The famous footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has become a co-owner of a stylish hotel, which he opened in his hometown of Funchal, Madeira, Portugal. The Pestana CR7 Hotel is located 20 minutes away from the Madeira Cristiano Ronaldo Airport, formerly known as Santa Catarina Airport. The building has 48 rooms, an outdoor gym, a bar, and a rooftop infinity pool. Additionally, there is a Ronaldo museum nearby, showcasing many of the athlete's memorabilia and trophies.

Hotels of a similar plan are planned to be opened in several other cities, including New York, Lisbon, and Madrid.
