast dishes: fresh juices, fruits, yogurt, eggs, toast, cheese, ham, pastries, and more. You can put together something familiar and favorite for yourself. The selection of vegetables is limited, if that matters to you.

Hotel Casa Hemingway is located in Juan Dolio — it is an hour's drive from Santo Domingo, which means we will dedicate at least one day to sightseeing. There is a nice beach nearby with palm trees, white sand, and coral reefs. 

The rooms here are spacious apartments with one or two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living area, a bathroom, and a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is also a washing machine. Such rooms are perfect for long-term stays. 

The hotel is part of the Club Hemingway complex, so guests can enjoy the amenities throughout the area. These include five outdoor pools, horseback riding lessons at the equestrian center, playing regular and padel tennis, and training in the fitness center with views of the beach and the sea. There is even a chapel on the premises. Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed in one of the five restaurants, including one on the beach with beautiful views and even over the water. 

I like that the building is located in a quiet place, near the beach, yet not far from the airport and capital attractions. We'll start the day with a delicious breakfast, and then we'll head to the beach, for a morning workout, or go for a walk around the city.

I like the bright decor of the rooms — it sets the mood for a sunny vacation. The standard rooms have a garden view, while the Deluxe and Superior rooms have a sea view, and they also have a balcony. All the necessary amenities will be here as well. 

First of all, I would like to note that this hotel has a spa, and my friend and I can spend a few hours enjoying massages, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. There is also a gym to help keep fit. Many active activities await us on the beach, such as snorkeling and kayaking. For young guests, the kids' club operates from morning till evening with various indoor and outdoor activities. Throughout the day, the hotel hosts events: yoga, Zumba, football, volleyball. Evening entertainment is also held regularly. For lunch and dinner, there are three restaurants with menu service. The only drawback is that there is only one hour in the morning allocated for dinner reservations, which means long queues. 

A beach hotel in a quiet location and not far from the airport is great, very convenient. We are satisfied with the breakfast, and the various entertainment options will keep us from getting bored. 

A small city hotel is located near the most interesting historical attractions. Breakfast is served à la carte here, and judging by the reviews, the food is very tasty. 

Breakfast is served from 8 to 11 AM in the charming inner courtyard - under a canopy with fans or in the open air. We can order a traditional Dominican or classic French option. Yes, the selection is small, but guests highly praise the food. It may get boring after a week, but it is quite suitable for three to four days. 

You couldn't ask for a better location for sightseeing. The hotel is located in the Zona Colonial area and within walking distance, we will have several museums, beautiful parks, old buildings, fortresses, and churches.

We would also like to visit the Botanical Garden, which is no more than a 10-minute drive by car. And if you are vacationing with children, I recommend a trip to the zoo, which is also a 10-minute drive away.
